Swimming
Dolphins
Her family

Fish
The capitol
Careers
The hunger games
Fears: losing herself in the games. She doesn’t want to be a different person.
______________________________________________________________________
History/Bio: (include house life, family, school past, and the reaping. Don't have everyone volunteer for someone else, some people need to be the actual one to get chosen. Girls get chosen first, then boys just so you know)
Her family was one of the poorest amongst the district, having 4 kids and not enough money, and Caysey learned how to take care of all of her siblings, and sometimes her parents. There family had a different way of fishing than everyone else; instead of using a hook and line they dove down into the water and caught them with their hands.
Her family was made up of her, her mom, her dad, her two younger sisters, and her younger brother. They all share one of the smaller houses in district four. Because of their economy struggles, Caysey doesn’t go to school, but she used to and is very smart.
When her name got called for the reaping, a million things rushed through her head, but none of them were good. She wondered how her family would survive without her, what the games would be like, how she would survive without any training and many other things. Although many other careers would be glad to volunteer for her, they all hated her, and knew that it would bring them joy to see her upset. So she stayed.

So begins...

((Arlathina- A quick question, what did you mean by, "Imagine if she payed attention, we would be all screwed!"??))

Caysey Karn

Caysey let out a slight squeak as the arrow nearly hit one boy in the face, skimmed a girls cheek, then landed in a boys.... backpack? The boy had looked down at the bag, a mad facial expression on him, and then had started toward her. Of course, her natural instinct had been to run, but as she thought about it, she realized that this could be good. She could be getting her first ally.

Going against her instinct, she ran up onto a small rock and jumped up off of it, using it to propel her forward and grab onto a branch. Because of her momentum, she swung around it and landed with her stomach on the branch. She quickly pulled her body up, and during the second when the boy was attempting to get up their, she nocked an arrow and pointed it at him, a fierce look in her eye.

"Stop where you are or i'll shoot." She said, keeping a straight face even though it was hard. Had this not been the hunger games, she would have looked ridiculous. The people of her district would think her to be crazy. Jane and Nick's daughter, standing on a thin branch holding a bow and arrow? The nice one? It was unthinkable. But here she was, Caysey the fisher's daughter, Caysey the girl who donated to charity. Caysey the girl who unexpectedly had amazing aim. Wow, that was different.

Axel C. watched as the girl had tricked him. Him out of all the tributes. He knew his life was over now. He can't make the slightest movement or it's death. He had the brains and knew the forest well, but right at that moment, nothing mattered. Axel C. knew his parents must not be proud at all, probably upset and angry at him for being weak like they were. He knew that his life is over and he would soon meet his parents and suffer the same weakness they had felt when they died.

Axel C. breathed in and out as the girl with the bow draws her arrow and says, "Stop where you are or I'll shoot."

Axel C. smirks and replies back to her, but in a strangely casual tone, "What's your name? Your full name I mean. I hadn't payed attention much to any other contestants and hadn't bothered to remember any names, but what is yours?"

Axel C. waits patiently for her to answer back and for her to take the shot in order to kill him, but he wants to know the name of his killer before he sets off from this cruel and violent world...

(Oh and Arlathina, you'd be surprised at the statistics of a random flying arrow in the air. It is quite realistic that it can do all that at once if those people are next to each other. All the arrow has to do is be fast in order for physics to carry it through. The arrow slicing through the girl's cheek would not have stopped the arrow one bit and the guy not even touching the air, but merely dodging it also does not hinder the arrow. The arrow can travel far before it lands. Did you know more people die from falling coconuts rather than shark attacks every year? No one knows what's going to happen and that's the beauty of imagination. You can make anything seem true even if the statistics may be off although that is extremely possible. It's quite realistic if you ask me, it's not like the arrow sliced through all three people's arms or face. It touched just one person if you think about it and yeah. I just wanted my character to notice it so this can start out even more interesting, with already crafting allies in the games it will introduce a more interesting concept for me atleast.)

