Other: When Michael was born, it is said that he was blessed by the Archangel himself, Michael. He was named after the Archangel for this, and seemingly has lived a normal life since. However in truth, the WDL caught word of this and went to investigate, believing that there might be more of people like him. He rejected joining under the WDL, but offered his services as an ally. The human world sees him as an iconic figure who has been blessed by god to guide them, the demon world sees him as an abomination because of his blessing, but only a certain few in the WDL know of his true secret. Michael is now one of three leaders of a group that have dedicated themselves to fighting off the demons without the corrupted ways of the WDL. The other two mysteriously vanished one day though, and as of right now, Michael is currently the only one in charge of the group until the other two leaders return. Although Michael has strong ambitions, inside he remains kind and gentle.

So begins...

~ Sebastian's View ~

:: Sebastian could tell he had made something of an impression, but the eye was what worried him. Had it pushed Brenhin too far today? Did it make trouble for him and the eye at the same time? He caught his breath as if he was suddenly tired, looking up at Brenhin as he lowered his head a bit towards him. "I will consider what you have said." He told him, turning around while keeping his head lowered as the eye led him and Sebastian out of there. "Oh, and Brenhin." The eye called out to him with a little mocking tone to it's voice still. "Don't forget to check up on the other child and Loki now, you don't want Loki to use the child to betray you. Then you'll have to kill them both, and that would be such a waste for the great and powerful demon king." With a chuckle it let, setting things into motion as it once again made the fires in front of Sebastian make a path for them.

"Where are we going now?" Sebastian asked after a few moments had passed, the eye now having a tiny black body that resembled that of a starfish, with the eye dead in it's center. "We are going to meet your father, well, if he's in. If not, I shall return to Earth with you and we can catch up on what you need to do." It told him, Sebastian felt the weight of the entire situation rest on his shoulders, the image of the chains crossing his mind for a second, and the eye reacted as if it could feel this. "The WDL is what they are called mainly, and they serve to rid the world of us. But I think there is a bit more to this." The eye spoke to him with caution for the first time, not even around Brenhin had it gone to such lengths. Sebastian was interested now, so the WDL was much more of a threat to the world then Brenhin was? "I believe they aim to control the world, after all, they are being lead by the pope himself. Maybe God abandoned them and they are taking revenge against his actions now. Do not worry though Sebastian, we will have you to destroy the WDL in the end, and in return, you will have that woman you so desire."

Sebastian looked down as he thought back to what he saw earlier, he felt odd as everything passed through his mind. He had barely been in hell for a few hours and suddenly it was on him to save the world? "Can I trust Brenhin?" He asked the eye, as it took some consideration into this before answering him. "Yes, for all his dumb and dull actions, he will make a great ally for you. His brother, on the other hand, you can not trust." It told Sebastian with caution again, suddenly it sounded like having Brenhin on his good side was a good thing to have, maybe it had told Brenhin about his brother so that Brenhin could keep his brother away from him? He shivered, realizing that it may already be too late for the other child who had been sent into hell. "Brenhin has many soldiers under his wing, and the power as well. He may not seem like the best option for an ally, but he is also our only choice, besides your father of course. Even if they do butt heads from time to time..." It mumbled the last part to itself, stopping as a demon came before them.

"The lord is not here right now, you will have to go." It told Sebastian and the eye, slamming the butt of it's spear against the ground before turning around and walking back off into the unknown, somewhere Sebastian could not see. "Oh dear, so we have to go back to Earth now?" The eye mumbled, shaking itself a bit as Sebastian watched it. "Ah well, he will probably want to meet us up there instead of having to come down here to talk. This may get a little tricky, Sebastian, so don't be afraid." It told him, as Sebastian closed his eyes in preparation, but felt nothing happen. When he opened his eyes again, they were outside a town, no one seemed to have noticed Sebastian had appeared out of thin air. "I'm... Alive." Was his first reaction, falling on to his knees and hands as he gasped for air, the insanity hell had left on him was finally starting to catch up. He worried about the other child again at this, could he even come back to Earth without going into a seizure?

The eye appeared again to him, floating over while still in it's starfish like body as he slowly felt his strength returning after what felt like several minutes. He pushed himself off the ground as he groaned a little, shaking his head a bit as he blinked a few times, all the while the eye observed him carefully. "It's a good thing I got you out of there when I did, not many half demons can handle the first time going into hell's depths. You were lucky though, you had me." It told him as it turned around and moved a little forward, Sebastian taking a few steps forward, feeling light-headed but found himself coming back together. "We are close to the WDL, but not too close that we will be spotted out of the norm by the security they have. Come, Sebastian, and I will open the other ability you can use. This time, one that can be used in human form." Sebastian felt a brow raise when it said that, but he found himself moving towards the town, having no where else in the world to go now. So the two began to head towards the town, the next part of Sebastian's journey started here it seemed. ::

"I am sorry sir, but you are not allowed inside." The WDL guard told him, next to him standing another WDL guard, who kept quiet and merely concentrated on finding any suspicious looking demons around that might be left. "But there was an attack here earlier, was there not? Why was I not noticed?" Michael asked them, out of his entire group, he was the only one the WDL trusted most it seemed. Now, at least. "We could not notify you because were not prepared for this attack, but I assure you, your services will be called once another demon attack has been notified." The WDL said to him, leaving the conversation at that, and Michael was left to walk off towards the van in frustration.

"They did it again!" He exclaimed to the driver sitting next to him, a member of the group who he could always count on when he needed him there. Michael could consider him a best friend even, both were extremely well known by now for slaying demons, although they did not allow themselves to be placed among the exorcists. They were hunters in a sense, serving under god in order to stop Satan's forces and send them back to the depths where they belonged. "Ah don't worry about it man, things happen for a reason." He heard Scott tell him, Michael could feel his rage settling down now, yet he should of at least been notified of the attack. "We're suppose to be heroes Scott, yet people still died back there today! How am I suppose to feel good about myself when people are still dying and making our attempts for justice and peace look in vein?!"

"Now Michael, settle down." Scott told him, keeping his eyes on the road and occasionally glancing to the back view mirror. Once in a while Scott would readjust it, but this did little to help with the situation. Michael's division of the group now was left in charge of handling the other two division's, who no longer had their leaders support and strength, which left Michael more stressed in the end. "We are heroes, but like I said, once in a while something happens that is out of our hands. The people will not blame you for this attack, and I am sure they will be more then thankful you are still there to save them." Scott brought a smile to his face, Michael let out a groan out of his throat in defeat, watching as the town came into view. "So how long before the WDL decides to send me back up to them to make a speech?" Michael asked Scott, who in turn let out a laugh as he stopped the van and parked it.

"Probably not for a few more days, although I would prepare early. You are a celebrity now, so it could be at any time. The year has only just started for them, I'm sure they are waiting for everything to settle before bringing in a big name such as yourself." Michael left out a sigh as he and Scott got out of the van, and began walking towards the town, both wearing clothes that would make them look like they had just come out of college. In reality, this was very true. Despite being part of one of the biggest demon slaying organizations in the world, Michael and Scott still had an education to get, although the demons didn't help any with that. "You think any demons will show up tonight?" Scott asked Michael jokingly, Michael smiling as he looked towards Scott. "If they do, it looks like we get an excuse to get out of studying tonight!"

Both laughed at this, enjoying the time they had before they would once again get separated. They had been best friends since eight years old, grew up as neighbors, but times had quickly changed. One thing Michael knew hadn't changed, they both were still looking for a girlfriend, it was just they had very different approaches on trying to do this now. ::

~ Michael's Story ~

"I thought we were going to the WDL?" Scott asked, looking towards Michael in confusion. "We are... There's just been trouble." He told him, watching the rain begin to start as he looked up. "How odd..." Michael mumbled, before walking over with Scott to the scene, a WDL soldier struggling as he was bound. "What's the problem?" Michael asked, looking at the other three as they looked up at him. "It seems we caught a traitor, one who's been killing WDL members for quite some time. And now --" "PLEASE!" The man begged, struggling more against his bounds. "I -- I'm innocent I tell you! Innocent!" He screamed, struggling more. "Hang on now guys, just let Michael do this thing and --"

But all too late, a blade was forced out the man's chest as he collapsed, as they all turned to see an approaching WDL member wearing some sort of lightweight outfit and keeping his identity a secret. "Hey! What was that for?!" Scott asked him in rage, the mysterious WDL member stopping as he looked at them. "Orders from the head himself." Was all the member said before running off. "God damn assassins..." Scott mumbled, as Michael put a hand on his shoulder, having just finished his prayer. "There was nothing we could of done for him." Michael said, before walking off with Scott. "Got an umbrella?" Michael asked him. "Sure, let me get one." He said, quickly snatching one and opening it above them.

"You okay Michael? This isn't like you at all.." Scott said to him. "Something's wrong with the WDL... Something's coming. The rain wasn't suppose to come today, but it has for some reason... Come on, back to the van." He said, quickly beginning to rush off in the rain. "...Uh, yeah, I'm gonna walk." Scott mumbled out loud, before three minutes later the van would pull up near them. "Ah damn." Scott mumbled again before closing the umbrella and getting inside. "Where we going?" Scott asked, looking over at him. "The WDL. That man's murder has something to do with this. Arthur wouldn't send someone to murder one of his own members unless someone was going wrong... We don't have much time." With that, the next three days were spent... Going to the WDL. Or, who knows, they might of gotten there sooner.

~ Sebastian's Story ~

Three days he had been waiting for this moment. The chance to finally see her again, the chance to prove himself, the chance to... Do something! The eye merely observed for now, hidden to the WDL members as it waited for them to arrive. Both were a little on edge, this was a big and also very suicidal attempt to get into the WDL's walls without being detected. Sebastian knew he was the youngest looking there, heck he should be in freshman year right now! None of it mattered as the last thoughts escaped when they arrived at the WDL. "Alright team, listen up." The man in charge of the squad spoke out, seeming to walk in front of them as they all got out of their vehicles. "We are getting high reports that an invasion is in the progress of happening right now. Our superiors have told everyone, and I will repeat those words here and now for all of you. Do NOT let it happen! If you even think you see a demon, don't think, act! It's what you were trained to do, it's what you were born to do, now let's go and find some demon asses to kick!" Everyone in the group cheered as they now found the adrenaline to rush behind their leader. Sebastian, however, sneaked his way off towards the WDL itself, somehow not being seen or questioned.

"And what do you think you are doing?" A guard asked him as he had arrived at the front of the WDL. Sebastian panicked inside his head for a second, what excuse could he use to get inside and find her? "Say you were sent to patrol the inside of the halls and help evacuate anyone if the invasion does happen." The eye said to Sebastian, as he quickly put his fears aside to speak to them, trying to not make it look like someone else had told him these words. "I was sent here to patrol the halls, and to also evacuate anyone still inside should the invasion happen." The guard seemed to look over at his friend, who gave the nod as the first guard sighed. "Let me see your I.D." The guard asked, as Sebastian took off the card on his WDL outfit and handed it to the guard. The guard seemed to look puzzled as he looked it over. "Uh, do you remember what this guy is supposed to do...?" The second guard raised his brows as he found himself puzzled as well. "Um... Maybe? I -- I think he's telling the truth. I mean, he isn't a demon I can tell that much for sure, so... You know." Both guards found themselves in awkward silence before the first guard handed it back to Sebastian as he puts it back on his suit. "Alright, you can go inside. But no funny business, okay?" Sebastian nodded in reply, heading inside as the eye couldn't help but chuckle at how neither of them knew about it.

Sebastian was taken aback by how the inside of the academy was, seeming to almost slow down before he felt the eye push into his back to keep him moving forward. "We can't sight-see you know. We got in, that's great and all, but if you want to find her, do it now! Otherwise, this trip will have been for nothing!" Sebastian found himself gripping back into reality as he nodded and tried to look around, but found himself... Completely lost. "So uh, while we're on the subject... What's with all this talk about an invasion?" He asked, the eye seeming to let out a sigh before speaking. "I think it's to do with your father, and also to do with what we did. You see, things are going to get very hectic from now on. What we did might of lead poor Arthur to believe someone inside his WDL is a traitor! He really has a lot to learn, but your father also seems to have plans. We may get thrown into the middle of it, although I heavily advise finding that girl -- sorry, woman now."

He began to see people walking around, gathering up as they made it harder for him to tell people apart at this. He seemed to furrow his brows at this, looking around as he could see a crowd here, a crowd there, a crowd all around him somehow! He was getting upset, he wasn't finding her at all! He wanted to ask her name, he wanted to actually introduce himself... But this was just madness! His first time into this place was a total disaster, and he felt like he might as well give up the goose chase here. "Look, over there." The eye said, as when Sebastian looked up, he found himself looking at... Oh joys of all, he had found her! He found himself running into a jog, his feet guiding him in a direction he never thought he could go before, as he didn't even notice as he lost the I.D. card first. When he entered into the crowd, he found himself trying to push in, when he got push back around, which ended up just with the removal of more WDL clothes. This was more due to him going into a rage and finally just throwing the damn thing off when they weren't looking. Finally, after having lost it all, he found himself... Tripping over someone!

He screamed out a little at this, finding himself quickly rolling off of the person as he got up and quickly brushed himself off, finding the one named Claire before him. Quickly reaching down to grab her hand, he helped her back up as the crowd was moving away at this. He quickly brushed off her shoulders before backing up a little. "S-sorry, I didn't mean to --" He stopped, looking back as he found the crowd moving further away now. "Shoot, no! She's gone... Damn it!" He mumbled the last pat to himself, now in the attire he had worn to the meeting with Arthur, and yes, it had been cleaned since then. "I'm so sorry for doing that, I'm -- I'm Sebastian... I'll -- uh..." He stopped, when a boy came over and started talking to her, seeing a few nods being exchanged before them as he looked up at them. "... Look, I -- I'm just here to find someone... A woman. Can you please help me?" He asked a little out of desperation, the eye silently observing the two as it looked back at the fading crowd and then back at them. "Interesting..." The eye said, noticing Claire's appearance as it kept that in mind.

~ Michael's Story ~

"Renegades base, reporting in for duty sir." A young male voice spoke out to Michael and Scott, as the van continued on it's journey for the WDL. They were getting closer now, and Scott could tell Michael was on edge. He had only just picked up on the rumors, he had long discovered that a strange demon had attacked the same place they were just at, he had only just discovered though that there may be an incoming invasion on the WDL. "I want you to listen to every word I say. This is Michael, so I want everyone to hear this. I don't care if the other two decide to be ignorant, but get them to do this! You need to send most of the squads out to protect places near the WDL or have WDL activity in them. Do you understand? Protect the innocents with your lives! If you see even the slightest hint of a demon, investigate upon it. If you can confirm your suspicions are true, act on it, and strike without hesitation!" Michael spoke, seeming to try to regain a hold over himself as the young man spoke out. "Uhh, b-but what about us here at the base, sir...?" Scott seemed to step in at this. "You will defend the base with your lives. If the demons come to attack, do not let them surprise you! You must get the jump on them, do not let them overtake the base!" Michael sighed out as they both heard the young man's voice again. "Y-yes sir! I won't let you down! Either of you!"

They heard the base hang up at this as they both let out a sigh, as Michael shook his head a little at this. "I can't fucking believe this is going to happen..." He said, Scott seeming to pat his shoulder a bit as he sighed. "Relax... Stop the van for a bit, I need to get something out from the back." Michael rose a brow at this, but stopped it any way, as Scott quickly got out and walked to the back. Michael seemed to be on edge, he tried to calm himself, thinking nothing wrong was about to happen. Well, until he saw a few strange figures heading his way... He seemed to raise his brows at this, quickly getting out as he closed the door as he watched the men in robes come before him. "Are you Michael of The Renegades?" The man spoke out, as Michael nodded his head in confirming this. "Well then... Time to die." The tallest man said, quickly pulling out a scythe, as Michael found himself ducking, losing a few hairs in the process, but it was something he could live with. "Who are you?" He asked, watching as they threw off their cloaks to reveal... People? "We have been sent by our leader and master to personally execute you." Michael furrowed his brows at this. "WDL?" He asked. "No..." Michael rose a brow at this. "Hell?" He asked. "No... We are something far different."

Michael was prepared to attack, when a bright light came flying past him and hit the man on the right, watching as he screamed out as a loud poof was heard, the man vanishing and leaving his cloak behind. "Who dares to try and attack us?!" The lead man asked, as Scott walked forward, carrying a huge looking gun in his hand, it's alien design yet holy presence made all the remaining cloaked men actually shiver a little. "The name's Scott you sons of bitches. I heavily advise following your friend's actions and departing from here at once. I assure you, he won't be getting up for at least two days." He said, as when they heard the gun begin to charge up for another attack, they quickly did the same as the other had, making loud poof like noises before vanishing and leaving the cloaks behind. Michael walked forward and picked one up, looking at the strange demonic emblem on it as he rose his brows. "Christ... Looks like some bastard's are finally having the balls to come out now that hell is on the move again." Michael said to Scott, as Scott sighed out a bit. "You know how it is. We see any of them try to join this so called invasion, we blast them. Although I thought that bastard was a vampire... Or at least a werewolf. What I just heard wasn't either." Scott said, as Michael could only nod. "Yeah... Looks like we got a new type of creature to worry about." He said, before walking on forward, Scott following close behind. "Ah jesus, we got enough problems to worry about! If they weren't demons, what were they?!" Scott asked Michael, as only one word could come to his mind. "Monsters."

~ Sebastian's Story ~

"Claire, huh?" He asked her, nodding his head a little in response. "I wonder what your friend's name is..." He asked, quickly glancing over at where the pile of WDL clothes had been, only to see them bring carried off by WDL guards. He hoped they didn't know how to look for his DNA on there. "O-oh me? I'm Kane. Kane O'Reilly, nice to meet you, Thomas." He watched Kane extend his hand towards him, as he took a hold of his hand with a much more firmer grip then a fifteen year old should have, smiling a bit as he watched Kane rub the back of his head and laugh a little offhandedly. "I'm sorry I got the wrong girl too... I was certain Jennifer was who you meant by the description..." Sebastian remembered the girl, the black haired girl who looked similar to Ash but was definitely not a biker. When she learned she was not the one they were looking for so bluntly, she promptly hurried off in annoyance. "No, I'm sorry... I should of gotten her name when I had the chance, now I'm stuck here... While some invasion is about to fall down on this whole place. I have the worst timing." Having slipped out the part about the invasion, Kane seemed a bit startled by this. "I-Invasion?" He asked.

He felt one of his brows raise at this, as he indicated towards some of the WDL guards walking about, looking like they were just on normal duty. "These guys have been talking about it for a few days now, going on about the demons and how they will come here and start tearing this place to pieces. But if that were true, where is the security? Further, where is the leader for the matter during all this rumoring?" He then rubbed his head a little at this, his eyes looking around. "If only I knew where she went..." He mumbled to himself the last part before hearing Kane speak. "W-well, uh, we haven't been told anything like that, but if that were true uh... You're right, there would be security and stuff..." Kane looked nervous, and inexperienced in the eye's view. He barely looked like he would survive one demon attacking, much less a huge attack like the one coming. "Like I said, I'm a guest, not a student... I don't know if they let you guys get outside into the real world or not, but the way I see it is... If it is true, you are all being played or used. People may die, and what do they do? Not give a care... It's why it's all the more important we find her all the sooner." He then looked towards his right and pointed in that direction. "You think she went that way?" He tried to ask them, until...

He saw Claire narrow her eyes at him, had he said something wrong? All too quickly, she sprung into action with her words. "Classes are starting. She'd probably be in one of those, so unless you want to interrupt a lesson, you'd probably be best waiting out here." At this, she smiled cheerfully, back into her happy disguise it seemed. "Don't worry, we'll keep you company. Right Kane?" Kane looked startled by this. "W-what? But we have lessons too!" He cried out to her. "You can go if you want." She simply stated to him. "Well I just... Uh... Wow. I didn't think you'd be the kind to cut classes." Kane then scratched the back of his head, confused by this sudden realization it seemed. "Some things are a little more important. Besides, if what Mr. Thomas says is true, then I'd like to stay by him." She said, making Sebastian raise one of his brows again. He could see what she was doing, and quickly followed to recover back from his mistakes. "Well... If you two want." Was all he said on that, but the eye came in at last, chuckling as it turned it's gaze to Claire. "So, you probably want some information about us, don't you?" It asked her, as Sebastian felt... Cautious now of the eye, while watching Claire's eyes falter for a moment in it's direction but then returned them on him. "Of course, it's no trouble at all." She said to him, but moments later, her thoughts were being projected into the eye. "Don't get the wrong idea, I'm just keeping an eye on you two." She told it.

"Hah, is that suppose to be a pun? Well here's the thing... I can't give away information without you giving me some first. Of course, I could always assume you were some WDL spy dog." The eye gave off a chuckle towards her at this, as Sebastian felt a sigh escape his mouth, quickly making it sound like it was out of exhaustion as he shrugged his shoulders a bit at this, trying to ignore the eye's sudden... Ominous tone. "So where do we go now?" He asked them both, as he watched Kane scratch his chin while looking up to the sky. "Well uh, It's not like we can go to the mall or anything. That'd be a little suss... Maybe the park? That should be pretty clear..." He told him, as it seemed he couldn't hear what she sent the eye next. "Hmmph. You make it sound like there's something I want from you. As far as I'm concerned, I've got bigger priorities..." She put on a smile at this, nodding towards Kane, but her focus seemed elsewhere, possibly on the eye perhaps? It then spoke out again towards her, although he had no idea what she said to it. "Hmmm... If that is your final wish, very well. I'll have to... See, your proof then. And yes, big things are coming your way, little lady. Things you don't even know about, things you couldn't even comprehend. You have no idea how important this boy here is, or how important the girl he is looking for is... Oops, did I let out too much? Heheheh, oh well, better to keep things to myself." Sebastian felt something... Icky suddenly coming from the eye, glancing over at it quickly as it's gaze was now upon Kane.

He felt his body shudder a little at this. "Ugh... Stupid weather here. I'm still getting use to it... Well, to the park then it is! ... Um, how far away is it from here?" He asked, quickly hearing Kane speak out in a reply. Oh, it's not far. A couple of blocks is all." Kane then laughed a little, suddenly picking up the pace, as they had begun to head towards it. "We'll have to be careful to avoid the patrols. Don't want to get caught cutting class you... know..." Kane then scratched his head a little, then some more... Kane suddenly seemed itchy, and the eye seemed more ominous then before. But then, the ominous feeling was gone, as Sebastian looked over towards Claire, seeing her having put on those glasses again. "Hah... Oh my, you are special after all... Let me assure you, I need that proof. Unless, of course, you know more about the person he is looking for then you are letting on, hmm? Perhaps a best friend you abandoned? Perhaps some poor woman you stole from? Oh tell me, I want all the juicy details. Of course, if you don't want to, you will have to let me get back on with what I'm doing..." The eye spoke out to her in a rather sarcastic tone now as it continued to speak, making Sebastian run up next to Kane. "Huh... Is there anything fun to do there?" He asked him, looking around a bit as he did.

