(Alex never got up from her chair guys. o_o lol, owell owell. ^_^)

"Nice to meet you, Xavier." Alex smiled then taking his hand he offered her. She quickly looked over to Dillan and Jellie’s parents who seemed to be talking about old memories. She looked over at her parents. It seemed as if they all knew each other.

Alex looked down at the beach, come to think of it, all of her new friends parents seemed to look familiar as well. Alex’s mouth dropped a little.

“Holy, shit!” She almost yelled, not even sure who she was talking to. Alex’s parents jerked their heads toward her, shooting another glare in her direction. They looked around at everyone else in embarrassment. “Sorry.” She mouthed to them, almost shrinking under their glare. I wonder if anyone else remembers. Alex thought to herself. She looked at Xavier seeing no recognition in his eyes. Probably not. This is so crazy! Alex looked over at Blair who was talking to Dillan, at Jellie who was approaching with her dog, Lucas throwing his stuff in the garbage, and at Xavier who had just arrived.

Alex bit her lip then smiled awkwardly. She couldn't get the thought of how different everyone looked out of her head.

"Blair, Blair, Blair." She ran over to where Blair was. "Guess what..." Alex told Blair everything then waited to see her response when she heard a loud crash. She turned and looked to see her Dad laying on the floor next to two chairs that were laying on the floor with him. He jumped up, pulling the chairs back up. "I'm fine, I'm fine." He put his hands up to his chest to assure anyone, his face turning bright red.

Blair frowned momentarily before a smile picked up on her face again "hmm I guess your right, you must just have one of those faces" she laughed lightly rubbing her arms as a cooling breeze began to set in as the sun set behind the horizon, she sighed slightly she could have sworn she knew him but a lot tends to happen in three years she couldn't blame him for not remembering her or vise versa. "Well I think I'm gonna head on home, I've drove all the way from New York this morning so as you can imagine I'm beat" she smiled picking up her bag "Thank you for a wonderful evening" she held out her hand to shake Dillans, when she heard Alex's voice.

"Blair, Blair, Blair...Guess What!?" Blair laughed slightly at the girl antics "What's wrong sweetie?" she asked, listening about her new friends theory, looking around she looked at her parents who seemed to be laughing and joking with Lucas like they were old friends, her confusion grew "Wait a minute, Jellie...Angelica Rivers?" Blair's eyes widened as it dawned on her, she did know these people! She looked out to the girl on the beach with her dog "Oh wow..." she muttered.

(OOC: It's ok, I'm still up for this rp... Just glad that you're ok.)

Dillan felt bad, seeing her frown. He didn't recognize her, but he was digging as deep as he could remember into his memories with a girl that looked like her. But all the kids he use to run around with on this island had blury faces, and even then. Kids could change DRASTICALLY when they grew up, he's seen photos of his buddies in the corps that were fat or weird looking. And were now studs doing everything he did. He looked to Alex as she ran over shouting something. "Blair, Blair, Blair...Guess What!?" He quirked a brow getting curious, seeing what the two sisters were getting so excited about. When the cat fell out of the bag, he felt dumbfounded. <So.... I've met these people?> He looked to his folks who were still having an in depth conversation with Jellie's parents still catching up and talking.

Dillan frowned slightly, this just making him feel worse.... It wasn't his fault, he knew. But he thought that maybe the PTSD had something to do with it? Who knew, but he still had yet to go to regular therapy sessions which was scheduled after the trip. This was sort of a test for him to acclimate to a normal life back in the US. He really didn't want to be on meds for the rest of his life, that would make it less likely that he would stay in the military. He wouldn't know what to do if he wasn't in.... All these thoughts started a vicious cycle in his head, making him emotionally and mentally drift further and further away from the group. His father saw this, and stood up excusing himself and quietly walked over. He placed a hands very delicately on his son's shoulder kneeling down to be eye level. "Son.... Are you alright?" Dillan jumped feeling a hand, and was about to smack it away but looked seeing that it was his dad and took a deep but shaky breath. "Y-Yeah, I'm fine... Just thinking." "Well don't think to yourself too much... You got some pretty young girls here needing your attention." He smiled, and Dillan laughed nodding his head. "Thanks dad..." His father patted his shoulder, and stepped up. For a moment, there was a grave look of concern and heartache on his face but he quickly recovered and smiled again going back to his wife's side.

Dillan looked back to the sisters, and sipped his water having finished his food now.