(PS: And Arlathina, your writing is pretty damn awesome. I love it a lot. ;D)

((OOC: Haha she wasn't based off Katniss, just because she can use a bow and arrow. And please, don't use a full post to write an OOC message, if you have nothing to post IC then take it to the OOC board. Thanks :) ))
((OOC:Fiery-Temper, It wouldn't matter if they were planning to kill her off, no one can kill off your main unless you say they can/you don't post for a while... I will be updating the rules soon, so y'all might want to check them out))

Caysey Karn

"What's your name? Your full name I mean. I hadn't payed attention much to any other contestants and hadn't bothered to remember any names, but what is yours?" she heard him say. Caysey's eyes darted to the boys face, searching it for emotion. Is he trying to trick me, or is he being serious? She thought. He probably thinks I'm going to kill him. And he's right, but even as she thought it, she could feel her muscles untensing. This boy looked nice, and if the situation was opposite, she wouldn't want him to kill her.

She dropped off the branch and onto the ground, keeping the arrow pointed at the boy. Caysey sighed and slightly lowered her bow, but still keeping it ready to shoot as she took a few steps back to make sure she had ample shooting space. She looked the boy over again. He was from district 12, she remember that, and that meant he knew forests, right? He looked like he might have his fair share of forest knowledge, and that was something she didn't have.

"Do you know the forrest well?" She asked, a questioning look in her eyes. Then her eyes fell upon his backpack. "What's in the pack?" She asked, waiting for his answer.

(Oh damn, I thought I read everyones post. But yeah next time I'll read more intently and read everyones post since the RP started unexpectedly and I just rushed in skimming through the posts, but yeah I am wrong. Chances for that happening is like one out of a billion percent chance for him to block the arrow with the sword and the arrow do all that.)

"Do you know the forrest well?" The girl said.

At this moment Axel C. has a change of heart. He went from certain death to certain ally trying to be gained. Knowing the forrests well is a huge plus for the girl as Axel C. can easily locate supplies, food, water. She has a much better chance at survival if paired up with him. He knew that and he decided, "Why the hell not?"

"Well, of course I know the forrests well, I'm from District Twelve. Surrounding it is a huge forrest. Of course I would know the forrests." Axel C. would retort, still holding the smirk on his face.

"What's in the pack?" the girl asks him as he voices his first answer.

Axel C.'s smirk turns into a full-fledged smile. He snickers a little bit, but casually, and says, "First, your name, or do you prefer if I call you the Girl with The Bow?"

Axel C. waits for her response. He knows that she'll be even more friendly with him after that comment he made. She had already lowered her bow and he could easily escape, but he decides to stay and play around with this Girl. After all she almost tried to kill him and she had taken out his huge water bottle. If anything the last thing Axel C. will do is get his revenge and kill her, but for now he likes the way this is headed. She has a bow and can take care of herself. She'll be of valuable use to Axel C. if anything.

Caysey Karn

Caysey rolled her eyes in a friendly way, like she did with her brother. She thought if it was worth telling him her name of not, and decided it would be fine. "Caysey." She gave an inquiring look to hear his. Then, she turned slightly, so she could still see him, and faced deeper into the forest. It felt like there was... mist. Or it was humid. Very humid. That's good, she thought. That means water. Caysey looked at a nearby leaf, and saw small drops of dew dripping from it. She walked to the lamp, and touched the water with the tip of her pinky, making sure it was not accid.

"There's water over there," she said, pointing deeper into the forest. Sooner of later, they would need it, but maybe the boy was the type of person that didn't like water.

There wasn't much in district 12... well at least their wasn't much clean water there, so maybe he couldn't swim. Caysey turned back to the boy and looked him over again.

Well, what an odd team we are..

Axel C. smiled to the Girl as she speaks her name.

"Caysey"

"Good, I finally know her name..." his thoughts whisper into his mind this. He looks at her investigating the leaves and the humidity of a certain patch of forest. She touches one of the leaves and realized it was dew and she points to the humidity and says, "There's water over there."

