|Personality|
Cordelia can be a little ditsy at times, but that's because she grew up under the water and has no idea about life on land or any of the current technology or trends. She may not be technically inclined, but she is a pretty good judge of character. She can normally tell after just a few minutes of talking to someone whether their intentions are good or not. She is very outspoken and isn't shy about giving her opinion, or letting you know if you've done or said something to upset her.

|Biography|
Cordelia doesn't remember anything, but she is the great granddaughter of Poseidon. A war has broken out below the sea, an upset caused by the death of her mother. The only signs of the unrest below the water, is the irregular currents of the ocean and the excess amount of waves which is happening out of season. Of course scientists all say that this is caused by global warming.

Cordelia is the youngest of 5, she has three older brothers and an older sister. When her mom died, her father was consumed by grief, seeing the king's weakness, his brothers tried to over throw him, storming the castle. It was Cordelia's oldest brother, Caspian, who got her out of the castle. Though as she fled, she hit her head, knocking herself unconscious. When she washed up on shore, she'd lost her memory.

So begins...

ImageCordelia was sitting in her bedroom, just about to get ready for bed when screaming and shouting suddenly erupted. She stood there, in shock, not really sure what to do, whether or not she should go investigate. Before she had a chance to decide, the door to her room was flung open and her brother rushed in. "Delia, we have to go." He said, grabbing her by the hand and quickly leading her out of her room and down the hall. "Casp, what's going on?" She asked worriedly, glancing around as she stumbled along behind her brother, trying to figure out what was happening. "Our uncles have stormed the castle," He explained, pressing himself against the wall and pulling her next to him as he glanced around a corner, trying to make sure the coast is clear. "Wh-what are you talking about? Where's dad?" She asked, her heart racing in her chest. "Dad will be fine, Semian and the others have already fled, dad sent me to get you." He said, as they continued down the hallway, finding an exit.

"Now, you have to go. Don't stop until you reach our old hide out, got it? No matter what, just keep going." Caspian said, giving her a quick and gentle push. "What? Your not coming with me?" Cordelia asked, looking back at her brother. "I have other things I need to take care of here, make sure others get out. But you need to go Delia. Promise me, you'll keep going, no matter what." He said, looking her in the eyes. She hesitated, about to open her mouth to protest but Caspian cut her off. "Go Cordelia, now." He said, giving her one last push and closing the door.

Cordelia hesitated a moment longer before turning and swimming away as fast as she could. She could still hear screams and shouts coming from behind her but she did her best to ignore it, though she would occasionally look over her shoulder, hoping to see Caspian close behind her, but the water behind her was always empty. It was when she was looking behind her, that she swam directly into massive rock formation. The impact with the rock knocked her out, and she simply floated along with the current. It wasn't until the next morning, that she washed up on the shore in Hawaii. As the sun rose, it dried her skin, and her tail turned into legs, as she lay unconscious on the beach.

Ugh, mornings. Jason's began to begrudgingly open as the morning sun hit his eyes. He moaned, and groaned as he tossed, and turned around the bed, trying to find that sweet spot to go back to sleep. But it was useless, he was awake now. He threw off his covers, and sat upright on his bed. He looked down as his scarred knee, and sighed. His bedroom was a something of a mess. He had clothes laying around everywhere. Whether they're clean or dirty is anyone's guess. He himself doesn't even know. He willed himself off the bed, and left the room to get some breakfast.

After getting a real quick meal of poptarts, and orange juice, the breakfast of champions, he grabbed himself the least smelling clothes he could find. Today was his day off from the garage, and had decided to spend it at the beach today. He grabbed his surfboard, cell phone, and car keys, and was quickly out the door of crappy looking shack he calls home. Once outside he went to his old beat-up looking black 1980 Jeep Wrangler. It was a piece of crap, no A/C, the radio barely worked, it only took cassette tapes, and more often than not it would brake down on the side of the road, and forces Jason to keep a tool box in it, but it's the only vehicle he can afford right now.

He placed his board in the very back of the Jeep, and was on his way to his favorite surfing spot. Once there he took off his shirt, and was now only wearing his plain black swim trunks, and grabbed his board. As he walked down the sands of the beach he stared into the blueness of the ocean, and let out a pleasant sigh. It was rather calming to him. It was a beautiful day. He's glad he doesn't have to spend it trapped underneath some car in a smelly garage.

As he walked, taking in the scenery he saw someone laying there on the beach. It was pretty strange, most people don't even know about this spot, and he's usually alone when he comes here. He decided to approach the girl. "Hey! Don't really see too many people around here." Jason greeted as he approached her, not realizing she was knocked out. When she didn't answer he raised an eyebrow. It wasn't until he was right next to her did he realize she was unconscious. "Oh shit!"

He tossed his board aside, and knelled down next to her. He laid his head on her chest to listen for a heartbeat, she had one but it was very faint. "Hey Miss you ok?" He asked, unsure what to do. He hesitantly nudged at her arm, hoping that would stir her up. "Ah hell, what do I do?" He asked himself as he ran his fingers through his hair. Is he supposed to perform CPR? Should he splash some water on her face? He had to do something.

He sighed, and ran his fingers through his long, and thick hair. "Hey, come on wake up." He ordered as he lightly slapped her cheek several times. "Come on, this is my day off and you are really bumming me out."

Cordelia groaned quietly, feeling a light slap on her cheek. Her eyes slowly fluttered open, quickly raising a hand to block the bright sun. "Wha-, where am I?" She muttered, glancing around as her eyes slowly adjusted to the sunlight. Her eyes landed on the man who had knelt down beside her, blinking at him a little curiously as she tried to figure out if she knew him, suddenly realizing she couldn't remember anything, there were a few bits and pieces of memories, but nothing that made sense. The only thing she knew for sure was her name, though she's not quite sure how she knows it.

