Personality: "What you're expecting some sweet little girl with a heart of gold that's kind to everyone? That's just pathetic."

|Masochistic|Seemingly sadistic|Manipulative|Secretive|Dark|

Katherine to others who do not know her on a very personal level may seem sadistic due to her inflicitng pain on others whenever she deems fit. Those who do or did know her on a more personal level would probably describe her as a manipulative bitch.Really she has a thing for her own pain though she doesn't really allow others to inflict pain on her she finds a way to do it herself. Katherine is a dark girl at times dwelling on things many would feel abnormal like self-harm but she talks about it freely and nonchalantly. She can seem calm even maybe happy in certain situations but don't let that fool you she can become dangerous at any moment and still not show anger. She has a thing of quoting Edgar Allen Poe but not often. Her outer appearance is contradictory to her personality but things about her past are completely off limits to anyone. Katherine doesn't keep many friends and those who consider her as a friend even know not to dare ever ask about her past or try to pick a fight with her because they know if they were to do either of those they'd probably be picking up their teeth with broken fingers while she simply walked away.

Katherine usually has an inviting air to her but really when she meets someone she (7 times out of 10) she's the complete opposite and if she gets the chance she won't hesitate to hurt you or manipulate you if it benefits her. Katherine is inexperienced in romance and tends to believe love does not exist but in reality she isn't even that fond of the word. If someone were to actually love her she would probably brush it off, not to be cruel, but because she wouldn't know what to do. She's unfamiliar with feeling love for anyone as she never has. Along with that the word sorry isn't something in her vocabulary. Never has she said it because she sees no reason for it as she won't ever show if she's feeling regret so the person would probably think it was an insincere apology so she thinks why should she bother? Katherine is the way she is now because of past events in her life that made her become this way. She didn't wake up one day and just decide to be the way she is it's something that had built up over time. She has learned to built up a wall over her heart to make sure no one ever got in. In reality she doesn't even know what it would be like to be the opposite of herself. She looks out for herself as she knows others do as well.

Powers/Abilities:
Pain Illusion- The ability to create a false feeling of pain on others. Sub-power of Illusion Manipulation and Pain Manipulation. Pain illusion is the ability to trick a individual's mind into thinking they are in excrutiating pain. Though it has no physical affect on the body. She can also make a person feel fine when they really the opposite.

Limitations: if used too much she is prone to headaches, or collapsing. She is unable to use the ability on herself to inflict or take away pain.
  • Can make a enemy faint with the pain.
  • Used as a form of torture.
  • Can drive a person insane with the pain

Telekinesis- The power to manipulate objects with the mind.

Limitations: If she utilizes it too much at a time or lifts too many extremly heavy objects she's prone to nosebleeds, collapsing, and/or black-outs.

Mind compulsion- With all vampires come this ability. It allows the user to control another person's mind by making eye contact, somewhat astral project into their dreams and overall erase the victim's memories or even alter them to the point where something is completely different about them. Compelled beings usually follow the instructions given to them by the vampire who compelled them to the best of their ability. Needless to say, this ability plays a vital role in keeping the existence of Vampires (and by extension, other supernatural races) hidden. Katherine is able to use this on noble and regular. turned vampires.

Limitations: She requires complete eye contact. Transitioning: After a human turns into a vampire, the compulsion wears off and the human begins to remember everything that was erased from their minds.

Flaws:
"Sigh.. you just don't know when to quit."
Inable to trust
Her fear of falling in love with anyone
Her past
She's actually secretly suicidal
Her habit of self-harm

Romantic interest: "Is that some joke?"

History: Katherine was born to vampire royals Queen Victoria and King James. She was unexpected, unplanned for, and unloved. Her mother used her as her personal ash tray while her father used her as a punching and blood-bag. Her mother on several occasions expressed her burning hatred for Katherine as did her father. Their actions proved this as well. She'd be beaten and punished for so much as making eye contact with either of her parents. Punishments would range from kneeling on hard raw rice for hours at a time, depriving of her of any human contact or necessities to live to her father dragging her down to the basement and beating her to a pulp or him tying her down and burning, and/or hitting her.

Victoria was no better. Her mother would show up when she was tied up and burn cigarettes into her. Due to such abuse those who knew about it were to keep quiet about it for fear of being killed by the royal family or being having their loved ones killed. For years all she knew was the pain her parents inflicted and their actions so she picked up on it. She was hardened from her ordeal and therefore changed from being the sweet, innocent, abused girl to a manipulative seemingly cold-hearted girl with tendancies to bend others to her will by either using mental torture or mind compulsion. It was one day where she had fought back as her mother was too weak to stop her but her father hated how weak his wife was and therefore killed her while Katherine had been forced to watch before he, himself commited suicide in front of her once again traumatizing the twelve0year-old girl. She soon got herself free and was the last remaining member of her family. As of right now she has not objectives of obtaining the throne as it serves no use for her. In SA no one knows of her true lineage but she doesn't want others finding out as she knows that if they make a move to try and harm her (as some might actually attempt to) in any way it could start an all out war and that would be troublesome for all of the races.

Other: Katherine has recently begun contemplating what it would be like to actually love someone or have someone love her.

