Age:16

Race:White, Fae(half-ling)

Sexuality: "Not sure yet, I guess i'll found out later."

Height:6'1"

Weight:170 Pounds

Hair Color:Bright orange.

Eye Color:It often shifts, but almost always gives off a greenish glow.

Personality: Carefree generally, he takes nothing seriously, acts like the world is one game and he is on the home-stretch. He also has a tendency for joke-making, random acts of randomness, and otherwise he is a goof-ball.

Talents:Acrobatic skills, in-depth knowledge of cooking, he can play a fiddle or violin very well, and he has a knack for opening things that people don't want open.

Likes: Good food, fine music, a funny joke, a good story, and just pretty much anything that will keep him occupied.

Dislikes: Metal, shoes(or anything covering his feet), people that are better than him at something, electronics in general.

Powers/Abilities: Invisibility(minor), Muffle(Eliminates all sound in an area around him), dancing lights(He can create small floating lights, which he can move around, control how much light they give off, and they can be shaped) ghost sounds(project a sound from anywhere else), blink(Very short-range teleport, usually ten yards forward.).

Flaws: Gets sick when touching steel, has a curious-streak that will be the death of him one of these days, he doesn't know when to shut up, and he doesn't handle pressure well when it finally gets to him.

Romantic interest: "Lass, all I be lookin' fer in a woman is a head on 'er shoulders an' a nice backside ta boot!"

History: Maxis was born to a human father and a Fae mother, his mother lived in Scottland, and his father was a traveler from the U.S.. Maxis was the product of a one-night-stand between the two, and after he was born, his mother cared for him alone. As a child he was always curious, and because of it he also grew a powerful sense of cunning, guile, and wanderlust. Even for his magically-gifted mother, he was very hard to keep track of, and spent his days playing among the normal children in the streets. Whenever he was hungry, he usually stole for himself, even though his mother had more than enough to feed the both of them, always claiming "Well, I wanna feed meself too! Tastes better when ye earn it!". His heists were rarely noticed, but one the few rare times he was caught, onlookers would report he would just simply fade away, never to be seen again. At the age of thirteen, he set out by himself, promising to write his "Dear ol' mum." every week about his adventures. He found that while traveling, he could pick up languages quickly, and spent his time roaming around, swiping small trinkets to send to his mother, or otherwise enjoying the company of foreign peoples. When he heard about this "School" in a far-away land that was built to teach unique beings like himself, he took the opportunity and traveled towards this new concept for his life.

Other:His Fae heritage is evident in three ways, first, two long, graceful Antenna stick out of his forehead and curl upwards. Second, when speaking, he will occasionally cough up a cloud of brightly-colored dust, he claims it means he is lucky, the dust evaporates quickly and does nothing but look colorful. Lastly, His eyes will randomly change color, shade, and will occasionally glow a dim light-green. He absolutely hates wearing shoes, and goes barefoot whenever possible. He also is very skilled with acrobatics, and when asked about them states; "Well, like me mum always said, ye don't be needin' win's ta fly, ye just gotta get creative."

Clubs/Teams they're a part of:None yet.

Theme Song: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=5oHb98olya8

Maxis drags himself forward down a dirt path leading through a patch of woods. The bottoms of his feet are caked in mud and debris, his clothes are dusty and worn, and the shoulder-strap to his knapsack broke, leaving him to feel as ragged and spent as he looks. He always liked being in forests, being close to the outdoors made him feel happy, but spending three weeks, wandering the Japanese landscape has left him a bit... Fed up... He pushes his way forward through a portion of tree-limbs that are blocking his path, and finds himself in a clearing, a very gently-rolling set of hills with a massive collection of buildings set on top.

"Finally! I swear, one more day out 'ere lost an' I might of stopped for directions!" He chuckles to himself, taking in the notion that he was actually getting bad with directions as a joke. "Bah, even if it took me longer, I would still find me way 'ere... Eventually..." And with that, he trudged forward, moving with a lot more spring in his step than before.