He takes away his smile and nods at her, jumping down the rock, to get closer to her and he takes a good look at her. She can fight with he bow, she most definately can. But, take that away from her...what else does she have? She doesn't look like the strong type that can survive a good hand-to-hand beating. Without the bow she will most likely die as she does not seem to have much experience with the woods. Axel C. looks away from her to the humidity and looks back to her then to the leaf she investigated.

"Yes, let's head in there to see if there really is a nice lake. After all, you did destroy my water bottle. Anyways, before we set out, I need to know one other question..."

He looks at her for approval to ask, but decides he would ask anyways.

"Why didn't you take the shot? Why didn't you kill me...?"

Grace stepped out of the swamp, sweat glistening on her brow. The weather was boiling, and carrying around the heavy coat wasn't helping. As she continued walking, the air began to get more humid. She followed the uncomfortable air to a small lake, the grass was covered in dew as well. She dipped her hand in the waer, then licked the water off her hand. Not poisonous. She hadn't gotten any iodine, though. Ah, well, a little bit of dirt water would hardly kill her.

She was about to take a drink when she heard some shuffling in the distance, and the distinct sound of human voices. She dropped her coat on the ground and slipped two throwing knives out of her belt, holding them firmly in her hands, waiting to throw. She may not be good at physical combat, but one thing she was good at was her aim. She waited for the people to enter the clearing.

Caysey Karn

Caysey had been hoping he wouldn't ask about why she had spared him, and had kept her mind off it by looking at the nearby tree trunks, trying to figure out what type they were, although she had no idea.

"Yes, let's head in there to see if there really is a nice lake. After all, you did destroy my water bottle. " she heard him say. "Sorry," Caysey replied, a small giggle escaping her lips. "Anyways, before we set out, I need to know one other question..." he finished, and she gave him a nod to continue.

Then she heard him ask the question.

"Why didn't you take the shot? Why didn't you kill me...?"

Caysey froze in her spot, taking a second to think about it and turn to face him. She looked at him. "Honestly?... I like your eyes," and with that, she turned around and walked towards where she assumed the water would be.

She ran quickly, making sure that it would be a quick trip their to avoid awkward conversation. After about a minute of sprinting, she stopped to look a the giant swamp infront of her, and she couldn't help but let a grin float onto her face. Then she remembered the games.

Her eyes scanned the clearing for other competitors, remaining silent and grabbing her bow and nocking an arrow. She didn't see anything too threatening, but she did see the edge of something from around a tree.

Is that a... coat? She thought, pointing her arrow in that direction but not shooting. Yet.

Grace's heart thumped. She couldn't kill them, as it sounded like there was more than one. "Hello?" she called, lowering the knives, but not letting them go. "Anyone there?" Maybe she could make allies. Then again, probably not. They probably wouldn't think that it would be a good idea for more than one allie. And they probably thought that she was an idiot, letting herself be known. And she probably was. She slowly walked backwards, dragging the coat with her. Her back banged against the edge of the tree, and she quickly climbed it, her small height and weight making it easier for her to get up higher. At least she actually had a chance this way, if they decided to kill her. She could see the edge of an arrow pointing out behind a tree. Oh, shit, she thought. I'm screwed. She thought about asking for an alliance, but she wasn't sure how to put it. She started by putting her knives back in her belt. "Uh...Allies?" she called out, hoping her anxiety didn't show in her voice.

"Honestly...I liked your eyes." Caysey said to Axel C.

He would smirk as she made her way to the humidity, but he knew that she felt strange about this whole ordeal. He also knew that if they become one of the last ones alive, he would eventually have to kill her...

As Caysey moved forward she took out an arrow and placed it on her bow aiming at what seems like the edge of a coat, Axel C. follows closely behind and finishes rolling the small little balls of dirt mixed with pieces of wood. He would then take out his slingshot and put on of the dirt balls on it. He has tremendous aim with a slingshot, even from afar, so Axel C. would target certain areas depending on what things he had that he can use with a slingshot. With this small little ball of dirt and wood, Axel C. would aim at someone's eyes. These little balls would surely pop one out if it were ever to reach it, which is a high chance. Axel C. makes sure he gets the person, not to miss, even if he misses the target area, he would still try to get them anywhere else.

