Apearance:
Zack has short and slightly spiky black hair that's soft to the touch and large grey eyes, with an expression of vague grumpiness on his face. He's thin as a stick and stands short at a mere 161cm. He's not exactly handsome, but he's not that bad-looking either. In a way, you could call him passably attractive, especially if he smiles. Unfortunately, as his face looks like it doesn't know how to smile, it remains merely passable. Despite his compact size and looking like he'd barely pass PE, Zack can be very intimidating when he wants to be, and has a whole arsenal of glares that he uses to his advantage.

Zack likes to wear baggy clothes and layers, such as hoodies. He doesn't really care what he wears so long as its comfortable really. Mostly, he can be found with his phone.

Personality:
Zack's not a very nice guy. He's pretty grumpy and mildly fed up with the world, preferring to be on the net instead of talking to people. His mindset is pretty cynical, too - Zack doesn't really believe that the worlds a good place. In fact, he thinks that the world sucks and has a vengeance against good people and that wait, actually most people are kind of utter bastards, even if there are a few good people out there. As a result, Zack doesn't really trust any people, and this in combination with his tendency for brutal honesty, ridiculous stubbornness and going onto the net instead of talking to people has caused many to assume that Zack is an unrepentant jerk at first glance.

That is not exactly the case. A closer look reveals that Zack does have his good points, and that his cynicism might in fact be a semi-exaggerated facade.

Zack might not be a nice guy, but he's a good one. Despite believing that humans aren't really worth it, he still feels the obligation to help them out even if he doesn't really get why he's doing it. It's mainly because Zack is a righteous guy - he's not someone who ignores or sits back and wait for someone else to handle if something terrible is happening in front of him, he's the one who'd run to stop it and refuse to stand down, or ask what's going on between the two and help them come to a conclusion. Zack hates inaction, and will not turn his eyes away from the truth even if it hurts. He might not trust people, but that doesn't mean Zack doesn't care for them. In fact, he cares so much that it hurts, which is why his grumpiness is there to keep it at bay. Much like how Zack is the kind of guy who doesn't hold back his punches, he's also not the kind of guy to hold back his praises and will offer suggestions on how to make it better, and his ridiculous stubbornness and independence can also be translated as Zack being incredibly determined and hardworking. Even if he's on the net, he's surprisingly perceptive of people and a good listener, and if his classmates or friends need help Zack will often be amongst on of the first to offer his support. In a way, you could say that Zack cares a lot more than he appears to.

Zack is also pretty pragmatic. He knows how to be objective, and is also pretty smart. He's a 'tough love' kind of guy, in that he refuses to pull his punches because he doesn't really believe that coddling helps and gives constructive criticism. He's also the kind of guy who refuses to look away from the truth, no matter how much it hurts, and keeps his views to himself unless asked or pissed off.

He changes slightly around his brother. Zack smiles more around Neil, and although his words are still sharp he softens more and lets his guard down more, becoming less standoffish. Zack is really protective of his brother, and aiming at Neil is a guaranteed way of pissing him off. Target Neil and the people he trusts successfully and Zack gets brought down to his knees.

Past:
Not a very nice one. Zack and his older-by-two-years brother, Neil Kassel, were raised primarily by their father. Their mother was around, but she didn't really care much for them, often leaving her children to their own devices while she went off to do her own thing. Mr Kassel wasn't really a nice guy, either - he liked seeing the people he loved cry, which meant that he tried his best to make his children shed tears by destroying anything that was precious to them. Any friends they made got chased away, for example. When the two brothers reached out for help from their mother, she just blew smoke in their direction and stated she didn't care. Neil more or less raised Zack and took the brunt of Mr Kassel's attentions to protect his little brother, who hadn't really realised why all his precious things were disappearing and why his dad smiled whenever he cried. This ended up backfiring when Zack, who was seven at the time, got the worst beating of his life in which his dad stated everything that was going on, which made the shock all the more worse.

Near the end of the beating, Neil came across them. Judging from the smile on Mr Kassel's face, that had been intentional. That day, Neil had cried for reasons he wouldn't tell Zack, and Zack grew suspicious. Two weeks later, his suspicions were confirmed when he walked into his dad beating Neil up, and that was the beginning of Zack's nihilistic mindset.