"I'm not that cowardly. I could've killed you when the put you through my little pain inducing trick but I didn't. I see no reason to actually kill others without reason."

Allen growled at that keeping the fireballs coming. He was not sure why she was talking about it. He understood that her pain-spell had taken him by surprise and, indeed, she could have used that when she had the chance to end him, but that was then and this was now. Allen was not going to make the same mistake twice and let her use that move again. He had seen it before. The way the aura around her head tensed when she used it, the second he saw it again. He would blind her and strike her down. Allen was a stubborn prideful man, but he didn't usually get hit by the same thing twice.

Still. The vampire had made a point. She had not killed him. Allen refused to believe it was because she had such a thing as 'morals' or the like. There must have been a reason such as the bitch didn't want to be kicked out of school, or something along those lines. Vampires lived to kill and feed; they had no other purpose as they were monstrosities that plagued the world. Demons were from another plane of existence, the were unwanted guest and invaders. Nothing more. Vampires on the other hand, vampires were an infection upon the world. A blight upon every creature that drew breath.

"Though I have yet to actually grab a sword or actual weapon like you so I can't say much about cowardice." Allen raised an eyebrow at that, "Not counting the glass then?" He mocked as she had used it as a weapon earlier. She had used glass as a weapon, he had made one using his flames. They were the same principle, but it seemed the vampire did not understand that. Well, it was not surprising given that she was, in fact, a lesser creature.

Thanks to his 'eyes' and Cats Grace, Allen saw her cartwheele as well as the kick she sent his direction. Bending backwards, he avoided the attack and took a backwards step to put distance between them. He had to hold himself back as it wasn't time yet. The opening hadn't quite appeared yet.

"You know I've got to hand you some credit. Here you are a warlock going up against a vampire. That takes gaul especially seeing how you've manged this far without going into shock or exerting too much of your energy trying to keep up with me."

Allen snarled at that statement. A warlock taking on a vampire was gual? Vampires were pathetic creatures, and the only thing saving her at the moment was the fact that she wasn't an average vampire. "This is nothing." Allen said, "These fireballs are weak, I can do this all day." Which was true. For his immense magical reserves such weak fireballs were like change to him, but most of his greater spells couldn't be used in their current setting. Burning Skull's explosion would not only incinerate them both, but destroy the entire hallway. Ruby Spear wouldn't hit her and would keep going until it did kill some unlucky bastard. Firestorm was far more likely to burn down the school before it killed her. If they had taken the fight outside, Allen was sure it would be a different story.

But, she was dodging too many of the fireballs and was starting to keep pace with them. Allen pointed the burning blade at her, and smiled, "Try not to die too fast. I would hate to have you die before I was able to gloat."

"Sun Burst." Allen commanded filling the hallway with a blinding light that was the equal of staring directly at the sun from feet away. Using the distraction he created, Allen pumped more power into the blade and forced it to extend at a rapid pace aiming the tip at her leg. He wanted to see just how cocky she would be with half her leg.

Katherine smirked. She was sure his appearant similar speed to her was thanks to some appearant spell meaning he had to kee up pace and a specific distance in order for her attack to work. As soon as the light his she couldn't see as well but saw enough and created the barrage. Once the bright light went away her smirk widened. "The glass compared to a sword shooting fireballs that was a bit cowardly but a barrage of glass I call this checkmate." Ready. Aim and fire. All at once the glass darted towards him all abrubtly. He took the opening she knew she would inevtiably give him in order to use her won attack.

She was taking a risk of major injury but it was worth it as her own trick happened. Small remnant of shards were picked up and darted. They were small enough that if she had been a little bit farther it'd be hard for even her to see them. Katherine wasn't planning on fighting to begin with and she had to admit it did take some energy out of her but she wasn't extremely weakened she just wondered if that was what it took to beat him. She had to admit he was strong and this proved so when she actually engaged in a fight with him. If her were weaker than him or her she would've ignored him but seeing how he stood up again her ability despte how painful it was it showed his strength.

Katherine would probably have to explain the mess she and the ignorant and immature boy had created but it could easily be explained off as self-defense. Everyone who knew Katherine knew that if she was agitated enough she would attack the person who agitated her no matter who they were or if they came at her first it she ould defend herself like any sensible person would but the boy she stood a good distance from obviously hated her for her race which she could say made him a racist because in the same principal if a specific ethnicty of a human had harmed him or did wrong to him and it was just one person would it justify having immense hatred for that entire ethnicty? It seemed foolish to her and the boy's hatred towards the entire vampire race for what one vampire or a few vampires did seemed like a pathtic excuse to hate all of them adn want to eradicate all of them. She viewed that if he planned on destroying all vampires he really was ignorant and pathetic. There were too many to begin with and probably as they stood there she could say that probably several vampires were being made in tat moment somewhere in the world. It seemed extremely unrealistic to her for him to expect to be able to kill off all vampires.