"W-well uh, not really... It's got trees.. and uh, lots of open space? I guess that's kinda cool..." Kane told him, chuckling a little as this lead them both not to notice the intensity growing with Claire. "I don't have to allow you to do anything. I'm more than capable of dealing with anything you'd try." She sent to the eye again, trailing only slightly behind Sebastian and Kane. A disturbing feeling came over Sebastian as he head that eye speak once more towards her. "Oh, but you do... For you see, if we are to trust you, we'll need some kind of evidence you aren't going to turn on us... Especially on my end. So, what will it be then? You spill the beans, or allow me to go back inside his head? Neither is not an option, you won't like what will happen if you say neither..." Sebastian picked up the pace a bit at this, feeling the disturbance of the eye coming over him now. "Wow... This will be the first time I've ever seen anything so full of nature." He said to them both. "Uh, really? I mean uh, yeah! It's cool. Lot's of trees! A really big one in the center." Kane said to him, smiling at this. This once more distracted them from the intensity building up behind them. "I'm willing to take my chances. I don't respond well to threats." She sent to the eye, before speaking to the other two. "It's very peaceful there. I sometimes decide to take my lunch breaks there too, since it's so pleasant." She told them.

Sebastian then smiled a bit as he grabbed a hold of both of their arms. "Come on then." He said, before the dashing off with them to the park, putting a bit of inhuman speed into it. Claire might of suspected something, but Kane wouldn't of noticed this. "I want to find this place more then ever now." The eye chuckled a bit at this, rising up above them as it turned it's gaze to Kane and tried to resume the memory from where it had left off... Only -- It suddenly spin around as it groaned out at this. "Oh, my eye... My only eye! It burns... The horror. The bloody horror! Oh go, I feel like I could bleed right now! UGH!" The image had been too much for the demon, at the same time Sebastian would stop with them in the park, panting a bit now. "So... Is this the place then?" He asked, hearing Claire giggle a little as he rose a brow, seeing her smile as he wondered if she was acting still or not. "Yep, this is the place. I personally think it's really pretty, don't you?" He saw her look at him and then look up, barely able to hear the screams of the eye. He didn't want to know what it had seen. "Hey, I didn't know you wore glasses..." Kane asked Claire, noticing her glasses for a moment and had blinked at this. "Oh, these? My contacts were getting sore, so I switched." She told him, meanwhile Sebastian shook his head a little as he saw some WDL guards begin to march side by side, there were six of them in total, with two strange figures following behind them. "Uhh, is this normal...?" He asked them.

"Hmm? What do you mean?" Kane asked, looking behind them as when he saw the two figures get closer, his eyes widened out of pure shock. When the WDL guards and the two figures came into view, the two turned out to be... Michael and Scott. They had arrived at the WDL, and looked like they were ready for battle. "I have no idea what's going on..." Sebastian said, as he looked over at Kane and rose his brows slowly at him. "N-no way..." Kane stammered, his eyes suddenly lighting up to sparkles. "That's Michael Malchim, the saint! He's a living legend! To see him in person is just..." Kane suddenly began to mumble incoherently for the rest of his words. Claire chuckled a little at this and then quickly took Sebastian's hand, making him blush a little as he felt himself get dragged to the other side of a tree and out of sight of the guards. "If you're smart, you'll keep him out of sight." Claire said to the eye, moving back to Kane at this as the eye let out a sigh at this. "Oh fine..." It said, before vanishing and Sebastian was left with a worried expression. For the first time since he had been brought before Arthur and everything up to this point, he looked like a real fifteen year old would, only able to hear the conversation going on between the WDL guards and the guests they had.

~ Michael's Story ~

"What's the situation?" Michael asked as they got closer. "The demons have not responded for a few hours now... But neither are our men from one of the surrounding towns. If anything, we suspect they've already gotten to it and killed our men in it." The guard said, as Scott furrowed his brows. "Watch what you say, our men are heading there as well... Don't assume until the worst has come." But the guard rolled his eyes at Scott's comment. "We also encoutered a new breed it seems..." Michael said, watching the guards look worried and confused. "What? Is it not one of those things that come from America? Or an Oni/Youkai? Or an Elemental at that?"

Michael shook his head again. "No..." Scott then took it from there. "It took a direct hit from my light ray gun, but survived somehow. These demons could pose a threat, if they are able to withstand head on contact with holy items." Michael then added in something here. "One also carried a scythe, they all wore cloaks to hide themselves from us. And the way they teleported... It sounded too foreign to me." The guards looked at each other, seeming to grow pale at this. "Arthur will hate to hear this..." Was what could be heard of the conversation before the guards, Michael and Scott went out of sight, heading straight for the academy.

~ Sebastian's Story ~

Sebastian came out once they were gone, only to find Claire smiling and Kane looking over photos he had gotten on his phone of Michael, Scott and the guards. Kane seemed to be looking like he had been just wrapped out of this reality when Michael and Scott were here, although his attention was more on Michael then Scott it seemed. "This is no good.." The eye said to both Sebastian and Claire, appearing back to both of them as it spoke in their minds now. "If the master has started creating demons that can resist holy now, you and the rest of the WDL are fucked." Sebastian raised a brow at the eye, as it looked at him nervously. "Sorry, slip of the tongue." It said, before turning it's attention towards Claire. "If that's the case, we'll just have to invent other methods." She told it, seeming to now be annoyed by the tone the demon was taking with her. "Not that simple... If anything, The Renegades coming here just means the invasion is on it's way faster. You better do what you came here to do and then leave... Or watch as your friends die --" "Stop it..." Sebastian stepped in at this. "I don't like you harassing her." Sebastian mumbled, before looking back at Kane. "... So... What now?" He asked, looking between both Claire and Kane now. At this rate, it seemed danger was practically building up for this place.

~ Michael's Story ~

They finally had made it to the WDL, although they were forced to leave the van behind. The guards had made sure they did, for some reason they seemed to not care if the two boys had a ride to use to get back home. Scott carried his light ray gun on his back, seeming to show he was stronger then he appeared by just having it strapped to his back. Michael watched as the guards lead them inside, although after having to force people back from trying to get to Michael or Scott. "Jeez, you think we would at least be able to say hi to them." Michael said to Scott. "We at least could give them that." He said, before Scott shook his head a bit. "No, we need to stay in here for now and wait to see if the attack's coming or not. If it is, we'll fight. If not, you get to make the speech early." Scott smiled at this, patting Michael's shoulder as he frowned at this. "A speech? Ah goodness, I might as well since I'm here, huh?" He said, Scott laughing a bit as Michael couldn't help but smile when he did this. "Better to get it out of the way then to procrastinate on it." He said, as Michael let out a sigh at this. "I wish the other two were here though... At least then I wouldn't have to say everything myself." Michael said, as Scott frowned a bit and pulled his hand away. "Relax. You'll do fine, you have this far. Now, shall we wait?" He asked, as Michael sighed and nodded toward him. "Yeah... I at least owe the people here that much." He said to Scott, as both stopped and waited now. This was it, the chance to show The Renegades power in front of the whole WDL. The only question now was, was the invasion real or just some rumor shit Arthur or The Devil had started to scare everyone.

'The Sniping Kasha' - Rin

A figure covered with a hood knocked on the door to the class that Ash was in, the only part of their face that was visible being their eyes, which were darkened and it was hard to tell what colour they were. They went in and spoke. "May I speak to Ashley Clade, please?". Asmodeus gasped, and also spoke. "Ash, go with her. Just trust me!". Ash glanced over at the figure, looking to the professor to gain permission. Recieving a nod, she sat up and excused herself, taking her schoolbag and exiting the room. The cloaked figure let out a small sigh of relief as Ash followed her, and she pulled her hood off to reveal a feminine face, but with the difference of cat ears. Her hair was styled into two braids, and it shone a sparkling red. "Sweet. You're Ash, right? Do you know what I am? And more importantly, will you follow me for a bit?". She giggled a little bit at the expression Ash pulled next. "Uhh..." Ash stared at the ears, blinking a moment. "A cosplayer...?" She then shook her head. "But yeah, I'm happy to get out of class..." Shouldering her bag, she looked to Asmodeus, telepathically communicating. "Care to bring me up to speed?". Asmodeus grinned, and did something Ash probably would've been surprised at She materialised, which earned a giggle from the person in front of them, and they both hugged. "Rin! It's been AGES!" "I know right, how's Deon?". Asmodeus' eyes shot open, and she put her finger to Rin's mouth, and turned to Ash. "Ya know what a 'Kasha' is?".

"Do I look like I know what a Kasha is?". Ash asked, folding her arms. Asmodeus grinned and tugged her sleeve like she was a baby. "Kasha are a form of Nekomata, but they're... ugh, you don't know much do you. Maybe Hikari'll let you borrow a book sometime". The Kasha, Rin, turned. "No time, there's a full-scale invasion taking place soon. We need to find our most capable person, and you know exactly who that is, eh Az?". Asmodeus grinned and tugged Ash along. "To the Park!".

Deon Morris (Hikari Scarlet) - The Executioner

Deon leaped onto one of the tallest trees in the park, surveying the surrounding area with a grim look on his face. He sighed and turned to his companion, Lucifer. "Yeah, there isn't anything there, Luci. Not that I can see, anyways". Lucifer sighed and pulled him over to her, and pointed. "What about there?". Deon chuckled and leaped down from the trees, landing near Sebastian and co. He grinned and spoke. "Alright, you guys know that there's an Invasion on top of us right now, right?". He looked around, grinning. His eyes fell onto Sebastian and his grin vanished. "You...".

"Um... H-hey there! Have we met before? My memories a bit... Fuzzy."

Deon eyed Sebastian, but something was off. He grinned, sending a telepathic message to Lucifer. "Is that a Demon he's got near him? I can sense it but not see it". Deon simply grinned. "I dunno, I think we might've met before, or something... Anyways, my name's Hikari. What's yours?". By this time, Lucifer had already infromed him that his suspicions were correct. He sent her another message and told her to materialise in her human form around the corner and come talk as well, and then she was gone. Suddenly, 'Hikari' heard somebody shouting his name, as Lucifer, now in her human form, rushed around the corner. "Hey Hikari, what're you DOING. We're supposed to be in class!". Sebastian saw his grin and seemed to shiver, glancing over at Claire and Kane as he then looked back at Deon. "Thomas. That's my last name... Hikari, huh...? Odd name, but okay. I just don't hear it mu --" He stopped as he saw Lucifer run over and raised one of his brows. He then turned his attention back to Deon. "So... Mr. Hikari... What are you doing coming out of nowhere exactly?"

Deon grinned, and his eyes glinted dangerously. "Demons. Headed this way. You mean you didn't know about that? Odd.... Anyways yeah, this is Lucy, my friend. We should be off though, I need to check on other people, since my Teacher forced me to. Ugh, what a bitch". Lucifer grabbed Deon by the arm as he went to walk off, and spoke. "You look.... familiar... it's been a while, but were you at an Orphanage by any chance?". Sebastian seemed confused, and looked to Claire and Kane and the back at Deon and Lucifer. He sighed out and held out his hand slowly. "Yeah, I've been... Living there for years now. Recently ran away, too, actually. I think it's been two months now, although it seems -- nevermind...". He stopped himself, for some reason. "My name... Is Sebastian. Sebastian Thomas." He told Lucifer. She grinned, and practically cannonballed into Sebastian, and Deon could barely hold himself together at this point. He burst out into laughter, which resulted in Lucifer booting him in the stomach, which made him laugh even harder. Lucifer spoke. "It's been ages Sebastian! Its so good to see you again". Deon stood, and eyed Sebastian. "So, you name's Sebastian, eh?". His grin grew slightly amused, but it disappeared as he heard something. "Oh, really? They're coming this way already?".

Sebastian felt a brow raise as he felt her cannonball into him. He couldn't help but smile as he patted her back a bit at this. "E-easy now Lucy... I didn't expect to find you in a place like this..." He said, before watching her send a blow into Deon's stomach. He laughed a little at the scene and then turned his attention back to Lucy. "... Yeah, it's been ages. And uh... You got a new outfit it seems." He said, before looking back to Deon. "... Got a problem with it?", he asked, before hearing something too. "Who's coming? The demons, the guards here -- What? What?" Deon's grin widened as he saw Sebastian seemingly start to panic. And he spoke. "Neither, although I guess you could call them 'Demons'". Deon grinned as he watched Asmodeus practically fly into the Park, with Ash and Rin close behind. Rin grinned as she pounced, tackling Deon to the ground and trying to hit him. He blocked her attacks and kicked her off, and they both started laughing. Standing up, Deon offered the Kasha his hand, which she accepted. They both laughed a bit again, and Deon turned. "This is my friend Rin, she's a Kasha.... Please tell me I don't have to explain what a Kasha is".

Deon Morris (Hikari Scarlet) - The Executioner
and
Rin - The Heartwarming Nekoromancer

Sebastian looked around at Lucy at this. [b]"What in the world is a Kasha?"
He asked, before looking over at Ash. "Um... Lucy, do you know who that is?" He asked. Lucifer replied. "Yeah, that's Ash, why do you ask, Sebastian?". Lucifer looked at him, a smirk on her face and she pushed herself off of him. She grabbed him by the cheek, chuckling a little. "Awww, is 'Basty-wasty curious?". She stifled a laugh as she saw his cheeks redden, and patted him on the shoulder. "Just kidding. It's good to see you again, though.... Hikari, what's the status? How many?". She turned to the others. "Just in case you didn't hear them, there's a few Demons just in the trees around us". Deon sighed, and concentrated. "Around twenty or so, it'll be easy. And I can go all out this time, gosh it's been so long since I've been able to. Heh. This'll entertain me". He turned to the Cat-girl and grinned "Gonna go hide in your kitty-litter, pussy-cat?" Rin punched him in the shoulder, and her claws slifted out with a 'shhhick'. "Hell no, I'm not letting you have all the fun. Also, 'Hikari'? Really? The WDL gave you that, I hope". Sebastian's stood up.

"C-curious? Come on Lucy, don't tease me..." Lucifer grinned as he grinned back at her. "... I... Need to talk to her." He said, before quickly rushing over towards Ash, which made Lucifer feel... odd. Was this 'Ash' girl really better than her?... No. Lucifer wouldn't allow such thoughts. "No". Lucifer looked to Deon. "Should I call the others? Or what?". Deon noticed the angry glint in her eye and grinned. "Go get 'em, they'll love this". Deon watched as the first of the Demons began to appear, Earth Demons... wait, no. He gasped as the multitudes of Demons ran past him, away from something. And then he saw it. "Fire Demons.... fuck, already? Az, Luci! Get ready! Brenhin's coming!". Deon grinned, raising his fists as a fire demon leaped at him, and he roundhoused it to the face. "Listen up, you weaker people get to the back of me, Luci, Az and Rin. If ya don't, prepare to get burned". Deon whacked another Demon in the face, and suddenly they all started pouring out of the forest. Rin grinned, brandishing her claws. "Meeeooow!~ I haven't played for a-ges! Let's make this fun, shall we Deon?". She reached over and clawed his hoodie's arm off, revealing the black armband with a golden pin that was sitting on his arm. Deon grinned. "Yeah, they decided to 'Exorcise' me, and made me an Exorcist. Bullshittery, I say!". He booted another Demon away, putting his hands in his pockets for a cool effect. He spoke. "Seven Sisters of Purgatory, to me!". And suddenly all Seven Sisters were there, grinning and brandishing their weapons. Asmodeus smiled to Ash. "Yeah, I've been going super easy on ya, Ashy-poo~".

Deon moved his foot just in time to dodge the ray that caused the explosion of demons and flesh. "Well shit, look who it is!".

~ Sebastian's Story ~

The time had arrived. The eye watched as Sebastian met with Lucifer and Ashley, making it suddenly feel... Angry. It's plans were suddenly twisting in on itself, this wasn't suppose to happen! It seemed to float away at this, stopping as the battle was just beginning, sending a message. 'The time is now. I must prepare while the battle occurs. Do not fail on this.' It said, as it heard the voice reply back to it. 'Roger, sir. I will do my best. But what if that other demon's men try to kill him first?' A chuckle came out of the eye which could be heard by the other demon it talked with, thinking up words to send for it's reply carefully. 'They won't, trust me. If it is the same demon I think it is, we will have no trouble perfecting stage one of the plan. Remember, once the battle is over, you must scout. We must get all the details we can out of this place, and find out the current ranks too. I trust you the most for this job.' It waited for the reply, and when it got it, it felt happy. 'As you command, my dark lord.' And with that, the eye vanished, off to fulfill it's plans.

Sebastian was confused by the whole scene, suddenly everything felt... Lost. For some reason, Lucy turned out to be... A demon?! If she was one, she didn't look like one. He also questioned on the outfit she currently wore, it was... Well, he didn't know what to think of it, actually. He didn't have time to think it over, for he felt himself get pushed aside as he looked at Ash with a questionable look. What was going on, nothing was going the way he had hoped it would! This whole battle was messing everything up, and he felt lost, as if everything was plotting against him now. The eye was gone, Ash was going off to battle, Lucy -- if that was her real name even -- was preparing to battle as well. He backed up, as he saw demons get blasted away by holy light, and then saw two figures approach. Then he saw Kane start to return shortly afterword. His heart was racing, he became scared, and just when he thought things couldn't get worse. "So... You are him." The voice spoke out to him, as he felt his heart sink. He slowly turned around to find... A demon. Standing right behind him. With a deathly glare in it's eyes.

~ Michael's Story ~

They had arrived just in time it seemed. Michael was the first to arrive, followed by Scott, who had just blasted a few good demons gathered near each other with his light ray gun. He felt proud, this was the chance to show everyone that Michael wasn't the only one who could fight. Michael turned his attention to Deon, smiling as he laughed a little. "Oh my word, is this really happening? Next thing you know, --" He stopped when he noticed Rin, his eyes widening as he looked back to Deon. "My word!" He said, Scott walking over as he stopped and looked at Deon and then at Rin, before looking back at Deon. "So, you two finally showed up." He said, steam coming off of his light ray gun. "I suppose you two want your spots back? We could always use some... Assistance with The Renegades, these days." He said, quickly spinning around as he smacked a demon away with his gun. "Still got it." He said before turning back to face them. Michael seemed to feel some a bit off, looking around as he... Well, his thoughts stopped there. "Get down!" He said to Deon and his girls, as five figures appeared in between Deon's group and Michael.

"You... The creatures from before." Michael said, as the supposed leader walked forward. "It seems we get to kill you after all, Michael A. Malachim." It spoke out, as it stopped as it saw Scott pointing his gun at it. "You come any closer, I'll blast your head off." Scott said, as the robed creature chuckled at this. "That primitive thing? Don't make me laugh..." It said, before quickly pulling out it's scythe and cutting right through it. Scott's eyes widened as the gun split in half before his eyes, and... Then a cut opened on his chest, as he felt weak as the blood escaped from his body. He collapsed on to his knees, the parts to the light ray gun falling before him. "SCOTT!" Michael shouted, rushing towards him as the blade came before him, and he stopped, glaring at the robed creature. "Michael...Wait." Scott struggled to say, as Michael backed up a bit. Scott looked up at the scythe's blade. "That scythe... It's... Made of crystal." He said, and Michael rose his brows, looking at the blade he could see the lines. It was now obvious, as the creature let out a dark chuckle. "You know your demons then, boy." The creature said, as Michael turned his head towards it. "Your in league with a crystal demon?!" Michael asked, as the creature got into a stance with the scythe. "No... We work for one." It said, before dashing towards Michael, ready to strike!

~ Sebastian's Story ~

"You are the guide it seems." It said, walking forward towards him slowly as Sebastian couldn't help but feel... Scared. "Who are you?" He asked, as the demon stopped and shook it's head. "I am an elemental demon, my master has sent me here to execute you. You are, after all, on the list." It said to him, as Sebastian felt... Cold. "W-what...?" He tried to say, before he noticed himself starting to shiver as the air around them got colder. "What the...?" He tried to finish, but found himself caught off guard by the sudden coldness. "You don't even remember me... You have abandoned me, you left me three months ago to die! Now I can return the favor..." It said, as Sebastian saw it appear in front of him. "You are in full sight of everyone... Good. That makes this all the more special..." It said, before striking it's hand on his right shoulder, and Sebastian felt... Pain. As the hand pulled away, his eyes widened in horror as he saw a spike made out of ice having extended from the demon's hand. He collapsed on to his knees, as the spike broke off into pieces. He then formed an ice blade along his arm, quickly striking it across Sebastian's chest. He watched as the blood escaped, collapsing on to the ground as he closed his eyes tightly. "So pitiful..." It said, raising it's arm up, before then going to strike down at him...

Only for Sebastian to suddenly vanish from sight, as the demon struck the ground, the ice blade breaking upon contact. It's eyes widened only a little as it looked forward, seeing Sebastian now standing... A demonic aura now surrounding his form. "Interesting..." It said, as then loud snaps and pops of bones could be heard. Sebastian growled as he suddenly lost it. He slammed a hand on his chest as he hunched over, then... A rip formed on the back of his shirt, as his eyes changed to a more demonic look, his teeth becoming a little sharper as the tips of his ears became more pointy. Then, two black wings covered in black liquid ripped out of his back, the bat-like wings extending themselves as they gave a few flaps, sending the liquid off of them. The demon furrowed it's brows, seeing Sebastian having suddenly lost it. "Aw, someone is having a temper tantrum.. Maybe you aren't the one to lead me to the Evolution Demon after all..." It rushed forward at this, aiming to strike at Sebastian again, but found it broke upon contact with his right arm, now raised up in defense. The demon leaped back, landing on it's feet as it kept it's distance, watching the now enraged Sebastian give off a more demonic growl as he could see the hardened skin on Sebastian. "Interesting... Very interesting. Very well, I will give you an honorable death then." It then formed two ice blades from it's arms, grabbing a hold of them both as it ripped them off, both forming swords then as it took on a stance. "Come!" It shouted, watching Sebastian rush towards him, the tattoo's on his arms now glowing bright red, his wings extending as he looked ready to kill!