"Who are you?" Cordelia asked, hoping that he may know her, that he may know what happened to her, why she can't remember anything. Though, the look on his face told her that he probably didn't know anything about her or how she ended up here.

Jason let out a relieved sigh with the woman started to stir, and wake up. He looked her up and down, now noticing how beautiful she was. "Hey, take it easy. It's ok. You're at Pūpūkea, it's in Hawaii." He stated in calm, and almost soothing voice. He then looked up, and looked around them, out in the ocean. "I think you....I think you washed up on the shore." He stated as he brushed back some of his hair behind his ear. He looked back down at her when she asked who he was. "Jason. My name's Jason Griffin. Do you remember yours?"

Jason ran his right hand down his face, and let out a sigh. There goes his day at the beach. "Are you ok? Are you hurt anywhere?" He asked with a clear note of concern for her. "Can you walk? I need to get you to a hospital. You might have some brain damage or something." He asked as he stood up, and out his hand to her. He then gave her a reassuring smile. "My brother's a doctor at the local hospital. Come on, you can trust me. I just want to help." He stated. Even if he and his brother didn't see eye to eye, he still had to help this girl.

Cordelia glanced around, clearly confused. When he asked her if she remembered her name, she hesitated a moment before speaking. "I-I think it's Cordelia. Cordelia Earwyn." She murmured quietly, running a hand through her hair, flinching slightly when feels a rather big knot on her head. "H-hostpital?" She asked, not understanding what he's talking about. Glancing back out at the ocean, she has a strong urge to dive in, feeling as if she belonged there, but she wasn't sure why.

When Jason offered his hand out to her, she glanced up at him a little uncertainly before taking his hand and getting to her feet. "A-alright," She said with a small nod of her head, not sure why, but she feels as though she can trust this man, not that she really has too many options at the moment.

Jason raised an eyebrow at the girl, this Cordelia. She must have some kind of amnesia or something of the like. "Cordelia huh? That's a very pretty name. Don't think I've met anyone with that kind of name." He commented as he helped her up. Jason then quickly picked up his surf board before he returned to her.. "It's alright, just take it slow." He said as he led her towards his jeep. "Can you remember anything else other then you name? Do you have any family or someone I can call?" He asked in a genuinely concerned tone, he had no idea why he was so worried about a complete stranger.

It wasn't too long before they came upon his jeep. "Don't let her rough looks fool you, she's reliable enough." Jason stated in response to his jeep's rough appearance. He placed his board in the back of the vehicle, and opened the passenger door for Cordelia. Jason then went around the jeep, and put his shirt back on. 'Worse day off ever.' He then looked Cordelia up, and down. 'Well maybe not that bad.' She was rather pretty after all, and the best part was that she had no idea of what a screw up he is.

Jason got into the car, and started her up. It took several turns of the key before it let out a loud roar that signaled that it finally had started up. He then glanced over at Cordelia. "Don't worry, she does that sometimes. It's fine." He stated to reassure her. He could only imagine how confused she was. "Alright, buckle up. Let's get you to the hospital." He stated as he buckled himself up. He then looked down at his cellphone. He probably should call David, and give him a heads up. Jason let out a sigh as he picked it.

As Jason pulled the car out he dialed up his brother. The only reason he has his phone number was because of David's wife. She was always nice to Jason, and thought that he should have David's number in case of an emergency. And if this didn't count as one then he didn't know what did. "Hello, Doctor Griffin speaking." David answered. "Hey Davey it's Jase. I need your help." Jason stated. A loud sigh could be heard from David. "What do you want Jason?" "Look I'm coming to the hospital. I found this girl washed up on the beach, she's got amnesia I think. Could you take a look at her?"

"Oh crap, this is actually a emergency." "Hahaha. Look, can you please just take a look at her, for old times sake? She really needs your help." "Fine, I'm on my way." "Cool, and tha-" Before he could say thank you David had already hung up on him. "Well that went better than I thought." He stated as he put down his phone. "Sorry about that. Me and my brother don't really see eye to eye, I'm kinda....the family screw up. Bit of an embarrassment to them. But don't worry, he'll take good care of ya."

ImageWhen Jason asked if she remembered anything else, Cordelia's eyes narrowed slightly, trying to remember something, anything, but it didn't help. The only thing she managed to accomplish was making her headache worse. "N-no, I-I cant remember anything else." She murmured, glancing back out at the water as she walked with Jason.

When they reached the parking lot, Cordelia glanced at the vehicle curiously, never having seen anything like it. She wasn't quite sure what to do, until he opened the passenger door for her. She got into the vehicle, once more glancing around curiously at everything inside. At Jason's words of buckling up, she watched him closely as he buckled his own seat belt before following suite and buckling up as well.

Cordelia flinched at the loud sound of the vehicle starting up, not liking loud noises. Though as soon as the car started moving, her attention was consumed by the scenery outside of the car, watching in amazement as things moved quickly past the window. "Wow, this is cool." She murmured, sitting up a little more in her seat to get a better view of everything they're passing.

Hearing Jason talking, she thought he was talking to her, since there was no one else in the car, but when she glanced over at him and saw him talking into a rectangular object, her head tilted to the side, studying him closely. "What is that?" She asked in awe as he set the phone down, her eyes following it. "You were talking to somebody? Somebody who isn't here." She murmured, reaching out and picking up the phone, looking at it curiously, flipping it over in her hands, looking for some kind of explanation as to how the device allowed him to talk to his brother who was clearly not in the vehicle with them.