Well, anyway, their dad wrecked everything, but try as he might he couldn't destroy the close bond between his sons. If anything, he only caused them to grow closer like prisoners stuck in jail with no way out. Somewhere during late elementary their mom left for good, which caused their dad's behaviour to grow worse (again, Neil bore the brunt of it until Zack figured out what he was doing and scolded him for it), during which the beatings got worst and more frequent. Finally, when Nick got so badly hurt that he had to go to the hospital (they lied on what happened), Zack made his own decision - they were going to move out. It took a lot of trouble, but by the time Zack was fourteen and Neil was sixteen they'd found a cheap place and took the opportunity to leave the house under excuse of going to be nearer to school. Their dad laughed, but did nothing to prevent them from moving out. They had a few troubles at first, but by the time Zack turned sixteen they're leading relatively good lives in a pretty large loft, far away from their past.

★Partner Relationship★

Zack and Mell met each other through Neil. Neil and Mell knew each other through a gaming forum, and for a while they played games together online, forming a great trio. Mell helped a lot with the Kassel brothers moving into their new loft - Neil asked Mell for help finding a new apartment, and Mell sent a list of cheap apartments. They remained online buddies for a while, and after a few years they discovered Mell was in the same school as Neil. After a while they found each other and now Mell hangs out at their place every so often, getting invited to play late-night gaming marathons.

Although Zack and Mell met each other through Zack's older brother, the two have a friendship in their own rights. Zack tends to nag Mell like a naggy mother, often telling her to eat or study properly and all that stuff, and Mell tends to help calm Zack down before he gets too off the rails. Although they are opposites in some ways - Zack can be quite rowdy while Mell is quite calm - they do have similar interests, such as gaming, and can often be found just chilling out quietly somewhere.

So begins...

ImageIt was a beautiful day when the Aurem students said their last goodbye to their school, or what was left of it. As they loaded the last of their remaining possessions into the trucks, many tears fell. Some took solace in the fact that it wouldn’t be forever, in a few months they would be back in their home, but until then they would have to stay at a school far different then the one they knew.

With the last of boxes packed, the students clambered into the three limousines, beginning their procession towards their host school. The ride was mostly silent, the Aurae students tense with anticipation. The ride breezed by, as if it had only take a moment when it really took just under an hour. Just outside New York City, Metim made Aurae look like a dollhouse, easily ten times it's size. With a student body of almost three hundred, thirty more was no issue.

After a moments hesitation, the students stepped out onto their new campus. Promptly greeted by the headmistress and corralled into the dining hall for the welcoming feast. The loud chatter that had been happening between the already seated Metim students ceased immediately. Some of the students we're eager to mingle with the other school, however many clumped together. Not so happy with their current situations.

With a commanding tone, the headmistress of Metim began the feast. "Today two schools come together as one. For the next few months we will no longer be separate, rivals competing for better reputations. No, for now we are family. A team coming together to learn from one another, welcoming the students of Aurae into our home as we would hope the would us." With one fluid motion she whipped her glass of wine into the air. "To new friendships and the future between our two schools." The rest of the students matched her motion, clinking glasses with a few of their neighbors before digging into the extravagant meal.

ImageFor most of the car ride Kirsa had been tense, nose deep in a book that she could barely keep her mind on. She had never liked the vehicles, and it certainly didn't help that she was on her way to a place that would be nothing like the safe place she had spent the last two years. Her leg bobbed up and down uncontrollably, not bothering to stop the fidgeting if she had even notice. Anything that took her mind off of the deathtrap she was currently sitting was more than welcome. The ride felt as if it had dragged on for years to the girl, but soon enough they were pulling up the school's driveway.

Kirsa was the first to dash out of the car, gasping in the fresh air outside as if she were a swimmer who had just come back to the surface after staying underwater for a bit to long. For a moment she forgot to worry about the opinions of the headmistress or the others, however once she had finished relishing the open air, she shrunk back into the clump of students exiting the limousines. As the students were guided through the halls, Kirsa walked alongside her partner.

"What do you think the humans will be like?" She whispered to Karma. They didn't have all too much time to discuss this, as the double doors before them were flung open, exposing the large dining hall within. The hall shone a bright gold, covered in the delicate material throughout the room from picture frames to cutlery. Four of the room's three long tables were already filled with students, all of who had their eyes glued on the new students. The sight made the girl want to shrink back into the crowd and never be seen again.

The headmistress gestured for the students to take a seat, and while a few were called over by Metim students, Kirsa trailed along behind the mass of Aurae students, slipping onto the bench that ran along the empty table. There was already a blanket of things across the table, including a glass of a dark red liquid that looked like wine but had the scent of a sweet juice.

After the headmistress had finished her little speech, Kirsa mirrored the people around her. Lifting up the glass with an enthusiastic, "Cheers!" Who knows, maybe this wouldn't be so bad after all.

