Introduction
In case you clicked this because of the Ghoul tag and know nothing about Tokyo Ghoul. Let me give you a crash course in these ghouls as their not something I have seen.
1. Not mindless and controlled by Zombies noir do they look dead
2. They don't turn into hyphens or other animal to leave people into graveyard and then consume them.
What they can do/Look like
1. They look just like humans unless feeding,excited or using their power. Their also much stronger and some much faster then Humans.
2.Can't be hurt by man made weponds
3. Can be hurt by Kagune an organ that makes their weapon which very from tails,wings.claws and more. Or Quinqune used my humans.
4. They have family and can be kind some don't hunt live humans. However they can only eat humans and drink coffee all normal human food taste horrible to then.
5. Half ghouls have a Kagune. They are made by a ghoul and a human. Or ghoul organs being put into a human I assume a blood transfusion would do the same. These ghouls only have one ghoul eye. It rare for human/ghoul to get a child. Pure Ghoul children can inherent both parents power if they have different ones form one another.
The CCG also called the Commission of counter ghouls. Their purpose is to protect humans and kill Ghouls. Their spouse to kill them swiftly and not toy around causing more pain. Their weapon is called Quinque this is made from a Ghouls Kagune in order to get this one must first kill a ghoul and what ever form their weapon was is what the Quinque comes out to be. Of course there's a handle on it instead of it coming out of the CCG Agents also called Doves by Ghouls thanks to the CCG crest. This is the only weapon that can hurt and kill Ghouls.

However its a front as its mostly to help hide ghoul that are in trouble or help feed ghouls who can't feed themselves. Normally threw suicide victims is how they will get their food. Like all Ghoul they can only eat humans with an additive being coffee. To blend in with humans they will pretend to eat food but must throw it up with in eight hours or get sick. Also all human food minus coffee taste horrible to them. In any case have fun!
In my next post I shall post my starter. I wish you all have fun in this role play know fights are bound to happen but ask out of charter if you can kill off anyone's chater and give chance to counter attack, doge and or block in ghoul to ghoul fights or Ghoul to CCG Agenet fights. Humans with out a weapon will die and normal humans cant get the Quinque.

Luna was just opening Cafe Tris. It was a Friday and was about to be eight a.m. "Nadie Come down stairs. We are bound to have some guests." Luna called out to Nadie. Thanks to her better since she slowly woke up it was only one day since she was given the news. The news that she had become a half ghoul because doctors had made a grave mistake when trying to save her life. How hungry and angry she had been for the last week before she was forces to eat human. At the time she thought it was a grate hamburger and then Luna told her what it was. Which made her upset with Luna. However Luna was sticking her neck out for her and teaching her how to be a ghoul. With that she put on a white shirt black apron and long pant. She wore semi-nice shoes as she headed down the hall and finally to the stairs.
"Did you rest well?" Luna asked. Nadie said nothing as she started to set the cafe's table. "I know your un-happy but your going to need to eat more then that. If you don't want to attack one of your friend out of a blind hunger." Luna said to her genteelly she knew it had to be hard. Going from ones normal life eating cake and what ever she wanted. To have weird powers and only being able to eat humans as food.

Around 10:30 AM a silver car parks out-side the cafe Newton turns to his partner and speaks. "Hmm its raining pretty hard today." His partner just sighs "Newton lets just get this over and done with I want to go home." It was a male he was only a year younger then Newton and he was wearing jeans, and a plain shirt. Newton just shakes his head "You know Troy you should relax a bit being tease will only kill ya." Troy just looks out the window before Newton grabs his suitcase then Troy does the same only he grabs his coat and they both get out of the car and walk in the cafe.
Newton and Troy was drench, however Newton smiled as he walked in though he really hated caring the suit case as it was somewhat heavy. Troy on the other hand wasn't smiling he had a natural facial expression since he wasn't to thralled to be here. Newton spoke "Good morning." He said with a smile and waved his free hand in a friendly mannor this was a bit natural to him as he was very friendly regardless where he went.