Blair looked towards Dillan with a smile "Well haven't you grown up" she laughed pulling the guy into a hug, but quickly letting go remembering that he couldn't remember them "I'm sorry" she apologised scratching the back of her head "I'm a bit of a huger" she admitted sheepishly as her cheeks started to blush, trust Blair to make a fool out of herself during a party. Blair watched as Dillan got lost further within himself with concern on her face, she can remember a similar look her mom use to have just after her dad was killed in the gulf war and she knew instantly that something was wrong with this handsome marine.

"Well don't think to yourself too much... You got some pretty young girls here needing your attention." Dillan's dad comforted his son but Blair couldn't help but smile lightly at the last part "Your dad's right Dillan" she smiled with a laugh and a quick wink.

Being pulled over by his parents Lucas now stood nodding and smiling as his parents and the sister's parents stood talking among him. According to Alex and Blair's parents Lucas had grown up a lot since the last time they had seen him and considering the fact that he hadn't been to the island or seen this people since he was fifteen he figured he had. Lucas parents went off to go talk with some of the other parents Lucas was about to walk away when Blair's dad stop him and started asking him about his plans after summer. In all honesty Lucas didn't really know what his plans were for his future but he knew what his father's plans were his future and as of now those plans seemed good enough for him. Lucas at heart was a real charismatic person so the conversation flowed natural as Lucas spoke briefly about his about his plans, small jokes being made in between the chat. After minutes of entertaining the parents Lucas excused himself from the conversation and walked back to the group of teens.

As he reached he took a seat and looked at the girls who both seemed to be really excited, over what he couldn't be sure. He glanced at Dillan who was having a hushed conversation with his father, Lucas couldn't make out the words they were saying so he just turned his attention back to the hyper girls. He was surprised when Blair out of the blue attack hug Dillan he chuckled "Aww haven't you two gotten close in my absence" he said sarcastically giving the two a small wink sitting back in his seat.

Feeling someone hug her tightly she lets out a yelp. "Oh my God,please don't kill me. I'm only in my junior year of high school."She saids before getting let go of. She starts to think from her past back when she had platinum blonde hair. She thinks of the kids she used to hang out with, always being the shortest and it came to her that she did know them. "Oh my God,we do know each other."She saids in a happy voice. She looks up at all of them. "You all make me feel so bad about myself. I mean older than me fine but you all had to taller too right?"She saids with a smiling pout on her face as she puts her hands on her tiny hips. She smiles not being able to hide her happiness.

She think why they didn't notice her as she messed with her bright pink hair. Then she got it and mentally facepalmed herself. Ooooh I know why now. She thinks before lookingback at the others.

(Night. :) For my next post, Alex is going to go back home and then go right into morning. I KIND OF have something planned, though not fully... We're only on Day 1 and it's been almost exactly a month... LOL.)

Alex waited for Blair's reaction to surface. "Wait a minute, Jellie...Angelica Rivers? Oh wow..."
"I literally just looked at an old picture of all of us a couple of hours ago, and I still had no idea." Alex rolled her eyes. She was surprised it wasn't obvious to her. I mean, yes they all looked completely different, but at the same time you could still see the cute, young faces from in the picture. Alex looked around at all the now-familiar people, Jellie returning, Lucas talking with a few parents, and Blair giving Dillan a huge hug. She laughed slightly shaking her head, then looked at Jellie after she spoke.

"Aw Jellie. There's nothing wrong with being short. At lease you have a wider range with the boys." She winked.

"Aww haven't you two gotten close in my absence" Alex turned to see Lucas returning. Has he figured it out yet? She thought back, trying to pull at one of their childhood memories to bring up. "Remember camping out here, and all the s'mores, and tubing?" Alex missed being young in certain ways, all the fun they would have, would those kinds of things even still interest them? Alex didn't know. It's been a few years since she's done anything like that, the past few summers consisted of partying, working, and laying out in the sun in her backyard.

The sun continued to set until it disappeared behind the horizon, leaving a pinkish tint in the sky. The parent's still chatted, but you could see they were planning on heading back to their homes as they slowly gathered and helped clear off the tables, putting any left overs away.

"Well haven't you grown up" Dilan blushed slightly when Blair hugged him, it being out of the blue but he didn't just sit their like an idiot. He hugged her back, just to not be rude or seem antisocial. He turned to Lucas who seemed to have the wrong idea about them, but he wasn't going to correct the guy since that would make him look like an ass hole. He looked back to Blair and shook his head in disbelief... Nothing. He had nothing pop up in his head. "Remember camping out here, and all the s'mores, and tubing?" He looked down, cupping his hands together. "....... No....." He remembered camping and all that stuff, but not with them. His brain pulled up no faces or names, except for his and his parents.