By the time he reached the main gate of the academy, he has already taken in the sights, sounds, and smells of this new place. He looked like he has been hiking bare-foot through the forest for weeks, which wasn't far from the truth, and his well-traveled appearance earned him quite a few stares from passing-by students, to which he replied with a nod, a smile, or a hearty "Top O' the mornin' to yeh!" . He made his way through the throng of students and teachers into the main courtyard of the school, he then proceeded to stop at the nearest fountain, drop his sack of goods, and began to clean his face with the fresh water that welled inside. After a few minutes of cleaning himself, his skin-color finally resembled what it was when he was born, his pale, bright, and slightly-freckled face glowed in the sunlight, and after a few more handfuls of water to sate his thirst, he picked up his satchel and moved on towards the male dorms.

Once inside, he dropped his satchel from his shoulder and proceeded to search through it's contents, and moments later retrieved a piece of crumbled-up paper, he then slips a hand down the front of his shirt and pulls out a single key that was suspended from his neck by a thin strap of leather. He un-crumples the letter and begins reading to himself in his head, eventually he begins to read out loud, though it is obvious he is speaking to himself. "Ye will be boardin' with two other male students, 'ere is the key to your room, which is room 108. This will remain to be yer room an' blah-blah-blah." He crumples up the sheet of paper and stuffs it back into his bag, then moves on, finding his dwellings after spending fifteen-or-so minutes searching up-and-down the hallways of the male dorm.

He jammed his key into the lock of his room's door, and after spending far to much time fidgeting with it, he manages to unlock his door and strides in. He takes a moment to survey his boarding, a simple, un-decorated room with three beds, a closet, and other pieces of furniture. He would take the time to look at the other pieces of furniture in the room, but instead of taking this time to do this, he drops his bag and falls face-first onto the floor, laying there he shouts in victory; "YE 'ERE THAT WORLD!?! I MADE IT! I CAN SLEEP!" He then spends several minutes to rest his body and enjoy how surprisingly soft the carpet was.

Maxis peels himself off of the floor, despite how comfortable it was and how tired he thought he was, he knew that this place was no place for strangers, so he was going to find someone or something to befriend, even if it will end him. He closed the door to his room, dug into his satchel, and pulls out a fresh change of clothing, his fae-nature kept him cleaner than most people, so a fresh change of clothes leaves him looking and feeling like new! He sets his bag of gear on a bed, and looks out the window into the courtyard below...

"Well, this is'a nice view." He then proceeds to open his window, climbs half-way out of it to gauge how well he could fit through it, gets out and backs up a few good steps, then rushes forward, diving head-first through the window and out to the garden. After his feet clear the sill, he blinks to the ground, landing flat in a bush below, no worse for wear from the fall. He gets up, brushes himself off, and walks over to the fountain, smiling to himself over how sly he felt.

Maxis wakes up violenetly, almost jumping to his feet while balling his fists and getting ready to swing at something... Then the realization of where we he was and what had happened hit him, and he dropped his guard. He had somehow fallen asleep on the fountain in the gardens of the school, and much to his surprise he has yet to have anything stolen from him! "Well, I guess it is better than 'ome... Oh well, guess I just gotta be careful then." And with that, he began wandering around, eventually finding his way into the school and pacing through it's hallways.

Maxis continues to wander the hallways of the school, bobbing his head side-to-side with each step. He holds a orange in one hand, having made a stop to the cafeteria once during his pacing, but has yet to go to the effort of actually eating it. His eyes dart back and forth, scanning over every nook and cranny for something out-of-the-ordinary in this school for the out-of-the-ordinary, he manages to somehow find himself outside again, walks through the main courtyard to the garden, sits at the fountain, and dips his feet in the running water. He smiles and breathes calmly, tilting his head to take in the surroundings. Then he begins to eat his orange, peeling away at it with his fingers and then slurping down the half-pulped flesh inside... Then he wonders to himself why he put so much empthisas and thought into eating an orange, but quickly blows this thought away with a possible issue; "Am I really that bored that I am beginin' to talk to meself?"