Deon Morris (Hikari Scarlet) - The Executioner
and
Rin

Deon grinned as his foot connected with another Demons face, but this one stood up again, it's eyes burning brightly. Deon grinned, and as it charged at him, he spun, watching as his foot connected with the demon's face, at the demon burst into ash as it's soul was dragged back down to hell. "Hmm, there's got to be someone bigger coming along. This is just too well planned for a group of weaker demons to think up". Deon grinned, but spun suddenly as he heard something growl behind him. He grinned, realising that the beastly looking demon in front of him was none other than Sebastian, who was squaring off against a semi-powerful Ice Demon, or so it seemed. He turned around again, fairly certain that he'd be able to tackle an Ice Demon. After all, Sebastian was his brother. He looked over to Michael and replied. "I never left. The WDL decided to screw with my brains, erase my memories and make me an Exorcist. I have no freaking idea what Rin's been doing, though, but I never left. Willingly at least". He ducked a blow from a demon and booted it in the stomach, flipping himself over and landing on top of it. He put his hand back into his pocket and grinned, stomping on the poor demons head until it didn't move, and vanished. He turned as his ears picked up something, and he noticed the lesser demons making way for a very, veyr large Demon.

Deon didn't care that much, but he recognised the two-story tall demon from a while age. They'd fought before, whether on the same side or not, Deon didn't remember. Okay, maybe he just didn't care at all, but apparently the demon remembered him. "DEON YOU WHELP, TURN AND FIGHT ME IN SINGLE COMBAT". Deon grinned, and spoke back. "Sorry Ansy, but if I look at that ugly mug of yours, I just might vomit". He smirked as the demon, whom he now remembered as Ansgar, charged at him. The axe he held was almost as tall as him, and Deon would've spouted out another insult, but since the demon was intending on smashing his axe down on top of him, he probably wouldn't find himself throwing any insults. The front blade of the axe was incoming, and scarily fast, but Deon simply grinned, hands still in his pockets, and allowed it to hit.

*THUMP*

Rin gasped in shock, realising that the axe must've scored a direct hit on her friend, and she swore. She was tempted to chech on him, but she noticed that Michael and Scott seemed to be needing a bit more help than Deon did. She rushed over to the former and tackled one of their opponents to the ground, a teasing 'Nyaa~' escaping from her lips as she tore into her victim. She grinned in savage glee as she flung herself off of him, and cannonballed into the scythe-wielder. She grimaced as she felt the sharpened end of the scythe's shaft cut into her, but she paid it no mind as she cartwheeled off of him, pulling off a pose and shouting out "Taa daaa!~". She winked at Michael and leaped away, towards the other enemies that Michael, Scott, and now her, apparently, were facing. But something clicked in the back of her mind. Why now?

~~~~~
As the shockwave from the axe hit the ground, a few of the demons were knocked off of balance, and the massive crater that the axe's attack had left was plainly visible. If the onlooking demons were hoping for a display of blood sacrifice and power, they were honestly going to be very, very disappointed. Well, Deon's blood, at least. A pillar of flame burst from the crater below the axe, and formed into the shape of a Phoenix, emitting a wild cry and dissipating. Ansgar would've felt his axe lift slightly, before it was thrown back, away from the ground. His grip would've held, but the axe might've sent him off balance. a few curious demons peered into the pit, and were promptly sliced to shreds. With the rushing of wind, Deon was on a tree near Ansgar's head, his hands in his pockets again. "Oi Ansgar! You know, thinking about how big that axe is, I bet that you're compensating for something, eh? Did Brenhin really send such a weakass to fight me? Honestly, I'd rather beat on him that you, douchebag". Deon grinned as his words rung out across the clearing, and he had a feeling that Ansgar would be getting kind of pissed off right about now. The flames of the tree behind him barely scorched him, although his clothes were burned from his Phoenix Flame explosion. He realised that his shoes were gone, and sighed. "Ah well, I'll grab my other ones when I get back to my room in the Resistance Base".
~~~~~

Rin ducked a swipe from her opponents weapon as she heard Deon's voice once again ring out in the clearing, and she giggled. "Seriously? You're pissing him off? What fo-". Rin sighed at her idiocy as she realised what was happening, and she dodged another swipe from her opponent. There was something... 'wrong', about them though, almost as if they weren't human, or even a demon, for that matter. She dodged again, this time launching a counterattack and slashing him on the left side, tattering the robe and revealing... 'Is that... metal? No way, there's very few people that can do that. Well, actually, there's next to zero, but I know a certain type of Youkai that are...-'. "Shit!". Rin swore as the automation swung at her again, and she shouted to Michael. "Michael! They're Mechanical!". She grimaced as she felt the robotic fist of her opponent bust into her stomach, and she doubled over in pain, before grinning and flipping, tearing the automation's arm clean off. "Yeah, you scrap-metal types always fall for that act". She grinned and booted it, knocking it to the ground. She went over to it. "Luckily, Kasha claws are capable of cutting through scrap metal". Without missing a beat, she pulled her arm back, and decapitated her enemy, sighing as it fell. "Dumb bot".

