In case you clicked this because of the Ghoul tag and know nothing about Tokyo Ghoul. Let me give you a crash course in these ghouls as their not something I have seen.
1. Not mindless and controlled by Zombies noir do they look dead
2. They don't turn into hyphens or other animal to leave people into graveyard and then consume them.

What they can do/Look like
1. They look just like humans unless feeding,excited or using their power. Their also much stronger and some much faster then Humans.
2.Can't be hurt by man made weponds
3. Can be hurt by Kagune an organ that makes their weapon which very from tails,wings.claws and more. Or Quinqune used my humans.
4. They have family and can be kind some don't hunt live humans. However they can only eat humans and drink coffee all normal human food taste horrible to then.
5. Half ghouls have a Kagune. They are made by a ghoul and a human. Or ghoul organs being put into a human I assume a blood transfusion would do the same. These ghouls only have one ghoul eye. It rare for human/ghoul to get a child. Pure Ghoul children can inherent both parents power if they have different ones form one another.

The CCG also called the Commission of counter ghouls. Their purpose is to protect humans and kill Ghouls. Their spouse to kill them swiftly and not toy around causing more pain. Their weapon is called Quinque this is made from a Ghouls Kagune in order to get this one must first kill a ghoul and what ever form their weapon was is what the Quinque comes out to be. Of course there's a handle on it instead of it coming out of the CCG Agents also called Doves by Ghouls thanks to the CCG crest. This is the only weapon that can hurt and kill Ghouls.

Sorry for so much info now into the actual role play. In this role play you can play as a normal human who knows nothing about Ghoul. A human who knows about ghoul which is rare as some will kill them thinking they're a threat. A CCG agent, Ghoul or even a half Ghoul but everyone try not to be a half ghoul. As for where we do this who ever come in let talk about where you like this to be. Like in the Show and Manga I will be having Cafe/Bar that caters to both human and Ghouls. However its a front as its mostly to help hide ghoul that are in trouble or help feed ghouls who can't feed themselves. Normally threw suicide victims is how they will get their food. Like all Ghoul they can only eat humans with an additive being coffee. To blend in with humans they will pretend to eat food but must throw it up with in eight hours or get sick. Also all human food minus coffee taste horrible to them. In any case have fun!

I wish you all have fun in this role play know fights are bound to happen but ask out of charter if you can kill off anyone's chater and give chance to counter attack, doge and or block in ghoul to ghoul fights or Ghoul to CCG Agenet fights. Humans with out a weapon will die and normal humans cant get the Quinque.