Honestly? During the speech and breakfast with the school merging together like the perfect students they were all suppose to be, Mell was getting ready. Hell she wasnt even out of bed yet and just staring at the wall and nothing at the same time, legs hanging off the bed. Her hair was in every direction along with her sleepwear somehow but her glasses had stayed miraculously in place during her eventful moving last night. She had never been a morning person, because who hates themselves enough to WANT to get up early and be all chipper? Everyone jokes about how Mell isnt actually awake until somewhere at the end of first period, but they arent quite wrong at that since she will fall asleep if not watched. She has proven that alarm clocks will in fact give up after one too many snoozes.

The rare times she gets up and goes to the dining halls usually ends up with some of her schoolmates betting on whether she will go face first into her food. And her being like this is all her fault 100% of the time with her never even TRYING to go to sleep at any appropriate time. Her "bed time" is right before dawn, when everyone else she plays games with online or talks to is also actually going to sleep as well. Last night was a mix of texting Neil about whatever it was and trying her hand at painting again although really horrible landscapes are about the best she can do. The paint always ends up more on her than on the canvas panel. Example being there is a bit of bright pink in her hair and a smudge of teal on her left cheek at this very moment.

The point is, she has no idea whats going on today. She probably wont notice it either, even with all the nice new faces that will be in her second year class. Can you blame her though? Its not like a person is suppose to know every single body in her whole year! Zack might notice, but paying attention to detail isnt her shtick and it isnt about to become a hobby of hers either. The other point is, she is about to be incredibly late. That detail she does notice when she finally sees her clock and promptly flails and falls out of bed with a loud "god damn it!" Detention is not on the to do list today, but it sure looks like she will be crossing it off anyways as she runs out of her room with her school bag. At least she can proudly say that she remembered to change out of her sleepwear into pants and a hoodie, its not like wearing a shirt is important when youve got one right?

Upon seeing the school in all its glory, Zack's first thought was:

Yea Lords, this place is huge.

He'd heard about it from Neil and Mell, of course. But despite having thought of himself as prepared Zack still couldn't quite comprehend what he was seeing. His middle school had been a decently sized public school where everyone ate in the canteen or out in the field, or the classroom if they'd brought their own lunches. The students there weren't exactly millionaire-rich, and thus the mode of transport had been a variety of cars ranging from a sleek Jaguar to a beaten up old motorcycle to taking the bus, or in Zack's case walking the thirty minute route to the school entrance.

Metim High was at least twice the size of his old school and way more fancier. Here, there was actually a dining hall with long tables instead of just rounded tables were everyone could choose to seat. Here, people apparently rode limousines (seriously, who even rode limos to a school?!) on what seemed like a daily basis, if the group of limos entering the school were any judge. Zack gapped at the dining hall decked out in all its glory with what seemed like flabbergasted awe and horror, until someone nudged him playfully on the shoulder and knocked him out of his dumbfounded reverie and said smugly:

"Told you."

"No kidding. What is with this fancy place?! It looks like its been here since WW2." Zack whirled around to face his brother, remembering at the last second to keep his voice down. Resisting the urge to throw his hands up in the air, Zack settled for quirking his eyebrow at Neil instead, crossing his arms as Neil tilted his head with a broad smile that made it pretty obvious that he was enjoying Zack's confusion. "I know there are scholarships and all, but how'd we even get in here again?"

"There's a normal student's program," Neil said promptly. Grinning broadly as Zack rolled his eyes, Neil flung an arm comfortably, if a bit awkwardly around Zack's shoulders and steered him towards the nearest table so that they wouldn't block anyone's way. Zack followed along obediently. "Just because it looks fancy enough to seem like a mansion doesn't mean that only rich kids can enter, you know."

"Yeah, right. What about all those limousines then? And I'm fairly sure I saw a butler back in that car park. The carpark filled with ridiculously expensive ca-"

"Fine fine, quite a few of the students are richer than we could ever hope to be, Mr Grumps." Neil rolled his eyes at Zack's disbelieving look, letting out an exasperated huff. "The limousines were kind of a shocker, yeah, but different schools, Zack! Trust me, there are a lot of normal students here. This isn't a rich people's school like you think it is, you know." As if sensing Zack's discomfort, Neil hugged Zack closer with the arm circled around him, sending a soft smile his way. "I promise, you'll get used to it in no time if you let yourself. I did, after all!" he laughed, waving a hand out as if introducing an audience.