She leaped over to Michael, and grinned again. "Just like old times, eh?".

~~~~~
By the time all the previous events had transpired, the Seven Sins were working together in perfect harmony, slaughtering demons by the dozen. Lucifer ducked a direct blow from a demon, and watched as Asmodeus' Staff, Laevatein, extended and cut through the demons armour, and the proceeded to blast through numerous other demons, before speeding back to it's normal size, which left Asmodeus grinning like a lunatic. "Ya alright, Luci?". Lucifer stood, brushing herself off with a glad sigh. She turned to her sister, and gasped in shock. She saw Asmodeus turn and take in the sight of the rampaging Sebastian, but unlike Lucifer, wasn't compelled to take steps forward to try and help him. Asmodeus gasped as she saw Lucifer running full speed straight into the ice Demon, but before she hit him she transformed, cutting through him in her Spear form and then transforming back, rolling onto the ground and standing up, shivering. "HOLY FUCKING ICY FAIRY'S SPELL THAT SHIT IS FUCKING COOOLD!". Asmodeus grinned, and turned her attention to Ash. "So, having fun, 'princess'?".
The blue-haired figure sat in the chair, observing the chaotic battle taking place on the WDL's Main Academies doorstep. She allowed herself a small giggle, before watching Ansgar's axe puncture the earth, and a smile spread across her face. Her eyes were hidden, and her clothes revealed only the tiniest portions of her hair, and her wicked smile. She grinned as the observed the flames burst out from under the demons axe, and giggled again as she heard the Phoenikoi's insults, directed at prior demon. She blinked as a butler approached, offering tea with a smile. "Here is your Tea, mistress. How goes the battle?". The female grinned, and matched eye contact with her Butler. She grinned even wider and spoke. "Oh, it's very, very entertaining~". She took the teacup and poured herself a drink, after which she took a sip. She set the cup down, and returned to her observations. "Oh, how wonderfully entertaining this little play is turning out to be!".
~ Michael's Story ~
Michael saw Rin had arrived in the fight to help, she was doing an excellent job as always. "You haven't changed a bit. I just hope you aren't as distracted any more." He said, and looked over at Scott, who struggled with his wound. "I'm sorry, but we can't get the WDL to heal you. I don't want you brainwashed like he was. The Renegades will be lost without you." Scott gritted his teeth at this and let out a slight chuckle at his words. "I'll be fine, my wound can be tended to later. Just beat these guys, that's all that matters right now!" He then looked at Rin at her words. "Mechanical? Only one type of demon can do technology this advanced." Michael furrowed his brows at this, looking back at them. They were repairing themselves, electricity coming out of them once in a while as they repaired. The leader, the scythe wielder, seemed to be glaring at them all darkly now. "I was only told to execute Michael Malachim and his second in command. But now I think I'll just get the whole damn list out of the way! Kill them all!"
Michael saw Rin grin at this, stepping forward towards them as her tails flickered. "Yeah, well, have fun trying to kill us, ya piece of junk!" Then the craziest thing happened, she leaped at them! But she seemed to be doing fine, bouncing off of the leader's head which allowed her to propel herself in the air. She then landed behind the leader, seeming to watch with amusement as one of them in front of her aimed a kick at her face, but was stopped as she cut through it with her claws, so easy like a knife through melted butter! That grin came back to her face and then she propelled her arm straight upwards, cutting the robot in half in front of them all. "Well, since you guys heal yourselves, I can go all out!" She told them as she then looked back towards Michael with that same grin on her face. "Hey, I'll be back in a second, alright?" And then... She was gone! She had run off, leaving Michael and Scott open to the mechanical warrior's attacks. Michael saw the leader look pretty pissed off now, glaring towards Deon's battle, and... It raised it's scythe up to throw it at his back!
"I'm right HERE!" Michael called out, before then ramming his own body into the leader, watching him stumble back a bit before looking up at him, as Michael could see it's emotionless eyes upon eye contact. It then charged forward and swung it's scythe at him, he quickly took a step back and rose his right arm in defense, getting a cut from the scythe on it as he winced in pain. "Foolish boy!" He heard the leader speak to him. It then took a step forward and sent a punch at him this time, quickly he used his left arm as a shield, but found this was a bad idea, for he could hear several cracks upon contact and he could feel it growing numb. "AGH!" Was all he could say, as the mechanical warrior came closer towards him, raising it's scythe in preparation to decapitate him. Scott saw this, and felt fear come over his injured body. "Michael!" He shouted towards him. "Get up, now! Move it! Do something!!" He cried, and it would of all ended there... Until a bullet pierced right through the leader, the bullet caused enough force on it to make it stumble. His followers were shocked as they realized the bullet had pierced through most of them too. Behind them, they saw the demon with her car ears and her Cheshire cat grin as she raised her rifle. "Yeah, it's custom made to fire with half a second spacing, with practically no recoil and around twenty bullets in the magazine. I could wipe you all out, asshats." She then put the rifle back in it's back-holster and brandished her claws. "Come on! He's not the dangerous one here."
Michael watched as the scythe leader had stopped movement to listen to her, it's wound repairing already as it looked back at her slowly, then nodded towards the others. "Destroy her." He commanded to them, the other four summoning two long ranged weapons for both hands to use, and then one of them shouted out. "Open fire!" And then, they began to shoot laser-type attacks at Rin! Scott gritted his teeth and looked towards Michael. "Damn it Michael, she has to know what to do!" Michael looked back at him with a puzzled look. "What am I suppose to do?!" Michael said back to him, as Scott rolled his eyes from this. "Oh for..." He started, but then turned his attention to Rin. HEY! Get a wound big enough in one of them, make sure it's distracted from repairing itself long enough for Michael to attack it!" But then he felt his collar get grabbed and his body rose up to meet eye level with the leader! "Thanks for just stupidly saying your plan to me. Now I have an excuse to kill you FIRST!" It spoke to him with obvious anger now in it's voice.
Meanwhile, Rin was having problems of her own. She grimaced when a laser whipped past her ear, and then leaped behind a rock for cover, seeming to just vanish behind it. She let out a sigh, confused what to do when she then heard the leader speak out towards Scott. She gave another grin and stood up, launching herself towards the mechanical warriors, taking a few hits herself in the process, but managed to cleave them in half. She then bolted towards Scott's position, slicing the leader's arm in half and then quickly pulled Scott away from it as the leader screamed out in pain. "Go hide, dumbass! You're injured!" She told him, ducking when the leader tried to slice her with it's scythe, then she leaped away. "Concentrate all fire on her, you fools! Stop insulting our great leader with such bad performance!" When they did, she started dancing between the lasers and melee attacks being thrown at her, singing all the while this happened. When she got closer to Michael and the warrior closet to him, she twirled and then kicked it in the head, landing she sprung up and cut it in half vertically. "Michael, now!" She told him, as Michael summoned a Casting Light. "Here goes nothing..." He said, throwing it into the repairing robot fighter, and after it had fully repaired itself, it screamed out in sudden pain as it exploded. "That's it..." He said, coming to a conclusion as he narrowed his eyes. "Those assholes can shield from the light only on the outside! Rin, the next one!" During all of this, Scott struggled to move, while keeping out of sight of the WDL. Michael had little time to get to Scott though or Rin, for the leader had come for him now, and he quickly summoned his barrier to block the leader's scythe just barely in time, but now he struggled to push it away from him so he could resume fighting. "So you know our weakness... Congratulations, I'll CHOP your arms off!" It spoke out to him as it struggled to break his barrier.
Rin gave a grin at the sight of the robot fighter exploding, flipping over the next one and cutting it in half, then that half in half, and then that half in half, before ducking under cover and waiting for Michael to finish it off as it began to repair. "Michael, ya think ya could keep up if I slashed more than one at once?" But when she looked over her cover, she saw the leader attacking Michael, and swore at this. She flung herself on to the leader quickly, rolling around on the ground with it as she fought against it's superior strength, she was much better at long distance. She had no time to react when the leader caught her across the wrist and then flung her into the nearest rock, breaking it upon contact. Michael, meanwhile, gasped out once she had gotten the leader away and was able to cast down his barrier, summoning another Casting Light and throwing it into the repairing machine, watching it explode like the other had. "That's the second one down! Three to -- SHIT!" He was once again in trouble, now having to work on avoiding the laser attacks of the remaining two followers. The leader, on the other hand, had gotten up and walked over to Rin, grabbing a hold of her injured arm and twisting it slowly in it's grasp. "You little BITCH! I'll chop your ears off, and then gouge your eyes out! What do you got to say to that?" It said to her, before then feeling a rock hit it's head as it glared over it's shoulder to see.. Scott, standing and struggling from his injuries. "Hey asshole! Leave her alone, why don't you?! Don't you know it's rude to hit a girl?!" He shouted, getting the leader's attention long enough as it felt spit hit it's cheek and a growl behind it. "Oh fuck you, tinhead!" It then had it's face smashed into by claws as they twisted around with vigor and amusement. "What's wrong? Cat got your tongue?" She taunted with one of her grins and then, using a bit more of her strength, cut a hole clean through it's head, and then tore her hand upwards! Then, using her other hand, she punctured it's torso and pulled, cutting it's chest in half. She then stood up and swayed, prepared to keep on fighting it. "Let's do this then, fuckers!"
The leader struggled as it started to repair, but was left no time as Scott rushed in with a piece of the broken light ray gun and began cutting up it's repairing chest with the piece. "Rin, you need to help out Michael! I got this bastard, HURRY!" He shouted, before jumping off quickly to see the scythe... Transforming into some sort of gun, which attached itself to the leader's hand?! Rin grinned at Scott quickly. "Yeah, yeah Scott. I'm on it!" She said to him, before running off towards Michael's fight with the two remaining mechanical followers, the pain in her stomach slowing her down it seemed. The leader then fired a crystal at Scott, who just barely dodged it and watched as it crystallized the ground around it where it had hit. "What the hell is that thing?" Scott asked, getting a nasty looking sinister smirk from the leader's repairing face. "You don't want to find out." It said, and charged in towards Scott at this. Meanwhile, Michael was busy dodging lasers when he heard Rin's voice. "Oi, Michael, get ready!" She called out to him, and he barely had time to watch as the two turned towards her and opened fire, but she flipped over the attacks and cleaved one of them into two, but this left her open to get shot in the left leg. She stumbled, but managed to stand resolute, and threw her fist into the crotch of the second follower, then pulled her arm in an upwards motion to split it into two as well. "Hurry!" She cried out, as Michael quickly summoned two Casting Lights this time, and threw them both into the repairing machines, watching them explode as he saw Rin get blasted back a bit from the explosions. Michael rushed over to her, grabbing a hold of her before she fell as he had no idea what to do now, plus he was beginning to feel drained. "Jesus, Rin... Are you alright?"
Meanwhile, Scott fought bravely against the leader, doing better then even the leader expected a human to do. Scott had managed to get in close three times and make three deadly cuts on it, but each time it had also punched him, making a few crack-like noises as it did each time. But once the explosions had happened, it sent in a punch into Scott that made him stumble back and collapse on to his knees, the pressure of all his wounds was too much. With this, it sent another crystal at him as he felt it pierce through into his shoulder, gritting his teeth as he managed to grab it and pull it out before it could start to crystallize him and he put it down. "Ugh... Crap." Was all he could get out at this point. Rin, meanwhile, had grinned at Michael in thanks and then saw what had happened to Scott. She stepped forward, but nearly fell as she did, and then caught herself. "HEY TINMAN, YOU'RE MASTER SUCKS!" She shouted to the leader, it turned towards her in response as it began to walk towards her, but she launched herself at it and cut it's arm off again. The problem with this though, was it managed to punch her with it's other arm, and sent a hole through Rin's shoulder. It then grabbed her by the throat and lifted her up, trying to choke her to death. However, this caused a bright light to suddenly appear around Michael, as he charged towards the leader and punched it, making it let go of Rin as Michael caught her. Now he was surrounded by a bright holy light, putting Rin down as it strangely did not effect her, he was in total control, as his two angelic wings spread out fully on his back. He then clapped his hands together at this. "Cherubim!" He shouted, as tiny bright lights appeared around the leader, before heavenly chains came out of each and wrapped around the leader, restraining him at this. He then sent his hands in front of him. "OPHANIM!" A bow of light appeared in his right hand, an arrow of light appearing in his left. He the positioned the light arrow in the light bow, and shot it towards the leader, watching it pierce straight into one of it's many repairing chest wounds. It screamed out in pain as the arrow exploded, covering the leader in a bright flash of light as it's legs were obliterated, it's upper body damaged as it collapsed to the ground once the light vanished around it.
His wings then vanished, as did his bow and heavenly light, before he ran over to Rin. He grabbed a hold of her shoulders, panting as he found the strength to still stand, using her shoulders for support as he looked at her. "Rin, speak to me! Are you okay?!" He asked, watching her eyes open and see her grin at him, returning it with one of his own. "I'm fine, silly. I told them. I'm the strong one, you need to get checked. I just hope that Deon doesn't get this badly injured either. Heh. We'll all be screwed" She then did something he did not expect, and wrapped him in a hug! "Good to see you again, Michael!" She said to him, as he patted her back before she unlatched herself and sat down, seeming to be satisfied now as she leaned on a nearby rock and closed her eyes. "Those Robots.... they were probably made by a Kappa, but the Crystal on the other hand..." Michael then got a serious expression, as he looked over at the remains of the robots. "Yeah... Question is, who's the Kappa, and who's the Crystalized demon behind this attack?" He asked her, before watching Scott struggle over with the crystal in his grasp now and a grin on his face. "We're taking this with us... To examine it. Those bastards may try the other ones, but this one isn't stuck in the ground or broken. I don't trust the WDL more then I previously did now..." This made Michael laugh a little and pat Scott gently on the shoulder. "Neither do I. They'll pay." But then his attention was cut off by Rin's words. "Michael, look. Up there! A person!" She cried out, and when he went to look at where she pointed, he saw no one there. He rose a brow, having caught sight of 'something' before looking back at her. "... Huh. Who was that?" He asked, before suddenly jumping as the mechanical leader's torso suddenly was filled with life again. It the seemed to lift it's head up to look at them, with obvious strain of course. "Bastards..." Was all it said, before it vanished before their eyes. "Dang!" Michael said, but then Scott patted his shoulder. "Don't bother... Only the WDL would of gotten him. We have to leave these scrap parts any way..." Scott told him, as he sighed and they both looked to Rin at this, who had sat up and watched Deon's battle. "Maybe Deon has an idea." She said, as then Michael and Scott turned to look at the ongoing battle.
~ The figure sighed as the clouds surrounded it. It seems that the puppets down below had noticed it's presence, and it had decided that it would constrict their vision for now. The figure grinned as water began to fall from the clouds, but the fighting would not end there. Oh no, Sebastian, Deon and the foolish Demon were all stll fighting, and it was all for entertainment purposes. The figure looked over at Rin, and grinned. "Aww, did the poor little pussy-cat get hurt? What a shame". The figure laughed, and resumed it's observations. ~
Asngar's flame hair flared suddenly as he was taunted. "Pitiful creature, The king of fire has chosen me to lead this attack, I am going to be rewarded very highly for your head halfing." The giant demon ran forwards and brought his axe around into the body of the tree, felling it with a loud crack and catching it alight. The Demon warlord stepped back and snorted. "Whats the matter little human? Too weak to try and fight me? Scared you'r hairs going to be singed? Come and face the fires of Ansgar!" The Demons took a battle stance a cocky grin on its face.
Then from the ground came a bulbing, the earth itself started to bubble and glow white hot. Suddenly it erupted in a shower of heated rock and magma. The rock settled onto the ground, steaming as it cooled. From the newly formed pit came a large hand, covered with boiling lava. Then another hand burst out of the lava both hands gripped onto the earth around the pit, melting it as the hands scrabbled for purchase. After a moment the hands managed to get enough purchase to pull the body up out of the lava. The Creature then pulled its left leg up and stepped out of the lava and looked around with thoughtless eyes. It was a lava Demon standing at just over a story tall. Its gaze fell upon Scott and Michael. The Demons mind slowly realized it was going to kill these small creatures. It opened its dripping maw and roared a deep throated fury and cast its arm forwards sending a stream of lava jutting forwards. The Demon started to lurch forwards when it slowly noticed the rain and looked up, getting rain in its eyes making it swat at the sky in annoyance. before lumbering forwards towards its prey again.
Deon Morris (Hikari Scarlet) - The Executioner
Deon grinned as he noticed that his taunting had worked, the flames that were Ansgar's 'hair' flared up, and he threw his axe at the tree. Deon grinned, leaping off of that tree and landing of Ansgar's shoulder. He hoped that his weight would throw Ansgar off, as he leaped away again. He grinned as his feet hit the ground, and he turned, facing the Demon. "Heh, 'pitiful creature'? Look who's talking. You've only landed one blow on me, but you have an axe and I have nothing!". Deon lifted his hands out of his pockets, shwocasing the fact that he had no weapons to fight Ansgar with, and he grinned. "But seriously? I'm pretty sure the only 'pitiful creature' here is you, Ansy-wansy". He grinned and ducked the halberd of a Fire Demon, but he picked it up and hurled it straight into Ansgar. "Come on, kid. I'm too strong for you". He grinned even wider. "And even if you've hit me once, where's my wound, eh?". He sighed, and put his hands back into his pockets. He observed that his shirt was practically burned off, and so were his shoes, and his jeans had a few holes here and there, but his hoodie was perfectly untouched, aside from where Rin had tore it's arm off, of course. Deon grinned, and threw it off. "Come on, Ansgar. Think you can match me?". He grinned at the reply he recieved and charged at the Demon, grinning like a lunatic. "Come on, let's do this!". He leaped over a Demon that had tried to slash him in half, using it to propel himself forward and slam his fist into Ansgar's chest, which in turn sent him flying through a ton of trees. Deon grinned and spoke. "Really, is that all you've got?".
He shuffled his feet as Ansgar stood, or at least Deon thought he stood, but nevertheless Deon grinned, obviously having fun. He ran at the demon and leat loose a kick that him his opponents arm with a sickening crunch, and Deon grinned as he saw it floating down towards the ground. "Whoa, I forgot how powerful my kicks were... Heh". He stood, waiting for Ansgar to stand up and fight. "Come on, didn't you want to fight me?".
Rin and Asmodeus
Rin laughed as she saw Deon kicking Ansgar's ass, but she had a bigger problem to worry about now. She sighed and stood up, wincing slightly. "Well shit, there's a Magma Demon here too". She grinned and held out her claws. "Bring it, burnt-brains". Suddenly, Asmodeus dropped down beside her and grinned. "Heya Rin, and Michael and Scott. Need help? I'd love to lend ya some~". Rin simply grinned and spoke. "Let's go, sister!".
~ Sebastian's Story ~
"Well, it seems you've finally given me a challenge..." He spoke out, seeming to form an ice spear in his hand as he threw it at Sebastian, who spun around and kicked it, breaking it into pieces as the pieces scattered around them. "...Huh." Sebastian then landed in front of him, as he aims a punch at him. The ice demon's eyes widened slightly, as he tapped the ground lightly and made a short ice wall appear in between them. When the punch connected, it caused cracks on the ice, but didn't break through. Placing his hands on the ice wall, tiny little ice spikes began to form as Sebastian leaped back, the ice spikes then shooting out towards him. Quickly, he jumped up as one scratched his leg, as he landed away from the ice wall while glaring at the ice demon. "Not able to talk, are you? Shame..." The ice demon spoke out, before slamming it's hand down and freezing the ground underneath it's hand. It then slide it forward, shooting ice across the floor towards Sebastian. Seeing this, Sebastian rose up a foot and stepped down on the ice as it came near him, but instead of it freezing his foot, he broke the ice underneath it instead. However, the ice demon stumbled a bit, the hole in it's body seeming to come into effects.
"Hmm... That reminds me." The ice demon spoke to itself, forming another spear as it breaks off the top of it and then slides the broken length into the hole Lucifer had created, the ice merging with the rest of his body as he then turned his attention towards Lucifer. "You shouldn't of come, this is personal business." He spoke out, as he saw her glare at him. "Well this is personal too, you know!" The ice demon rose a brow at her. "How so? A friend of yours?" He asked. "You could say that." She responded, preparing another attack, but the ice demon slammed it's hands on the ground as ice went out towards her, forcing her to quickly focus on moving out of the way. When she stopped, the ice demon slide in front of her using ice it had forming underneath it's feet, preparing to impale her when Sebastian rammed his body into the ice demon's, sending him away. Sebastian then glared at Lucifer and let out a loud cry-like roar at her. "Sebastian, stop this!" She spoke, as Sebastian pushed her aside and rushed back towards the ice demon.
Kane, meanwhile, had just arrived and was panting and gasping for breath, putting his hands on his knees. "Come on Kane... You can do this. You aren't a kid any more, it's time to grow up. I can handle this... No prob --" He stopped when he saw Sebastian fighting the ice demon, his eyes widening a little out of surprise. "T-Thomas?" He muttered out, but then a feminine voice spoke out. "No, his first name's Sebastian." Kane turned towards Lucifer, almost jumping at this. "Where did you come from?!" He asked, watching her raise a brow at him. "I've been here. You just didn't pay attention." Kane felt suddenly embarrassed, rubbing the back of his head as she continued to speak. "Listen, you're a good fighter, right?" She asked, as Kane felt confused for a bit. "Uhhh...." Was all he could get out. "Good enough. I can't come into this fight without hurting Sebastian, and well... You seem like the only one who can pull him out of this state." Kane felt like someone had dropped a load of weight onto his shoulders. "W-what?!? How am I the only one to do it?!?" He asked, as Lucifer shrugged her shoulders. "I don't know." She said to him. "How do you not know?!?" She then gave him a serious look in her eyes. "Look, either do it, or wait for one of them to kill each other." She said, as Kane looked back towards the fight, seeing more ice being sent out around the area. "... Oh boy." Was all he could get out now.
The ice demon had resorted to making ice weapons again, trying to throw them at Sebastian, who just moved out of the way of each. The ice demon was about to slam it's hand on Sebastian as he got closer, when... Both stopped. "Prepare yourself, demon!" A voice called out, as both shifted eyes towards Kane, who was running towards them both. "Fear not, for I have come!" The ice demon rose a brow at this. "... Okay, I'm just going to be nice." He said, as he put a hand down on the ground and froze the ground underneath Kane. At this, Kane jumped. "Hah! No ice can -- WHOA!" He landed back on the ice, stumbling about as he came right for the ice demon. "Should of thought of this ahead of time." He said, before Kane rammed into the ice demon and made him stumble back a bit. Sebastian leaped towards the ice demon as he rolled out of the way, seeing Kane coming out with a sword now. "Take this, evil demon!" He cried out, as the ice demon rose a brow and planted a hand on the ground, as Kane suddenly found he couldn't move his feet. Looking down, he saw them frozen in ice, as he tried to pull out of it. "Um, okay, that's enough... You can stop the ice now." He said, as he tapped the ice. "You want me to stop? Okay." The ice demon said, snapping his fingers and making the ice break, as Kane stumbled around and got back on to the ice, making him stumble around. "Whoa, whoa, ahh!!" The ice demon looked back towards Sebastian. "... Where were we?"
However, Sebastian couldn't help but laugh, having reverted back to normal, as he was rolling around on his back, trying to stop himself from laughing anymore. "Oh my god Kane, what are you doing?! Ah-hahahahaha! Oh, oh, you can't fight worth crap! Ah-hahahahahaha!" The ice demon slowly glared. "This is a serious fight, boy. Get up and face me, like a man!" Sebastian, however, was pounding his hands on the ground now, continuing to laugh. "Oh, the way he slips on the ice! The way his voice changes when he speaks like that! The way he -- he --" He was cut off by the laughter, as the ice demon glared at him and walked forward. "ENOUGH!" He shouted, forming an ice hammer as he slammed it down at Sebastian, who quickly rolled away and got up while the ice hammer broke on impacting the ground. "Okay, I'm here. What did I --" He stopped as he looked over at Kane. "Hey, what are you doing over here?!" He shouted, as he tried to run to hep him get off the ice, but found himself slipping on the same ice. "Hey, wait a minute, whoa -- ah!" He ended up slipping and landing on his back, closing his eyes tightly as the ice demon walked forward towards them. "Too easy." He said, before he was stopped by something colliding into him, it's blade nearly breaking his shoulder. The ice demon put a hand over the cracked shoulder to see Lucifer returning from her weapon form again, she found herself shivering after this. "ICE CREAM CONE ON A CHOCOLATE SUNDAY!" She shouted, as the ice demon rose a brow at her. "Er, sorry..." She said, before the ice demon pulled it's hand away to reveal the cracks gone. "Oh, you can heal! I didn't know that." The ice demon furrowed it's brows at her. "Really? Can you, then?" It spoke, forming an ice spear as it throws at her, as she quickly moves to the side and grabs a hold of it... Only to quickly throw it back at him. "AH! My hand's cold, damn it why do I keep doing this to myself?!"
Sebastian pushed himself up off the ice as he ran over to Kane and pulled him off of the ice as well, helping him up. "You okay?" He asked, as Kane looked at him. "I -- I think so. Is anything broken or frozen?" He asked, as Sebastian shook his head. ".... I guess I am then." He said, as Lucifer quickly ran over. "You two might want to get ready." She said, as the ice demon was freezing the ground around him then, the air around them becoming colder as the ice continued to spread around the area, the three being lucky and thankful they were in a spot where the ice was forming around them. "I came on a good day it seems. It seems that none of you noticed that during our fight, I was turning the growing wet area around us into a frozen battlefield. I do hope none of the others mind if it grows to their battles as well... What am I saying? Of course they don't!" He looked over towards a demon who was trying it's best to avoid the growing ice. Around the park, wherever the rain hit the ground, ice would shortly begin to form afterword. First they would appear small, but the more the rain hit them, the more the ice began to grow and expand around the park. For now, it was still in the growing stage, so it wasn't a problem to the others... Yet.
Lucifer glanced over towards the lava demon's position, who easily melted the ice around it as it headed towards a battle. "Looks like I'll be needed here for a while..." She spoke to herself, as Kane looked at her. "What are you talking to yourself for?" He asked, as Lucifer lightly bonked him on the head with her first. "Stop asking questions, idiot! We have to focus!" She said, as she held her weapons in a fighting position. "If we don't end this soon, you realize this will spread all over the WDL?" She said to Kane, who quickly tried to get into a fighting stance of his own, but it seriously came off as weak. "Then we have to stop him!" He said, as Sebastian gave out a sigh. "He nearly killed me... Do I look like I have a choice?" The ice demon furrowed it's brows as it say all three looking at it seriously, seeing them all still try to fight. "Fools. You are playing in a fight that I have the overall advantage in... You have no chances." It spoke, as it dashed forward at them.
The demon moved casually through the building, as if it had been many times before. A guard ran up to it, but it's sword was drawn and it's purple glow was seen only briefly for half a second, before the next half second the man's head fell off. Then his body was cut into pieces as they fell into a bloody pile. "How pitiful. That's the 3rd one I've had to kill today." He spoke out, as the other two appeared by his sides. To the left of the figure, a demon's skin glowed with a light blue presence, making it feel like you were observing the sea upon looking at the color, his clothes made him look like he was from an underwear city. To the right of the figure, darkness surrounded the demon as if it was smoke, the demon itself was wearing clothes that made it look like it was royalty. "We have found them Kallos. Just as you predicted they would be."
Then, the water focused only to move around his arms, as he then spun around and used the water like a whip, breaking the lock from the force of the hit. The water then vanished, returning into his body as he walked away, the cell door bursting open at this. "So hungry..." Golem so hungry, Golem must eat human." Kalh shook his head as he sighed out. "Great... I freed the idiot." At the sound of a sword being placed in it's sheath, both turned to look at Kallos. "Yes, now if you would all so kindly shut up..." Yami spoke out, snapping his fingers as the shadows around the cage rose up and formed into a demonic shape, the demon shadow quickly cutting the lock into pieces as it then broke away into shadows and they all went back to where they formerly were. "Come out little one, I will not kill you... Yet." Yami spoke out, as quickly a demon appeared next to him. He chuckled as he cracked his next side to side before flexing his arms. "He-llo world! If you catch my drift." He gave a quick wink as he laughed and reappeared near Golem. "All the ladies love me for my speed, unlike this loud piece of crap! Who kept yawning and ruining my concentration!" He quickly vanished as a rock fell down where he once stood. "Golem hate annoying bug." Golem mumbled, as Bell appeared near Kallos. "Ah, boss man, good to see you came for us. I was worried we were going to be executed after all, but nope! You rescued me, and for that, I am in your debt!" He spoke, Kallos raising a brow at him. "Yes... Well, if you would be so kind, remove one of the locks for us. Golem, free the light demon." He said, as Golem let out a loud groan. "Golem hate bright little thing. Golem wish he could leave him for dead. Golem will do this though." Bell rolled his eyes after Golem spoke, appearing near a lock and kicking it until it broke. "There." He said, but was quickly met with a gust of wind as a demon walked out of his cell. "Hmm... This is amusing." The demon spoke out, as Bell shook his head. "Ah man, the party pooper! If I had known you were in there, I would of left ya to die!"
"Only one more to go sir. I hope Golem can --" Kalh was interrupted as a large rock was sent crashing into one of the cells, breaking down the door as Golem let out a loud groan. "Golem hate puny little cells. Golem wishes to crush these puny humans, and then eat them when they are down." Yami sighed out as he looked over at the only demon to walk out with his hands restricted. "This is not good... Why have you freed me?" The demon spoke out to them, looking over with an upset expression.
~ Sebastian's Story ~
The ice demon at first rose one of it's brows at the sight of the ice. But when it saw more beads being thrown, it quickly used this to it's advantage. The ice quickly grew around it as the beads hit, burning most of them as when the fire was done, most of the ice around it was gone, but it was left unharmed. "I see..." The ice demon said, before shattering the ice around it and then placing it's hands on the ground. "Let's see how --" It was interrupted at this by an explosion coming from the WDL building, as several figures slowly began to come into view. "... Well, the boss finally stopped being lazy." He spoke out, before standing up straight at this. "What? Who's your boss?" Lucifer asked, as Kane was stumbling to quickly stand and get out a new weapon, but was forced to look back at the group coming. "... Oh... That's bad, isn't it?" He stuttered, Lucifer quickly hitting the back of his head with an upset look. "Of course it's bad! It means some damn fool got into the building while we were fighting!"
~ Michael's Story ~
It didn't take long for the three to notice the lava demon coming right for them, Rin quickly preparing for a fight, but Michael had other plans. "Move it Rin!" He cried out, taking a hold of her and Scott's arms as he forced his angel wings to come out and spread into full wingspan before quickly taking off away from the spot as the large hand slammed into where they just stood. He landed away from the lava demon with them both as the lava demon looked at them, ice beginning to cover it's hand, but when it moved, the ice broke and melted away. "Shoot... That thing appears NOW of all times?!" Scott spoke out, but the explosion and sudden gathering of several demons got his attention more. "What the heck just happened?!" Michael asked, as Scott was starting to panic. "It can't be... No, did they just free them?!?" He spoke out loudly for others to hear, as Rin blinked a bit out of confusion. "Freed who?" She asked, before the demons came into sight. "... Crap, this may have just been a diversion! The real action was to get into the building!" Scott said, before Michael realized who they were. "Kallos?! What's he doing here, isn't he suppose to be in Russia or something?!" Michael tried to ask, as Scott shook his head slowly. "Oh man, this is bad..." He said, as Rin looked from Scott to Michael, to Scott, to Michael before finally asking. "What's the big deal about this guy? He's just another id --" She stopped, thinking on it for a moment before remembering. "... Oh, him. Yeah, I'd rather fight the lava demon, thanks. Kallos ruins most of his fights." Scott put a hand on his face for a second. "... You haven't changed."
~ ??? ~
The parts of the robotic servants suddenly found life again, as they all quickly gathered up and formed into one pile, before only one robot rose, but now made from the parts of many. The robot gasped as if just having woken up, looking around with new life in it's eyes before seeing ice forming it's way. "... What am I meant to do?" The robot asked itself, lost without it's leader, and lost without the memory of it's past brothers. "... Why do I need to kill?" It asked itself, but then the explosion came, and a group began to head for the park's direction. The robot coughed out slightly as if assuming it were alive, noticing Kallos as it's eyes widened instinctively. "... Yes." It spoke out, slowly walking forward like a newly resurrected zombie, slowly becoming used to it's new form. "... I must kill." It spoke, before a devilish grin grew, and it's arms quickly shifted. It now had six feet long blades, both were covered with electricity as it then fell into a stance and dashed forward, it's unrealistic speed made it also impossible to see by the human eye. Those with demonic traits could barely see it, but could tell where it was going.
"KAAAALLLLLLLLLOOOOOSSSSSSSSSS!!!!!!!!!" The robot shouted out as it suddenly appeared in front of him, the two meeting eye contact for three brief seconds before the robot sliced it's arms down. "I HAVE YOU --" It started, but then it's arms fell to pieces in just a matter of seconds. "Wha --" It started, as black liquid came bursting out of it's body, before it's torso fell backwards, it's legs falling forward as soon they were all covered in a black pile of liquid. "Ah, so one survived. Pity it was no match." Kallos spoke, returning it's sword back to it's sheath, even though no one seemed to have noticed him drawing it. "Right... Photos, summon it." He said to the light demon, as he was met with angry eyes. "No. I will not allow you to -- AGH!" He cried out as Bell punched him in the stomach. "Shut up and do it. We haven't got much time, and we need to leave at once." Kallos seemed to not care for Photos' concerned expression, as he looked back to the fighting, and then heard the sound of a motorcycle quickly approaching. "Do it now." He said, as Photos closed his eyes, letting out a defeated sigh. "Forgive me, my beautiful creature of the day..." He then clapped his hands together and concentrated, a bright light forming in the sky.
The creature came shortly after, a bright light appearing in the sky as it moved in the form of a snake, it's body shining with such brilliant light that no details could be made of it. A short light followed it, instinctively following it's mother and remaining close for protection. Kallos looked up as the two light demons approached, Kallos quickly pointing to it. Yami was quickly on the move, summoning shadows over it's weapons as it then sent them up into the air, watching with glee as they pierced into the mother's body and sent her beautiful blood scattering onto the battlefield. The baby light demon stopped as it's mother let out a cry in pain, and Yami tugged with a delightful smirk, as the mother came closer to the ground, unable to fight the pain it felt. Then Bell joined in, sending more of the long ranged weapons into it's body as more of it's blood became scattered, before both tugged as hard as they could, watching as the light creature's gigantic body was sent crashing into the ground, a loud painful cry coming from it as it was brought to the group of demons. "Shut up, you stupid creature! You are ours now, you hear me?!" Bell spoke out in a taunt, the baby light moving closer at this, but stopped when it was noticed. "There's the target... Get it!" Kallos cried out, as the baby light quickly darted away, just barely missing the deadly weapons that had gotten it's mother. "Damnation indeed, the blighter's fast!" Bell cried out, before Yami shook his head. "Leave it. We have the mother, it will come when it's ready."
~ Michael's Story ~
Anger. It was the only thing Michael could feel as it saw the mysterious light demon crying out for help and being forced to crash into the ground, leaving a gigantic trail as it stopped by the group. Golem was the one to pick it up, beginning to carry it off as the others began to follow it shortly after. "Rin, why don't you --" He started, but the lava demon's presence was made again as it dragged itself closer to the three, Michael glaring darkly at the lava demon s he had enough of this. "Stop them... I'm taking care of this thing." He called out, as he quickly rose into the air and slammed his hands together to make a thunderous boom emit throughout the battlefield. "SERAPHIM!" He cried out, as a bright light surrounded his form as singing began to emit throughout the entire battlefield. Many of the remaining fire demons caught to this would begin screaming out as their flames began to harden, their bodies quickly turning into stone as they were subjected to the torture. His concentration was only on them though, everyone else was safe, although they could still hear the singing and either run away in terror or be brave and hear the angel's song. Then the song of bells began to emit, and this was when the lava demon would begin to feel strange. It's hands would quickly begin to form into stone, and if it broke them off and grew new ones, they too would begin to turn into stone.
"Damn it Michael, he's risking everything at this point... Rin, go for the lava demon and whatever other enemy got turned by this! If the enemy isn't destroyed while in stone form, they still have a chance to break out. Although I worry... Only demons with a strong will could break free out of this, and he's only turning his attention on the fire demons. I will join you soon..." He said, before racing off towards the demon group. He stopped shortly though, as he fell on to his knees and put a hand over his wounds. "Damn it!" He said through gritted teeth, shaking as ice began to form faster. "... What in the hell could possibly be -- oh..." He stopped when he looked up, finding the answer walking towards it's prey.
~ Sebastian's Story ~
"Come on, come on..." Kane said, as he tried to look for more items to use. "What are you doing, hurry up and use something! Or are you really that pathetic of an exorcist?" She asked, as Kane quickly picked up the pace at this. "J-just give me a second! I knew I had more, I -- I swear I -- oh... No, I lost the others when I fell!" He shouted, dropping to his knees as Sebastian put a hand on his own face in the form of a facepalm. "We don't have time for this..." He mumbled, as the ice demon looked at them. "Indeed, you don't. How about I... Raise the odds?" He spoke, before ice began to form around him. "I don't have much time now, so... Forgive me if this seems rushed." He said, before vanishing in the ice as it formed over ten feet - twelve feet - twenty feet - twenty-five feet. "What the..." Sebastian said, before the giant ice body of twenty-eight feet rose to it's full height. Now with it's new body prepared, the giant ice demon let out a loud roar as the park dropped to even colder temperatures, ice forming more over the park area at a more rapid rate. "... Wow, did not see this coming." Lucifer said, as Kane was too busy picking up beads to notice. "Okay, got you, got you, oh how can I ever forget you?" He said, before standing up and putting his beads away. "I -- OH MY GOODNESS GRACIOUS!!!" He cried out as he looked up at the giant ice demon's new body. "... Well, this takes the cake for the day." He said, before Lucifer hit him in the shoulder.
"Well this day couldn't get any wo --" He started, before the ice demon began to inhale. "Nevermind, nevermind!" He said loudly, before the ice demon breathed out ice at them. Lucifer pushed herself and Kane out of the way, as Sebastian followed them shortly, an ice pillar forming where they just stood. "Does this guy do anything but make more ice?!? I'm freezing my ass off over here!" Lucifer cried out, as all three looked up as the ice demon walked towards them slowly, leaving behind gigantic ice footprints in his wake. "... Well I got an idea." Sebastian said, as he closed his eyes, concentrating. "This is no time to be thinking of using the bathroom, moron!" Lucifer shouted at him, as Kane rose his brows. "The bathroom is way back there, and there are hardly any --" He stopped talking when Sebastian spoke out. "I'm trying to go berserk again, you know, that whole demon thing?!?" Sebastian said, as both Lucifer and Kane said it at the same time. "Ohhhhh!!!!" Sebastian furrowed his brows at this. "Just hurry up and distract him or something! I think I almost got it!" He said, as Lucifer rolled her eyes and dragged Kane forward. "Come on you idiot!" She said, before then letting go of him to slide around a little on some ice as she quickly shifted into her weapon form, piercing through the ice demon's shoulder as she was satisfied when it screamed out, before landing and noticing some ice beginning to form on her. She quickly broke it off as she shifted again, piercing through it's other shoulder as the ice demon let out another scream, she landed again and had to break off more ice. "Do something you idiot!" She cried out to Kane, who nervously slipped and nearly fell. "Oh, sorry, sorry!"
The ice demon formed two ice spears in it's hands as it threw them at Lucifer, who quickly dodged both as they pierced through the ground and made more ice around them. "... Yeah I am freezing my ass now. Idiot, throw some more of that crap at it!" She shouted to him, as Kane tried to nervously do something, but was quickly stopped as the ice demon breathed on him, freezing some of his body as he felt he couldn't move now. "Uhhh.... H-h-h-help me?" He tried to call out, as Lucifer ran over to him. "Oh for christ sakes, let me do it!" She said, and began to break off some of the ice when the ice demon breathed again, and she quickly moved only for her feet to be frozen together. "Oh crap, not now!" She said and started to break it off, but then the ice demon walked over to them both and raised one of it's hands slowly at this. "N-n-n-n-n-n-n-n-no!" Kane called out, and as the ice demon began to slam it down at them, a blast of fire rammed into it as it stumbled back from the hit. It then looked over to see Sebastian with wings again and flying towards it, as it breathed out ice at him, but he quickly flied out of the way of it. "Hold still, you little pest!" It cried out as Sebastian began to fly in circles around it, blasting fire into it as he did.
~ ??? ~
It heard the gates opening as it looked from it's prison of flame, watching as several fire demons who served under Brenhin came to it. "Oh? Now you decide to free me, huh?" The gigantic voice spoke out to them, as they released the restrains on it and watched as the flame started to fire down. The gigantic three story demon walked forward slowly, stopping before the others as it looked down at them, then shrank down to human size as it looked at them. "Why now?" He asked, as the others looked at each other before answering. "Brenhin has orders for you to be released from your cell, without approval from the council or the devil. As such, we wish to interrogate you." They spoke out, as he tilted his head a bit at this. "Funny... I didn't realize the council was so demanding these days." He spoke, and looked over as a sword was handed over towards him. "Your sword, sir." One spoke out, as the demon quickly took it and looked at it. "Ahh... My little angel, tell me what secrets you now contain." It said as it slowly drew out it's sword and glared at the others, a sinister smirk coming over his features.
He slowly walked away from the prison as he sheathed his sword, remaining in human form to disguise himself as the prison slowly broke apart behind him, everyone inside having died, his blade shaking in it's sheath. "Yes, my sweet, feed on the flames you have consumed. Master will be pleased with our return in his ranks." The fire demon spoke out, heading towards Brenhin's castle as no one would of suspected such a weak-looking little thing like him having killed every prisoner, every guard, and just about any fire demon in there he could find. One of the hottest places in hell, one of the toughest prisons a fire demon could be kept in, now destroyed with no purpose but to join history now. "I am coming, master. And I shall bring only suffering under your rule."
Deon Morris (Hikari Scarlet) - The Executioner
Deon grimaced as he felt Ansgar's hand close around his head, and he felt the taller demons grip tighten. Tighter, tighter, tighter...
*CRACK*
And then nothingness. There was just pitch black nothingness. Wait, there was something, something burning, fiery and determined, blazing even. The flames too the shape of a Bird first, swirling in the unending, perpetual darkness of wherever it was that Deon was. He felt nothing, only seeing, he couldn't hear, for there was nothing to hear, couldn't taste, for there was no food or drink. There was nothing except the fiery bird, the embodiment of the Phoenix. "Just like every other time".
"So, my friend. You have died again?"
"Not my fault. Something... disabled me. It stopped me from moving or even speaking. I've felt it before but I can't remember where...."
"..."
"You know don't you, Phoenix!"
"The Mirage Puppeteer is not something you would want to trifle with, or even cross. It lies at the end of your Journey, young Deon. You will be forced to fight it, possibly alone, but know this. Not is all as it seems with you now".
"Hmm..."
"Come, combine with me. Set yourself free and then burn down the one who had killed you. Embrace your Phoenikoi side!".
Deon grinned, and flew forward, straight towards the Phoenix, who, by this time, had disappeared, replaced by the burning, incinerating flames of deon's own heart. Deon grinned and reached out, the heart clasped in his hands and stayed, it's flames reaching all over his body, burning away his sins and hatred, but they were replaced soon enough, and the fires in the boys heart exploded. "BLAZING HEART - RESURRECTION!" And suddenly, wings of fire exploded from the half-demons shoulderblades, a tail burst from his lower back, scorching the darkness and sending the surrounding cloud of black away, replaced by a bright light, the light from his heart. His Blazing Heart! Deon looked up, watching the Phoenix's head appear on his chest, and then the tattoo was there again, and his weapons were there as well. He grinned, and his eyes blazed, except with one difference. They were both ringed, with the middle ring being as red as the fire in his soul, and on his back, and the outer rings being as golden as the burning rays of the sun.
"Things are about to get a little bit hotter in here, it seems".
~~~~~