"Hello?"

A voice popped out from the area where the coat hung out.

"Anyone there?"

Suddenly, a bang was heard, which sounded like a tree's bark was hit by an elbow or a head. Scuffle is heard shortly after that and it sounds as if the person climbed the tree.

Axel C. stretches his slingshot, the ball placed and ready to be shot.

"Uh...Allies?"

There comes another and then as Caysey reaches the tree in which Axel C. and her heard these noises and voices coming from, Axel C. steps forward, cutting Caysey off and is already aiming at the girl on the tree. The girl wasn't expecting Axel C. to interject Caysey, or maybe she did, either way when Axel C. stepped in front of Caysey, it took just a couple of seconds for him to aim at the Girl's eyes and then another to...

Shoot.

Grace closes her eyes as the object whizzes towards her face. It whacks into one of her eyes, and she topples out of the tree, landing heavily on her back. She quickly scrambles up and throws a dagger at the boy who shot her, though the eye that was hit is swollen shut. She aims for the chest, in case her aim is slightly off, so atleast it will still hit him. Then she runs.

She realizes that if the boy didn't die, she had given him a weapon. She was pretty sure it would atleast hit him, but kill him...maybe not. Even if he does die, the other one that had the bow and arrow had her throwing knife, and if the two were close, the other one would be after Grace, too. She finally stopped and scrambled up a tree, out of breath. Maybe they would leave her alone. Or maybe they wouldn't. Either way, there was no way she was going to be that careless again.

She sat at the top of the tree, dabbing at her swollen eye, a dagger in one hand. What had he hit her with, anyway? Whatever it was it was really sore, and hard. Possibly a rock. Or maybe the slinghot had come with some sort of weaponry to shoot. It didn't really matter. She just hoped there was a way to make it less swollen, so she could see out of that eye. Maybe a sponsor could get her something. That is, if she has any sponsors. If she were sponsoring, she wouldn't be sponsoring her. Infact, she was surprised she survived past the Bloodbath.

Maybe now that people could see she could throw a knife, she would get more sponsors. She had always had good aim, though for some reason, bows and slingshots didn't work for her. She used to play hand-made darts, with a paper target and throwing kitchen knives. Once the knife had hit her brother Cory, and he got a massive cut in his arm. He was brought to a healer right away, but everyone said that he wouldn't make it. She had never felt as guilty, worried or sad as she had then, not even when her name was called at the reapinng. Not even when the horn signalling the start of the Hunger Games was set off. Just the thought that she could be the reason Cory died.

But then he didn't die, and everyone was saying it was a miracle, and it was lucky he hadn't gotten blood poisoning. She was banned from playing darts fro then on, but she still sometimes would head out to the meadow and play there, when no one was around. She couldn't risk anything like that happening ever again.

She stopped thinking about he past, and thought about the future instead. What if she won the Games? She imagined herself in the Victory Tour, and heading back to her normal life afterwards, where her and her family would be showered in prizes. But then she realized that there was only about a 5% chance of her winning. No, the odds certainly were not in her favour.

But she had survived the Bloodbath, when she was probably expected to be the first to go. She had survived the worst. Now, hopefully, people would kill less...violently. Maybe she would have a peaceful death. If it was a kind person. But she wasn't going down without a fight. No, she wasn't going to give up, yet. Yes, she was doomed, but maybe she could take a few people down with her.

Axel had to encourage himself to move after about ten minutes. He had been sitting in that one spot. God. He thought, I have to move... Come on Axel.. Move.... MOVE! Axel kicked off the tree, and sprinted further into the forest. He kept a tight hold onto this Blowgun, and made sure a dart was loaded in it.

He ran forwards, and saw a girl fall out of a tree. Axel dived into the Bushes, keeping an eye on the girl. He slowly made his way towards to tree, and he peered round getting a glance of the two attackers.

