a character in “Aboard The Phoenix: Revival”, as played by Starlight77

Description

Tamantha “TK” Kenden

“Make fun of my name and I’ll turn your hide into a new jacket.

Nickname:
TK
“Call me Tammy or Tamantha and you’re going to have a few problems.”

Role:
The Swift Killer
The Scout

Race:
Half Human-Half Tiger

Age:
16

Appearance:
Image
TK has black hair that cascades over her shoulders and reaches her lower back. It’s always strait and usually in a long braid down her back. Unlike in the photos, TK has a tiger’s fuzzy ears on the top of her head, as well as a striped orange and black tail that sprouts from her tail bone. She is well endowed, with a curvy build. Her appearance cloaks her powerful muscles making her seem like a helpless girl. Her skin is of a pale tone, and no matter how hard she tries, she cannot tan it. Her left eye is a bright, ice-filled blue and her right one is a sparkling silver.
The usual TK outfit is a dark purple short sleeved shirt that cuts just above her lean stomach, a thin brown vest, a pair of dark brown pants that stop about six inches from her ankle, some black leather boots, also a pair of black leather gloves with no finger tips, and a silver necklace with a blue gem. This necklace it one of the few possessions she has, and never takes it off. Ever.
Image
(Ignore the eyes in this one >.<)

Personality:
TK is a bold, bashful, and cocky all around sassy girl. She always has an attitude and likes to show it through her tone of voice. To others she may seem snobby. Though, she has a rather kitten-like attitude a lot as well. She can be playful and fun and crack jokes and be friends with anyone. If she doesn’t annoy them to death first. Sometimes she’s very skittish. Loud noises and surprises frighten her and make her jump.

TK is rather… bipolar. One minute she is super happy and jumping around playfully, the next she’s shredding your ears. Her cat genes make it hard to control her emotions so she can’t hide her feelings most of the time. On good days she can be a playful kitten, rolling around on the ground and climbing around. On bad days the anger and annoyance can be felt around her. It radiates off of her.

TK has a soft spot for children. It’s not surprising considering where she came from. She used to give most of her meals to the younger kids at the orphanage.

Of all things you should know about TK, It’s her temper. Her fuse is short. Very short. If she didn’t try to restrain herself, she would explode and destroy everything in her path. Though she can be provoked, she rarely goes Full Rage. When in Full Rage, her eyes turn a blood red, and she practically loses control of herself. She turned in an animal and kills kills kills. When finally calmed down, she usually passes out from the mental and physical strain and remembers nothing of what happened. She’s killed quite a few people by accident this way.

Image

Skills:
Enhanced Senses
TK can hear, smell, and see more than most people would like her to. Her senses and heightened quite bit, and she can detect the flapping of a birds wings from half a mile away. She can smell right when the food is being cooked and always shows up to eat first. TK seems to have what she jokingly calls “telescope eyes” that see pretty far. She can also see in the dark.

Heightened Speed, Stamina, Balance and Agility
TK likes to dart from one side of the boat to the other to “be in two places at once” practically. She can jump two stories high and land very high jumps on her feet without injury. She can keep on trucking all through the night, but that doesn’t mean she won’t complain the entire time.

Hand To Hand Combat
TK knows how to fight in close quarters. In fact, that’s all she can really do. When it comes to fighting at distances, she can be quite useless.

Strength
TK is has as much brute strength as three fully grown men and can outmatch many others.

Weapons:
Claws and Fangs
TK possesses diamond hard, razor sharp claws on each of her finger tips which she can retract. Her canines grow and shrink at will, though they will always be sharp. Because she has these, she never really keeps any close range weapons on her person. Her method of fighting is to go in and pick people off, one by one, silently, trying to cause little fuss.

Brute Strength
TK can lift two men at once and toss them overboard. She can break bones with a single punch when going full force, though she rarely ever tries her hardest.

Weaknesses:
Extreme Temperatures
TK is not a fan of extreme temperatures. It it’s too hot or too cold, her speed is decreased by quite bit.

