The secret headquarters of The Program
Inside this hidden base is the birthplace of the Synthetic Humans, and is one of the many production plants that create The Synths. there are over 1,250 offices, 500 labs, enough sleeping quarters to bunk 5,000 men comfortably, and is fully staffed with 2,500 Agents, 1,500 Technicians, and 50 Synths, at all times.
It is one of the most impenetrable places in all of Greater Metropolis, with it's location known by only a handful of people (The Chairman, Jerrod, G.A.I.A., and a few high-level Synths). If the Rebels were to find this place and somehow destroy it, it would strike a crippling blow against the Government.
Yet no one can find this place. It has been sought after ever since the creation of the Synths, and yet it has not been found. There are rumors it is underground, deep beneath the Scarred planet's crust.