The sound of a demon laughing could be heard throughout the room-like surrounds of the arena in which Deon and Ansgar had fought. Deon's body lay on the ground, it's head destroyed as if someone or something had crushed it with it's bare hands. Ansgar continued to laugh, oblivious to the small winds that had begun to pick up around Deon's supposedly dead body. The winds strengthened, and small cinders were beginning to glow on the body of the deceased Phoenix. Luckily, Phoenikoi never die. Suddenly, a torrent of flames and smoke burst forth from the body, with the winds whipping around at gale-force strength, rending anything in their vicinity unable to move, and barely able to stand. Suddenly, the inferno stopped, twisting itself straight into Ansgar, which it scored a direct hit on and blew away. The trees behind the demon were flung aside as the raging torrent of flame and wind crushed them beneath themselves, and eventually died down. Two eyes could be seen from inside to building, and then a dangerously psychotic smirk appeared alongside them.

*Whump*

Suddenly, a fist had collided with Ansgar's face, and grapsed it, pulling upwards with such force that the demon was sent spiralling into the air, thousands of meters above ground, and the figure with the flaming wings followed like lightning, appearing beside Ansgar, and delivering a brutal kick to the small of the demons back, sending him on a crash course with the lava demon. Before he could hit it, however, the figure grabbed him by the legs, swinging him around and slamming him into cthe ground, watching as he left a trail of destruction and finally stoppedback where the fight had started. Deon grinned and landed right on the demons chest, a devillish grin on his face. He crouched down, leaning in close to the figure with his grin widening. "What's wrong, Ansgar? I thought I was a 'pathetic creature'? Don't tell me that you like being beaten to a pulp. Oh wait, it isn't taking much". He grinned as he flipped, landing next to the demon and grabbing him by the throat, crushing his windpipe in seconds due to the strength that Deon possessed.

Deon's eyes widened in manic excitement, and he slammed the beast down onto the ground, soon creating a hole where Ansgar was. He grinned and picked him up again, throwing him straight up, through the makeshift roof of the burning trees. Not even the speed of a fighter jet could match the speed at which Ansgar was ascending, but it suddenly stopped when something hit him square in the chest, tearing a massive hole in the flesh and grabbing him by the face. The blazing wings spread wide, and they closed around both Ansgar and Deon, and then they plummeted downwards. The speed at which they were falling was nearing that of lightspeed, and they were going to impact straight into the middle of the battlefield. Deon flew straight through the clouds that had gathered, and the rain was barely even touching him due to the effects of the wings. not even water could put them out, only Deon could. Deon grinned as they were seconds from hitting the Earth, and then suddenly, they hit it with a thwacking sound that echoed around the entire clearing, sending a brutal shockwave around that could have knocked even the most balanced person off of their feet due to the brute force the plummet had generated. Suddenly, a lone figure emerged from the semi-massive crater thta had been 'dug' by him, his eyes returning to their normal mismatching gold and blue, his wings and tail disappearing. He grinned and looked over his shoulder at the smouldering wreck that lay inside the crater. "Yeah, I'm not exactly just a normal 'halfling', Ansgar". With that, he yawned, and looked around, catching Rin's eyes. She grinned and gave him a thumbs up, before leaping towards the Lava Demon, which was locked in it's stone state. Deon turned, observing the surrounding area, and grinned. "Well, why not help them?".

Rin - The Sniping Kasha

Rin leaped away just after giving Deon a thumbs up, leaping around and slashing the immobilised demons with her claws, ending their miserable existances with one slashign blow at a time. She did this until she reached the Lava Demon, a massive blob of stone in its new form. Rin simply grinned, and pulled out her rifle. "Let's dance, motherfucker!". Her expression was slightly miffed when the demon disappeared, andh she pulled out her rifle and began to pick off other small demons, grinning as she did so. "This is getting better and better!".

*BANG*
*BANG*
*BANG*
*BANG, BANG, BANG, BANG, BANG*

?????

The figure watched as Deon annihilated his opponent, a simple Fire Demon that was under the command of Brenhin, who was simply a mere fire demon himself, albeit with heightened powers and the ability to compensate for almost anything with his massive figure. The Puppeteer grinned to themselves as they realised their joke. "Yes, almost anything. Hahah~". The figure watched in curiosity, trying to figure out how the Phoenix had broken it's spell, and the answer stayed as elusive as it always had been. The figure grinned as Ansgar lay defeated, and the Lava Monster had vanished. This entire play was becoming all the more entertaining as it lengthened. The figure sighed, watching the battles wear on. "Hmm, maybe I should spice things up?... No, not this time, I do not think". The figure took another sip of tea, and then continued to watch the goings on down below.

~ ??? ~

"Sir, we got the demon." Kallos said to seemingly no one, standing at seven feet three inches. He was the most human looking of the group, and also one of the most shady. He wore mainly an outfit that would hide his appearance, his mouth being hidden as something shiny could be seen on his forehead. His violet eyes stood out, but this could only be observed either up close or by experts of crystal demons. "Good work Kallos, now all you have to do is escape. I expect nothing less from a crystal demon such as yourself." Kallos rose a brow at this, but nodded all the same. "Understood, sir. We will discuss the terms of our condition when I return." With that, the demon's communication was gone. "Bastard..." He mumbled to himself, walking with the others as he watched the fights happening around them. "What a perfect day for blood."

Kalh stood at a height of around five feet and nine inches, his blue ocean-like skin was the most that stood out about him. Unlike Kallos, who kept most of his traits hidden by -something-, Kalh preferred to wear something more fitting for his graceful fighting style. His light-weight suit was perfect for this, exposing most of his arms, although his legs would be mostly hidden underneath the clothing. His light blue eyes seemed to look as if they could hide the sky in them, possibly showing how high Kalh set himself. "Are we ready to evacuate?" Kalh asked, as Kallos turned towards him. "Yes, but we still have a ways to go. We won't get anywhere unless we make a distraction happen, and I think one is heading our way." Kalh nodded at this. "As you wish, sir."

Golem stood as the largest of the group, an unusual height of fifteen feet made him dangerous by the WDL's standards. His entire body seemed to be made out of earth, a mixture of rocks and grass, which made him look definitely like a golem. Unlike other golem's though, his eyes burned brightly with life, even if he did have white eyes. He had the unfortunate job of help carry the injured light demon-thing, he wasn't one for names, he just called them as he saw it. Although Golem's deep voice and the way he chose to speak made him look dumb, in battle, Golem was a master. That was all that mattered to him, and that was all that would ever matter to him. "Golem hate carrying light creature. Golem want to rest." It said out to them, but only made Belfoar roll his eyes.

Yami merely followed the group, obviously taking the spot as the most cunning and evil of the group. While his body stood at a good six feet five inches, his dark robes made him look like a magician more then a demon. Yet his darkened skin and pointy ears made him look closer towards a dark elf, yet his demonic yellow eyes clearly gave away the demon traits. His long black hair told years of experience, although he thought about cutting it soon. Unknown to the rest of them, Yami did somewhat care about his appearance, enough to not look like some savage. His nails never grew too long, fingers and toes, his hair never looked too wild and dirty, and his skin always looked nice and clean. He always kept a hand near his mouth, for when he spoke, his sharpened teeth could be exposed, and he hated it when they were shown. Yami, unlike the others, remained quiet and observant of his surroundings, obviously waiting out for some sort of attack to happen. Then, he could have an excuse to kill a bitch.

Belfoar wondered why he couldn't go out and kill some of the pathetic WDL scum who had kept him imprisoned for these many months. Having to sit in a cell where you couldn't use any of your powers that was beside Golem's had really pissed him off. Belfoar stood at a good height of five feet eight inches, being one of the more shorter ones of the group. His hair made him look like a blonde, yet a certain yellow part of his hair stood out in that it looked like there might of been a lightning bolt in the middle of his hair. His hair unusually always stood up, his yellow eyes also giving away to something off about him. Cautiously, no one touched him, and he touched no one. Inside his body was not water, but thousands of volts building up that made up most of what Belfoar was. "Ah, so we get to meet -him-, do we? Heh, what a great day it is for me then!"

Itzhet hadn't spoken since he was freed from his prison back in the WDl building. Out of the demons that had been locked there, he was the most calm. Always meditating, always preferring to stay quiet rather then taunt the guards. Oh yes, he had known they would get what they deserved, and indeed they had. Itzhet's hair was gray, his height was just barely at six feet, yet his skin was pale. This was probably due to the lack of sunlight, you know, with those cells not having windows. He looked around, not being able to determine how old Golem was, but he could see everyone had a particular certain going on with their ages. Itzhet noticed none of them had facial hair, Belfoar looked somewhere to be in the twenties, Yami looked to be in the late thirties, Kalh looked somewhere in his late twenties, but Kallos could not be determined. Either way, Itzhet felt good, and he did not seem worried about whether they were attacked or not. They would succeed either way, he knew this much to be true.

Photos was nearly brought to tears at the sight before him, the light demon he had summoned had been forcibly taken down by the others. It was true, Photos felt weak for loving nature and it's beauty, but he couldn't help it. He had turned himself in for the sins he had committed, and this was the way he got out? The WDL were mean, sure, but they didn't deserve to - okay, that was sort of pushing it for his thoughts. With the ongoing major battles happening and colliding near each other in the park, it seemed Kallos' men had a clear shot of escaping. Photos stood at a height of six feet two inches, his tanned skin showed that even without sunlight, the light inside of him was enough to keep him from going pale. He also looked the most human out of the group, his brown hair and eyes actually looking pretty human, although his robes made him look like some sort of priest. Photos hated himself right now, he was a prisoner to the dark forces approaching, and so was one of the only things that could stop them.

~ Michael's Story ~

Michael watched as the demon fled from the battle, seeming to have figured out that it wouldn't win. He could see most of the remaining fire demons fleeing, his attention being brought back over to the group of demons that aimed to escape. He had enough of this, so he clapped his hands together as he closed his eyes, listening to the sound of bells grow. The land around the park began to shine greatly at this, with Deon's fight over and the ice having almost completely consumed it, he had to act now. The land around the park began to heal, most of the damages done were gone. Although he could not bring back things that were lost like the trees, he knew more would grow in their place. The ground would heal up, that was most for sure. He felt his feet land down on the ground as he suddenly collapsed, returning back to a human form, unaware that Scott had made his way back over. "... You did it again, Michael. You are just full of surprises." Scott said, looking around as he watched the holy light that had come just before fade away. "... Now if only we could do something about this ice problem." He said, before pulling out a communicator. "All Renegade forces, report to the WDL once you have finished off any invading demons." He stopped there, forcing himself to sit down as he sighed and put the communicator down. "... I really hope nothing else happens."

~ Sebastian's Story ~

Sebastian had lost himself in order to gain the power of fire, his tattoo's glowing bright red as he continued to cast fire upon the giant ice demon's body, watching piece by piece melt away. The ice demon seemed to be slowing down, it's giant body unable to concentrate on fighting as it was slowly being destroyed. Only a few more hits, then it would be over. Then, at the worst time, Brenhin entered his mind, bringing him out of the fight and demanding to come back to hell. Well, he thought it was demanding, at the very least. His body stopped as he suddenly fell from the sky, landing down on the ice-covered ground as he reverted back to normal at this. "What happened now?!?! Oh, this is just great!" Lucifer shouted out, having broken the ice free off of her and Kane as they watched the ice demon begin to walk forward towards them. "... Okay stupid, if you got a plan, do it now!" She shouted, as Kane simply stood and watched as the demon grew closer. "Hey idiot, wake up!" She shouted, as Kane seemed to just stare off at the ice demon. "... Oh god, NOT YOU TOO!"

Sebastian, meanwhile, found himself lost within the depths of his own mind. He felt like he was floating through darkness now, he was the only thing that had light. He opened his eyes to look at the darkness, seeming to think to himself. Then, a memory came. The memory of the orphanage. He remembered how he had abandoned it, clearly the words came back to him as if he were speaking them again. 'I'm too good for this orphanage now, do you hear me Rob?! I deserve better then this piece of crap!' He flinched at the words, as another memory came back. The first day he met Ash. The thoughts he had given himself were terrible, he couldn't believe that was him. He had left her, too, it seemed, even though he hardly knew her. So this is how you get me back for my sins, huh God? By sending my own memories back at me. Why? Why do you do this to me, make me someone I'm not. I'm Sebastian, not Inferno. Hell, I hardly know who he is. He's just some guy who got me trapped in hell. He's the guy I don't want to be. Maybe that's why she deserves someone better... What am I saying? It's not like I ever had a chance with her! I'm a pathetic waste of shit, aren't I? ADMIT IT, GOD! I'M A FAILED CREATION! AND THAT'S WHY I'M HERE, ISN'T IT?! YOU WANT ME TO BE INFERNO?!?! IS THAT HOW MY PUNISHMENT FOR BEING BORN INTO A FATE I HAD NO CONTROL OVER IS?!?!

Kane seemed to be snapped back in reality, as he saw the ice demon stop in front of them and looked down at them, raising one of it's arms slowly. He took out two beads that were different from the rest, looking at them as he closed his hand tightly around them. He recalled the last three days, especially this fight in comparison, and how he had only made things worse. His heart suddenly felt like it was on fire, and he rushed forward towards the ice demon's right foot. "IDIOT! WHAT ARE YOU DOING?!" Lucifer shouted as Kane saw the giant ice demon's arm begin to fall down towards him. He closed his eyes tightly as he used the ice to slide towards the leg faster. He could feel bits of ice bounce off his body as he kept full concentration on the foot, he watched it grow bigger, he felt his fears begin to rise up. It was too late now, this would either be a suicide move or a very heroic act. He then opened his hand as he slammed the beads into the ice demon's foot, furrowing his brows as he pushed them just a little further in before being sent flying back across the ice and into Lucifer. The ice demon looked down and felt it's eyes widen in fear as it screamed out in pain, watching the fire begin to break down it's gigantic ice form. "OW OW OW OW OW OW OW OW OWWWWWW, MY HANNDDD!!! MY HAND IS SO HOT!!!!" Lucifer quickly pushed him off as she sat up, sighing. "There goes the brave hero moment..."

Sebastian felt his eyes open as he slowly stood up, looking over at the ice demon, who now struggled as he was back to his original form. "Well, this is unexpected..." He spoke out, walking towards Sebastian as he kept glaring at him. "... I know those eyes." Sebastian said, as he watched the ice demon stop. "... Rob. What the hell did you do?" He asked, as the ice demon felt it's eyes widen at this. "Silence! I am --" He started to say, but stopped when he realized he didn't have a new name. "... Rob, why? Weren't we friends at the orphanage?!" He asked, as the ice demon shook it's head. "We were. You left us though, insulted us... They shrugged it off, thinking it was a 'phase' you were going through, but when you ran away, you broke everyone's heart!" The ice demon shouted at him, as Sebastian furrowed his brows. "... Why have you become the villain?" He asked, as the ice demon shook it's head. "... I am not the villain, you are." It said, as it's body looked mostly human, although it wore a suit similar to the other demons, it had a close resemblance to how Mr. Freeze looked, only without the suit and was much younger. Rob walked in front of Sebastian and looked down at him, he could see Rob was now around six feet. "... It's time for you to die." He said, as he pulled back a hand and struck it into Sebastian's chest.

Sebastian gritted his teeth as he felt Rob pull it out and shake the blood off. "... Enjoy your stay in he -- UGH!" The ice demon stopped as a blade had pierced through Sebastian's wound and into the ice demon's, the ice demon/Rob growled and stumbled back as the blade was pulled out of them both. Then Rob was kicked in the head as he was sent flying back, cracks now appearing as Lucifer quickly shifted and used her weapon form to pierce through Rob's chest. "You BITCH!" He called out, as when Lucifer shifted back to her human form, she didn't know how to feel about finding out that the ice demon was Rob. She remained silent for now, not seeming to notice his struggle. She then walked back over towards Kane, who was happily cheering at seemingly the defeat of the ice demon. "Whoo-hoo, we did it! We finally won!" He called out, but stopped when Rob quickly stood up. "... Uh-oh." Kane said, as the ice demon got up on to his feet and panted. "... UGH! My chest..." He said, as Sebastian walked on over towards him slowly, the tattoo's glowing again as his eyes quickly shifted. He had just enough to defeat him.

Lucy... Rob... Why? I never meant to drag you two into any of this. I never thought it would come to any of this, I never thought that monsters really did exist. Rob, you are the monster now. But you were right about one thing... I was the villain. Sebastian then charged forward as his wings spread back out, Rob's eyes widening as he was kicked into the air and more pieces broke off. "UGH!!!" Was all he could get out, as Sebastian flew up towards him. I was a jackass, I admit. When I met Arthur, I hated almost everyone in the world. I hated even myself. I don't know what the hell I'm meant to do, or why I'm meant to do it, but I do know... I came here for a reason. I came here to see her, Ash! I came here because of her, but... Am I just in some stupid crush?!?! Sebastian then struck a fist into Rob's injured chest as flames covered his arm now, as they both began to descend to the ground. Sebastian slammed his other fist into Rob's chest, as he accelerated towards the ground. If she has anything to do with this... Anything at all, I'll find out. I... Was an idiot. I was blind to the whole thing, I was blind because I thought this was all some twisted dream. I thought this was my world, where I could do whatever I pleased. Now... I don't deserve to even set foot on it. But... Maybe I can change. Maybe I can get rid of Inferno. Maybe... I can find out what to do with my life! Sebastian then pushed him off as he slowed himself down, while Rob was sent hurling to the ground. A great explosion of fire and dirt could be seen by all, as Rob let out an inaudible scream. Once it was over, Rob lay there, seeming to twist as he was knocked out, his body parts melting at a rapidly good rate now. Then, out of nowhere, his body would go 'poof' as it vanished, almost like the robot who had escaped earlier. Sebastian landed on the ground in a rough way, rolling around on it for a good bit before stopping and panting, getting up to his feet, but collapsed quickly on to his knees. "... Well done." A voice called out, as his eyes widened and he looked up. "... But I'm afraid you have disturbed my peace. Therefore, I have to execute you." He looked up, and saw in the distance, the group of elements... His eyes meeting with Kallos' eyes. He felt his heart sank, he felt like he was about to die suddenly.

Meanwhile, Kane and Lucifer watched as Sebastian sent Rob flying into the ground, seeing his body hit it and start to create a hole around himself, the crater starting to form in the ice as Rob's expression was priceless, only pain and suffering. Lucifer sighed out as she thought on how Sebastian might feeling right now, when Kane tried to walk. "Oh no, you idiot!" She called out, and grabbed his arm, but both ended up slipping and stumbling around. "Whoa, watch it!" Lucifer cried out, as both she and Kane began to slide around on the ice. "Stop kicking me!" Kane cried out to her. "YOU WANT ME TO PUNCH YOU INSTEAD?!?! You keep knocking me around, you idiot!" She said to him. "OW! That was my eye!" "GOOD! MAYBE IT WILL TEACH YOU NOT TO HURT A LADY!" "How did I do that?!?" "HOW DO YOU THINK YOU DID IT?!?! I'm freezing my ass off, I have to save some sorry people's asses still, and you are acting like a cry-baby about it all!" "I am not a cry-baby!" "Wha-wha-whaaa!!" "HEY! I said I'm not a -- a.... Ohh, I'm so sorry, I didn't mean to snap like that." "STOP APOLOGIZING!!!" "But it's the nice thing to do!" "UGGGHHH!!!"