Allen raised an eyebrow. Technically speaking, his sword did not shoot fireballs. His hand did that one. The sword was merely to discourage her from getting too close too fast, that was before he had sent it extending towards her leg, but still he cursed under his breath. He knew sunburst at this distance would not be able to distract her long enough for it to work, but it was a risk he had to take. The light had not blinded him because he did not see light. He did not have human eyes any longer and so the light from his own spell did not phase him, but he did see her aura and her magic effecting the area around him and grabbing onto the shards. He could not see the shards, what Allen saw was her magical force acting upon the shards.

Still Allen's mind raced as his 'eyes' took in the vast amounts of shards. Most of them were small, and he did not have to worry about them slicing into areas that were sensitive such as his eyes as he lacked those. He could probably survive it, but was it worth it? Was her limb truly worth the amount of pain and even risk of death that many shards would produce? Reject was not yet ready. He could not fire it off yet, and for once, Allen wished the vampire would have kept talking and buy him some more time.

To the rest of the world, it was happening quickly, the burning blade was extending to her leg ready to sear it off. The shards were flying at him from all directions ready to impale him, but for him time was moving slowly as his mind was running through all the scenarios trying to find a way to win without risking his own life, but there wasn't any. His large spells wouldn't be too much help as while they would incinerate the glass to dust they would also kill him or burn down the school. Dragons tongue would reduce the ashes coming at him to dust, but would also light the school aflame. His Blade of Ruin and Sunburst were his only real shot at victory without destroying everything.

Allen wanted nothing more then to see this vampire suffer. To see her on her knee clutching on to the remainder of her lost limb as she screamed in pain before him, but it wouldn't be today. The flaming sword in Allen's hand disappeared feet away from her left leg, and the fire on his hands dissipated. "I." Allen started, lifting his chin as the shards flew closer and closer. "Give." His first defeat. If he could close his eyes, he would have as it was beyond understanding. His mind went numb with the realization that he had suffered his first defeat in his life and at the hands of a vampire. A filthy... revolting vampire.

Granted, Allen knew she could keep the shards going and seriously injure him and use the excuse that she couldn't stop the attack once it started, but he did not have a choice. While he could have maimed her for life; in return, there was a good chance he would die, and she wasn't worth that. Allen had far too much left to do before he could let himself die, and so he lifted his chin and watched the shards get closer. The ball was in her court now.

Katherine dropped the shards after hearing him declare his defeat. "You put up quite the fight but I see no reason in kicking you when you're already down. So now I'll spare you but if theres a next time you won't be so lucky." that was a promise not a threat though either her voice remained sweet-sounding. She had already beat him and she had no vendetta against him so she saw no reason to end his life. It was those she hated or did have a reason to kill, those are the ones who should fear for their lives if they were to get into an altercation with her. "Sorry but I can't stay and chit chat. I've got other things to do but you should probably take it easy for a bit." Katherine was gone in an instant. She stopped when she spotted Belial and a red-head.

With a kind smile she approached the two. "Belial I'm glad you made that announcement." she said to the underclassmen then turned to the red-head. This seemed interesting to her for some reason. She was sure her uniform had taken some damage this was proven bu the two holes and singe marks surrounding them. One was on her sleeve while the other was a hole near her the lower part of her stomach. For right now though she hadn't spoke about it. She stuck out her hand for the red-head to shake it. "Hello, I'm Katherine Goldsworthy, student council vice president." she introduced. She was thinking that she may have just found the killer in the party.

His arrival seemed to disturb the boy's friends, the taller of the two putting an arm between them, saying something he didn't care about, and therefore didn't comprehend. She might as well have been talking about dish soap and clementines, and Amon turned his face towards the girl with long, blue hair (Wasn't her name Celestia or something? California? Calli-whatever), and his eyebrows raised, unimpressed. For a moment his eyes narrowed and he glanced up to the ceiling as if silently asking 'why does this chick think she can talk to me?' and without responding to her incomprehensible gargling he turned back to the dumbass who - was he smirking?

Again something was breaking, cracking under pressure, and the dark haired boy crossed his arms, furrowing his brow at the taller male - who was probably only that tall because of an enchantment, cheater. He was about to speak, spit out an insult that would shove a dagger into the male's lungs, and then he said it again. Short. It should have been impossible for him to widen his eyes so much, and he swore he could feel his pupils contracting into slits as he saw red. Someone else was talking, however he couldn't hear them, and Amon took three controlled steps backwards, away from the table, and his expression remained in that same, locked enmity.

"I'm going to tear your larynx to shreds." His threat was deadly serious in his wrath, and it was steady, calm, controlled unlike his previous display. This guy was going to regret looking down on him, and without warning Amon sprinted forward, pressing down on the ground and jumping up onto the table, smashing a glass plate as he landed. It was too bad he wouldn't be lucky enough for one of those shards to somehow fly up and become lodged into this guy's forehead. Nevertheless, gathering supernatural energy and concentrating it into his form Amon leapt again, throwing his weight and momentum towards the taller student, hands reaching outwards to grab onto his shoulders, aiming to knock the air out of the student with his knee, and then threaten him with detention. There was no discipline like physical punishment, the larva wouldn't learn any other way.

