Past Life
Before setting out towards her own life, Emmanuelle Lemoine was raised by her foster parents, Jonas and Miriam. They treated her well making Emmanuelle feel as if they were her real parents. Her real father worked as a government contractor and had always had his hands full with assignments and her mother was an unfaithful stay at home wife. Once her father had found out about her mother's secret escapades the family broke apart with neither side caring about the well-being of their only child, Emmanuelle.
After the courts decided that neither had been emotionally fit to raise a child they decided to grant custody to her father, being the financially better half. Emmanuelle rarely saw her father and her mother became a distant memory. She chose to run away from her father who was so emotionally detached from her that he never attempted to find her. A few weeks living on the streets marked the day that she turned 15 and also the day that she ran in to Jonas and Miriam.
Worried about Emmanuelle, Miriam, her soon to be mother, asked her to stay with them. Her soon to be father, Jonas, wanted to help her as well but instead of pressuring her to live with them he told her that their doors would always remain open. Fed up with living on scraps as well as the dangers of being homeless Emmanuelle came back to the friendly couple and decided to live with them.
Past Relationships
In return, each had filled in a void that each had been missing. Jonas and Miriam were pass the prime of having a child and Emmanuelle never had someone that truly cared for her. Eventually Jonas gave her a job working as a server at the Blue Dragon, a fairly popular restaurant that he'd owned for years. Emmanuelle loved being around nice people, and although not every person could be as warm as the next, she enjoyed the different styles of drinks and food that were served but mostly she enjoyed the fact that she was able to work with her father. Miriam stayed at home and was there for Emmanuelle whenever she needed her.
She also had a pet dachshund that injured it's front two legs when it was younger during a car accident. Fortunately it's life was saved but it's legs had to then be replaced with cybernetics. The dachshund's name is Brock which came from the name of one his father's best friends who passed away. Having shown great admiration for her, Emmanuelle decided to name the dachshund after him.
Personal Interests
Much like herself, Emmanuelle's fancies are a bit simple. Film, literature, meeting new people encompass most of things she likes. She likes to watch films set in fantastical settings with average characters meshed in to a complex story. As for literature she likes to read about history and how it effected the world she now lives in. She also likes to read fictional books based around mostly any genre but her favorites are fantasy and sci-fi.
She also has fond memories of dancing. Being a bit of party animal she liked to let herself unwind in dance clubs around Elkai. No matter what kind of music it was, whenever she danced she felt free.

New Cybernetics: While the experiments were running their course, Emmanuelle's left index finger, right eye and the bottom half of her right leg were severed from her body. Her left index finger was replace with what ICE members referred to as a "vasher". It resembles a black finger made of black adamantium with vein like circuits connected to the nerves in her hand. After severing her right eye from it's cortex, a small spherical object was placed in the socket. To this, members of ICE referred to as a "right raiden" (left raiden for the left eye). When placed in her eye socket it changed to match the image of her former eye but due to some internal malfunctions the raiden didn't operate correctly and forced itself to go in to alarm mode. A red iris shows that the raiden isn't functioning properly.
The last cybernetic that replaced Emmanuelles right leg is referred by ICE members as a "youmu" (left youmu. Like the vasher, the youmu is made of black adamantium. It connects from her above her knee and comes down to form the entirety of her bottom left including her right foot.