Children
When it’s comes to children, TK is the biggest sucker ever. She grew up watching small, hungry faces. She never wants anyone to be like that. Because children are too weak and small to fend for themselves, she usually unleashes her “inner mama cat” when seeing a child in peril. She would risk her life for a complete stranger if it was a kid under fourteen.

Tail and Ears
TK’s tail is not very strong, and with a swift motion you can dislocate it, causing severe pain. Pulling her ears hurts quite a bit as well. Much more than you would think.

Loud Sounds
TK’s ears are very sensitive because of their strength. Extremely loud noises hurt her ears and she will be forced to stop and cover them.

Fears:
Thunder and Lightning Storms
Thunder and lightning scare the living daylights out of TK. They're so loud and unexpected they make her quake with fear and have reduced her to tears quite a few times. She can deal with electricity, it’s just lightening is so loud she cannot stand it.

Medical… Stuff
Anything involving medicine and doctors and needles make her freak. The smell of antiseptic makes her nauseous and she’d rather lick her own wounds clean (which she’s done before) rather than see a medic.

Bio:
TK never knew what it was like to have a mother’s hug or a father’s love. TK doesn’t know where, or who, she came from. She was dumped at an orphanage as an infant. Not very surprising when you find out your daughter has a tail.

TK didn’t stick out like a sore thumb though. This orphanage was for children who were… different. Elves, Fairies, Weres, you name it, it was there. But the orphanage was a rather poor one. With small, meager meals a day, TK learned how to go without food. When bullies tried to rise up, she fended for herself and others by fighting. Kids were rarely adopted from the orphanage. TK remembered seeing only one kid leave that place.

When you turned sixteen, you were booted. The small organization barely had enough money for food for the little ones, never mind the growing teens. Sure it was cruel, but it was life. When TK left, she vowed to give half of the money she ever earner to the little orphanage. Even if the amount was small and all she had, TK would still give. It was because of that hospitality that she is alive today. She would give back.

Out on the street and without a job, TK had nowhere to go. She was a freak-for-hire to put in words. When she found out about The Phoenix, TK thought her particular talents could be of use.

So begins...

Even in her pirate days Anne had always been an early riser and so without seeing that the sun was coming up on the horizon her body told her it was time to get up. There was no noise that shook her from her slumber, no kind of jarring movement, just that suddenly her eyes fluttered open and she was ready to face the day. She went about getting dressed, slipping into her favorite dress and boots then pulling on her gloves she assessed herself in the mirror. Picking up an ornamented brush that she had acquired from a shop a few stops back, she began to tame her wild red mane. Once satisfied she grabbed her sword and hat then headed up to the deck where the Little Captain was sure to be.

There were only two others up aside from the Captain, the young half human half tiger female and the ancient Elementalist. She moved to join them as they waited for the others to wake and see what the orders of the day were going to be. "Good morning Little Captain, Kit, Elemental." she addressed them nodding to them in turn. Anne had a habit of giving everyone she met a nickname that reminded her of the individual. Not everyone was fond of their names but that never seemed to bother her much. "Hope you all slept well what with the Black City looming past these docks."

Tamantha “TK” Kenden

"Good morning Little Captain, Kit, Elemental."

Kit? What is that supposed to mean?
TK's ears pinned to her head as a scowl crossed her face. She crossed her arms angrily. TK did not like that nickname. It seemed a bit childish for her. But if you look at the girl, you'll see just how childish she was looking right now. Her ears stuck back up like arrows. When her ears were against her head all the sounds were muffled and weird.

"Ah... g'mornin c-cap'n an Ashher..."

TK froze then she jumped suddenly, landing on the railing, crouched down, the fur on her tail sticking up. Her knees were bent and her hands held the rail now below her. "Sweet baby Jesus you gave me heart attack!" TK exclaimed at Gumi as she had collapsed on the ground with Aurora on top of her.