Sam. Was that a nickname? The corners of Belial's lips lifted, deciding that either way the name fit the young, gusty girl, and when she went to shake Sam's hand she paused, noticing that they were still transformed into leopard paws. Her mouth formed a surprise 'o', and she giggled because of the girl's mistake, finding her absentmindedness endearing if not anything else. It must be difficult to keep track of your body when you're always transforming, and as the other girl shifted back into a full, human form she wondered if it was possible for her to just morph her ears into that of a feline...and maybe a tail too. Quickly her eyes darted away, imagining the sight, and deciding it was too adorable to keep in her head. So was this school a beacon for cute students? This wasn't fair...she wasn't sure if she should be happy or afraid.

When Sam offered her hand again Belial shook it, her smile returning and countenance steady as ever. "It's nice to meet you Sam. I'm glad you're not hurt." When she was done speaking she let go of the girl's hand, and just as she was about to say something else, out of seemingly no where Katherina appeared, thanking her, and in reaction she rubbed the back of her neck, embarrassed. "You're welcome." She replied, looking down to the ground for a moment. For a second there she completely forgot about the Masquerade, and the entire event sent off warning bells in her head. What were they planning?

She had to keep herself from gulping and she looked back up to Katherine, observing her warily, and occasionally eying the tears and burns on her uniform. What had happened? Belial wanted to question the vice president but thought it would be rude, and therefore kept her mouth shut, waiting for the opportunity. Worried, she shuffled her feet, looking at how Katherine offered her hand to Sam, and she remained silent. Why was the first day so chaotic? It seemed to that her brother and Katherine was behind a good chunk of the incidents as well...and the party didn't exactly comfort her. Oh, she had a long year ahead of her, didn't she?

"It's nice to meet you Sam. I'm glad you're not hurt." Sam nodded again, her face still rather blank. She hadnā€™t even smiled yet.

Sam heard another student approaching the two girls. Her head turned just before she had rounded the corner.

"Belial I'm glad you made that announcement." She complimented Belial by patting her back. Sam remembered hearing an announcement. One about some party with masks that was mandatory. Sheā€™ll find out more about it later. Belial thanked her rather embarrassed. "Hello, I'm Katherine Goldsworthy, student council vice president." Katherine turned to Sam and held out her hand, wanting Sam to shake it. Sam glanced at her hand for a moment before slowly grabbing and shaking it.

ā€œSam Campos.ā€ Sam said blatantly, with another curt nod, no smile. She dropped her hand and it remained at her side. Sam looked the girl over, and saw the burn marks on her uniform. ā€œWhatā€™s with your clothes?ā€™ Sam asked bluntly, actually a tad curious.

Katherine sighed lightly at Sam's question. She was sure Belial must've been wondering the same thing so she simply answered with, "Oh it's nothig really I just got into a little...scuffle." she stated. "Anyways on to more interesting topics can I talk to you about something in a more private place." Katherine was now sure that it would definitely be an entertaining party. After officially getting a killer for the party then she'd go to her dorm and change or kill time until it was time for the party.

At the current time she had to make sure she did in fact complete her part of the party preperations and after getting the killer she'd make sure everything else was in order for the night's events.

"Oh it's nothig really I just got into a little...scuffle." Sam looked at her with interest, wondering who she had fought with. Before she got a chance to ask, Katherine cut her off.

"Anyways on to more interesting topics can I talk to you about something in a more private place." Sam blinked slowly.

What does she want with me? Sam asked herself, tilting her head to the side slightly in confusion. And why does it have to be private? Everyone had to attend, so what was there to hide? Sam huffed out a breath. Whateverā€¦ this school sure it weird as hellā€¦

Sam tilted her head upward instinctively and stared at Katherine for a moment. She shrugged. ā€œOk then. Lead the way.ā€ Sam muttered, putting her hands into her pockets. Sam glanced at Belial, giving her a silent apology just with the look in her eyes.

Katherine looked at Belial. "It won't be long. In the meantime decorations need to begin at the location. Once I'm done talking to Sam I'll stop by to help." she said to her before beginning to walk. The only place she could think of where no other would be able to hear their conversation is the student council room so that's where Katherine guided Sam to. Once walking to the lavish space she sat down and looked over at Sam. "I'll simply get to the point. The party happening tonight is no ordinary party. It is a murder mystery game. No one will actually be harmed as the weapon or weapons used will be charmed to prevent real injury or actual death though the victims will be unconscious for some time. You seem like a pretty interesting person so I think you'd be perfect to play the part of the killer. If you win you get a prize but if you lose...well it'll be bad for everyone." she informed.

Katherine knew it was sudden for a girl to be asking someone she litterally just met to play a killer at a party but seeing as how she told her of the conditions she didn't think she would tell. If Sam were to tell she would face punishment as would the person shet told it to. The truth about the sudden party needed to be kept under wraps so if needed Katherine would simply compell Sam to forget. She could compell her to do it anyway but that wouldn't be very much fun.

"It won't be long. In the meantime decorations need to begin at the location. Once I'm done talking to Sam I'll stop by to help." Katherine spoke to Belial, and began leading Sam to the private place where they were going to talk.

Sam hesitated, debating silently in her head, then turned towards Belial. ā€œTalk to you later.ā€ She said before turning around then walking briskly back to Katherine. Sam followed silently, her mind wandering, coming up with ideas about what this vampire wanted to talk about.