"Faster then you did anyway. Stop hugging me, you're suffocating." Zack drawled, ducking downwards and out of Neil's grip. Despite his gruff tone, there was no real heat to it, and Zack stayed close to Neil even after stepping out of Neil's way, a small shadow against the older boy's side.

Even now, Zack still wasn't good at showing his appreciation straightforwardly. Still, Neil knew what he meant (thank you, don't force yourself, don't worry) and the older brother laughed, slipping his hands into his pocket with a soft, affectionate smile on his face and a light spring to his step.

"Where's Mell?" Zack asked instead, coming to a stop near the wall. "I thought she'd be here too." He narrowed his eyes as a thought crossed his mind. "Is she late?"

"Probably." Neil stifled a large yawn. "Stayed up late last night with her talking about stuff, its probably from that." He shot Zack a wide grin. "I think she's still asleep. I'll send her a text - ah! Gotta go lil bro, its starting soon."

Zack batted at the hand Neil used to ruffle his hair, although there wasn't much effort behind it. "Don't touch the hair!" he said testily, but there was a quirk of a smile threatening to turn it upwards and his eyes were soft as he looked at Neil. "Go catch up with your friends, I'll just stay here and surf the net or something."

"Like it needs any more help in being messed up! And don't surf the net all the time! Make sure to make friends! Bye!"

"Yeah, yeah, whatever. Make sure not to fall asleep in class! Bye." As Neil moved out of sight, Zack gave a small grin to himself, feeling slightly more at ease. "Heh."

Grabbing a seat at the very edge of the table, Zack sat down and promptly pulled out his phone, surfing the net and ignoring his surroundings until the Headmistress began the feast.A temporary merging of Aurae and Metim? Guess Neil was right. Zack resisted the urge to ignore the whole speech to pull out his phone and search the net for the school, idly tapping the table instead. Heh, she probably took them in for the money - the whole school must be loaded if they could afford limousines for the kids instead of normal buses.

...Why limos?
Zack frowned as he hit upon a new question. Buses would be faster and less eye-attracting, and less expensive, although everyone would need to group together. What's going on here?

No time to think about that now, though. Filing the thought away for later, Zack lifted his own glass up like everybody else as the headmistress ended her speech, toasting the air sarcastically before digging in. Filling his plate with food, Zack stuffed his mouth with food to avoid conversation, his eyes flickering around to look for familiar faces. All around him, people were talking, and the noise washed over Zack soothingly. Out of the corner of his eye, he could see Neil talking enthusiastically to a couple of other classmates.

Hmm. Mashed potatoes, scrambled eggs, bacon and some toast. Zack took a bite and swallowed.

Well, at least the food is good... But seriously, where is Mell?

With a stretched out huge smile and widened shiny eyes, Haruka was on the edge of her seat. She still couldn't believe Metim was about to temporary merge with an entire school. She couldn't wait to meet the newcomers and get to know them. Perhaps they'd need some time to get used to the new environment and learn which is where.
"They can always ask us for help!" she thought to herself. "Someone is lost, can't find their classroom, but class starts soon? Haruka will be there! Someone is hurt, but doesn't know where the nurse is? Haruka to the rescue!"
She was unaware of the strange and determined faces she made while thinking that.

Haruka went back to reality once the speech started. She listened to it with her whole heart and wiped a tear off her eye. She couldn't agree more. She raised her wine glass with such energy, a drop found its way out and ended up on the table.

"Shin! Don't be so fast! You might choke!" the girl whispered to her partner Shintori, before smiling at him. "I'm so glad you made it for the speech!" she said and affectionately rubbed his upper arm.

Haruka's attention was taken away by Apollo who introduced himself, along with his partner and tried to start a conversation with her and Shintori. She waved at them happily.
"Heeeyyyyy!" Haruka greeted them in a high pitched voice before turning her head towards Shin, waiting for his response about the book.

"Let's just hope one of these meat pies don't push their luck," Nukpana said, filling her plate with any meat she could find that was being served. She noticed, how could she not, the stares she was getting from the humans, or 'meat pies' as she often referred to them, but let it slide passed. She was focusing so much on trying to not kill anyone at the moment that anything else was barely even on her radar of things to care about.

Nukpana, as she aggressively ate the mound of food on her plate, did take in her surroundings a bit more. With her hunger distracted for the moment she was able to hold a clear head long enough to stare down the other students and get an assessment of them. She noticed that Apollon and Arunaida were sitting with the other students and seeming rather friendly, or at least Apollon was. He chatted, happy as ever with the blonde male and doe-eyed female humans across from him, she gathered that Arunaida was just playing along with his over friendly partner. Her eyes focused a male with spiky, dark hair that seemed as disarranged with everything as she was, though with a far less ravenous hunger.