TK's nose twitched as she leaned forwards, but remained on the railing. "Eww. You smell like spirits and beer." TK herself did not drink. For one thing, she was always told she was too young to. Plus, she hated it. How it tasted, how she feels during as well as how she feels after. Her head gets all fuzzed up her judgment clouded. It also made her get angry much easier, which was dangerous for all parties involved. Afterward she just feels like a piece of shit and then sleeps for an entire day. Not very fun in her opinion. Her tail swayed with confusion on why someone would drink enough to get like this.

"Listen up! We got a big job from a rich employer starting in the afternoon! I don't want any of you slicking off today! Got it?! Good!"

The black-haired girl's head jerked up as she looked at her new Captain as he gave orders. "He cannot be much older than me... hmm..." TK wondered, accidentally out loud.

TK had to blink a few times before realizing something. "Wait so... no breakfast?" Right on cue, her stomach starting giving its best impersonation of a dying whale. TK rubbed her bare tummy in hopes of silencing it, still perched upon that rail, knees bent. "Aww..." TK pouted a bit, but shook her head to remove the facial expression. Hopefully she did it before anyone noticed the childish look. Her ears flapped around when she shook her head and her braid landed over her shoulder, draping over her front. She grabbed it and tossed it back behind her.

Sawyer was sick of hear everyone yabber. Sure he was excited about the upcoming job, but he wanted to be alone and he didn't know why. He just needed it.

He noticed TK. She looked hungry. He decided to go down to the hull, grab a drink from the bar area and wait for further instruction.

He walked up TK, stuck his hand in his pocket and grabbed a small loaf of bread he was saving from the day before.
"Here you go "Tigra"." He handed the bread to her, took his white hood that had been tucked under his brown vest and tossed it over his head. He gave one last look at everyone on deck. The girl with the green hair looked like fun. He gave them all a smirk and the disappeared to the hull below.

"Here you go "Tigra"."

TK looked up at Sawyer, the one who held out a little loaf of bread. The top of the girl’s cheeks brightened to a light pink as she grabbed the food slowly. It was such a little, kindhearted act that made TK’s day. “Umm… ah… T-thanks!” She said before he walked away, pulling his hood up. TK hoped no one was staring at her as she hopped off of the railing. TK stared at the bread. To tell you the truth, no one has ever made a kind gesture like that to the half-cat girl.

Her cheeks remain pink as she took a bite out of the bread, chewing it slowly. It’s funny how being hungry makes everything so much more delicious. While she chewed, she thought about the second nickname she had been given. Well, I like it better then Kit… though it is a bit stereotypical… TK shrugged. She’d let it go. After finishing the bread, she felt as if she had eaten a four-course meal. She licked the last of the crumble off of her lips.

(Quick post before bed! XD)

Sawyer sat at the bar. "Whiskey." He told the bartender. By the looks of this place, it looked like there was a brawl previous to his arrival. There was a bigger fella to the right of him, smack talking about someone. The man was an oaf. Apparently he had his ass handed to him by a woman. "The green headed whore did this teh'meh!!" All of the mans friends were laughing and making jokes at him. His pride was too strong to have been beaten by a woman. Sawyer turned his head slowly, the shadow of his hood covering his eyes. He now looked at the oaf an his three friends. One of them was a red headed drunkard, telling the oaflike man how to sneak up on the green headed woman. Sawyer laughed. They all turned there heads his way. He gulped down his whiskey shot, and asked the kind young bartender for another. "One more and ill be out of your way." The bartender poured and slid it to Sawyer. Just before he could suck it down, the oaf interrupted.

"Oy, whitey." The drunk oaf slurred. "Did i sey' sum'thin funny?" He asked Sawyer.

Sawyer smirked at the man. "Yeah, you did." The oafs face grew red with anger. He started wobbling over to Sawyer, his hand on the hilt of his sheathed curved sword. Sawyer glanced at it very quickly, then back at the oaf. "Well, w-what was it then, lad. (Blurp) Tell meh', c'mon." He spit in Sawyers face after that burp. He let it go. Trying not to kill the man. "It ain't my business. So if I were you I'd step off friend." Sawyer said as he put the whiskey shot down. "

"No, I think'ya know-w what i is talkin' aboot'. You know of the green haired w-whore friend?" The oaf asked. "Yes, I do. But she's hardly a whore pal, sorry. Guess you're SOL."
The mans face got even more red, with rage now.