"Welcome to Tris Cafe." Luna called called out to Newton and Troy they made on big mistakes the clothing for job didn't go with what they wore. Most CCG wore Suites because suite cases go along side it making them look like Lawyers or some other job. However no one stiffened up or got tensed they were use to new people coming in even so called Doves. "Excuse me Nadie do you mind going to the back and getting some of the Emerald Tea were running a bit low." Luna smiled to her. "Also sorry but may you do a quick inventory your always so good at it." Luna looked to her. Nadie listened to the words she said and new what it meant since she still needed to eat more it be bad if one her eyes changed. At the moment she had a bandage over which was clean for now but it was a good cover up all she had to say was eye surgery.
"Amy dear may you go back with her since her other eyes healing?" Luna asked. "Of cores also table two Parfaits are up can you take them" Amy asked. "No problem go on girls." Luna said as the opened a door and closed it behind them they went to the storage room. Amy like most people were human at the Cafe as workers one of the males was also a ghoul but you could never tell by looking at them. On that Note Luna brought two young ladies from high school their food. It had a decent amount of people and the bar area was free. "What would you boys like today?" Luna said friendly.

Newton smiled as he walked to the bar area along with Troy. Newton spoke"Id its not to much trouble miss my I have herbal tea ? If not then normal tea is just fine. " Troy looked around as he was uneasy then spoke. "I would like to have coffee black with two sugars please." That is all Troy said while taking a seat he didn't feel comfortable as this is his first case. Newton sat down at the bar area next to him and tried to start a conversation with Luna "It hasn't rained like this in some time , I wonder when it will end." Troy sigh and rolled his eyes, as he dislike making small talk with anyone. "Newton its a shit day alright please let the woman get her job done as I want to return to my bed and sleep."
Newton sighs. "Please forgive my friend he is grumpy and he hates rain which is a pity. Since he should learn manners." Newton just shakes his head its not that he didn't like Troy its just Troy can be a bit to much from him at times. But regardless Newton remains positive even with Troy being a downer.

"Is that all we have some fresh pecan Pie and Strawberry cake its quite Delicious." Luna said as she type in the black coffee she put the sugars in when it came to the front of the house. "What kind of Erbel Tea would you like to have? We have a good assortment of Herbal Teas." Luna said to Ruko. "Yeah its been a little while it will due gardeners well and our plants out front." Luna said as the flowers would be much happier with the rain water then normal water. In no time the black coffee came up. With that she dropped in the sugars and sutured it. "Here you go." Luna said as orders went out and conversation of many things carried on. "Its alright i'm here to run the house and if it gets to busy I shall help in the back. So its okay I don't mind chatting with costumers so they come back and enjoy themselves. Some make this their second home." Luna joked.
Amy and Nadie came out as Amy went back to work. "Sorry to bother you Luna but my appointment its about to come up so may I leave a bit early you know how they are. About us being thier early and all." Nadie smiled as she touched her eye. "Or cores while your out please stop by that fancy shop will you?" Seriously your annoying me now and I understand you want to sleep but maybe if you stop being lazy then you wouldn't be grumpy." Troy quickly shuts up and looks at the counter. Newton sighs. "Sorry Miss about that it was very rude of me." Newton sighs. "As for the type I wold like White Sage Tea also known as Salvia apiana." Newton says with a smile.
Troy took the lack coffee and began to drink it he spoke. "Thank you miss." Was all he did he didn't even look at her not give any grateful expression. Newton elbowed him and spoke. "You should be more grateful she could have given you the sugar and said here you go like some places do so be a lot more grateful to her as it was very kind of her." "I must thank you for all the hard work your doing keeping people safe. I seen a few of you guys. You come in with case generally in suites and the new guys normally seem to loss their cool. You'll be fine none of the people in this distracts been killed I think you have found all the Ghouls as theirs not been a kill in a while." Luna said so only they here. "I bet its odd to here me say this my brother worked with you guys well maybe not personal but on the force." Luna said. Everyone went about their things they knew what Luna was doing and how well she did it. "In any case you shall get a discount we do so for CCG, First Responders and the Military to thank you all for your services." Luna smiled as she went back and got the tea giving it to Ruko.
"Its okay if hes on edge it will keep him alive and well you two will do well. In any case good luck to you." Luna said. "Also no problem if he need to blow of steam I don't mind it. Do try and relax a bit when my brother got this twisted up he generally ended up getting hurt more then when he was calm." Her eyes looked sad as she said this even a bit teary.