For the most part these students seemed as comfortable and distracted by their environment as as the prey of prey. They hardly even considered what lurked among them on this day.

"See any fascinating specimens?" Nukpana asked her partner. Now that she had food in her stomach she could at least pass for a little while as a somewhat normal conversationalist, though she still would appreciate a distraction.

Mell stood outside of the parking lot as she gave a loud yawn, attempting to scratch her head with her helmet on, and looked over at the scool still too tired to really care about the time and her almost being late. She rubbed an eye through the window with the end of her suit sleeve, thankfully the nice woman who lived next door to her had caught sight of her topless and turned her around to "put something on for Lord's sake!" Mells strides were slow, walking up the school steps after propping her motorcycle in its spot, helmet still tight on her head while she practically dragged her bag behind.

She could tell by the clamoring and the absence of student bodies that at least she hadnt quite missed breakfast juust yet and her body was awake to tell her that she BETTER go and eat something or she will be hearing about it all day. With a sigh that fogged up her helmets window she zombie walked her way to the banquet hall. Since the occurrence of her being late is nothing new, very few would have looked at the small creak of one of the doors opening and her appearing from them. Mells steps were very sure as she walked to her seat, or what was pretty much her seat since she was always at the same one, without needing to open her eyes.

When Mell got to the table she yawn again before holding a hand up to lightly ruffle Zacks hair, something she would do til she died whether he liked it or not. With a drop of her bag under the table she plopped down on her seat although it caused her to nearly sit in another persons lap before she actually made it to where she was trying to be. Facing the table she finally could eat something and her hand went to go for food, or it appeared that way, but instead scooted thing out of the area. This being a practiced art to her now she didnt even have to open her eyes once and soon her helmeted head had thumped on the table while she let out a loud groan. Her voice was muffled as she hoarsely complained "Why is the sun still alive?"

Ah, there Mell was. Zack spotted her as she shuffled her way through the hall towards the table, moving like a caffeine addict in search of coffee. She was late! Ugh, he knew he should have called her in the morning, but he'd figured that even Mell wouldn't be late for the first day of the school year. Apparently, he'd been wrong. Idiotic gaming addicts who have no sense of time... He looked up as Mell made her way slowly to his table, giving her a frown. "You're late." He stated in place of a greeting, placing his fork down. Then he scowled as she ruffled his hair, reaching a half-resigned hand up to bat her hand away from his hair. It left before he could do much more than flap uselessly at it, and Zack scowled harder at Mell, a faint red tinting his cheeks.

"Don't touch the hair!" He snapped as Mell took her seat, half-resigned but still opting to say it anyway. She'd been ruffling his hair ever since he'd first met her, there was no way she'd stop now. Zack shifted to the side, eyebrows furrowing together as he examined her. "... You didn't eat breakfast, did you?" It was more a statement than a question.

Was she trying to make him shorter or something?! Zack didn't need to be any shorter than he already was, thank you very much. Patting someone on the head with enough pressure and they'd shrink from the force, wouldn't they?! It was an old folk myth, yes, but despite Zack's disbelief of fairy tales he didn't see the need to prove it true. Stupid tall giant trying to make me stay a shrimp, that ass.

Although, not that he would ever admit it (Never! Not until he was lying rotting in his grave), it had felt good, like the way a person scratched a dog on the head or cats over their ears. But not the point!

"Why is the sun still alive?"

"To torment idiots who didn't know when to stop playing and sleep." Zack said tartly. He scowled as he stood up to take second helpings, dumping more toast and bacon on his plate. As an afterthought, he grabbed a bowl and filled it with cereal and milk. "But really it's just a star that's really bright, so it can't choose to just fade away. If it does we die. Now eat." He stated, slamming the plate down inches away from her resting head. The bowl was slammed with much less vigour, causing the milk inside to slosh but not spill. "Breakfast is the most important meal of the day," he lectured Mell, sounding a lot like a mother repeating a lesson for her kids to learn. "Miss it and you're like a coffee addict without coffee. There's egg and toast but there's also cereal. Which one are you taking?"

Food was disappearing, not only around Nukpana, but on every table. The headmaster was talking to the headmistress of Metim, a heavy conversation. Nukpana's attention zeroed in on them as she nibble one of the last pieces of bacon. She didn't like the expression on the headmaster's face. It seemed stressed as he wildly was explaining something the headmistress lady.