"She ain't nothin. She probably dose nothin' on this shep' anywee'." The oaf told Sawyer. Sawyer responded with, "that sword that your itchin' to threaten me with was most likely made or tampered with by her. She's built like and tank, I'd back off if I were you pal."

"Yeh must be one of'er friends then, ain't chia." The oaf slurred to Sawyer.
"We're part of the same crew, but no, I've never met he personally. Sorry bubb." He said to the drunken oaf.

"Yer' Lyin' to'meh boi'." The oaf said to Sawyer. The oaf unsheathed his sword. He ment business. So did Sawyer.

"You sure you wanna do this, bubb?" Standing up as he asked the oaf. The oafs response was a hacking of snot, preparing to spit it in Sawyers face, but Sawyer was quick to cut him off. With his left hand it took up the shot of whiskey and threw it in the oafs face. He screamed from the burning in his eyes. Sawyer then took his right hand, grabbed the head of his hair and smashed the drunken oafs face into the counter edge of the bar table. One, two, three times. Sweat trickling off Sawyers face.(God that felt good.) he thought to himself.

"Oh god, not this again!" The bartender yelped as he hid behind the bar, his eyes peering over to see what would happen next. Blood poured from the mans nose. Sawyer had smashed his face between the eyes and nose. The man was crying. Sawyer didn't care though. He needed it. The man also deserved it. Sawyer still had the mans head clutched his grip, his face still pinned to the counter top. The oafs friends ran In fear. All except one. The red head. He attempted to run up to Sawyer with one of the tall bar stools. But again, Sawyer was able to cut him off, too. He kicked the legs of the oaf out from under him, making him fall fast first in a pool of his own blood. Sawyer then smashed one of his boots in the mans face and kept it there. His reflexes were that of lightning.

Now that Sawyers hands were free, he flicked his right out. One could her a click, and the sound of a bicycle spoke, but extremely fast. A hidden palm sized musket pistol popped out of his right sleeve and fell firmly in his hand. He pulled the hammer back fast. Two shots ready.

"Back off Ginger, or you're next." Sawyer said to the drunk red head. "Take your shit bag friend here, get him patched up. You and your filthy crew get off the ship once we make port in the "Black City" or where ever it is we're going. If I see you try anything on miss green up there, or myself for that matter, ill kill you. Or I'll make damn sure one of her friends will. She's highly liked on this ship."

The man nodded. Sawyer kicked the oaf one more time. He walked back up on deck. Where else could he go? He went up, walked past everyone including Tigra and miss green and looked down on the far, far away ocean below. ( I needed that.)

The ocean was an endless blue as he looked down from the upper deck of the Phoenix. How long had it been since Sawyer had been to the "Surface"? "Three years" he thought to himself. Three years he had been looking for his father. Three years he had been following a lead on him. It lead him to The Black City. He had done jobs before and he was new to this ship called the Phoenix. He liked the crew, even though he kept to himself. No one knew what Sawyer was about to do once they made port to the Black City. He wanted to ask someone to go, but he couldn't bring himself to put someone in harms way, other than himself. He was a trained killer, an assassin. An ex-assassin.

"Hey Siren, why don't you go take the blacksmith to sleep that off. She'll need to be ready for the job this afternoon." Sawyer heard Anne suggest it to someone, he wasn't listening to hard. He turned from the railing and looked at the crew that was on deck. He walked over to them all in a casual manner. He didn't want people to notice his anger from earlier down at bar. Even though it sure felt good to put that oaf in his place.

"Hey Captain Youngster." He said to Markus. "Hope the bread was good, Tigra. And hello to everyone else." Sawyer shouted to everyone. He then turned his to Markus. No, more like looked down at Markus, seeing as how Sawyer was 6'1 in height. "What's the deal today, Boss?" Sawyer then looked at the drunk green haired girl laying on the floor. He then looked at the cap. "Is she ganna be alright?" he asked in a joking manner.