Night time in the streets of [city name]. Two CCG agents could be seen wondering across the area, conversing about the reason they are in such a location...
"I don't get it, why would Gasmask be hanging around here? There isn't even many hidden places to hunt." One of the agents questioned, he seemed young and was obviously new,
"I don't know either. The informants said that some shady guy which closely matches Gasmask's person was walking around here... He may not be around now, but this could be a potential hunting ground for him. Since his travels are random and he usually hunts in high populated areas, it's possible that he's still around." The other, an older guy, replied.
"I wish he would just pop up. I wanna hurry up and kill the bastard, since he managed to kill several of my co-workers. Oh yeah, how does he fight?"
"Why are you asking me?"
"You're the only survivor after fighting him..."
"There are others who've survived idiot. You should've done your research..."
"Weeeeell~! Looky here~! I found a two doves hangin' around~." A strange, sanity-less voice appeared from behind the agents who quickly turned around to see who it was.
What they saw was a strange man crouching on top of a wall. He was wearing a grey and black suit-like armour and a black gas mask which covered the bottom half of his face. The grey hair contrasted with the bright red eyes of the ghoul, allowing them to seem like glowing.
"Gasmask!" The older CCG exclaimed, quickly opening his suitcase to wield a battleaxe quinque. Causing the younger CCG to fumble around with his own suitcase to wield a small single handed spear.
"Woa woa~!" Gasmask called out, holding his arms up as jumped down from the wall. "You always ge' all 'ostile n' shit over seein' me. Bit offending actually."
"What do you expect? You're a mass murderer." The older CCG replied, as he lowered his head to view Gasmask, but he wasn't there, "What!"
Suddenly, arms were placed over the two CCG's shoulders, pulling them close to the owner of the arms, Gasmask. "More like someone who excels in natural selection." He spoke out, "Why don't we be all, less 'ostile? Let's go ge' a coffee or somthin' and have a talk over i'."
"No," The younger CCG spoke through gritted teeth. His voice filled with anger as he struck his quinque towards Gasmask's chest. SNAP!
The CCG dropped to the ground, his head twisted backwards. "Well~. You guys really are annoyin'." Gasmask sighed, a bit annoyed. "I guess yer next."
"Wai-"...
A while later, Gasmask could be seen wondering through a single alleyway. Still wearing his gas mask while dragging the two CCG members. One's head was twisted around, the other one was mutilated beyond recognition. "I better finish these guys off, doves never taste good anyway..." He sighed to himself as he looked up towards the slowly rising sun, "Maybe I should pay a visit t' Cafe Tori. Maybe I could see the owner!" He smiled, giving off a little giggle, "I'd love t' see 'er again."

Besides Cafe Tori was another ally way here Nadie Stood. Nadie hated what she became and the lack of controls she currently h ad over her life. Her eye changed when ever it wanted so she had to keep her bandage on and now even her Kagune. Her arms were well protected as Claws came down and off her fingers they were sharper and stronger then talon or really anything. In a way she found it odd how it could rip threw her skin and not hurt and come down. Nadie shook and end up slamming her back against the wall and sliding down. Her jaw clenched she didn't want to eat any more human flesh even though she had a package with her hidden on her other side as she was hidden by a huge recycling Bin in case the Doves came out.
Unlike Ghouls they would not be able to smell her sent even as the Rain let up. Sniffing she could smell some fresh dead bodies and a Ghoul. Nadie knew she needed to control her self and get back in Luna warned her of other ghouls. Many were not like her which is why even the food she carried around had Nadie crest which is not to be confused with the logo of the Cafe. In some case this would help them in other she would have to leave shop to help.