Katherine walked into a large room with the sign ā€˜Student Councilā€™ on the door. Sam stopped at the entrance, suddenly remembering this rule about how students not part of the student council couldnā€™t enter the room. But, since she was invited in, Sam gingerly stepped into the beautiful room. Her eyes wandered around, taking in every detail and scent. Katherine sat down and looked at Sam. Sam remained standing in the middle of the room rather awkwardly.

If you win you get a prize but if you lose...well it'll be bad for everyone." Katherine said quickly, not even giving Sam time to drink it all in.

She wants me toā€¦ what?! It took a lot of self-control to keep her jaw from dropping on the ground.

Sam didnā€™t know how to respond. It seemed like it would be a cool thing to do, but she was still rather lenient considering she didnā€™t want attention to be drawn to her. ā€œOk. First of all, I agree to nothing until you inform me more on what exactly in hell I will be doing.ā€ She demanded. This was too vague for her to agree. She started pacing while coming up with questions. ā€œI would like to know what weapon I will be using. Second, what are the rules? Because I know that everything has rules. How do I lose? How do I win? And what do you mean by ā€˜itā€™ll be bad for everyoneā€™? How are you going to punish the entire student body if I mess up?ā€ Sam did not trust the student council. From what she heard, they were deceiving and evil at times.

Katherine laughed lightly. She expected nothing less of the girl's reaction. She took the dagger Amon handed to her that managed to stay in her pocket during her fight with that boy out of her pocket and gave it to Sam. That it what you will be using. "It's all simple really. You win by making sure no one figures out it's you. You lose by being found out. As for punishment you'll have to ask Amon about those details but right now I need an answer as I can't let you leave without knowing whether or not you'll do it. You simply will kill someone using that but they won't actually be dead as like I said the dagger's been charmed or will be charmed either way no one will actually be harmed. As for the rules well no one is allowed to use supernatural abilities and no one is allowed to leave until someone is dead. If you're not found out within that time well you win oh and for every hour that passes that no one finds ut it's you another person will be 'killed'." she explained.

"Punishments are chosen by Amon and like it was announced it's mandatory for everyone to attend." she added and stood up. "So will you be the killer or not?"

"You put up quite the fight but I see no reason in kicking you when you're already down. So now I'll spare you but if theres a next time you won't be so lucky."

Allen ground his teeth against each other, but said nothing. There would be a next time, and next time it wouldn't be indoors where he could only use his weakest abilities. While he did appreciate the sound of glass shards bouncing off the floor of the hallway as the energy keeping them up were dissipated; he did not appreciate the tone she used to speak to him. Soft and sweet as if she was speaking to a child when Allen was more then sure they were around the same age, with perhaps, he even being the elder. That said, Allen had to admit if their positions were reversed, his foot would be on her throat, and his gloating would have been far worse.

"Sorry but I can't stay and chit chat. I've got other things to do but you should probably take it easy for a bit."

Allen balled his fist, but once again said nothing. There was nothing left for him to say at the moment. They fought, and he had lost. The defeated had to keep their head down that was the unspoken rule of combat that he had to abide. Next time would be different, that was his promise to her and himself, but for now he had been defeated something that left a terrible taste in his mouth. He balked at the idea of taking it easy. Allen did not even feel fatigued yet as he had not used any draining spells unlike the vampire. He had not forced his mind to hold up thousands of shards of glass, so he was probably in a far better shape then her in the exhaustion department, but perhaps she said it as a threat? To behave himself and not pick another fight. He couldn't promise that as fighting was a part of him... Granted, next time he should probably ensure the fight was outside to avoid so much collateral damage.

The filthy vamp. No, Goldsworthy moved once again, perhaps trying to ensure the fight didn't flare back up, but once again he saw her aura as it disappeared further down the hall. In the same direction as where the flat-chested girl had ran earlier and ironically enough the same direction that he had been going earlier. He doubted he would see her again today, but Allen did find it amusing that so many people found that direction so interesting.

The wolf-boy finally came up to his side now that the fighting had cleared out, "You got to work on your people skills." He said smugly, and Allen turned his head in his direction, "You do realize that I can still fry you alive right?"

The boy held his hands up in mock surrender not able to pass up the chance to insult the guy that had been annoying him all day, "Hey, you remember what the VP said. Take it easy. Also, you hurt her uniform, but why couldn't you have done more damage to her skirt? Gave all the male student body a little fan service?"

"I am sorry, next time I will concentrate on fucking frying Goldworhty's clothes off instead of winning." Allen said snidely. He never understood the peoples fascination with clothing as it was, but that was because he could not see clothing and so saw everyone as a naked faceless manikin.

The wolf-boy started talking about 'guy stuff' which was generally just how he appreciated how she twisted and turned during the fight, but Allen ignored him as they continued on their walk. His mind was stuck between counting, since he was back to his original number 'thanks' to Goldsworthy, and about the ridiculous party he had to attend now. While he was fighting, he had heard the announcement but didn't really pay much attention to it as he had been pretty occupied. Masquerade party? Oh, yes because it wasn't like he could see faces in the first place. Peoples aura's were their auras, and they never truly changed and so he would know who the people he had already met were, so why did he have to go along with the charade? He had long silver hair and bandaged eyes, if someone knew his hair color; it would be pretty easy to hazard a guess at who he was.