"Hope the bread was good, Tigra. And hello to everyone else."

"The bread was yummy. Thank you Sawyer." TK beamed widely, her tail swishing back and forth. That little piece of food was enough to fuel the half breed for hours. Her eyes darted to the side when she saw Anne calling for one of those big cat creatures that give TK nightmares.

TK was bored. In the morning, she usually worked out, but there were quite a few people on the deck... Oh well. That won't stop me! TK liked to stretch first. So, right where she was standing, TK did a backbend, and then continued till she was back on her feet. She rolled her shoulders a bit.

TK let out a wide, tooth-filled yawn. She rubbed her eyes for a moment. Now that she thought about it, a nap sounded better then working out. I will not let the warmth of the morning star deter me! TK nodded. She turned and walked over to the main mast and dug her claws into the solid wood. She placed her feet on the pole and shimmied her way up to where she fell asleep last night. TK lowered herself and did a full split across the wooden column. She leaned back and allowed herself to fall a bit, then she grabbed the beam just before falling back to the deck. She swung herself back up onto the beam and landed on both of her feet. TK stood up and began pacing on the beam, wondering what to do.

TK shrugged. She grabbed the beam, dug her claws in and allowed the rest of her body to hang. She began to do pull ups, her tail swaying back and forth for some reason.

Sawyer hurried down to the hull. He burst through the door to the bar area again. It felt like only 5 minutes had gone by since he was here last. He was looking for the oaf. He walked up to the bar tender, his eyes were shadowed from the hood on his head. "Hey, kid." Sawyer asked the bartender.

"Oh no! Not you again!" The bartender shouted at Sawyer. "It took me two hours to clean up that mess you left, and you didn't even pay for your drinks!" The boy "DID" seem scared when he was shouting at him. Sawyer took one big step forward, his face had an angry smirk. "B-But don't worry about it! Y-your always welcomed here, sir!" The bartender corrected himself.

Sawyer dug into his pocket. Nothing. He then remember he had a small coin purse tied to the back of his leather belt. He opened it and revealed one hunderad copper and silver coins. "This oughta cover the damage kid." He told the young bartender. The boys eyes widened. He jaw hung open, he slowly picked up one of the coins to examine, then put it back in the pile.

"Well, how many drinks can i get you sir!! Everything is on me!!!" he told Sawyer.

"I ain't got time for that kid. Thanks though. I need to know where that gang i ruffed up went after i told them to piss off." Sawyer asked.

"Well...Come to think of it. I don't really rememeber, i think that, H-hey behind you!" the doors creaked open slowly. The Oaf, the red head and the two others walked in slowly. Their expressions were not to happy.

Well, shit. Sawyer thought to himself.

"Oy there." The oaf said to Sawyer. "I thenk' weh' got'hof on the wrong foot, eh?" The oaf and the gang all drew there swords after he was done talking to Sawyer. "Truth es', I already got back at yer' green haired whore friend. I slipped the "You know what" in'er drenk." As the Oaf explained this to Sawyer, all he could think about was killing him. All five of them. And of coarse, saving the Blacksmith.

They approached him. Swords drawn, slowly walking. Sawyers expression was blank. They could not see his eyes in the shadows, and that's what he wanted. "I was getting ready to go track you down to tell you something, "Friend"" Sawyer said to the Oaf.

"Aye? What the beh, laddy?" The oaf said laughing at Sawyers face.

"To tell you and your gang to get off at Wernthall. That's where we're porting first." he told the Oaf.

"Oy'es that so, lad."

"Yeah, but I think i changed my mind."

"Es' that so." The oaf said again. Sawyer tilted his head up, revealing his eyes to everyone. He made damn sure everyone saw his face this time.

"Yeah, I'm just gonna kill you."