Deon Morris (Hikari Scarlet) - The Executioner

Deon turned as the demon behind him stood, screaming out for help from it's Master, the Lord of the Land of Brimstone. Deon's eyes widened, and he leaped back. "Damn, I wanted to dissect you, too. Ah well". Deon leaped away, shielding his eyes from the burning, and he leaped backwards as the flames grew. He watched as the Seven Sins vanished, rturning to the intangible forms so that they could stop themselves from getting burnt to a crisp, although Lucifer stopped to help Sebastian and Kane get further away. Rin tried to stand, but she grimaced at the last minute, after all, she was close to Deon, having went over to him after their battles had ended. Deon twirled around, yanking the injured Kasha towrds him and holding her close, shielding her from the flames of the explosion. She shifted in his arms, transforming into her feline form, and this allowed him to leap forwards, rolling behind a rock and watching as the scorching air blew over them. They could still breathe, but the oxygen was stinging like hell as it went down. Deon grimaced and forced himself upwards, bursting through the ingited oxygen and into the clear blue skies. He sighed as he held his friend close, otherwise she'd fall, of course. Deon figured that that would be hilarious to watch, but he decided that it might cause everyone to hate him, so he refrained from doing that. 'What type of thought was that anyways? The heck is happening to me!?'. Deon sighed, watching as the flames stopped, and it was safe to descend. He grimaced as his feet hit the ground, which was smoking slightly. He figured that he would need to get fireproof boots at some point in time, or at least put some fireproof seals on his clothes, which he would need to get more of soon enough.

He let out an exhasperated sigh as he eyed Rin, looking over her injuries in her feline form, before he sighed. "Sometimes I wish I'd become a Doctor like my Mother had told me to. Oh well, I have other goals I can still complete. After all, it's been... one thousand, two hundred and eighty-five years since she passed. Hmm, damn. Seems like my feet are burning even worse now". Deon shifted his weight, avoiding the eyes of the curious feline he held in his arms. He looked around, hoping that everyone was alright, but before he could check, he heard the sound of numerous firearms being pointed in his direction. He let out a sigh, and dropped Rin, watching as she bounded over to Michael and Scott, and tugged on their sleeves to get their attention. Deon also watched as the Sins reappeared, helping out the injured and talking to the others, whilst Asmodeus had returned to Ash and Lucifer had returned to Sebastian and Kane. Deon sighed and turned. A smirk on his face. "What is it, gentlemen? I do hope it's worth my time. Oh wait, I have all the time in the world! Hahaha!".

"We're here to arrest you, under the commands of the new Archknight, Angel D'Brightaine. What say you in your defence, Demon? All those here will be prosecuted with the following; 'Associating with Demon Scum', 'Being in possession of Demon Blood', 'Destroying property of the Warriors of the Divine Light', 'Heresy' and 'Undue utilization of Powers beyond normal Human Control'. What do you have to say against that, Demon scum? Heh, since you're ranked fairly high on our 'Most Wanted' List, I'll get a promotion for sure".
Deon grinned as Lucifer appeared by his side, exclaiming. "What do you mean 'Most Wanted'? Deon... what are we gonna do? ... You're not gonna let them capture you again, are you?". Deon simply showcased a look of disgust and hatred on his face, and it seemed as if he'd known the name 'Angel' for a long time. "Eugh, him? How did that asshole even get to Archkni- The Assassins from that night! They were sent after Arthur! Dammit, now this is just....".

~~FLASHBACK GO!~~

It was a warm October afternoon, and the sun had begun to sink in the sky, sending it's brilliant waves sparkling across the horizon. Deon leaned on the railings of the roof, his eyes morbidly surveying the area before him. His ears pricked up slightly as he heard the sound of footsteps behind him, and the sound of a door opening. He grinned as a voice spoke out to him, slightly taunting, but kinda and gentle, although this was a thin facade for the maniac that lurked beneath, and Deon knew it. "Evening, Mister Morris. Beautiful view, isn't it? I love days that end like this, with the sun's last rays exploding in one last gesture of undeniable strength". Deon chuckled, but kept his gaze on the scenery out before his eyes. The valley below was a beautiful one, and the last rays of the sun bouncing off of the beautiful clear waters of the lake in the center made it even more enchanting. The small houses that dotted the landscape were mostly cottages, with the biggest building in the area being the one that Deon and his Teacher were currently looking out from, a renowned Medical School that is now lost to the ages, but this wasn't just your ordinary Medical School. Of course it wasn't, being sanctured in such a remote place gave off the signs that the building wasn't all that it seemed, and those that knew of the happenings inside would heartedly agree, if you managed to convince them that you weren't coming to 'collect them', of course.

Deon grinned as he noticed the figure out of the corner of his eyes, moving towards the railing and finally leaning upon it, gazing down at the houses below. "You seem awfully quiet, Deon. Something on your mind?". Deon grinned. "You're always so perceptive, Doctor. Indeed there is. Angel, how is he?". Deon kept his eyes forward, but the tone that came from his companion was venomous, as if he was speaking of someone he hated. "Angel. Why do you care about that idiot so much? He's only going to try and kill you in the end, you know". At this, the figure lit up a cigarette, and Deon laughed. He'd remembered all of the threats that the Exorcist had thrown his way, and how they all seemed fairly empty, considering the fact that two of his limbs were missing. "Hey mind giving me a cigarette, Doctor?".

The doctor beside Deon grinned, his expression readable as one of content and slight excitement. He handed Deon a cigarette, which promptly lit itself up in Deon's hands. Deon took a quick puff of it, and spoke again. "Well, his threats were pretty unorthodox and comical, at best. Makes one wonder if the WDL's still employing people of stable minds these days, although I honestly wouldn't be very surprised if they'd stopped using useful people a few hundred years ago". Deon took a drag of his cigarette, blowing the smoke out into the passing airflow, watching it ascend, and then finally vanish from sight. He grinned and continued; "Heh, it makes me wonder exactly why they decided to recruit me. Of course, I rejected the offer. I'm not fit to be a 'goody two-shoes' Exorcist like the most of them are. I have....". Deon flashed his companion a smirk. "... Other Interests, that I'd rather do research on, like Anatomy and Dissection, Motion, Physics, Psychology, Nuclear Matter and Particles, and the like. After all, why would I enroll here if I didn't want to learn them? Oh, and Medicines, as well". Deon grinned, and the figure beside him laughed, adding in their own addition to the conversation. "And Poisons, I take it?".

Deon simply shrugged. "We'll find out soon enough". The figure beside him grinned, their labcoat lifting slightly in the breeze. "So, Deon. How's your new 'Subject' going?". Deon turned, and launched into his explaination; "Subject 37? Yeah. She suffers from severe dissasociative disorders, borderline schizophrenia and mood swings. She also has random build-ups of Paranoia and Anxiety, resulting in an almost frantic sense of animosity toward any relatable organisms. She seems to like dolls though, particularly puppets and is extremely fond of playing out her fantasies and desires through them, some of which are much more... peculiar, than others. On top of all of that, she only seems to get along with three members of staff, and two of us are here; the others gain nothing but cuts for their pain". The Doctor beside Deon grinned, and gave him a short applause. "Well then, all seems to be going smoothly. You know the next stage of the plan, right?". Deon grinned, but his eyes were slightly dispaired. "Yeah... Now, we operate, right?". The Doctor grinned, nodded their head, and then proceeded back into the building, a sadistic grin plastered to his face, an expression which Deon chose to ignore, for semi-obvious reasons.

~~FLASHBACK END!~~

Deon blinked, clearing his head and coming back to the present as he noticed Lucifer, now joined by Rin, tugging on his arm and trying to get his attention. "He just phased out for soem reason, I dunno why though, it's a mystery to me. He's been doing it a lot lately, though.... Deon, you awake?". The Guard was nudging Rin with the butt of his assault Rifle, and she grimaced when he smacked her in the back of the head with it. Deon shook his head, giving an apology under his breath, and looking up at the guards. "What were you saying?". The lead Guard gave Deon a 'Pfft, idiot', and hit Rin with the butt of his Rifle again, something which Rin growled at. The Guard turned to Deon, a smirk on his face. "Lord Angel sent me to fetch you, and in the case that you refused to come, I was sent here to kill you, scum". Deon sighed, and Rin spat in the Guards face, which earned her the Guards attention. He swung the Rifle at Rin, hitting her in the back of the neck and stopping her breathing for a few moments. Enough to cause her to gasp in agony, at least.

Deon growled and his eyes gleamed. He grabbed the gun and slammed it into the Guards face, causing it to explode. Another Guard tried to stab him with his knife, but deon flicked a snap kick into his chest, rupturing his torso and sending him flying in two directions at once. The third Guard had aimed his shotgun carefully, and was about to fire when a fist went through his body, blood flying into the air and raining down onto the people that were close enough to be reached. The fourth nearly swiped Deon with his blade, but Deon countered, snapping his arm in half and beating on him with it, after which he took the blade and slit the throat of the fifth guard, who had tried to throw down a Frag Grenade. The man was then peirced through the chest, and booted onto a still flaming tree stump. The only guard left as possibly the worst off.

A bullet whizzed past Deon's ear, and he dodged, tackling the Guard to the ground and tearing off his shirt, a sadistically evil grin on his assailants face, and an insane gleam in his eyes. The figure then produced a knife, and cut out pieces of flesh from the man, and then he reached out and grabbed the man by the throat, tearing his right arm off with the casualy comment of "No more masturbating for you, Human".. He grinned as the Guard sobbed, stuggling on the ground, begging for his life. All was for naught though, since his attacker only regarded him as prey, hunted. Possibly even food. The bloody knife slid across deon's tongue, and he tasted the crimson liquid for the first time in a while, and damn it tasted good. Deon grinned as he booted his opponent in the back, carving into it with his knife and walking over to a burning tree, wrenching two pieces of bark free, and jamming them into the holes he'd created on the mans back. He pulled the mans head back, and slid the knife across his throat, watching excitedly as the blood burst out into the air, and the man's death rattles began.

Deon dropped the dying man and stomped on his skull, twisting his foot, which in turn twisted the now-dead mans skull further into the ground, all the while Deon was emitting a laugh that could send shivers down the bravest person's spine. The laugh wasn't natural at all, it was a mad laugh. The laugh of someone who craved violence and chaos, blood and tears. Deon turned to face Rin, his eyes gleaming as he stomped on the mans head, finally crushing it under his foot. His eyes were filled with a sadistic pleasure, and both Rin and Lucifer took a few steps back as Deon picked up the crushed skull of his last victim. He grinned as he looked at it, and he burst into laughter. "HAHAHAHAHAHA! To be, or not to be? THAT! Is the question!". Deon sighed, dropping the skull and punting it with enough force to shatter it. He grinned and spoke down to his enemies. "Yeah, that was for my memories, kind sirs.... Hmm, maybe I should work on making them into Puppets, just like Doc would. Fucking weirdo, although I guess I'm just as bad". Deon turned to Rin and Lucifer, eyes blazing with madness. "Right, girls?". Lucifer and Rin just clung to eachother, shivering.

~~~~~
?????
The Puppeteer grinned as it took note of the mania in Deon's eyes, the revert to his old sadistic personality had begun, although there would be many changes to it. The Puppeteer had brought this onto him itself, of course, but Deon didn't know that, did he? All he knew was that he had been hit by a binding spell for a short period of time, but now he would be tracked, and his transformations would begin. "Oooh, this is getting so exciting! How long will it be until we meet again, my Prince? Maybe tonight when you sleep? Oh, our meeting shall be fun! After all, if one blurrs the lines between Dreams and Reality~....". The figure giggled to itself, clicking it's fingers and seeming unfazed when the Butler from before appeared. The Puppeteer grinned, and spoke to the Butler in hushed tones, after which the Butler nodded, bowed, and vanished, and the Puppeteer simply grinned, it's eyes shining brightly. "Oh yes, soon enough. With a flick of my wrist, you... All. Fall. Down~". The figure grinned, and laughed even harder. "Of course not! Then the entertainment would cease! Nyahahahahah!~". And then, the figure returned to its observations, a grin on it's face as it watched the reactions of the others and the scene unfold before it's very eyes.
~ Eppenos' Story ~
The fire demon looked up to his father as he closed his eyes and concentrated. His form instantly grew back to it's full size, Baphomet increasing with him as it was now several miles long. Eppenos breathed out smoke through his nostrils as Baphomet let out a sinister growl upon awakening. "I look forward to taking it back." The prince fire demon spoke out, as it looked around for a second as Baphomet growled again, Eppenos could tell it was hungry. "Not yet my sweet, you shall have your fill once we done here." He spoke out, as the sword let out one more growl, but this one sounded more like a sigh. "Baphomet has told me many stories of what has happened while I was gone. It has been lonely it seems, being kept away by you and the ruler of this place. Fear not though, it understands why you had to do what you must to keep it safe." His deep voice made weaker demons shudder in fear, he was growing up more to be like his father every day. It had been so long since Eppenos was captured, they thought he had long since died in the flames, but he lived, having grown stronger for it. But his sword, Baphomet, had grown hungry since his capture, and was weaker then it use to be.
"Baphomet tells me an interesting tale of half demon children. It seems a rebellion is being formed against one of the highest people in hell. Rhanksar is the demon being rebelled against... I'm sure you know of him, yes father? After all, Baphomet tells me he is regarded as one of the strongest demons in hell. Neither of us mean offense towards you by this, of course. The last tale Baphomet tells me of is a demon lord you have been in contact with lately, who tends to you his brother... Do I know of this demon, King Brenhin?" Eppenos felt good to be out in his true form for now, although he knew he would have to return back in order to get to the tower he once called home. The devil would pay for sealing him away and forcing Baphomet to starve, but first, another was on his list. One he knew he would have to deal with later.
~ Michael's Story ~
Michael felt not himself, he felt something was... Off. He seemed to enter into a memory... A memory he had not seen for years.
+ Five Years Ago... +
Michael was eighteen years old at this time, still often needing to wear his glasses, to which he was picked on back then for. He had not known about his inheritance nor of his abilities, but he knew he was not completely human at this point. The leader of his division, a Kasha who was very well respected and very powerful at the time, had Michael sit down in front of him as the demon stood out looking over the men working hard to prepare for another demon attack. "Oi, Michael..." The Kasha spoke out to him, having a cigar in the right side of his mouth as Michael sat up at this. "Y-y-yes sir?" He stumbled for his words, as the demon turned to look back at him. The Kasha was unusual from the others, often wearing a hat and coat, but was ultimately seven feet two inches. His strong physical build only hidden by the clothing on him, although he still looked fairly large. His sunglasses rested over his eyes, but Michael could feel those wise and powerful eyes staring at him. It was unknown how old this Kasha was, his human appearance led some to believe he was only in his late thirties. "... How am I as a leader?" He asked, as Michael found himself shaking at this. "Y-you are a great leader sir, one of the best in The Renegade's history! You put others to mere shame just from the mention of your name!" The Kasha smiled at this as best as he could with a cigar in his mouth, and turned back to look forward. "... So they all say. You have done your research I assume then, yes?" Michael found himself suddenly feeling very strange... What was going on? He was just another weakling, so why was a strong leader paying close attention to him?! "O-of course sir!"
The Kasha remained silent for a few, his arms behind his back as one grasped the other by the wrist gently, as Michael felt some suspense now. "... I have looked at your progress reports Michael. And I must say..." The Kasha leader started, to which Michael held his breath at this. "... I am most impressed." Michael let out a sigh at this, but his heart was suddenly racing!? What was going on?! "Y-you are, sir?!" He asked, as the Kasha chuckled a bit at this. "Yeah...I have a secret to share with you, Michael. Actually, a few. Please... Do not tell anyone this until after I am gone." Then fear gripped Michael's heart... Why did he get a very bad feeling about this suddenly? "I am not long for this world, Michael." The leader spoke out so calmly and without care, that it made Michael nearly fall back in his seat! "W-what are you --" But the Kasha leader held up a hand to stop him, letting Michael calm down for a few minutes before lowering his hand. "... I am destined to die in a few years, that is the curse placed on me. I am not sure when this will be... I have kept this secret from everyone for years, but that is what the demon I fought so long ago said to me. Do you wish to know his name?" He said, as Michael nodded a few times, before the man went on. "... Rhanksar." He spoke, as Michael felt his eyes widen. "Y-y-you....? B-but..." The kasha chuckled more at this. "Yeah... It was a great fight. Rhanksar... What a surprising demon if you'll ever find one like him."
The Kasha then turned to fully face Michael, looking at him directly in the eyes. "... I am going to personally train you myself for when you are ready... You will take my place when I die, Michael." He said, as Michael felt his eyes widen again at this. "B-but said... I --" He tried to say, but stopped as the Kasha put a hand on his shoulder. "... Trust me. I have faith you will pull through this." He said, as Michael felt tears begin to gather in his eyes. "... S-sir..." He started, but the Kasha pulled his hand away and stood up then. "Someone bring the new recruit Deon Morris to me at once! I wish to have a word with him as well... Michael will need a partner from now on, and I wish to test his skills myself!" He said, as the soldier he spoke to look very shocked. "Y-yes sir!" He said, before running off to find him. The Kasha let out a sigh at this. "... These have been very hard times, since the Archangels seem to have vanished on us. How terrible... Heaven must be falling apart right now."
+ Three years ago... Two years after Michael was named the apprentice of the Kasha leader +
The four walked, as Michael was being joined today by both Deon and Rin, who had only just recently gotten into The Renegade. The Kasha leader stopped as he held out an arm for them to stop, looking up as he narrowed his eyes. Michael, Deon and Rin all stopped, confused as they watched him tense up. "... Whatever happens, none of you interfere." He spoke out, as he began to walk forward, but Michael felt fear grip him again. "S-sir, you can't..." He spoke, but stopped as the sky above them turned dark red. A loud demonic neigh broke through the calm and peaceful air, as it's hooves slammed into the ground, making all three nearly fall over. "What kind of horse is that?!?" Michael spoke out, not sure what the other two were saying, as a lone figure standing above them caught his attention. "... N-no..." He spoke out, as the Kasha leader stopped and looked up at him. "... So, it is time then, eh Rhanksar?" He spoke, as the omnipotent voice spoke out back to him. "Yes it is... Come then, and fight with only honor and your strength!" The demon spoke out, as the Kasha rushed forward into the inevitable battle. "SIR!" Michael shouted out just before the battle began, the demon's dark and sinister appearance, along with his sinister eyes, held him in place and stopped him from interfering.
+ Present day... +
Scott watched over Michael, then the demon warlord suddenly screamed out as something was wrong with him... Scott's eyes widening as he quickly picked up Michael and ran as fast as he could. "Come on... Come on... I'm not dying yet!" He spoke, as then the supposed suicide attack came out, and Scott stopped as he kept Michael safe, feeling his body being forced back, almost getting sent flying. After this was over, Scott looked over the scene in front of him, and felt depressed as the warlord had done something unforgivable... Michael had just healed the place, now he knew revenge was going to taste sweeter in the future. His thoughts didn't last long as he heard the familiar sounds of Renegade troops come in. All of them were wearing their outfits, as they all stopped before Scott and Michael, saluting as each held a holy weapon in hand. "Glad you came... And glad you all wore your suits." Scott spoke out, as he handed Michael over to them. "Get him healed, now. He needs it... And prepare the medics for more wounded." He said, as they saluted before the ones holding Michael ran back, Scott could hear the sounds of Renegade vehicles approaching. "... At least it's finally over." He said, looking out at the scene before him as WDL soldiers came before the group of demons.
~ Kallos' Story ~
Kallos and his group watched as they and Sebastian were surrounded and then weapons were aimed at them. "FREEZE!" One WDL soldier spoke out to them all. "By orders of our new superior, you are ALL coming back with us!" They spoke out, Kallos giving a slight chuckle at this. "Yami... I don't think they know who they're dealing with." Kallos whispered, as Yami gave a sadistic smirk. "What makes you say that?" He said, before looking at the WDL soldiers. "May I?" He asked, as Kallos gave a sinister grin of his own. "Yes." Yami then quickly summoned two gloves to his hands as he took a hold of them both and placed them on carefully, making the WDL soldiers tense as they all aimed at him now. Sebastian seemed to be confused by all of this, only watching as Yami stepped forward, the dark demonic symbols on both gloves glowing with a dark aura as he smirked at them. "Duck, boy. These gloves were made personally by me, a new weapon you could say... Too bad no one but a Darkness Demon will be able to use them." He said, as he aimed both hands at them, Sebastian ducking down as the WDL guards all gasped at this. "Shadow Sweep." Yami spoke, as suddenly darkness covered over the area the group stood in, this darkness giving off an ominous feeling towards everyone nearby as multiple screams were heard. When the darkness faded away, all the WDL soldiers and guards had dropped their weapons, their bodies becoming more older and weaker as they struggled to breath. "Enjoy hell." Yami spoke out with a sinister smirk that nearly grew more then a human's should have, before snapping his fingers and all of the WDL guards suddenly bursting into piles of dust. "Once again, you amaze me Yami." Kallos spoke, as Yami looked over and smirked. "I do my best." He said, before looking over at where Lucifer and Rin were. "I just saw that girl come near here... Shall I?" He asked Kallos. "Negative. If she comes over here, then you may. Otherwise..." Kallos spoke, before turning to face Sebastian. "... He is our primary target." He said, and gave another sadistic grin to the confused and terrified Sebastian. "Death will be good for you." Kallos said, before giving off an evil chuckle, the others soon joining with him as they all watched Sebastian shake with fear now, too weak to even stand without help.
With a screech of the tires, Ash rounded the next corner, thundering through the WDL grounds in her bid to regroup with the others. Upon her lap, Noir the cat casually peered over the handlebars as if curious to the goings on, completely unfazed by the extreme pace they were travelling. Ash had no clue how long she’d been knocked out for, but the fact remained that the battle was still raging on. She had to get there and help the others. Slamming her pedal to the floor, Ash urged Umbra on faster, before an echoing howl off to the side drew her attention. It seemed to come from the park. Staring off to the horizon of trees and grass, there was a pinprick of golden red and orange… and slowly but steadily, that pinprick was glowing brighter. Unable to determine just what that was, the incredible burning light continued to grow and spread, until it was all too clear just how much danger Ash was in.
“Shit!” Ash yelled, pivoting her bike down an alleyway as the wreath of flames approached, the wave of fire scorching and melting the earth as it levelled everything in its path. For a few futile moments, Ash attempted to outrun it, giving Umbra everything she had. As she glanced behind her however, she could see the wall of fire steadily growing ever closer… Rounding another bend, Ash gave another obscenity as she screeched to a stop. A dead end. She was trapped. Turning back around in time to see the approaching flames closing in, Ash brought her arms in front of her face, clenching her eyes shut and preparing herself for the agony that was to follow…
And yet… There was no pain. No burning. No suffering as her skin boiled from her body… With caution, Ash lowered her arms, opening one eye carefully to see what had stopped her inevitable demise. The view was like something out of a dream, and Ash could only stare in awe as the flames coursed and curled around a prismatic barrier of light, streaks of colour dancing around as the phantom wall deflected energy out and around them. At the base of the barrier, her arms forward and feet spread into a bracing stance, was a girl. Her hair was a mixture of pink and purple, billowing slightly as wind forced its way around the alcove they were in. Slowly, she turned her head, revealing deep blue eyes behind a frame of slim glasses. “Get down behind Umbra Ash!” She shouted, but the words didn’t quite register to Ash. She seemed so familiar... She couldn’t place it… “Now Soot!” The girl’s tone became sterner as she locked eyes with Ash. In that instant, it all became clear.
Flames roared over the alleyway, coating it in fire before finally, the last of Ansgar’s dying rage burned out. As the flames dissipated, Umbra slowly became visible – pristine and unharmed. Slowly rising from behind it was the huddle of figures, Claire stepping to her feet, leaving Ash on her knees clutching Noir and Blanca to her chest. She breathed a sigh of relief, removing her glasses and tucking them to her breast pocket, briefly clutching the red jewel around her neck as its glow dimmed back to a silent pulse. Taking a few steps out from behind Umbra, Claire surveyed the damage as Ash slowly got to her feet, staring at her sister. It was her… They hadn’t spoken in so long; she didn’t exactly know what to say. As Ash continued to watch her, Claire turned, her expression somewhat forlorn as she weakly made a smile. “It’s been a while, sis…”
Ash nodded slowly… Before her eyes narrowed. She wanted answers. The problem was… She didn’t know where to start. Heck, she still hadn’t forgiven Claire for…
“We need to get going. I have a feeling the others may need us.” Claire interrupted Ash’s thoughts, climbing onto Umbra and glancing over her shoulder to Ash. “Come on. We can catch up later. Get on.” Claire gestured, patting the back of the seat. Ash glared some more, stepping forward. “Like hell I’m letting you drive. Dumbass…” Shoving Claire back slightly, Ash took point, allowing the two cats to sit in her sister’s lap. As she revved the engine twice, she had the most peculiar feeling as she felt Claire wrap her arms around her waist… “Don’t get too cozy.” She stated quietly, her voice holding a slight edge as Claire looked up to her, a little startled. “I still haven’t forgiven you.” Gunning the bike as they sped out of the alley, Claire dejectedly held the side of the seat, head downcast as they drove back to the rendezvous point…
As Ash approached the group, the first sign things were wrong was the multitude of WDL agents pointed guns at her comrades. Asmodeus was quick to scurry over, whispering just what had happened in Ash’s absence, along with questioning where she’d been. Both Claire and Ash remained silent as they watched the scene unfold, and were more than a little mortified as Deon callously eliminated each of the WDL members. It almost seemed as if he’d gone mad… And judging by the tremble from Asmodeus, she wasn’t the only one with concerns. Staring at the mess around them, Ash had no idea what to do or say. If the WDL had really turned on them, then… “We need to regroup and leave. Now. I don’t care how powerful you are, we can’t take on the entire WDL in these conditions, especially if we get caught in the crossfire with those demons there.” Claire stepped forward, looking over everyone as she spoke to Deon. “And even if you could, I don’t think the rest of us would get out alive.” She turned to Scott now, looking as the Renegade platoon assembled to take Michael. “If you’ve got somewhere to take the wounded, I suggest we all move there. Any objections?”
~ Michael's Story ~
Scott noticed the new figures arriving on the scene, looking over at the two at this. "We would, if there wasn't a problem..." He spoke out, pointing over towards the group of demon's. "Unless they leave, we can't get to some of the wounded left here. If there's any left at all, that is..." He mumbled the last part to himself mainly, seeming to look around at the destruction of the park. Scott knew as well as Michael that innocent people were still in the WDL, even if some of them were being hypnotized or whatever mind games the WDL were using. Scott then felt the ground shaking underneath him wildly as he closed his eyes tightly, Renegade forces stumbling around at this before they all looked at the scene before them. When Scott opened his eyes, he couldn't believe what was happening before him. "I really hope they leave soon..."
~ Kallos' Story ~
The sound of multiple WDL and Renegade weapons continued to reach Kallos' ears, the sound of it all made him cranky a bit. He realized now that dealing wit the boy now would only delay them further. If he wanted an escape, he had to rush things a bit at this. He looked around and smirked a bit to himself, raising one of his arms up as he then crouched down and laid his hand down on the ground. "Crystal Formation!" He shouted out, as the ground shook at this as crystals began to burst from the ground. The crystals would pierce through the entrance of the WDL, growing in size as they all crowed one another, until they were all blocking/destroying the entrance to the WDL. The demons all smirked at this, except for Protos, who remained feeling guilty about the entire situation he was put in.
~ Sebastian's Story ~
He felt so hopeless suddenly, watching the group of demons as the one named Kallos put his hand on the ground and shouted out two words. This made the ground shake underneath him as he looked behind him, only to find giant crystals rising out of the ground suddenly. He clutched his chest at this as he struggled to stay awake, the demons turning around as a black sinister line appeared right in front of them, suddenly ripping open to become a black sinister hole. He looked into it, remembering the one that had led to hell, as this one was so similar to that one. Then all of them stopped as he watched the one named Kallos widen his eyes, and when he glanced back, a figure suddenly appeared before them. He had come out of nowhere to Sebastian, and in an instant, he was gone. Then he felt himself get thrown back as the ground suddenly erupted, a line forming on the ground as the portal vanished, the demons suddenly falling down like idiots. He felt himself get caught by one of the Renegade soldiers as he was put down, appearing sick to the soldier. He closed his eyes, resting as he was put down on something, not being able to tell what it was right now.
~ Michael's Story ~
Once again, trouble struck when a large horizontal cut appeared in the ground near the demons, making them all fall over as both WDL guards and Renegade soldiers were forced to put their hands on the ground and get on their knees or fall over. Scott was surprised, he had seen nothing and yet something so powerful had just been performed! Was it a demon weapon, he wondered, as he saw some of the damaged WDL building collapse, knowing it would be a while before they would be a main concern to the WDL. "New plan." He immediately said to the Renegade forces. "Prepare to head back to base. Take anyone you can find and get them on board with us, now! Anyone who wishes to come with us must do it now, or be left behind to your own fate!" He called out, and afterword looked over at a soldier carrying a boy. "Sir, this boy here has some unusual demon readings, but he appears to be not well. What shall we do with him?" He asked, as Scott looked at him and nodded. "Take him with us and get him patched up. We have time before his illness gets serious." The soldier nodded in response before running off. "If anyone wishes to watch over that boy, you may. The rest of you, hurry and get the wounded with us, now!" Scott watched as Renegade forces quickly went to work, helping carry back any wounded they could find and carry them back with them. He made especially sure to keep them all away from the fire demons, knowing they were only loyal to the one who sent them on this foolish attack.
~ Kallos' Story ~
Kallos was the first, and possibly last, to see the familiar figure appear. His eyes widened in surprise as the figure's sword pierced through the ground in front of them, and in another instant, he was gone. But in his place, the cut grew and exploded out, sending the demons all to the ground. The cut in the earth had knocked down also WDL and Renegade forces, and had further damaged the WDL building. Kallos stood up and shook his head slightly as he let out an irritated growl. "What in hell...?" He started, but stopped as he re-opened the portal. "Golem, take the demon inside already! Yami, take Protos with you, you know what to do with him." Both nodded in response to him as they walked inside the portal, Yami dragging Protos with him as he watched the portal fade on the four. "Kalh! Bell! Itzhet! You three will attack anyone who gets in our way. I have to go... Now." He said, as they all saluted to him before he opened the portal behind himself and walked back into it before it faded with him. Kalh then turned towards the others.
"You heard the boss! Attack!" He shouted as Bell smirked at this. "Show time." He said, before two mechanical boots appeared on his feet. "Speed on!" He shouted as the boots glowed and he suddenly dashed forward, kicking a WDL guard in the head as he broke his neck in the process and sent him flying into another WDL guard. Itzhet summoned a mask in his hand as he placed it on his face at this and spread his hands out in front of him. "Wind Pressure!" Gusts of wind would blast into three WDL members, knocking them into each other as it then blew up on them and sent them hurling through the air screaming out in horror as they were suddenly dropped from a very high height. Kalh summoned a staff into his hands at this as he spins it in front of him at this. "Water Whirlpool!" He then aimed his staff forward, water appearing in front of it as it suddenly blasted out into five WDL members, spinning around like a whirlpool with them as he smirked while watching them suffer. "Leave the fire demons to me, focus your attention on these WDL fools!"
Deon Morris (Hikari Scarlet) - The Executioner
Deon sighed as the Renegades Soldiers clamored into the clearing. He sighed again as he heard Claire's voice reaching out to him, but it seemed distant, far away from him. It all did. He barely noticed as the hole in the ground sent everyone off of their balance, but he came to his senses as he regained his balance, surveying the surrounding area with a grimace visible on his face. He looked around, noticing Michael and the others being treated, but as he turned he saw the boy, Sebastian, being put down beside Michael and the others. Deon raised his head, numerous thoughts randomly dancing around it, but nothing concrete popped up or appeared, so he wasn't able to think straight when the three remaining demons all began to attack, one speeding around and kicking the Guards in the head, the other two utilizing magic to annihilate numerous foes at the same time. Deon rubbed his forehead, unsure of what was coming over him as he felt the world twisting, and his knees buckling beneath him. His eyes grew dull, lifeless, and out of his mouth dribbled a few specks of crimson liquid. He grasped his head as an immense sound wave hit him, causing him to grit his teeth and growl.
He fell to his knees as the sound grew louder and more intense, and it sounded like voices. Hundreds of thousands of voices that were all intent on causing his head to explode with the sound of their screaming and whining. Deon gritted his teeth harder, starting to grind his teeth to alleviate pressure. His eyes flicked up to see a massive blast of water heading towards him, and he was suddenly caught up in the blinding, suffocating whirlpool. Deon closed his eyes against the torrent, and suddenly, in a flash of realisation, his feet hit the ground and he pushed off, swinging his fist through the water and launching himself out of it, his head suddenly clear of the maelstrom of emotions and thoughts. He grinned, his canine teeth sharper, and he put his hand to his chest, watching as the portal opened and his twin pistols popped out. His sadistic grin widened even more, and he turned to Claire. "Go, hurry up and get them out of here. I'll be the 'distraction' you need".
Deon grinned, unloading a ton of bullets into his opposition, the remaining Fire Demons, his grin widening until it was reminiscent of the grin of the Cheshire cat or a lunatic. The shells from the gun were never ending, and the bullets flew through the air until barely any Fire Demons remained. Deon grinned at the other with him, and his eyes glinted. "This is getting a lot more interesting".
~~~~~

