Personality
Maddy is quiet around new people, but she's not shy, as soon as she's comfortable it's sometimes hard to get her to stop talking. She is very loyal to her friends and family and would do anything for them. She is usually pretty laid back and just wants to go with the flow, but she doesn't care what anyone thinks about her. Maddy has a good sense of humor and likes to laugh, although some of her own jokes are a little cheesy. Maddy is smart and creative, even though she sometimes messes up. She is adventurous and loves to have fun.

Brief Description
Maddy is about 5'5" and weighs around 125 lbs. She has long dark hair and bright blue eyes.

Preferred Clothing
Maddy doesn't like wearing dresses very much if she can avoid it. She likes having something she can run and move around in. She will normally wear pants and a whatever shirt she can find. She will most likely have a bathing suit under whatever she's wearing, and she almost never wears shoes. (Only if shoes are required, will they be on her feet.)

Special Ability
Maddy can control the wind. She can create cyclones with a wave of her hand and can control the direction of any breeze. By manipulting wind currents she can lift herself into the air and fly, she can also do this with some objects. She does not have complete control over her powers, but she does not tell anyone this. She does not know exactly what is the trigger for certain things she can do and sometimes they will happen unexpectedly.

History
Maddy is the youngest of two children. She grew up at the edge of a small village with her dad and older brother. Her father was a baker and her brother was his apprentice, but Maddy's father wanted something better for her. He hired tutors and teachers to train her to be an educated woman. They taught her to read and write, but when the ettiquite teachers started trying to force her into stuffy ballgowns and corsets, she drew the line. She snuck away from her lessons often and went out to the feilds and hid. She'd stay there until her brother came to find her. She grew older and prettier and soon one of her mentors grew to fancy her. One night he told her father that he was taking Maddy out to the fields to study the night sky. Once there he locked her in a dark shed and left her there for an hour while he went back into town, to collect things so he could take her far away and have her to himself. The only thing Maddy could hear outside was the threatening cry of a large bird. She cried out for someone to come rescue her but no one came and the darkness seemed to engulf her. Finally the mentor came back, he dragged her back to the road where a carriage was waiting. Her brother was coming back from gathering wheat and saw this. He ran after them and wrestled the man away from his little sister, but the man proved to be stronger than he looked and he overtook the brother and killed him, but during the struggle Maddy had run away. She didn't stop running and tears streamed down her face as she ran back to the village. Fear and greif overtook her, even the wind seemed to be upset. It swirled around her and licked at her face, she didn't even notice that it was lifting her off the ground. She kept running and didn't realize until she reached her father's store that her feet weren't on the ground. She suddenly fell and hit her head on the door frame, knocking her out cold.

the Wind Blows
I've got to breathe, you can't take that from me
'Cause it's all that you left that's mine
You had to leave and that's all I can see
But you told me your love was blind

I know there are times you're so impossible
That I should sign a waiver
And you will find someone worth walking on
When you ask me to go

I'll leave when the wind blows
Take a breath and away it goes
I'll be outside of your window
I'll pass by but I'll go slow
I'll leave when the wind blows

There was a day you threw our love away
Then you passed it to someone new
You wanna stay but since you wanna play
We can finally say we're through

I know there are times you're so impossible
And you ask me to go

I'll leave when the wind blows
Take a breath and away it goes
I'll be outside of your window
I'll pass by but I'll go slow

I'll leave when the wind blows
You can scream there's just echoes
I''ll pass outside of your window
You'll be sad that you let me go
I'll leave but just know

As I lay in solitude, oh what's a boy supposed to do?
I shake the very thought of you, me together I remember
Late nights when I stayed up late all I do is wait and wait
You're never coming home to me, that's the hardest thing to see

I've got to breathe, you can't take that from me
I can finally say we're through

I'll leave when the wind blows
Take a breath and away it goes
I'll be outside of your window
I'll pass by but I'll go slow

I'll leave when the wind blows
You can scream there's just echoes
I'll pass outside of your window
You'll be sad that you let me go
On every face you'll ever know
And everywhere you'll ever go
You'll feel when the wind blows

So begins...