The oaf eyes went wide, his face red with rage. He raised his sword up in the air, preparing for a downward thrust at Sawyer, hoping to end his life. Sawyer took one side step the right. The oafs sword was now stuck in the wooded floor. "You see, that's the one thing about curved swords I don't like friend." The oaf turned his face up to Sawyer, his eye wide with fear this time. "Once there stuck in something, it takes a while to get them out." Sawyer then quickly flicked his right wrist, revealing his hidden pistol. It landed in his firmly. He rotated his body to the left, and immediately shot the man, point blank, in the head. His body went limp almost instantly and fell to the ground.

The red head screamed with rage, as his fellow gang member fell dead to the floor. He ran to Sawyer, sword in hand, ready to attack. Sawyers last shot in his pistol went through his head as well. The red head flew back and landed on the the remaining two men. The two men pushed there dead comrade off them selves.

"What's it going to be, boys." Sawyer taunted at the remaining gang members. They exchanged glances at one another and charged Sawyer, yelling, swords raised high. Sawyer flicked his left hand this time, revealing a hidden blade that was locked in place with the mechanism attached to his leather gauntlet glove. He unsheathed the dagger that was strapped to his chest.

Withen five seconds they both fell to their deaths. They attempted to charge, but Sawyer charged them as well, faster and stronger. He impaled the both with his blades, lifting them off the ground with steel in there chests. He slammed them both to the ground and watched them bleed out, slowly. (That REALLY felt good) he thought to himself once again.

"Kid, i'm sor-" Sawyer had a gun pointed at him. The bartender, though he was a kid, had enough of this. "Get out!" he said to Sawyer. "Take the bodies with you and so long as you are on the Phoenix, do not come back down here. Or i'll tell the crew what you are." Sawyer felt awful, but good also. "Listen kid, i'm sorry i'll clean this up once and fo-" He was cut off by copper and silver coins thrown at him. "Get OUT! Take your money with you." The kid said back to Sawyer. You'll be lucky if anyone up on deck and below deck didn't hear your gun go off. Everyones most likely in a scare now, cause of you. Get out."

Sawyer nodded his head, apologetically. He turned, walked back up to the hull. "He's right, everyone most likely heard that." He thought to himself, opening the hatch door to be back on deck. No one was here. They must have gone back down below deck. He threw the bodies overboard. Thankfully no one saw. He then remembered something. "Oh no." Sawyer said aloud. "That poor drunk girl was poisoned." His mind was in the gutter. He let anger and hate get to him to much this time. He didn't even pay attention to the oaf when he said, "You know What."

He ran back down stairs to look for the green haired girl, or Aurora, or anyone for that matter.

Tamantha “TK” Kenden

TK continued with her little work out for a few minutes. She had lost count on how many pulls ups she did. After a while her breathing came out in huffs. TK's eyes narrowed for a moment. Her nose suddenly wrinkled. Something smells funny... TK wondered when suddenly, the sounds of gunshot rang through her head and smell of blood overwhelmed her senses. Her eyes widened as she released her grip on the beam, and landed on the wooden deck with a soft thud. Her tail swished along the ground as she stood up straight.

"What in the good Lord's name was that?!" TK asked no one in particular. The girl had to side step as Sawyer rushed past, obviously in urgency. She wondered what was going on. The curious cat side got the better of her.

TK followed Sawyer, and stopped at the door, being very silent. She could smell the ingredients used for the potions form where she was standing. But there was still the funny scent that hung over everything else. What is that? Her eyes narrowed again as she tried to figure out what it was.

"Sorry for the intrusion folks. The blacksmith was poisoned." TK hit her hand on her forehead. Of course its poison you idiot! TK mentally made fun of herself. TK saw sure that she had smelled something like this mystery poison before.

"What kind of poison? Because we obviously need 1 type of antidote for each type of poison, and I may know the antidote." Asher said to the others, lifting up the unconscious, poisoned Gumi. "I-I may be of some assistance." TK pronounced, stepping out from behind the door. "I could try to... I don't know... compare the scent of the poison to something else that may have been used in it?" TK muttered. She wanted to help in any way. TK blinked. The poison may be deadly. They needed to act quickly.