Some of the parents began to notice, and get concerned. Everyone was reminiscing and enjoying themselves except for Dillan, which made him feel worse. More like an outcast, like he didn't fit in to normal society anymore. They looked his parents, who very softly spoke explaining the situation. It was tragic. Dillan, looked over to the setting son a knot growing in his throat and his eyes starting to sting with tears. He couldn't remember anything about these people..... Which was incredibly hard to come to terms with. He had absolutely nothing.

"Aww haven't you two gotten close in my absence" Blair laughed at Lucas's statement "You want one too?" she smirked throwing her arms around his neck to give him a hug, pulling back she winked playfully at him. "I literally just looked at an old picture of all of us a couple of hours ago, and I still had no idea." nodding at Alex's statement, she wasn't surprised that her sister didn't put two and two together sooner, everyone looked a hell of a lot different than they did three years ago.

Blair looked toward Dillan when she noticed he hadn't said anything for a while and was surprised to see the tears threatening to fall in his eyes, what had happened to him that he was reduced to tears for not remembering? Concerned and feeling slightly guilty she picked up her bag and smiled at Dillan "Well I'm gonna head on home now, it was very nice to see you all" she smiled "I'll probably see you on the beach" she said towards Lucas and Dillan. Walking over to Dillan's parents she embraced both of them "Thank you both so much for a wonderful evening Mr and Mrs Meyer" she smiled brightly "I hope to see y'all again soon."

She looks as Lucus joins them and makes a comment to Blair and Dillan. She couldn't help but to giggle, she was all for teasing people until she was teased. Aw Jellie. There's nothing wrong with being short. At lease you have a wider range with the boys. Alex tells her and winks. She can feel her cheeks start to lush, she never really had a boyfriends, boys barely looked at unless they were her friend. She looks down at her feet and kicked a small pebble. "Yea,well when you're 5'4 and you haven't grown since your freshmen year let me know." She saids mubbling to herself.

As ALex started to talk about old times, they all came back to her. Sadly, she heard Dillan's answer. It made her feel really sorry for him. She starts to see him let tears down his face and frowns. "Come Dillan,It's not your fault. Don't be so hard on yourself."She saids putting her hand on his shoulder trying to make him feel better. She sees her parents start to look at them and she starts to blush again, her parents always assumed that everyone of her guy friends were really her boyfriend or something and she hated it. She smiles at him and puts her hand to her side. Seeing her parents were one their way to their cabin she mouths 'five minutes'. Her mom said 'now'. Jellie rolls her crystal blue eyes and sighs. "Well, guys. It seem like my parents want me home. Just be lucky you're at least eighteen and can do what you want." She saids smiling and waving as she walks to her parents. As they walk back to the cabin she feels like she forgot something. At that moment Pete starts to run up behind her she holds him in her arms and when they get home puts him on the plaid dog bed she brought him. She lays on her bad, says good night to he parents, and starts to drift off to a deep sleep.

"You want one too?" Blair said with a smirk throwing her arms around his neck to give him a hug. Lucas hug her back he hadn't suspect the hug but he didn't mind it, when she pulled back she winked at him playful he flashed a friendly smile looking over at Alex. "Remember camping out here, and all the s'mores, and tubing?" Lucas thought back for a short moment and when he did it all did kind of come back to him. He remembered how much fun he had that day, it was the first time he had ever had a s'more in his life. "I literally just looked at an old picture of all of us a couple of hours ago, and I still had no idea." Lucas nodded at what Alex had said, he couldn't believe after the hours he had just spent sitting around these people that it hadn't once occurred to him that these were the same people that were his best friends just three short years old. "Well I'm gonna head on home now, it was very nice to see you all" Lucas looked at Blair who was saying her farewells to the group "I'll probably see you on the beach" Lucas nodded "I hope so, we all have three years of catching up to do" he said watching Blair walk away over to the hosts.

"Come Dillan,It's not your fault. Don't be so hard on yourself" Jellie said putting her hand on his shoulder trying to make him feel better. Lucas hadn't noticed it before but Dillan looked like he was about to burst into tears he felt bad and awkward now. When his female friends felt back he would just be their shoulder to cry on and listen and nod to them as they in their hysterical voices told him about all of their issues, and if through all the sobbing he could understand a word they said at the end of it he would offer up what ever words of wisdom he could come up with on the spot. When his male friends went through their issues either their was just a mutual understanding or the guys would all get together and party just to help that guy try to get over his issues. "Yeah man don't feel so bad. We all just sat here for hours looking at each others faces and none of us realized who each other are until now" he said doing his best to help Jellie in her effort to cheer up Dillan. "Well, guys. It seem like my parents want me home. Just be lucky you're at least eighteen and can do what you want." Lucas laughed "I only wish I was an eighteen year old with the power to do what want" he says as Jellie takes off to her parent waving goodbye. Seeing as everyone else was getting up and heading in Lucas decided to do the same, he saw his parents in the distance helping the Meyers with the clean up. Lucas looked over at Dillan "Well am gonna head in too. Do me a favor and tell your parents thanks for me the food was awesome" he said getting up. He gave Alex a small hug then looked at the two teens "I'll catch you tomorrow" he said with one last smile turning away and walking to his cabin.

