Lili and her brother aren't exactly the sharpest crayons in the box, but she is definitely the more street savvy of the two, having had to walk many nights alone along the alleys of NYC. She is a little more realistic than her brother in terms of expectations, and is slowly growing disillusioned with the world and her life. Although she enjoys sex and drugs as much as he does, she secretly wants to go to college and get an actual job that doesn't involve stripping or dancing. She doesn't like children or babies at all, and never wants any children of her own. She has a hot temper, but is gullible, something her brother abuses with glee. She enjoys reading tabloids and looking up the lives of Hollywood. She is a reality show fiend, but is annoyed by shows such as America's Next Top Model and the Miss Universe pageants, since she doesn't think any of them are attractive. She is a vain girl who will spend hours perfecting her already perfect face before a night out, and goes in and out of different trends.

She can run as fast in her heels as she can without them, and is surprisingly quite agile in them, never falling once in them. Occasionally, she might have a water bottle in her purse, but its contents are usually alcoholic. Lili has good balance and can dance well. She is also a quite accomplished kick-boxer, and can occasionally turn invisible when in the shadows.

They grew up together in a children's home before resorting to the streets away from the restrictive life of rules, schools, and punishments. The two are close, despite their fights and quarrels. Around the age of 20, they left the East Coast for the glamour of Hollywood. Las Vegas distracted them, and was closer, so they stayed there. Lili worked as a go-go dancer and occasional stripper to help support them as they lived their life of sex and alcohol. On one drunken night, Lili and her brother accidentally bumped into a rather nasty demon who had just robbed a store. After a trade of insults, the duo made short work of the demon, and the money. The next morning, a short Asian man was at their door, accusing them of stealing his money, but promising to let them off the hook if they joined in a business venture he had been planning to do...