TK took a few tentative steps forward and walked over to Asher, who was holding Gumi. TK's nose twitched as she could smell the poison in Gumi's breath. "It smells kind of... almondy... and... umm... Isn't that bad?" TK said. She didn't know very much about poisons, just that there was one in particular that smelled like almonds. However the name of it had slipped her out of her mind. She looked at Elly and Asher. "Do either of you know, because I can't remember which one smelled like almonds..."

Sawyer put his palm to his forehead. He knew this was going to happen. How could he have been so stupid as to toss those bodies overboard and not check them?

"I, uh. Well, you see...I.." Sawyer didn't know how to say it. He didn't want people to know what had happened earlier. He had no choice though. Perhaps If there was enough time by the time they all arrived at Wernthall, they could get a remedy. Perhaps it wasn't even lethal though.

"Okay, so here's the deal." Sawyer started to tell Asher, Tamantha, and Elweise. "Grass head over here apparentely got in some bar fight earlier this morning." Sawyer pointed at the unconscious beauty laying on the cot. "She ruffed the guy up pretty well. There was a gang of them. I counted four. I went down to the bar after eves dropping on that kid and his Charr mate doin' some weird shit up in the crows nest. I needed a drink after hearing that weird stuff." Sawyer explained. "When i got to the bar area, there was this guy, big ass fella', sayin' it wasn't his fault the "Green Haired Whore" beat his ass. Now i don't think she's a whore or anything, so don't go thinking that. Okay, anyway. I started eves dropping on that guys conversation, cause that's what i do. I heard him mention on getting back at him. I laughed, he heard, he got in my face, i beat the shit of him. I told them to get off at the black city when we made port. Only, that was when i thought that was the first place we were making port. Little Captain Markus told me otherwise." Sawyer said the listeners. "That was the first time i went down there...." He waited for a response from everyone.

"After hearing Markus say we're making port at Wernthall, I kind of got worried. I went back down to deal with them. They showed up, swords blazing. They mentioned that the "Oaf" who I called their leader, poisoned her." Sawyer pointed again to Gumi. " Again, the pirates threatened me, and when the hell did we start letting pirates on the ship? Anyway, they threatened me and her again... But this time i made sure they wouldn't hurt me or...her...again."

Sawyer tilted his head down, and saw that the tips of his white sleeves were a little stained with red. He cross his hands behind his back so no one could see. At least he hoped no one did. He tilted his head back up.

"I didn't grab the poison from them when i was done with them though..." He waited for a response.

"No, i'm jus' fine, I jus' needa... sleep it... off is all.." the blacksmith said before collapsing on to the floor.

Soon afterwards, another male creature came in, one Elly hasn't ever seen before. Following him was Tiger Girl, TK. The man stated that the Green Haired girl was poisoned, but Elly didn't know to trust on that or not. She staid seated just watching until the TK Girl confirmed that she had something that smelled like almonds in her breath. 'Almond smell... Cyanide smells like almonds!' Elweise quickly got out of her seat and start rummaging through the potions on her table and shelves as the second man creature explained what happened. 'Cyanide antidote potion... Cyanide antidote potion... I should really start labeling these...' Elly picked up a flask with a clear liquid in it. "Alright!" Elweise shouted surprisingly loud, "the poison was most likely cyanide." She looking over at the male creature named Asher, who had picked up the poisoned girl, "Lay her down my bed over there." She pointed to the small bed against the wall. "She's in the right place. I'll take care of her from here. You all can go now."

Tamantha “TK” Kenden

"She's in the right place. I'll take care of her from here. You all can go now."

TK looked up from the ground at Elly. Quite frankly, TK did not want to leave the sick crew mate. TK also knew she had to get out of this room before she passed out from the fumes. She rubbed her nose as he eyes watered like someone with allergies. "I hope Gumi gets better. I know she's in good hands." TK said as she walked out of the room. Her tail coiled around her leg as if to be comforting. TK had to hold her nose to prevent herself from sneezing. "I need some fresh air..." TK muttered and stepped up onto the main deck. She was unaware that the ship's little fairy had just been mopping and scattered the water everywhere.