He pondered who they were for a moment. "The girl is Casey.. Or Cathryn.. Or something." He muttered, climbing the tree slowly. "The other... Is that other Axel.. Cramier, i think his last name is.." He continued, poking his head up and staring at the girl in the tree. He slowly moved a hand out, and attempted to grab her legs and pull her off the tree and into the bush. That way, he might get a kill - Or, perhaps, someone who won't try to stab him.

He landed with a small rustle of a bush, and his vision was blurred. He couldn't make out whether or not he got the Girl.

Axel C. smiled as the Girl toppled when she was hit in the eye. Although her eye didn't pop, he still can tell he got her around that area. That doesn't matter now, worrying whether she's okay or not, he had to get him and Caysey out from there because it's not safe at all. He knew through all that noise all the other Tributes that are nearby must have heard all that commotion. As the Girl falls to the ground he turns around looking at Caysey, finding that she's still in the same place, but looking a little more alert now that Axel C. managed to get someone even if it wasn't a kill.

Axel C. turns back around to find the Girl had gotten up, but the other thing he found was a flying dagger headed straight for his chest. He didn't think. He reacted. It's as if he didn't need to think, all his survivor instincts merged together and time seems to have mashed. Everything slowed and he can even hear the low hum eminating from the flying dagger. His eyes darted from left to right and allocated a good location. The dagger seemed to have been rushed a little to early, but still look all the more deadlier to Axel C.

He shifted both his knees to the right, the dagger three seconds away. He then switched his position, his eyes changing to the right, the dagger two seconds away. Then he jumps...

Landing in the bushes, he looked up to see the dagger had stuck a tree instead of his own chest. Axel C. smiled at first then he snickered a little bit more before his left arm starts to sting. He looks to his left arm to see that his whitre long sleeved T-Shirt has been ripped a bit. Blood is seeping through and he noticed it. It wasn't a big wound, but it was definately a big scratch. The small wound is located under his left shoulder and he slides his right hand towards it, grasping it, putting pressure for the blood to stop seeping.

He looked to Caysey and quickly said, "We have to move...now."

And with that he gets up and moves farther inland, back on course for the humidity.

He knows one of the Tributes are smart enough to figure out someone would run towards the humidity after this commotion, to find another Tribute and possibly even kill them, but he has to get some water, for the both of them. Him and Caysey are a team now, and they need all the water they can get to be able to survive, especially for his wound. He can use the water to somewhat treat it, although it won't help stitch it, it will help slow the blood down and take the stinging away...

Daesung glances up in alarm as he hears voices and footsteps. Damn. He had to get out of there. It would suck if he was killed in the first day. His family would be so ashamed. He closed his dark eyes and after taking a deep breath began to run into a direction. His backpack was heavy, since his waterskins actually carried a lot more than he did. But Daesung had never been good with the sense of direction. Left was right and right was left. It made him really annoyed at times but he would just learn to deal with it. He kept moving, without a break for even some water. Getting away was his top priority.

But as he ran, he felt a sense of wariness. It was like his gut was telling him to run the other way. Daesung almost shouted in frustration. If he went back, wouldn't the others be there?

When he burst through some leaves, his eyes widened in despair. Curse him. He had ran right into them. What a moron for giving himself up... Daesung quickly took them in, he had ran and he was tired. Even if he wanted to flee, they would probably catch him. The guy looked strong and tough. However.. he was bleeding. Maybe he could offer a trade? Then his eyes snapped toward the girl. Oh, it was Casey. The girl he had most wanted to avoid. Even if he won, how could he show his face after killing someone from the same district? Daesung swallowed dryly, holding up his sword defensively across his chest. Just his luck.

"I can fix you up, if you're willing to let me live without fighting," He remarked, voice low. Daesung was tall, strong and quick.. he could probably win in a fight. Killing.. it still bothered him.. but his hands were already tainted anyway.

((Sullenkiller, Caysey and Axel C. made an alliance, and ran into the woods trying to find water. Arlathina and Faye are together... I'm pretty sure they have an alliance. Basically, everyone is trying to get an alliance.))

Caysey Karn

Out of the corner of her eye, Caysey could see Axel C. rolling a ball of dirt and wood mixed together. That's going to hurt, she thought, yet again happy to have an alliance.