Allen supposed he could get a hold of a mask that changed his hair color, but he would still be able to see other peoples aura's. Allen shook his head and stared back down at his feet as he resumed his counting.

When Sam asked Katherine about the state of her uniform she focused her attention on what was said, frowning when it was revealed to be the consequence of a 'scuffle'. They were already fighting? Well...she had just seen and mentally praised Sam for the small incidence just now, perhaps it was for good reason. Calming down a bit she stayed off to the side, and then her anxiety rose, her fingers poking at one another when Katherine suggested her and Sam talk somewhere more private. What was so important? Why was it a secret?

Soon Katherine was addressing her again, and since the vice president was her superior, she had no choice but to follow her instructions and agree. "Ah, yes! Take your time, Katherine-senpai." Belial bowed quickly, rising just in time to catch Sam's eyes and words, and she smiled, nodding to confirm that they'll see one another later before the red head turned and left. Still, when their back were turned she watched them walk off with her lips in a pout, a sigh soon escaped from her lungs. This wasn't good...she had to find out what was going on and quick, before anything bad happened.

The boy was prepared, but it wasn't enough to completely block his attack, but instead of simply hearing his lungs fold he got a face full of dust instead. Seriously, what the Hell? With his eyes snapping shut Amon followed his instinct, the muscle memory guiding him as he tumbled to the floor, rolling and then throwing himself back up onto his feet, face still covered with...with whatever that was! Feeling repulsed he quickly wiped the coating off of his face with both hands, brow twitching when he saw his palms covered in brightly colored specks, and his face jerked to the window, looking at himself, his appearance rivaling some stupid glitter covered parade float. What. He was about to glower when the man's chuckling took his attention, and he looked to the taller male with his facial language contracting with perpetual loathing.

This guy didn't make any sense. Amon's eyebrows rose as he saw blood fall from the kid's mouth - it looks like he hit him harder than he had originally meant to - but now that he looked like a fucking Polly Pocket, he wasn't feeling much regret, even though he hated seeing blood being wasted. It had better uses, as a beverage. He was about to bark some sort of insult, and then the guy stated how he was the son of Lucifer, and his eyes blinked in shock. That wasn't supposed to be common knowledge; wasn't this guy supposed to be new? "How did you..." His voice faded away and he shook his head, considering the guy might be just stereotyping him, which only caused another flash of annoyance, and confusion as he continued to speak. Was he seriously happy about this? "I'm older than you, fuckface. There will be no fighting between us, it'll be punishment each time." He stated, voice cold, vaguely wondering when this guy will stop being a complete nuisance and start being amusing.

Keeping his glare he watched as the girl took the guy, again, not acknowledging her existence when she spoke. He stood with his arms crossed, waiting for the two to be done, and when he heard footsteps approaching them he turned his head, and sneered at the girl approaching the group. Great, now people were gathering. He really needed to teach them to keep their distance. Amon looked back to the group, this time actually listening to what the girl said, and he rose a single eyebrow at her. "Quiet, this has nothing to do with you, gnat." His voice when addressing her was monotone, bored with her existence, and he looked back to the crazy guy, stepping forward until he could reach out, grab onto the front of his shirt, and yank on it.

"Because you have a big mouth, I'm going to teach you something called respecting your superiors." This wasn't up for debate, it was a command, and he let go the man's shirt, folding his arms over his chest again. "So unless you want to be scrubbing dishes for the rest of the month you're going to come with me." He jerked his head to the side, gesturing to the exit of the cafe, and peremptorily he turned away, walking towards the door and expecting the man to follow. "Hurry up!" Amon called, again, practically growling, and he turned, arms crossed, and waited in front of the door.

Sam felt her eye twitch when Katherine let out a laugh. This was not a joke. Katherine pulled out good looking dagger from her pocket, and handed it to Sam. ā€œThat it what you will be using.ā€ Sam inspected the dagger, gripping it firmly in her hand. She twirled it around in her hand, then turned it around so that the handle went horizontally across her palm, and the blade was sticking out. She went into a battle stance, facing the wall. She tried an experimental slashing motion. Then a few more. Sam stopped and then held it regularly in her hand.

If you're not found out within that time well you win oh and for every hour that passes that no one finds ut it's you another person will be 'killed'."

Simple? There is nothing simple about this! Sam hissed silently to herself.

"Punishments are chosen by Amon and like it was announced its mandatory for everyone to attend. So will you be the killer or not?" Katherine stood up and looked to Sam for an answer.

Sam bit the inside of her lip. This seemed crazy! Super crazy! But it also sounded like a lot of fun. And whatā€™s life without taking a few risks? Sam raised her gaze from where it was on the ground and met Katherineā€™s steely glare. Determination blazed in Sam's fiery red eyes. ā€œIā€™ll do it.ā€

Katherine smirked at her answer. "That's wonderful. I'll need the dagger back to make sure it is charmed or to actually charm it. You'll get it before the party." she stated. "Now let's get out of here as I'm sure you'd like to get back to Belial." she added and walked out of the council room. Once both of them were out she closed the door and walked out. "I'll see you later on." she waved to her and left to the party location.