TK continued to rub her eyes, but the fresh air helped. She was unable to see where she was going when her heel hit a small water puddle. So small that this teen girl would be the other one to hit it. Her foot slid out forwards and TK's eyes snapped open wide. Her tail was coiled around her leg, so she was unable to balance herself quick enough.

Her back was the first thing to hit the deck, then her head whipped back and slammed into the solid wood. The wind was knocked out of her, and TK gasped for breath. She gripped her chest and coughed a few times, then almost started dry-heaving. When the air seemed to crawl its way back into her lungs, TK gave a few dry coughs. "Ugh ow... why me..?" TK muttered and put a hand on the back of her head, then winced. There was already a bump forming. Her pain was immediately replaced by anger. "Who in the hell did this?!" She yelled getting to her feet. Her head started pounding again and TK grimaced. "Damn..." The anger was wiped away and replaced by pain again.

Sawyer walked up to outer deck, once again being welcomed by the cool breeze blowing in his face. It was relaxing. The only sort of relaxation he had this strange, miserably long morning. There were darker splotches all along the deck. "Weird." Sawyer said to himself. For some reason the deck was soaking wet. "I wonder what idiot poured water all over the place and didn't even bother to say anything." He took his hood off in frustration. He didn't know why he was so frustrated...It was just a bit of water... (That feeling again. I need to hurt something. The blood wasn't enough. Those "men" weren't enough.) He started to sweat in his frustration. He cupped his forehead with his hand. He was nervous, he was anxious. Why was this happening to him? His heart began to beat faster, until the point of his stomach turning on him. He ran to the rail and vomited overboard. Even vomiting didn't change anything. He was still a nervous wreck. "What is the feeling? My heart feels like it's going to explode." Sawyer said to himself.

He took a deep breath. In and out. In out out. (That's it Sawyer, don't let anyone seen you looking like a moron up on deck.) he said to himself. He started to look around and start pacing. It was sorta helping, but not really. How does one cope with something like this. Hurt someone again? Kill someone again?

"NO!" Sawyer yelled in anger. "I will not. I want to be... to be, normal. But how can I..." He stopped mid-sentence and saw Tamantha laying on her back on deck. There was water around her. Obviously she slipping and ate wood pretty hard. "Might as well check on her" Sawyer said to himself. He walked over to her and tilted his head down, his long hair swaying left and right in the wind. He held his hand out generously. (I can hide it this way. I can look normal in front of everyone else. But deep down, i'm really a... Monster.)

"Need help Tigra?"

"Need help Tigra?"

TK looked up at Sawyer and his outstretched hand and grabbed it. When he pulled her up, a searing pain stabbed into her head. “Ohh…” She let out a groan. “That’s gonna hurt un the morning… never mind… it hurts now…” TK squeezed her eyes shut as her head throbbed slightly. She did not let go of Sawyer for fear of falling. Her tail was fluffed up and lashing around and her ears flattened to her head. Every sound increased the intensity of the splitting headache.

(Sorry its so short!)

"Seems like you bumped your head pretty good." Sawyer said to Tamantha as she leaned up against him. The thought of food went through Sawyer. When was the last time he ate? He needed a meal, a nice big one. He was sure Tigra would eat also. Who would turn down free food?

"You hungry? I'll buy if you want." He asked her. "What you need is some good cooking and a jug of water, perhaps....wine, for the headache that is."

"Seems like you bumped your head pretty good."

“Ya ha.” TK rubbed her temple as her vision cleared up a bit.

"You hungry? I'll buy if you want. What you need is some good cooking and a jug of water, perhaps....wine, for the headache that is."

TK huffed out a breath. Sure, food sounded great, but wine? Ugh. “Alcohol? Hell no. That will only make things so much worse… but you don’t have to buy anything for me…” TK muttered as she let go of Sawyer’s arm tentatively. Her tail helped balance herself and she swayed a bit, but eventually balanced out. When she opened her eyes back up, she had to squint for a bit for her eyes to re-adjust to the light. She blinked a few times so that the white spots cleared from her vision.