BUURRRP! James let out a great burp as he licked his fingers clean of blood. His gas mask was removed and placed neatly in the backpack he carried around. Along with that, his black cloak was taken from the backpack and worn, hiding the only clothing James owns. "Well~! Tha' was surprisin'ly delicious~!" He commented to himself about his feast as he stood from his crouching position. A small wind blew in his direction, quickly grabbing his attention by the scent. A very curious scent. Human? Ghoul? Or was it one-eye? Or even eyepatch! That would be great to meet any of those two, they would probably taste absolutely heavenly~!
And so, James swiftly moved towards the source; a recycling bin... "Huh?" James stood at the recycling bin, confused, did his scent just play with him? Or maybe...
After placing the gas mask back on his face, leaving the cloak around his body, James quickly darted his head around the side of the bin to see a blonde haired girl...
Speechless at first, James quickly found some words to utter; "Hey~! Whatcha dooooin'~?"
And so, James swiftly moved towards the source; a recycling bin... "Huh?" James stood at the recycling bin, confused, did his scent just play with him? Or maybe...

A red claw cam off her right hand and blue looking claw off her left. As she turned two looked at him their was bandages around her face covering her eye. However the claws were all one needed to see to show what she was was. At this moment her eye couldn't show but if it could it would show. The meat sat beside her fresh from the morge being cut only seconds after the person died. A female victim. Unlike before Luna did not hide what it was she merely warped it up and had her seal on it. Nadie was quite for a bit not sure what to say she knew he was a ghoul by sent and also because he had a mask. Something she needed to go and get. However one she did not have.
"Can't be inside, to many humans and Luna doesn't want me to cause trouble with Doves being in their." Her insides hurt from not eating but she couldn't help not wanting to at. Even though she could smell he eaten she didn't want the meat even if it would make her controlling herself harder. "Do you want this i'm not going to eat it." She picked up the package and would hold it out for if he wanted it of cores would smell like Luna as she wrapped it.

As soon as James met this strange ghoul, it seemed that she was hostile towards him. But it wasn't long until she calmed down again, allowing James to crouch down in front of her, staring. Newton thinks for a moment, "Well then may I have a BLT sandwich if its not to much trouble." Newton says this with a smile meanwhile Troy speaks. "Indeed that is our job after all protecting the people from monsters. " Newton speaks up when he hear this as he doesn't agree with this view. "Troy I don't believe they are all monsters, rather they have there reasons as I don't believe they would want to do what they do. " Troy sighs. "Newton not this bullshit again, they are monsters that need to be killed." Newton glares at him. "Monsters ? No I disagree instead of killing them I believe it would be proper to talk to them as you would any else, as I don't think they just kill for no reason, rather its more or less in self-defense."

Humans kill other humans but we treat them less then us, which is most likely why they feel threaten because of the way we treat them. " Newton was always opened minded he didn't view them the same way most did.

Troy throws a punch on Newton hitting him pretty hard in the face due to his narrow mind and dislike of Newton's opinion. "Newton shut the fuck up you and this Ghoul lover waitress both need to be taught lesson ! " Troy swings another punch hitting Newton in the stomach of course Newton doesn't move an inch he refuses to fight in a cafe especially since there are people in the cafe as it could cause a bigger problem. "Whats wrong Newton nothing witty to say eh ?! " He goes to punch Newton a third time however Newton blocks it. "Troy enough your causing a scene and a problem you don't have to like our ideas but you can't act in such a manner is that clear ?!" Troy sits back down still pissed.