"Hello?" she heard a female voice say from near the coat.

"Anyone there?" it came again. Then there was a sound as if the girl had bumped into the tree. Then there was a scuffle noise... She must've crawled up a tree.

"Uh...Allies?" Caysey walked closer to the tree, pointing her arrow. Maybe we can get her down from here, and if she looks useful, we will make an alliance maybe, she thought.

Surprisingly, Axel C. stepped infront of Caysey, completely cutting her off from the tree. What's that about? she thought. I'll ask him about it later.

Caysey saw Axel C. carefully aim, then shoot. She slightly flinched at the noise it made when it hit the girls face, and again when she fell to the ground. She almost said something, but the girl then ran. But not before she shot a throwing knife behind her, aiming for Axel C.'s chest. Crap, she thought. Caysey watched as it got nearly inches away from Axel C., seeing him jump just before it hit him.

But it did hit him, only slightly so, but enough to make a mark. As if this wasn't bad enough, Caysey heard a rustle in the bush, and saw another boy, fallen on the ground. That's the other Axel, she thought, turning to Axel C. as he had fallen into the bush, and was clutching the back of his shoulder.

Axel C. looked to Caysey and said, "We have to move...now." Caysey nodded, about to follow him into the woods, when she turned back to the boy sprawled on the ground behind the bush. I'm such an idiot she thought, turning to Axel, walking to the bush, and putting her hand out to him, holding her arrow in the other, but tilting it down towards the ground. "Do you uh... need some help up?" She said, hoping he wouldn't kill her then and their.

Then she saw another boy burst into the clearing. Daesung. From her district. They had never really been good friends, but they did know each other. As he spoke, she nodded. "Axel let him fix you up." She didn't care that she sounded commanding, and possibly rude. She knew Daesung was a good fighter, and they could use him.

Axel C. stopped short as he heard his companion's voice, "Axel let him fix you up."

Axel C. hadn't heard Daesung coming or speak because his voice was set at a low tone, but when Axel C. turns around he spots Daesung standing there right when Axel C. was to ask who it was that was going to fix him up. Daesung looked threatening for the most part. A sword? That classifies as threatening, but in order to use that sword he would have to get up close to a person. And mostly everyone here has ranged weapons, so how can Daesung get up close to a person without getting shot at, or getting a dagger thrown at his throat? He obviously has to know how to block ranged weaponry, but Axel C. doubts he can block all the time. He is a good choice to be on the group, but Axel C. realizes who Daesung was because he knew the face of him and Caysey both from the same districts.

Axel C. keeps holding his small wound and he huffs as he makes his way to Daesung. "Listen, I'm tir-"

Axel C. was interrupted by rustling in the bushes and he looks to Caysey who looks to the bush in front of her to reveal yet another boy.

"What the hell is this, some kind of party out of nowhere?" Axel C. speaks as he looks to the ground, in deep thought.

Axel C. walks closer to Daesung and slides his gripping hand off his wound and lets Daesung take a closer insepction.

Hopefully, it isn't infected, but Axel C. isn't hoping for the best and if it is he'll have to shrug it off until they all reach water. "Water is a top damn priority...If we keep going on like this with interruptions, we'll never get enough water to sustain two people at the most..." Axel C.'s mind speaks its thoughts as he lets Daesung treat his wound.

He also notices the other boy in the bushes, but gives no attention to him as Axel C. knows if the boy tries anything stupid he is dead. That boy must either run or join them, which Axel C. rather not have another person leech from their supplies, but Caysey is the recruiting type it seems.

Axel C. grimaced as Daesung finished his last swipe. All stitched up and Axel C. nodded in approval and watched as the other Axel ran off. "That other Axel looks weak for sure. It seems he might be the very next victim if I were to choose, but he might pull it off tomorrow...Only to die later on in the Games. I doubt he'll survive five days in." Axel C.'s mind assessed the other boy limping away. Axel C. had recognized him as the other Axel is recognizable. Probably, the one that stands out the most is him as he does look extremely different from everyone else. Axel C. gazed at Caysey, standing there, and Axel C. walks to her.

