Introduction

Capitol

The Capitol of Panem is a technologically advanced, utopian fortress city where the wealthy and powerful citizens of the nation reside. The Capitol is also the colloquial name for the ruling government of Panem. Not only are the Games controlled by this city, but so are the twelve (previously thirteen) districts. The Capitol is a tyrannical dictatorship, led by President Snow (before his death), and holds total political and economical dominance over Panem, enforcing its rule through an army of Peacekeepers, harsh laws, propoganda, and, the Hunger Games.

This year, there's a twist. Only a pair can win. Must be one girl and one boy. Pair up, survive, and stay alive! If it comes down to two boys or two girls at the end, they'll have to kill each other. One of each sex MUST win. Of course, the Capitol would prefer the couple to be from the same district, but they're happy pinning less trustworthy people against each other, so they have a plan to separate the district couples...will it work? Or will you find your way back to your partner?

Once an Item has been created, it can be spawned in the IC using /spawn Item Name (case-sensitive, as usual) — this can be followed with /take Item Name to retrieve the item into the current character's inventory.

Mobs

Give your Universe life by adding a Mob, which are auto-replenishing NPCs your players can interact with. Useful for some quick hack-and-slash fun!

Mobs can be automated spawns, like rats and bats, or full-on NPCs complete with conversation menus. Use them to enhance your player experience!