Deon laughed as he booted open the door of the balcony that protruded from his quarters, which was currently in the Renegades Base. He'd missed his room, which was at the top of one of the towers that the Renegades HQ had, although he preferred the breeze in his hair in the mobile bases that circled around the states, but since they were a well-kept secret, he didn't divulge any of the more important details of it to the people that had been down at the Warriors of the Divine Light's Academy. It felt good to be home, and he spoke. "Seven Sisters of Purgatory, to me!". Deon rubbed his forehead as the seven sisters appeared before him, but before long, he let out a laugh and spoke again, breaking the tense silence that had spread around the group of eight. "So, you girls happy to be home? It's been a fun ride, eh?". Deon laughed and rubbed his head, addressing the girls in a more formal tone, his eyes becoming serious and his expression hardening. "Listen to me. It's been a while, but I think that the madness in me is coming back up, therefore I'm going to send you to look after the others while I try and hunt down the source myself, although I think I know the first step of doing that". The girls nodded, knowing what, and who, he was speaking about. They all said their goodbyes and left the room to perform the duties that they had stated that they would do. Deon turned, and sighed out to the wind and watched the activity below. He knew that he would be called down there, so he wasn't surprised when he heard the insistent knocking at his door.

Deon sighed and turned, briskly proceeding over to the door and intending on giving the intruder a piece of his mind, but all thoughts of such a thing evaporated from his mental screen when he opened the door, and standing before him was the injured Kasha, grinning despite her bandages and wounds. Deon eyed her suspiciously, and she spoke. "Hey, I haven't seen you since we left to come here. Where'd ya go?". Deon grinned and patted her on the shoulder that wasn't bandaged, and she glared. "Yeah, you can tell I wanted to poke your other shoulder just to be a prick, can't you Rin". Rin grinned, and punched him on the shoulder, turning away. "Oh, and there's a certain Youkai that's been itching to speak to you, although there might not be many words in this conversation, if ya know what I mean". Rin let out a semi stifled giggle, and winked at Deon, who had no idea what Rin meant. He scratched the back of his head and let out a nervous laugh. "Heh, sometimes I think Asmodeus got her mentality from me".

~~~~~
Deon grinned as he hefted a mug of beer and downed it, letting out a sigh of happiness and wiping his mouth on the back of his hand as he set the mug down. He turned to Rin and grinned even wider. "So you're sure it's her?". Rin nodded and Deon grinned, turning to shout. "So Quake, I heard you wanted to rumble?". A strong female voice answered from across the room, a figure wrapped in a khaki cloak, hidden from head to toe by her garb, only her smirking mouth visible. "Of course. Oni always want to test their might against other strong people, right? Tell ya what..". The figure stood, throwing off the robe and revealing the figure beneath. Her blond hair was long and slightly rugged with small specks of dirt in it, and the red horn on her forehead was emblazoned with a golden star. Her red eyes surveyed Deon and Rin with interest, and she jabbed at the Kasha. "What's wrong? Did someone throw water on the poor lil' pussy cat?". Under the robe, she wore a short-sleeved T-shirt with red trims at the cuffs and bottoms, with a golden trim adorning the neck and a golden star sitting over the spot where her heart would be. The shirt was tightly fitting, and when she revealed herself a few men in the room suddenly exploded in nosebleeds, due to the sight of her above-average breasts. Her lower body was concealed by an ankle length blue skirt, also with red and gold trimmings and star-shaped patterns on it. Around her wrists and ankles were chains, which once supposedly had metal balls attached to them, as a prisoner would have.
The Oni grinned and hefted a dish of Sake in her right hand, expertly twirling it in her hands, all without spilling a single drop, after which she stopped it and grinned. "Well, since you're just recently back, I'll be fighting all out, 'right?". Her attitude was fairly nonchalant, but her cockiness betrayed her power. Deon simply grinned and downed another cup. "Sure, I'd love to take you on, Oni. We'll take this outside for safety purposes though, of course". The Oni seemed to deflate slightly at this remark, but she sprung back to her determination soon enough. "Whatever, I was kinda lookin' forward to fighting in here and causin' a ruckus, but whatever". She and Deon approached each other, grasping their hands together as if they were going to start arm wrestling, but instead they pulled each other closer, with Deon having to look up slightly, due to his opponents height advantage. After all, most Oni were tall, very, very tall. The two opponents grinned at each other, and then they separated, leaped backwards and turned, heading towards the door.
~~~~~

Deon and the Oni, only known by her nickname 'Quake' had proceeded out onto the training grounds, gaining a rather large audience to watch their performance, which included Rin and the Seven Sins. Deon and Quake grasped hands again, and spoke. "So Deon, no cheating or anything, right?". Deon grinned and replied. "Of course not, and I trust that, by the Oni code, you won't cheat either?". Quake simply grinned and nodded, tapping on her horn. "Word of advice; try and avoid this, since it could easily go through that skull of yours if it comes to that, shorty". Deon grinned, leaping back whilst his opponent did the same. A few tense moments passed, with the two locking eyes for the majority of them. Nobody moved or spoke, and the wind rustled in the background, but the silence ended when Quake grinned and slammed her fist into the ground, causing it to rupture and open up like an earthquake, hence her nickname. Deon sidestepped, and he dodged as Quake slammed her fist through the air beside him, and action that he countered with a punch of his own, straight into her stomach, which was enough to send her flying backwards on her heels a few meters. Quake grinned and made fists with both hands, holding them together as the energy built up. Deon stood, loosening his stance in case he needed to move at a moments notice. He squinted at the Oni, watching as the energy danced along her forearms, when suddenly she threw her arm forward in a palm, and a wave of energy flew out and missed Deon by a breath.

Deon grinned, and leaped forward, his arm speeding out, an act that Quake countered with her own punch, and the two fists collided, sending out a massive shock wave and gust of wind that blew dust and stray objects everywhere, causing the audience to have to shield their eyes. Inside the dusty storm, Deon snap-kicked at Quake, who blocked and booted Deon in the chest, which sent him cartwheeling out of the dust and towards the audience. He gained footing a few meters away and looked behind him, grinning as the dust finally settled onto the ground, giving everyone a clear view of Quake, who was charging up her energy attacks again. Deon grinned and leaped forward again, whilst Quake adjusted her pose, leaping backwards and putting her left leg out if front of her on an angle, while her right hand was held at shoulder level beside her shoulder blade and her left was fully extended towards her target, the energy in her body now causing her entire figure to glow and crackle with energy.

Deon grinned, knowing what was about to happen. There was no way to misdirect those slashes, or a way to block them, so he decided to do what he did best. Deceive his opponents with rapidity. Deon grinned as the Oni breathed, and let out some words. "Deva Arcanum - Knockout in Three Steps!". Deon grinned, his memory throwing in about four extremely powerful Oni that were called the Deva's of the Ungodly Mountain, or something along those lines, and it seemed like he had the chance to beat one of the legendary Youkai right then and there. No way was he gonna pass this chance up because of weakness of moral code. As the first light blew toward him, faster, stronger and bigger than the last rounds attacks, he slid under it, Baseball style, and rolled, pushing himself off of the ground and into the air, using the Oni's blocking arm as leverage and pushing off of them, stepping onto her shoulders and pushing off, which sent her stumbling. As she fell, she let loos a flurry of her knockout shots, two of which hit Deon in the chest and leg, respectively, whereas the other two missed him. Deon landed just as Quake was recovering, her hair dirtied and tussled.

She had barely any time to react before Deon had grasped her forearm, slinging her over him and into the ground, where she wrenched her arm free and sent a fist into his chest, the shock wave of which hit him dead on and caused him to fall to his knees, coughing violently. Quake stood, brushing herself off, her eyes glinting with amusement. "Heh, you're pretty strong, but not strong enough, boss man. Told ya it'd be a knockout in three steps". Deon recalled the steps. First, the dodging, then when he caused her to stumble, and the third, and last step, was her punch to his chest. The knockout shots were just them, 'Knockout Shots', but not part of her grand scheme. Unfortunately for her, Deon had a plan of his own. He grinned and rocketed upwards, sending his fist into her solar plexus and driving it skyward, causing her to gasp and cough up blood slightly, before being sent flying backwards into one of the fence posts that marked the edge of the training grounds. Quake stood, wiping the stray blood from her lip, with a grin. "That was a cheap trick, Boss man". Deon simply grinned and replied. "So was your 'Knockout in Three Steps' act, so how about we just use our normal attacks from now on, eh?". Quake grinned, and sighed. "Aww, I had a ton more planned for ya, but whatever. We'll double the stakes too, shall we? Loser shouts the winner drinks for a...... decade. How'sat sound?". Deon simply grinned and nodded, his eyes sparkling with amusement. Quake grinned as well, stretching her arms and legs, and getting herself into position for the true fight. Deon grinned, and leaped forward, whilst Quake did the same. Their fists collided with the same ferocity and force as they did before, and they traded punches, kicks and elbows for a good few minutes. Deon landed a few jabs in the Oni's stomach, whereas she brought her elbows down onto his shoulders, and he used this momentum to roll behind her, kicking at her back a few times before she grabbed his foot and slammed him into the ground.

Deon grinned, rolling away and punching as the Oni blocked his hits, and then their roles reversed as the two began throwing more attacks at each other. Quake ducked as Deon threw a roundhouse at her head, and she went to grab him by he pivoted away from her, a mocking grin on his face. "So, should I stop going easy on you now, Oni?". Quake grinned and stretched again. "Okay, how about we settle this match with a true test of strength, eh? One hit each, whatever ya want it to be, but only one major hit, but combo's are allowed, since they can usually count as one hit in the Oni Bar Games I used to play. Waddaya say, Boss man?". Deon grinned, watching as Quake hit her fists together, generating a swirl of energy to surround her fists. She grinned and spoke. "I call this one 'The Bonesmasher', because last time I used it I broke the poor guys spine. Three times". Deon simply waited as she charged her attack, but she hesitated. "H-Hey, you're meant to charge your attack as well, ya know. It's against the rules to not show your move off first". Deon simply grinned and pivoted on his foot, raising his right leg in a snap-kick preparation pose, and Quake noticed the flaming aura that surrounded it. She grinned and let out a roar as she leaped forward with astounding speed, slamming her fist into Deon, which he countered with his kick.

Her other fist was grabbed by Deon and used to pull her forward, which allowed his kick to proceed into her gut, which in turn sent her flying backwards into the wall, leaving a trail of dust and rubble behind her. Deon sighed and walked over to her, and in a gesture of kindness, he offered her his hand to stand up, an action that the Oni accepted and used to help herself up. She wiped the blood from her lips and grinned. "Damn boss man, you may be short but yer strong as all Hell. Haven't had a workout like that in a loooooong time". Deon grinned and grabbed her hand, dragging her towards the crowd, wait, no. He dragged her past the crowd and back into the R&R Room, where the Bar was. He stood at the Bar and announced. "I want as much Alcohol as you think we can handle for me and my friend here, Sir". The Oni beamed and let out a jovial laugh, slapping Deon on the back and picking up the mug of alcohol that was presented to her, before clinking it against Deon's while announcing a toast to their strength, and then downing the entire mug.