He walks very close to her, even if she felt uncomfortable, he didn't care, he needs to say something and he will. His eyes looked down at hers and he smirks, "Last one. This guy is the last one in our little group of friends, got it? We can't handle more, so that means when you see another Tribute, put that Tribute down..." Axel C. says, whispering to her.

Then he turns to look at Daesung who looks promising as he can heal real well. Hell, it didn't even hurt Axel C. one bit when he worked on his wound and of course he likes that. Axel C. turns his attention upwards towards the starry night sky and he watches the stars dance with each other, laughing happily as they watch kids kill each other for amusement. Axel C. looks back down and realizes that Daesung had water..."Water! He has water!" Axel C.'s mind screams in excitement. Its not that Axel C. is thirsty it's just they need water to survive once they do get thirsty. No one can last three days straight without a touch of water.

"Daesung, tell us where you got your water supply, we'll set up our camp there for the night as we really can't find anywhere else at this time of hour. Hurry, before the Tributes faces are shown in the sky, I need to see how many more all three of us face..."

"Then once it boils down to just us three, you two will die, it's the only way out..." Axel C.'s mind says as he looks at Daesung with a serious face.

His eyes were half closed when the order penetrated into his mind, bringing him out of his mind.

Daesung blinked at Axel C. "There's a stream about ten minutes... that way." He pointed to the way he had came. Hopefully, it was the right direction and he was sure that it was. He crouched down, his legs were hurting and so was his mind. He took another sip of cool sweet water and stood back up. He would have to refill it anyway.

Without another word, he started walking to the direction of the water source. Maybe he would be able to ditch them later.... He shook the thought away. It was better to stick with them for a while then disappear. It seemed they had no problem with killing. That repulsed him but he kept a straight face. It was survival... But the young teenage boy couldn't help but feel a pang of regret as he killed that boy... Mark. The feeling of warm sticky blood... the look of utter horror... Daesung was sure he would have nightmares of it for the rest of his short life. For some reason, he couldn't bear to think of killing another person. He would help Caysey, his fellow district member. That way, even his own family could benefit in some way. He would be true to his beliefs.

His steps grew in pace as he heard the rush of cool fresh water.

"There it is, people. Help yourself." He turned to Axel C. and Caysey.

Axel returned shortly after he ran off, and peered round the corner at the three. He pondered whether or not to risk walking to them.

After about three minutes, Axel walked round the tree and looked at the others. "If you're planning on killing me, do it now. I don't have the strength to resist. Even little Raven could just push me over and kill me." He grunted, staring at Axel C, Caysey and Daesung.

He limped forwards, and stared at them. "Well? Are you planning on slaughtering me where i stand?"

Axel C. looked to Daesung and slowly shook his head. He looked back at Axel and said softly, "We aren't accepting anymore people in this group. I'm not going to group up with anymore, how will the games get done if everyone is running around trying to join teams? You're a little late here buddy, I'm sorry, but we won't have enough supplies to have you here..."

Axel C. pondered for a moment and looked at Axel. He looked scared, either that, or he had that longing look that people put on, the look of sadness, the longing of getting out of this world. Axel C. isn't heartless he is just being truthfull even if people can't handle it. It can't be done. More people equals less chances of survival and the three of them already are contributing enough as it is.

Axel C. looks to Daesung and says, "Give him some bandages and some water." After he looked to Daesung he looked back towards Axel and said quietly, "After you get these things, run. You hear me? I'm not going to kill anyone like this. I kill only with honor; I kill when the other person is fighting back, but not like this. Now, go. Try and survive as much as you can out there, but know this. There are ruthless Tributes out there and they are bent on only one objective: Killing. Our objective is to survive and from the looks of it, Axel, you can't handle that, so please find somewhere else to go..."

Axel C. looks at Axel, his face serious, and his voice silent as he spoke before. The time has ended for recruiting new Tributes to this group...The time to survive has...

Begun.