When he got to the cabin Lucas went straight upstairs to his room he hadn't realized how tired he was till he got in the house. He was glad his parents were still on the beach he wasn't sure if they had resolved their issues from earlier and just in case they hadn't he didn't want to be awake for the aftermath. He threw off his clothes pausing for a moment considering taking a shower before bed, deciding against it he fell into bed throwing his sheet over his head and going to sleep.

Dillan sighed and looked down rubbing his eyes. Everything they tried to do to comfort him, just made him upset since they didn't understand. He wanted to just tell them off, get them all off his case. The parents already knew, and would have to explain later privately. Dillan jumped feeling Jellie's hand and glanced up at her. "Yeah.... Thanks." He spoke shortly, and looked over as everyone began to leave.

His mom stepped over. "Why don't you go and rest sug..." Dillan nodded and got up, without saying a word. Fortunately, people knew so he wouldn't be looked at as rude. His parents packed everything away giving away some left overs to some of the parents and went inside. Dillan laid on his bed, and pulled a pillow over his face and sighed. What happened out there was frustrating, painful, and embarrassing. He didn't feel like he fit in very well with 'normal' people. He would just have to try and sleep... "I hope tonight goes better.." He tossed his shirt, and hissed feeling a sharp pain and looked at the scar on his shoulder. He sighed and stripped to his boxers and went to bed.

Alex waved to Jellie and returned Lucas' hug before they left, then quickly rushed over to Dillan's parents, before they headed inside, to thank them for dinner. “See ya, Dillan.” She waved then making her way down the beach. The only light that shone the path for Alex was the moon. It was so beautiful, and the stars here were so clear, though it did begin to get a little chilly. When she reached the house she rushed upstairs and threw her pajamas on. Before turning her light out she glanced at the old picture of the five of them; they really did look different.

----

The next morning, Alex awoke in the exact same spot she fell asleep in. It was 10'o clock and she was glad to see there wasn't a single cloud in the sky; perfect day to head out further into the town and then hang out at the beach. After she threw a pair of shorts and a tank top over her bathing suit, Alex rushed out. "I'll be back in an hour!" She called out. She wasn't sure if Blair was up or not, but she was much too excited to get out to wait. The sun’s rays stung her eyes; sunglasses may have been a good idea, she thought after realizing she had forgotten hers at home.

As she made her way down the board walk, she came across two girls with a pile of papers in their hands. "Alexandra!?" They called. Great, the residents have noticed her. Alex gave herself a mental face palm. She knew these girls from a while back when they lived in their neighborhood by the beach. They would always throw these parties behind their house, blasting loud music, which surprisingly didn't bother anyone; or maybe they were just used to it.

"How've you been? Where's Blair?" They continued to throw questions at her, though she was surprised they even recognized her when all her other friends hadn't. “She’s at home.” She replied, desperately looking for a way to escape.

“Well, here.” One of the girls took a piece of paper off the pile and handed it to Alex. Surprise, surprise, another party; it seemed like that’s all they did during their summers. “It’s tonight. Come if you want!” The other girl said as they both began to walk away. “Thanks.” Alex murmured and continued on.

An hour and a half later she returned to the house with a new pair of sunglasses on her head. I cannot believe I forgot sunglasses. She thought as she grabbed a bottle of water out of the fridge, then searching the house for Blair.

Lucas sat in the sand on the beach pouring sweat his father handed him a bottle of water "Looking good son" his father said with a happy smile looking down at the stop watch in his hand. Lucas and his father had been up since five and his father had put him to work by six. First he had done his usually warm up routine working out in the home gym, his father had made one in the basement of the cabin last time they were here. That had taken a hour to complete then him and father played a little one on one basketball in the front of the house for a little over an hour. Afterwards his father made him do high knees, calf walk, lunge walk, sideways running, and backwards running on the beach for two hours. And now Lucas sat in the sand drinking the cold water after jogging around the boardwalk for the past hour his father looked down at him "I'll let you chill out for about a hour or so I have to run into town and pick up a couple of things for the cabin" Lucas just nodded as he finished his water.