She had wondered why Amon wasn't present as knowing him if the preperations weren't done the way he wanted he'd make it oso it was or he'd be here supervising it all so it would be the way he wanted orignially unless he felt like making them do it all over again. Katherine decided to tell those who were decorating and preparing she'd be right back as she left in search of the council president. Quickly spotting him and approaching the slight scent of blood was appearent but didn't bother her as she was used to it by now. Just being near him she could tell that he was seething. From knowing him for a year already she knew that whomever angered him a miracle to prevent them from being scathed or facing harsh punishment. Inwardly she was smirking while outwardly she showed a mask of ignorance of the situation.

She walked up to Amon and started walking with him. "What happened?" she asked in her usual nonchalance. Obviously something bad happened but she wanted specifics.

Oh my...what would he say after that? God? That didn't sound right. He squeezed the bridge of his nose, realizing how annoying these people were. Fae, fae, fae, just because they have wings apparently they believe they can fly away from Hellfire. Or in his case, in this form, the dead, but whatever. He glanced to the needle imbedded into the wall, rolling his eyes and grabbing it, turning his head to the werewolf girl. "Blu Moon, damaging school property?" He questioned, eyebrows raised. "I hope you'll enjoy your detention tomorrow." Scoffing he flicked the needle into the trash. The party better make him laugh, although his blood was still hot it was no longer boiling. Honestly, he couldn't remember the last time someone made him this mad.

What was full blown rage like again? Amon sent another glare towards the male, who thanks to the girls, was know known to be named Maxis. Rage...it must feel similar to whenever that sub-species trivialized him. Maybe he should kill him, just to turn him into a puppet. Again the blue haired Calli-whatever girl was speaking to him but he muted her voice, ignoring her in favor of groaning when she grabbed onto Maxis. "Do all of you want to punished? Because it can be arranged. We'll make it one big discipline party, the party hats will be made out of hot iron." He threatened, rolling his eyes, and continued to wait for them to stop wasting time, when someone else approached him, and he snapped his head in their direction, glowering as fire within him burned again.

Oh, it was just Katherine. He inhaled deeply, allowing himself to calm down. Why was he letting himself get so worked up? So what if some trash insulted him? He had the power, he could punish them in any way he saw fit, the words of peasant didn't matter, he needed to go back to his usual self instead of letting this continue, or he would explode, almost literally. "You know how they are. Annoying pests, they never know what they're saying." He replied, and with her now in his presence, he felt himself becoming increasingly amused, looking at them as stupid, mindless mice, like usual. "Hey," Amon paused, looking at the state of her uniform.

"It's a good look on you." It didn't take a genius to figure out she had been in a fight, and he smirked despite being disappointed that he missed it, it would have been fun to watch, and he jerked his head back towards Maxis, lazily glaring as he approached him and Katherine. "Finally!" He spoke in a single, exasperated word before pushing the door opening, walking out. "This is some punk. Punk, this is Katherine Goldsworthy. Since you'll never be on her level, don't look her in the eyes." He commanded, leading them through the campus and towards the underground labyrinth. "He's being punished and going to help the rest of the morons with setting up the Masquerade and then some." Amon explained, voice approaching monotony once again, his arms shoved into his pockets as they continued on.

Katherine giggled at the way Amon introduced her. "Nicely put Amon and speaking of which about that thing I was supposed to find it's taken care of." she spoke discreetly, knowing he'd get the memo. Katherine walked with them, listening to Amon's plans of punishment. "Well I guess you and I will be supervising the set-up but I need to speak with you for a moment to clear up some things. Katherine could only keep so many things said discreetly before it either wouldn't make sense or too much would be revealed. She stood outside of where the party would take place so all he had to was step outside the door and speak with her. She leaned up against the wall, looking over the place. She regretted doing so immediatly as it brought back terribe memories for her that occured in a basement.

She shook those thoughts out of her head. She had to go change but by the time she'd finish here and give the dagger back to Sam it would probably be time to get ready for the party anyway. She wouldn't know exactly what she'd be wearing right now but she'd look through a few things in her suitcase filled with attire meant for times like these.

Maixis smiles at the new girl he sees, staring her directly in the eyes he introduces himself. "Pleasure ta meet ye lass, me name is Maxis, an' yer boyfriend 'ere says 'e is gonna steal me soul an' use me body ta pleasure himself." He turns to Amon, crossing his arms, shifting his weight into one leg, and raising an eyebrow. "So, mr. lover-boy, what do ye think a half-blood pixie can truly do fer ye, an' before I wander off with some random demon-child, I want ta know why ye think yer me superior?" The antenna on his head begin to twitch... but that is besides the point.

"That's wonderful. I'll need the dagger back to make sure it is charmed or to actually charm it. You'll get it before the party." Katherine told Sam. She responded with a curt nod, and handed the dagger back to Katherine.

"Now let's get out of here as I'm sure you'd like to get back to Belial." Sam shrugged. She hadnā€™t planned on going back to see Belial since she wanted to get ready for the party, but she might just track her down and say hi or somethingā€¦ Wow, Iā€™m starting to sound like a stereotypical teenage girlā€¦ I hate it. Sam scowled as she followed Katherine out of the room.