"Odd," Nukpana whispered to herself, "They're arguing." I wonder if headmaster will dismember here? she added in her thoughts. The headmaster, as far as Nukpana had seen him, was always very cool headed. Out of everyone in the school he could easily live among the humans without detection, and rumors have it that he had. Not to say he didn't have a temper, but it wasn't one that peeked without severe consequences.

She continued to watch, snipping off pieces of meat with her teeth, her eyes never blinking, and her entire body completely still. She was on high alert, anticipating and hoping for the blood bath of the century.

Only it didn't come to that. The headmaster drew a breath in and stood up, clinging his cup, the headmistress looking rather pleased with herself.

"May I have your attention!" the headmaster said and the room fell immediately silent, faster than with the other woman because no matter what she tried she would never hold that dangerous air that their dear headmaster carried with him. "The headmistress...and I...have been talking and come to the conclusion that to better integrate our students from Aurae into this school of yours we will pair up some students from Metim to a couple of the students from Aurae. You will find your pairings with your school schedule and you will share your home room with your partner."

"As a Metim student," the headmistress interrupted suddenly standing up, "It is your duty to educate your Aurae partner about our rules, help them discover the grounds, answer any questions they may have, and above all befriend these new students to make them feel more welcome and at ease in this new and strange environment. You will be able to pick up your semester's schedule at the tables right outside the doors. Classes won't start until tomorrow, allowing all new students to find their classes and get settled in. Now hop to it!" She clapped her hands with a small bounce.

"When I lose it, she's the first to go," Nukpana said to those around her. She followed behind Gwendoline as they went to get their schedules. The witch was always more comfortable with new things, while Nukpana stayed stationed in forests decades. She much preferred to be Gwendoline's shadow, watching everything carefully and tactfully. They made it to the table with not a lot of crowds, it seemed that the Aurae students just wanted to get in and get out and their overbearing, scary presence helped them cut through the crowds.

An overly cheery girl with a bow in her hair, handed Nukpana her schedule. "Welcome to Metim, Wendy," the girl chirped.

Nukpana glowered to Gwendoline at the name, she was the only one who ever called her that or knew of that name so it was obviously Gwendoline who fed that name to the school on her behalf. She then looked at her schedule; classes, classes, lunch, classes, and then at there was a name. Zack Kassel.

"What's this name mean," Nukpana demanded of the cheery girl. With some pleasure Nukpana could see the girl started to sweat.

"That's the n-name of the Metim-m student that wi-will be showing you ar-round," the girl stuttered still smiling as best she could. Nukpana grabbed Gwendoline's arm with a force that could break bones and shoved the paper in front of her partner's face.

Mell sat up at Zacks mention of food and she grabbed for the eggs and toast, searching the table for any bacon and taking a handful to add to her plate. She was STARVING, not like she doesnt eat but free food is free food to her and anyone should have their fill when it comes to it. Sadly the food started leaving as she was about to dig in and she had to hide her plate in her lap, glaring around through her helmet at anyone. She leaned her head in her hand and pretended to listen to the headmistress talking about whatever it was. She missed the earlier announcement and it wasnt like she was awake enough for this one either.

Mell had no idea what it was about speeches that got their principal off, but she loved to hear herself talk quite a bit. New students were mentioned but there were new students were coming in all the time, thats nothing new. The whole no school thing got her attention and did a little fist pump in the air. She didnt mind school but she felt like a zombie already and classes would just make her even worse through out the day. When everyone was dismissed she turned to Zack "Im pretty sure thisll be the first plate of the semester Ive stolen." She damn near had a collection by now just from last year, maybe she should look into the silverware and cups next.

After things started to die down she pulled her long legs out of the table, rubbing Zacks head again with her free hand, and to get her schedule. It was pretty boring for her with two gym classes, two sciences, an AP class in math and in English, and the worst ever..... German. Ugh German was the worst subject ever, not only does her accent make it difficult to say anything correctly but Mell cant pick up any ind of language to save her life. Shes horrible at it, first week she even was able somehow able to insult the teacher. Mell still isnt sure what she said but it did get her suspended so.

Well it could be worse, she could have have to sit through Geometry again or something. So she went back to her locker, its key in her hand to so she could store her bag there for tomorrow. Leaning against them afterwards she went at her plate, after she took her helmet off finally. Its kinda stuffy in that stupid law required, hella comfy thing. The groans of her happy eating could probably be heard down the empty hall.