Standing up he followed his father into the house through the backyard entrance the two walked upstairs together then separated going into different rooms. Lucas was tired not so much from the workout but more so from the lack of sleep, considering what he had done today he knew his father had taken it easy on him. He opened his dresser and took a fresh pair of clothes then he went and took a shower, after getting out he put on the change of clothes and went downstairs. His father had already left and his mother not being an earlier riser was still asleep upstairs. He took out two pieces of bread and stuck them in the toaster while the bread toasted Lucas got the butter and another bottle of water out of the fridge. After his toast was ready he buttered it put it on a plastic plate returned the butter to the fridge and then he left the house with his toast and water and went back out to the beach.

Walking up Jellie felt the blood rushing to her head. She raises an eyebrow seeing that the whole room was upside down. "Oh. I'm slow." She gets her head, which was hanging off the side of the bed and lays it back on her pillow. Trying to fall back asleep, she feels her dog start to jump on her small skinny, exposed legs. She groans and shoos him away,"Guess no one wants me to get back to sleep. So I guess i'm getting up." She exhales and slides her feet in herpikachu slippers. Rubbing her deep blue eyes removing the sleep she walks to her dresser looking for a outfit to wear that her parents won't complain about. She stops for a minute and grabs her ihome out of her bag, pulling it in she puts her ipod touch in and start blasting her music. "Turn that down,Angelica!" Her mother tells her. She just rolls her eyes and lowers it a little. She had to anyway since the song always freaked her dog out. She walks back to her clothes and just grabs a random outfitout. She slips off her clothes from yesterday and slides her new ones on before walking out her door with her trusty sidekick by her side.

She walks in the kitchen and sees her mom and dad making breakfast,of course consisting of eggs, bacon, and hashbrowns. There was probably one thing she would eat out of thise three and those were the hashbrowns. "Mm." She saids as she grabs a cooled off hashbrown from one o their glass plates. She grabs Pete's collar and she clips in on his leash. "There we go,buddy." She pats her dog on the head and grabs anouther rather large hashbrown before waving to her parents an heading out the door and grabbing her black sunglasses. She starts to walk to the boardwalk wanting to look at all the stores before seeing a few girl. "Crap, not them." she saids under her breath as they walk right by her, yea. Those girls always had good parties but she was never invited mostly because they hated her for some stupid reason, that she can't even remember. She rolls her eyes and grabs a monster energy drink and buys it from a vendor. She heads on the sandy beach and sits on a wooden bench wacthing all the action from kids playing to couples holding hands oh and not to forget all the surfer guys. She smiles at the thought and chuckles to herself. She sees Pete, lay on the sand and just starts to chill, she smirks and rolls her eyes thinking it's best not to bug him.

After finishing his "breakfast" and water he got and threw the trash in the nearest trash can. He still had time before his dad would be back so he figured he could get in a couple of sets on the water before he had to get back to work. He went back to his cabin and opened the garage that contained all of the stuff his family had brought along that they hadn't bothered to unpack yet. He found one of his surfboard leaning against a wall surrounded by a couple of other things not feeling like looking for one of the other ones he cleared the things from around it and pulled it out of the junk. After collecting the board he closed the garage back and paused for a moment considering going upstairs and changing into one of the wetsuits but he knew he would be fine without it, besides he was already wearing his trunks so why bother. He took the long way back to the beach instead of just going around the cabin. While walking to ocean he spotted Jellie relaxing on the beach. He walked over to where she sat and stuck his board in the stand then took a seat next to her. "How's it going Jellie" he asked with a smile.

Dillan rose at 7, and groaned clutching his side and immediately reached for his bottle of pills. He downed two, and drank from a glass of water then flopped back into bed just waiting for them to kick in. He looked out the window, hearing the waves crash on the shore which really relaxed him. He wondered what he was going to do today, and decided to push the pain aside and sit up to go take a shower. He stepped out of the bathroom, to the smell of breakfast and smiled being motivated to go to his room and get dressed in his trunks and a t-shirt then walked down stairs. He sat down to a full platter breakfast of ham, eggs, hashbrowns and pancakes. "Thanks mom..." He ate, and sighed the pain going away in his legs and shoulder which made him feel even better.

"What's the plan for today son?" "I really don't know pop...." They sat there and thought for a minute. "Why don't you take some of your friends to go see a movie? That'll burn a few hours." Dillan smiled and liked that idea, but he would have to see how that worked out with everybody else int he cabins. "Alright... I'll head out and see what everyone else is up to." Dillan, got up and put his dishes in the sink then stepped outside on the front porch. He saw Jellie out there with her dog, and it looked like Lucas was stepping out as well. He looked down the road and saw two girls walking, but thought that those two were Alex and Blair.