"I'll see you later on." Sam bowed her head slightly as Katherine walked off.

Sam sighed. She shoved her hands into her pockets and made her way through the hallways to her dorm. She rummaged through her pockets and pulled out her keys and unlocked the door. The door shut behind her with a soft thud. She needed to find out what she was going to wear for the party tonight. Sam stopped suddenly, her nose twitching. Her eyes wandered around the room until they settled on the other occupied beds. ā€œSo Iā€™m rooming with Belial and Katherine huh? Two members of student councilā€¦ grrreeeaaatttā€¦ā€ Sheā€™d heard a lot about the student councilā€™s evil leaders. Belial seemed nice enough, but something about Katherine irked Sam. The look in her eyesā€¦

With a sigh, Sam walked over to the desk near her bed. She flipped her laptop on and scrolled through her songs, wondering what to play. Her eyes seemed to light up as she found a good song, checked the volume and clicked play. It was still rather loud, but not deafening. The powerful guitar and drum beats seemed to send power into Samā€™s muscles.

ā€œNow the dark begins to rise.
Save your breath, it's far from over.
Leave the lost and dead behind.
Now's your chance to run for cover.

I don't want to change the world,
I just wanna leave it colder!
Light the fuse and burn it up.
Take the path that leads to nowhere.

All is lost againā€¦
But I'm not giving inā€¦

I will not bow!
I will not break!
I will shut the world awayā€¦
I will not fall!
I will not fade!
I will take your breath away..!ā€

As Sam sung that part of the song, her mood immediately brightened. She just wished she had time to play it on her guitar. But sadly she had other things to do. She got up and started looking for something to wear to the dance. After a bit of trying to decide what looked good and was at least partially easy to move in, Sam settled on a short red halter top. She lied it over the chair near her desk, humming the rest of the song.

He grabbed his phone from his pocket, quickly typing up a message for his sister, who was no where to be seen, figures. One side of his lips quirked upwards when Katherine mentioned that she had picked their little murderer. Excellent, he knew he could count on her. "Great." Amon pressed send on his phone and pocketed it, stopping at the bottom of the steps that lead into the second basement, eying the members of the student orchestra, all taking part in making sure it didn't look like ruins.

Before he could walk over to Katherine and talk to her about whatever the Hell she wanted to talk about, Maxis spoke again and unsurprisingly, about something ridiculous. Was he trying to be funny? One of his eyes twitched, and then he smiled, devilishly, and reached forward, patting the stupid man's shoulder. "So you're already accepting your fate. Wonderful, I'll scheduled the execution." He grinned and returned his hand to his side, his visage suddenly turning aloof. "One, I'm a demon, therefore I'm at the top of the food chain, it's only natural." Amon stated bluntly, his gaze drifting over when Belial appeared at his side, wearing a heavy looking back pack.

He patted his sister on the head, and soon she scurried off to one of the tables, placing the bag on top of it. "Two, I'm the student council president, and I'm damn good at it. This is my school. You should be kneeling, but I don't have time for that." Amon rolled his eyes, and gestured to the students setting up decorations, cleaning the basement, and so on. "Help them first. Then I'll decide what to do with you." Without waiting for any response he walked away from Maxis, approaching Katherine, and halfway there he spoke up, voice lethargic, and back to his usual languid disposition of mild amusement. "What's up?"

Image
She obviously had to listen to her brother, who ordered her to grab electrical equipment, including a laptop, but this time she did it less because he was her elder brother and superior and more because she knew that he wouldn't allow her to poke around his business any other way. This was too fishy to her, and though she may not interfere, unless her brother was doing something so utterly stupid it could blow their chances of ever returning to Hell, she simply was too curious to know and maybe, already wanted to stop feeling like a pawn. Belial rushed down to the underground passageways with heavy backpack over her shoulders, and she stopped near her brother, studying the student he was taking to, and headed off to drop the equipment off, trying to move her pawn piece across the chess board.

Was she already losing sight of herself and her control? The short girl placed her hands on her forehead, rubbing circles into her skull to release some of the tension. It hadn't even been a full 24 hours and yet she was already so close to becoming completely stressed out. She looked to the room, watching people put ornate black and white wallpaper, pattered with throned vines, over the newly plastered walls of this specific room, and she looked to the lanterns above, their only source of light. Who knew her brother could do all of this so quickly? His tactics were the opposite of hers; he captured people and forced them to obey him, while she made allies and people willingly came to her side. Were both methods equally effective?

Belial sighed, relieved, and worried, maybe her brother was suited to be a demon after all, perhaps he was just unorthodox. She turned her head to the tall boy Amon had been talking to, now left alone, and figured she could use the help, and she walked over, brushing dust off of her uniform skirt. "Excuse me!" She spoke up, trying to get his attention. "Um...sorry about my brother." For some reason she felt like she had to apologize, and she rubbed her right wrist. After all, she had just called him unorthodox, and knew what he could be capable of. "Would you mind helping me?" Belial asked, although she knew he would have to, and she smiled a bit, waiting for an answer.