Deon grinned, and he was happy since things had been working out for him a lot lately, after getting his memories back, meeting Ash, Sebastian and the others, and finally gaining a new loyal ally for as long as she lived, he felt pretty good about himself and his siblings. Deon grinned as he clanked his mug against Quake's, a massive grin plastered to both of their faces, and although it was too early for drinking, it definitely wasn't too early for celebrating a victory with a friend. Rin looked in through the crack in the door as the crowd poured inside, chanting and grinning and laughing and having a good time. She giggled to herself before muttering. "Man, even having his brain screwed with by the WDL doesn't get him down... Heh".

~~~~~
Deon sat on a couch in the Infirmary, observing everyone that was still celebrating in the R&R Room, although he'd been forcibly removed by Rin, and Quake had been brought along with him, obviously drunk, but then again, she'd drunk around a hundred extra-large mug of Alcohol, so she was gonna have a massive hangover when she woke up from her slumber the next morning. Deon watched as the others, his Brother and Sister, Michael, Scott, Rin and the Sisters were all in the R&R Room, and he was glad that they were safe, although he didn't know this because he was partially drunk. "Never believe me when I'm drunk... Heh, yeah. I agree with that statement". Deon said no more, because he'd passed out from drinking so much. Damn, Oni were pretty hard to handle sometimes, although he wouldn't let Quake know that she'd out drank him.
The figure watched as the Phoenix slew the Fire Demons, but when the events considering the movement to the Renegades Headquarters were concerned, the figure left to nap. After a few hours it reawakened, appearing over the Renegades HQ and observing the battle that had transpired between the Oni and the Phoenix. The figure grinned and sipped some sort of red liquid from it's cup. "This is certainly getting interesting, isn't it?".
~ ??? ~
The figure walked through the warm depths of hell itself, seeming to embrace his return back into his home. His body moved at a total of nine feet, a sheath moved at his side with a sword resting within it. His black cloak moved, hiding the left side of his body with the exception of his head, what could be seen of his upper body was mostly just muscle, he did not recall having any fat within him. He stopped before two guards as they both saluted him and he returned these with a nod of his head. "At ease, men." He said, and at this, they began to lower their arms. "I wish to speak to the master himself, I have a report to make." Both nodded to him without question, moving to both sides of the doors as they grabbed a hold of their canes and put it on the handles and opened them with ease. With that, Rhanksar entered into his master's place.
He made his way into the Council Meeting Room, looking around at how little things had changed as he looked down at a table and picked up a mask he found on it, examining it before narrowing his eyes a bit at it. "... I haven't worn one of these in a long time." He spoke quietly to himself, putting it back down on the table as he looked around then. As he did this, the torches behind him suddenly lit up with life as he rose his brows at the sudden brightening of the room. "... I don't recall this ever happening before." He spoke out, before a familiar giggle came to him. "Well met, Lord Rhanksar." He turned to look at the blonde figure who had suddenly appeared in the room out of nowhere, seeing her bow to him as she continued. "Wonderful day in hell, isn't it?" He watched her snicker towards him and lock eyes with him, responding to his question. "Indeed, it has been a long time since you've graced the Council Room with your presence." Illusion spoke to him, as he bowed his head briefly to her. "Mistress." He spoke before raising his head up. "It is indeed, never before have I seen hell's flames dance with such passion or such fire before." He closed his eyes for a brief moment before opening them up to look at her.
He watched as she twirled and produced a chalice from her robe, setting it down on the table with a grin. "Milord, Rhanksar has returned with good news, I hope..." She said, as the liquid inside of it began to swirl and spin, inside it was beginning to fill up with the familiar malice and hatred his master was known for. "Ahhh, Rhanksar, one of my most powerful Champions. How are you today, hm? I trust that your task has succeeded?" Rhanksar fell down to his knees and placed his right hand down in front of him, bowing his head down as he spoke. "It is good to speak with you again, unholy one." He rose it back up to look at his master, who's liquid began to bubble at this point, seeping over the edge of the cup and suddenly exploding forth with a mighty torrent that aimed for the roof of the room. Illusion had vanished back into the shadows at this point, as the ground shook as the liquid began to shape itself, limbs becoming identified, it's torso, face, hair, eyes and lips could also be made of as time passed. The liquid then formed into obsidian and the fully-formed figure opened it's black eyes that seemed to shiver, pulsate and tear into the souls of any whom challenged it without his consent. The lips drew back to reveal human-like teeth, with the exception of the far too long and sharp canines. More liquid then poured out of the chalice and surrounded the figure, wrapping it in clothing worthy of nothing but the best. It then clenched it's fist once and sneered, watching the obsidian skin crack under the power it held within. The Devil then looked to Rhanksar, and floated just inches above the ground.
"Stand, my Champion. The floor does not suit you." The Devil spoke to him, grimacing as it's arm melted and remolded itself without even a conscious thought from him. As Rhanksar rose, he spoke again. "Indeed, it has been good to speak to you again. Although my exit was a bit... How do humans put it? Spur of the moment, I believe? Some unexpected things happened on my travel back to the WDL base." He said, watching his master give a smirk at this as his interest grew in what Rhanksar had to tell. "So, how are the Children? In particular my eldest and your Son, Sebastian. How do they fare so far?" Rhanksar kept eye contact with him, making sure to stand up straight as his eyes would only wonder upon two things - entering his thoughts or fear. Rhanksar was experiencing neither. "Good progress, potential in them. Deon Morris, the revival one, has left the WDL it seems, along with his seven servants naturally. The female child appears to be doing fairly well, although she must learn still. As for my boy... Heh, what potential I have seen. A remarkable thing, really. He has already entered into the transformation stage, twice, and survived. Although I fear he may be ill for a while, but we shall see how he progresses against other demons."
Rhanksar gave a chuckle after saying this, his master smirking before speaking a reply. "You will know soon enough, Champion." The Devil spoke, his eyes glittering when the children were mentioned as he continued on. "Of course, you may not have sensed it quite yet, but if you focus on the Phoenix' Soul, what do you see, Rhanksar? And as for your child, he has much potential, and no doubt he will be training further in case of the Exorcists or us Demons attacking them." He clutched his other hand at this, watching it reform and drip down on to the floor as it turned into it's liquid state again, but then floated back up and reattached to his shoulder, hardening back. "Also... I was wondering if you gave word to the Demon King Brenhin to attack the WDL forces or not? It appears that I had caught him in the middle of doing so, about five dozen forces were accounted for. Very few, if any, survived. Also, his warlord, Ansgar, is dead. As far as I saw, the invasion had failed... Was this part of your plan then, my master?" He asked, watching his master's eyes looked back towards him at this question. "Of course, I allowed Brenhin to attack the Academy, I did plan on having Deon being found out around that time, so I saw no reason to stop him from attacking, and having the Phoenix show his flames."
"Ah... So it is that way, is it?" Rhanksar started off, seeming to keep his attention on his master while his mind wondered in thought. "So it was part of your plan all along then. But I must wonder how Brenhin will feel about this... After all, he has been nothing but seeking power for ages. Possibly his entire life. I look forward to seeing how his next fight will go, alone of course... The question now is, who will be his challenge?" He then looked down and reached inside his cloak with his right arm before pulling out a scroll and lightly tossing it towards Illusion. "Just for the record, this is for the master's keep." He said, and then looked back to his master, who held out a hand and sent energy forth from it to catch the scroll before it even got close to Illusion. "I managed to get this as an additional bonus for you. It is a copy of an official list of the most wanted demons in the world right now. Well, the top fifty anyway... I do wonder, do people cast magic on it to make it keep up with current events?" The scroll then unfurled and within, the writing revealed itself. "Hmm, it seems like you are on the Top Five of this list. As well as my Phoenix Son, who is only slightly behind you." The Devil looked over the list one more time as a smirk came over his face. "The Demon Train? I remember when that little beauty was created. By my hand, of course. More so my left index finger." The devil then closed the scroll and passed it on to Illusion, looking back to lock eyes with Rhanksar as she caught the scroll and held onto it.
"So, Rhanksar. Why the sudden interest in Brenhin now? Do you wish to be his opponent? I'm sure that he would like the stakes of such a battle, although he may cower behind his minions, although I highly doubt that they would take much of your efforts to massacre." The Devil then held out it's hand and shot a blot of dark energy at Rhanksar, who upon getting hit in the chest with it, accepted and embraced it. "May your strength and will never fail, Champion. Is there any more that you wish to discuss?" Rhanksar then grew a sinister smirk upon his face, his eyes changing to a demonic red and shadows becoming cast over his face. "As much as it would be a pleasure to slaughter them all... I must refuse at this time." Rhanksar's face then returned back to it's normal look, the shadows fading away as his eyes toned down, although his master could clearly see a twinge of madness still held within his eyes, a madness that yearned for battle and bloodshed. "I will allow him to do as he wishes for now, and besides, I have nothing against him. Unless he aimed to outright kill me, then I would gladly execute him in public and send one of my warlords in his place as a demon king... But that is another day for another time." He spoke as he moved his hair back at this. "My interest with him is because I found the attack unlike him. Usually I recall records of him outright attacking with brute force and numbers, that is the usual tactic I see in his plans. This time, I only counted five dozen before they began to die. Either Brenhin is dying, or he is finally weakening after these years."
Rhanksar then looked through his mind as he thought about what else there might be. "... Ah, yes, there is one more thing. I seem to have heard or read somthing about a new Archknight... Does this mean the poor fool Arthur is now in hell with us?" Rhanksar smirked darkly again as his master grinned in response before speaking. "I know not where Arthur is, but I have a feeling that he will end up being in one of two places, Gehenna being the most likely. If you wish, you may find his soul and bring it to me. And you may be rewarded with a new Servant, Champion." At this, the Devil's obsidian face cracked where the lips were, the chin separated from the rest of the face until the nape of the neck. The inside of the crack seeped blood, Illusion quickly lurching forward and, unable to stop herself, but quickly apologized and vanished as she tried to regain control over herself. "Vampires are so easy to tease, Rhanksar. They are so manipulatable sometimes. It amuses me what a little bloodletting can turn them into." His master then grinned and focused on Deon's wavelength, his eyes closing tight before they opened again. "Angel D'Brightaine. Ah, the one with the grudge again the Phoenix. This shall be entertaining. The new Archknight is very, very much more powerful than the last, and he has the Demon Blade Excalibur to aid him"
The Devil then bowed to him and Rhanksar bowed back in response. "If that is all, you are dismissed, my Champion. And if you do happen to run across Arthur's Soul, bring it here, or devour it, if you wish. It all depends on what you wish to gain. An ally or more power." Rhanksar grinned at this as he turned his back around at this. "You know what I will choose. I will be back soon... With his soul intact." He grinned demonically as he began to walk away. "Oh, and Rhanksar..." The devil spoke, Rhanksar stopping as he looked back at his master. "... Don't forget what you must do next." He said, as Rhanksar turned around and bowed from the waist. "... Very well, as you wish my lord." He spoke, before turning around again and finally leaving the place.
~ Kallos' Story ~
With the arrival of the other three demons, who had left once the children had escaped with the Renegade forces, settled down into their own seat. Kallos was at the head of the table, his chair being entirely made out of crystal and made to resemble a throne. Behind him and to the wall it was facing were two screens, ones which currently had the symbol of an eye on them. Kalh had the next seat, it was blue of course, and it's color made it look like you were looking through glass to see the ocean moving behind it. In front of him was an empty red seat that was meant to belong to the fire demon of the group. Next to the empty red seat was Yami, who sat with a seat that gave off a rather sinister aura, with it's entire color being made out of the darkest black. In front of him and next to Kalh was Itzhet, who sat in his gray-ish chair. Next to him was Bellfoar, who sat on his yellow chair that was based on the color of lightning. At the other side of the table sat Golem, who had no chair of his own.
Photos sat in his cell that was nearby, seeming to look down as he looked at the demon sitting near him. "So, are you suppose to be my guard?" He asked, as the figure looked up at him. "They just recently captured me, tried to break me down to serve them. Hah... Like that will happen anytime soon." The demon spoke as he looked at Photos. "You must be the famous Photos of Light. They got you too, I suppose?" He asked. Photos gave a light chuckle in response. "So... You know me. Who are you, then?" He asked, as the figure straightened up. "I am Kibo." He said, as Photos felt his eyes widen at this. "My god..." He said as Kibo nodded in response.
A figure then appeared on the screen, sitting on his throne as he narrowed his eyes at them, making Bell shiver, forcing Itzhet to raise his brows, forcing Kalh to straighten up his back. "Geetings everyone..."
~ Michael's Story ~
Scott stood at the spot where Michael would of stood, near him were two other spots that would hold Rin and Deon. It had been a rough few hours to make it to the Renegade base, but it was worth it. He felt pressure befall on him for a moment before he regained his confidence, his body was mostly wrapped up in bandages due to the fight he had endured. Michael was recovering like any person with angel blood would - perfectly. In three days, he would be back on his feet and ready to lead again. Scott needed stitching though at times, Michael did not. Scott then held out his right hand in front of him in front of a cursor like object, watching as the big screen in front of them all turned on and waited for his commands. After quickly typing in a few things, the updated top fifty wanted list was up, and he narrowed his eyes as he began to moved his hand down, watching as each name was highlighted before the next one was, reading each until he got to the number one spot, where the devil was. "Interesting..." He mumbled to himself.
It was now around the evening, possibly three or four, Scott did not know. This was when he heard a voice speak out to him and pat him on the back. "Nice to see you're alive and well." Deon said to him, as Scott turned to look at him, he could see a glass of fresh fresh water in his hand, and his wounds fully healed. He watched him look at the screen, and grinned as he saw his name on there. "Heh, the WDL must really hate my guts. I haven't even gotten my powers back yet. Well, all of them, anyways." He then watched as Deon scanned the list and nodded a little. He had flinched at the touch on his back and waited until he was scanning to speak. "What I don't get is how all of you, well, most of you from there... Are already in the top fifty -- possibly top thirty!" He watched as Deon looked back over at him. "So, how've the Renegades held out without me being here? Are they still as awesome as they used to be?" Scott rose a brow at him as he asked this question and gave it a few to think over. "In a manner of speaking. It's been hard having to lead three divisions when your leader can't even handle his own without my help. So yeah, they're still beasts." He joked as he began scrolling through the list again, going up this time as he watched name after name be highlighted.
"So... Mr. Morris. I've heard so much about you, the leader I barely knew, the guy Michael said would always come back. Standing right beside me, totally unexpected, totally out of the blue. Hmm... So, how was that fight? I hear Michael watched you duke it out with Quake." He watched as Deon grinned and took a sip of his water at this. "Want a drink? I'll tell you more over a good few beers. Waddaya say, Scott?" Scott looked back at the screen at this. "Unfortunately, Mr. Morris, Michael doesn't recover as fast as you do... So I'm kind of busy." He said as he stopped at number thirty-one; The Monster Train. "Hmm, well, looks like your already busy..." He tapped the cursor as he made it's profile come up at this. "Did you assign yourself to a mission already?" He asked as he turned to look at Deon grinning. "Yeah, I haven't done this in so long I can't wait to go hunting again." He said as he looked up at him. "I'm going with Quake and someone else, maybe one of my Siblings. Gonna see how strong they are." Deon then turned to look at him. "Maybe when I get back we can have a few drinks together and discuss things. Sound good?" Deon patted him on the back and made him flinch again. "Oh, and the fight?.... It felt good, it brought up something inside of me that hasn't been around for hundreds of years."
"You don't say." Scott said, tapping the cursor to get out of the profile and continued to scroll up. "Interesting... Well we'll find out soon enough. I plan on sending the kid out for a test ride. The one named Sebastian... Ranked 11, jesus, how the hell did he manage to get there already? There must be something up with him I don't know about... Just like Michael and his damn angel blood." He said, then stopped at number fifty as he rose a brow at this. "Ah, here's a good one we can try to put the kid against..." He tapped the cursor and watched as Drayne's profile came up at this. "Him? HE'S up so high? What happened, I thought he was suppose to be one of the weaker type's?" Deon then turned and eye the screen as a smile came across his face. "Drayne? He's just a Type A Vampire with a massive appetite. Mostly just a dick. Should be easy if you can get past his draining aura." Deon's grin then turned into a smirk. "Sebastian, eh? Well then I guess i'm stuck with 'little-miss-bitchy', aren't I?" Deon then laughed and began to walk away, but after a few steps, he stopped. "Scott. You're aware of who Frankenstein is, yes?" Scott rose a brow at this and quickly looked over at him. "... Hm, interesting." He said before looking back at the screen and beginning to type int it, marking Sebastian for the mission to capture Drayne. "Frankenstein... Famous fictional monster around the world. He's rank number seven... Made out of mostly human parts, a high strength of his is lightning that can power him up. So yeah, I'm aware he's a freakish monster... Why do you ask so suddenly with interest?" He turned back to Deon as he grinned. "Well, it's more than one Demon, ya know. I'll leave it at that, for now." He then made his grin turn into another smirk as he suddenly vanished, leaving Scott to raise an eyebrow and sigh out. "... Deary dear... Michael, what do you get me into sometimes?" He mumbled to himself before resuming the typing.
~ Sebastain's Story ~
Sebastian opened his eyes as he felt himself lying down on something, groaning out as he put his hands down and forced himself to sit up. "Oh my god..." he said, as he shook his head and looked around. He felt ill, light-headed and more he couldn't describe. "Where am I...?" He put his hands on his stomach as he groaned out a little. "... Ugh... What happened to me...? Why do I feel like -- like... Dirt?" He said, until he suddenly grabbed a water bottle like it was instinct, raising his brows as he looked to see Lucifer grinning at him. "How'd ya sleep, Princey-boy?" Sebastian grabbed the cap and twisted it around as he took it off. "I was asleep? I... Guess it was fine." He looked at her as they locked eyes briefly before she spoke again. "And my name isn't Lucy. It's Lucifer, imo." He rose a brow at the last part as he quickly took a sip of the water and let out a sigh of relief afterword. He then looked to see her lean back into her chair as he saw her sightly smile. "God, I regretted going to the Orhpanage, ya know... Ditching Deon and my Sisters, but when I left I realised something, ya know..." He tilted his head at this as he blinked a little out of confusion. "Lucifer? What do you...?" He tried to ask, but stopped as he narrowed his eyes a little at her. "... What was that?" He asked her, looking back down at his bottle.
Lucifer grinned at this. "Do you even remember? We were pretty close, weren't we? For a Human-Demon relationship, anyway." She sat up straighter at this. "I realised that I missed you. Yeah, sounds corny, eh? I bet it does, but it's kind of true. Eventually I... I hate to admit it, but I forgot about you." She looked down at this and sighed. "I just wanna say that I'm sorry about that." Sebastian closed his eyes and quickly took another sip of the water, putting the cap back on and putting the bottle down beside him. He then looked at her and frowned at this. "... I was lonely there. You stopped coming, I..." He stopped himself and sighed. "... It's fine." He then shook his head at this. "... So everything you told me was a lie?" He asked, looking back at her as he saw her fidget a little uncertainly at this. "Y-Yeah, not al of it, but a lot of it. They wouldn't accept a demon there, would they?" She then took a sip of her own water as Sebastian looked away at this, when he suddenly felt her colliding into him, clinging on to him as she held him tightly in her embrace. "I-I'm so, so, so sorry, Sebastian! I shouldn't have left you there. I'm sorry...." He had yelped out as he felt her cannonball into him, blinking as he patted her back. "Calm down, uh, calm down... I said it was fine, I mean -- uh..." He said as he tried to sit up with her on him, but felt himself fall back down. "... Umm, w-when did you get so emotional...? I thought you were always the tough one." He smiled at this as he rubbed her back. "... Your a demon though? Wait... Does that mean you know how Rob got turned into an ice demon then?"
He then saw her stiffen slightly at this. "No. I don't." He then saw her lean back and glare at him. "What's with that Ash girl anyways? Why's she so important to you suddenly, hmm?" She then took some steps back as she suddenly had a more prideful and bitchy personality. "And hurry up, we've got training in a bit." She then turned on her heel and looked over her shoulder at him. "I'm not waiting for you, either. Move it, kid." She said as she then left the room and stormed down the halls, leaving Sebastian confused as he got up, he could still feel how light-headed he was as he tried to follow her. "... Ack. There's the Lucy I used to know. Oops, sorry, I meant Lucifer... If you can hear me." He said as he then followed after her, stumbling a little every now and then until they finally got to Scott. "... Um, hi." He said, as Scott nodded in response to him. "Hello there, I am Scott of The Renegades, second-in-command of Michael's division." Scott said, then looked towards Lucifer. "So, you must be one of Deon's so called demons... What do you call yourself?" He asked, as Lucifer put a hand on her hip and grinned. "Lucifer, of Pride. And who're you anyway? You look like the type of guy that gets beaten up all the time." She glanced over at Sebastian before looking back at Scott. "Sebastian here is pretty scrawny, so go easy on him. I don't need training. Not yours anyway." She huffed at this and nudged Sebastian. "Well, go on. Don't be a pussy now."
Sebastian glared over at her after being nudged and rubbed his shoulder. "Hey now..." He mumbled, looking back at Scott. "I'm Sebastian Thomas." He said, watching as Scott nodded again. "Right... Lucifer of Pride, huh? I can tell..." He said, turning around and beginning to head off as the two followed after him. "I'm fully human, that's why I'm like this. If you saw Michael take a punch from me, you'd see the difference between us. Anywho, I suppose Deon's explained to you about how we do things here at the Renegades and how we treat new recruits?" Sebastian blinked, confused by Scott's words as he looked over at Lucifer. "Um, excuse me?" He tried to ask, then grabbed her shoulder and started to shake it. "What did you do?!?" He asked, she didn't even look at him. "Don't ask me, he's being a dick of his own accord. Like most Humans do." She then caught up to Scott quickly and glared at him. "Deon hasn't spoken to Sebastian about anything, so you'd better help him or I will hur-" She paused, something stopping her as she sighed and bowed her head. "Yessir." She said, and rose up at this. "I'm sorry for being a bitch, alright? Just make sure Sebastian doesn't get killed." Scott rose a brow at her at this as he looked forward and shrugged. "Very well, but remember if he does anything, your his responsibility." Scott said, making Sebastian raise his brows as they then stopped in front of a room with two doors, as Scott opened them both and entered in with them. "Behold... Our demon weapon." He said, as he indicated towards a sword within a case, it's aura radiating and being felt by the three as Sebastian narrowed his eyes at this.
"... Um, excuse me?" He asked, looking over the sword as Scott chuckled at this. "We always use it with demons to see if they can handle it or not... Sadly, it seems to be picky about who it wants." Scott then looked over at Lucifer. "Like I said, watch him for anything hostile..." He said, getting a laugh in response as she watched Sebastian walk towards the sword. "Hurry up, we don't have all day. And quit being so darn scared. It annoys me sometimes." She said, as Sebastian stopped before the case as he saw the case slowly open as he rose a brow. He then reached in and took a hold of it, pulling it out as he suddenly felt light-headed again and stumbled back, falling down on to his knees as he coughed slightly at this, his head beginning to pound from this. "Welcome, child with the devil's blood. Today I will test you with my trial and see whether you are ready to go out into the real world or not. Your friend, the one named Ash, will also be tested just as you are. Now with this said, it is time to face your worst fear. My name is Eclipse, now... Prepare to enter into a nightmare."
