Hoooo, boy. Okay. I'm almost done my CS. All that remains is my personality and background history. I should be able to get that finished either later today or tomorrow. So yeah, soooooon!

edit: nah, i'll do it anyways. i'll make a little sister for kazumi. her fc will be clover field from 999

(not exactly an anime, but it's a vn/room escape game from japan which i.. haven't played yet but clover is my exact aesthetic)

The gender ratio is a little off, so I would suggest they make a male character rather than female.

It looks like currently our ratio is as so:

(CCG Members and CCG Ghouls)
Males: 3
Females: 3

(Shinku Fang Members)
Males: 1
Females: 1
Undetermined: 1

So I'd say Gender-wise we are pretty evened out. So for Shinku Fang members, it could probably call for one more male and one more female(or other gender) to keep it balanced.

So I wanted to get this cleared up before the roleplay started.

I'm guessing ghouls that are considered to be non-threatening to the human race and are "left alone" by the CCG probably have a number of restrictions placed on them. I just wanted to confirm some thoughts on how I figure things are going down now with the CCG allowing, let's say "tamed ghouls" to live more or less peacefully.

First off, where they get their food from. Likely they aren't allowed to go out and hunt living people since of course that would make them a threat. So do they get food from the CCG every few months or so? Since ghouls only really need a body or two to survive for a while before needing to eat again, there should be enough resources for that much.

Also guessing that they are probably monitored by the CCG almost constantly to make sure none of the tamed ghouls are stepping out of line and killing people. Perhaps they are even banned from using their Kagune?

CCG ghouls would probably get extra resources since they'd be using their store of RC cells more frequently, and maybe extra benefits that regular ghouls wouldn't have.

Sorry for the length! Does this all sound about right or is there anything extra or did you have a different plan in mind? I'd been wondering about how ghouls would be living peacefully with the CCG involved and such. Just want to confirm my thoughts.

Yeah, that sounds about right. Yes, they do get food from the CCG, but sometimes, despite how cruel it may sound, the authorities will send out all the worst criminals at the moment and let the ghouls eat them. Of course it's at night, and citizens are told to stay inside at those times.

I suppose in doing that it helps subside ghouls who have the urge to kill. Better off not having to be running from the CCG all the time as long as they get to actually hunt every once in a while.

Anywho, I have all the info on Yuino's kagune in his character profile now. Since we already have an ukaku type and a bikaku type on the CCG side, I went with him having a bikaku and a koukaku instead just to add a bit more variation.

I did draw both of Yuino's kagune, so if anyone would like to use those images for any reason then please let me know first.

Also, I may or may not fill that last Shinku Fang space, but for now I'm still debating on it. I'd like to get all or at least most of Yuino's profile completed before thinking of making another character. Will give it a couple days to see if anyone else is interested in it first.

I have a few questions as well, actually.

First of all, how would the Ghouls who work for the CCG go through the RC scanners? Do they have special bands, or perhaps chips in their bodies, to exempt them from being detected? Or maybe something like their RC cell patterns are registered into the computer system, so they're able to go through without the risk of it being someone who's stolen their band (or something like that).

Also, are they publicly announced as being 'good ghouls', or do the everyday citizens of the country think they're just regular members of the public? (This is a bad analogy, but kind of like the superhero registration from the Civil War movie)

Last thing is, do they go out and recruit ghouls specially for these situations? It seems unlikely that ghouls would voluntarily approach the CCG for fear of being thrown in a detention centre.

That's about it for now, but more questions will probably pop up in my head later :P.

Since I completed Esme so quickly, I would be willing to make another for the Shinku Fang if we are indeed short?

If that will be the case I'd use Kohina from Black Bullet.

Her Kagune type would be: Rinkaku

If not of course this will mean nothing! *thumbs up*

Well, since the females seem to be pulling ahead in the gender ratio, I'll go ahead and reserve another character.

They would be a non-binary character with the FC of Yin from Darker than Black.

They will be a ghoul working with the CCG if that's ok, and I think that their kagune would be a Rinkaku type as well, since it's one of the less used ones.

I'll probably send in a WIP for them today, but I'm going to finish Tori's history before I really start on them.

I was thinking of reserving another character as well. He would be a human who works for the CCG. I might use Ruka from Steins;Gate as an FC, having him be a bit of an effeminate man, but I'm not set on it.

I'm not totally sure about using Ruka though, might end up using a boyish boy instead :/. Of course, I'm going to finish off Shiori first, though.

EDIT: In the end I went for Mikaela Hyakuya instead, since if I choose a very feminine looking person I feel like I'd end up playing that up way too much and letting it take over the whole thing.

Well, yes. Their info is in the system. Also, some volunteered, and once there were no more volunteers, they scouted the rest of them out. I'm going to be making one more shinku member and then once everyone's characters are finished we'll get started.

To the next person to make a CCG agent I suggest you make make them an older senior investigator and possibly the leader of the CCG/ghoul taskforce because currently there are no senior investigators and no one over the age of 25 and even then most of them are teenagers it just seems really off to the setting to have everyone except one person to be younger than 26.
