The Plague
Wiping out all the males of the Roland-Dansen (the West Tribe) and all the females in the Cromwell-Harts (the East Tribe), the Plague is an illness that, once attached to one sex in one tribe, will wipe out that whole tribe, then leave with the last of that sex. Elizabeth and Harrison had known each other in childhood, and now that they need each other they are going to put aside their differences to try and keep their trbes alive.
