Last post January 15? Let us fix that. In my past experience I was trainer here, I have done 1x1 spars for as long as I can remember, and I have been in tournaments. Not here obviously though, I should enter when it comes around again. The only experience I do no posses is being a judge and truly I am not interested in being one yet, it is a lot more work than being a trainer.

Now I would like to pick up from where I left off. Is anyone interested in being trained to spar and improve their skills? I will cover the basics and go over whatever else is outlined here.
