It wasn't bad, bad, as much as we'd been warned that it could be from our closest neighbors (we're probably the youngest in the immediate area, as far as we've seen - but around us, not so much). But it was a bit of a culture shock (and still is) since we moved here from the boonies of southern Arizona - where we usually watched a firework show off the TV and maybe took the long drive to Phoenix for one of their structured shows once in a blue moon. So, it was simply safer to just stay home out of the trouble(s).

Hey all I should be posting soonish. I got 3 days off of work today. So I plan on catching up with all my shit on RPG. Words cannot describe how far behind I am because I'm made the stupid decision to adopt an RP that the GM lost their passion for. But since it's about to start up I can post everywhere I'm behind on.... I apologize guys. This would be so bad if my boss wasn't working me like a fuckig work horse. I'm supposed to be part time and have worked full time every week besides 3 weeks this summer.

It is totallly fine. I've been super busy with school and work. People at my job went on vacation all at once and the rest of us had to pick up hours and on top of that there's this one girl, who I actually like to work with, keeps trying to throw her shifts onto me. Plus I'm looking for another job and my twin brother came to visit from Virginia after not seeing him for a year, yesterday was his last day. I should be able to catch up on things in a couple of days too.

Sixth, or seventh I have honestly lost track, time attempting to post this - the internet is understandably crappy even with the hot spot, but I regress that I'm perhaps a little more "cranky" than normal from the long drive... I thought I'd posted those two weeks ago, only to check all the board messages (going oh crap, they're already or about to start rocking and rolling and I'm not) and then go to the role-play; and I guess I didn't hit the submit button enough, whoops?
I'll try to post sometime this weekend, but we're busy at a Celtic Highland Games and Music Festival tomorrow (Saturday), and I won't be sitting still at the camper very much once the sun rises. And we have not decided yet if we're taking the long haul home with the horses and gear at night, or waiting after a night's rest to go back with the crew. Regardless, I will try my best to catch my butt up and get a post up as soon as possible.