Maxis leans up against a shady tree just outside the dorms, his eyes darting back and forth between every bit of movement that lay before him. He still is not in his uniform, or atleast fully for that matter, wearing only the long-sleeve undershirt which he has taken the liberty of rolling up the sleeves so they hang above the elbow, and his slacks, which he has rolled up the cuffs so they won't get dirty... Still isn't wearing any shoes. He has lifts an apple up to his mouth and takes a bite, chewing slowly so he can focus on thinking and seeing.
"Ugh, I can't be the only first-year student 'ere! Everyone looks so uptight right now, must of got the force o' will drained out of 'em by their first-year graduation..." He can't help but grin, the thought of some of the most powerful, supernatural-beings on the planet have the same mental drive as a office-worker. He takes another bite of apple, looking down at it to inspect what he has been chewing, which is followed by him rubbing a section of it's uneaten skin on his shirt and taking another bite. His eyes scan the horizon again, and he notices a girl walking towards the dorms, which isn't cause for him to be intrigued, but she is carrying her luggage. "Well, what do we have 'ere? She might be in 'er uniform, but at least she looks like she is new 'ere." He pushes off of his support, and walks towards her, his half-eaten apple still in-hand.
"Oi! Lady with the bags an' the black 'air! Wait up a tick!" He waves in her general direction, hoping to catch her attention if she turns around.

Callista arrived in her room and saw that Carmon had already placed her bags on the farthest bed. Callista sighed. She didn't know anything of her younger sister. Even at the palace she had barely uttered a word. Calli plopped down on the bed adjasent to hers and looked out the window at her new but familiar surroundings. The walls of the room were an unfavorable cream color and the comforters were the same. "This room could seriously use some updates." Feeling her phone buzz she pulled it out and smiled at the text from Blu.

[To: Blu Moon]
[Don't move! I'll come to you!]

Calli stood and exited the room, giggling at the image of Blu as a lost puppy, which is actually more true than the phrase considering Blu was a werewolf. She walked down to the front and waved frantically as she saw Blu walking towards her. Sprinting down the hall she vaulted towards her and wrapped her arms around her neck in a tight hug. "I missed you soo much!" She stepped back and looked her best friend up and down. "You look fabulous as always." Calli smiled and a bit of movement behind Blu caused her to look at a kid waving to her. "Huh, looks like he really wants your attention. C'mon, let's go see who this guy is, I'm curious." Her natural questioning nature had piqued and now she wanted to meet this kid and see why he wanted to talk to Blu. Not that she should have been surprised, Blu is incredibly beautiful anyway. She latched onto Blu's hand and pulled her in the direction of the guy, and she realized she hadn't seen him before. So, either he had transferred during the time she had left, or he was a first-year. Either way, he was quite adorable from the looks of him.

"Hey there, I'm Callista, and this is Blu." She smiled, letting go of Blu's hand. Too bad they couldn't have gotten caught up right away, but that could be done after they talked to this guy.

Maxis is surprised to be greeted not by the girl he actually wanted to talk to, but some completely different student who happened to be the friend, he shrugs it off in his mind and extends a happy smile and a hand.
"Pleasure ta meet yah, Callista. Me name is Maxis." He speaks with a thick Celtic accent, but luckily the presence of A's and the lack of H'es in her name keep him from butchering it like fat chicken. "I'ma... Hehe... Tryin' ta find some people ta talk to, I just came 'ere about a day ago, an' because I stick out like o' sore thumb, most people 'ave been either shootin' me looks or just ignorin' me all together. Don't 'ave a damn clue 'ow these private school thin's work."

"Pleasure ta meet yah, Callista. Me name is Maxis." Calli smiled at Maxis, hearing his Irish accent. "Wow, I like your accent!" She pulled Blu forward so they were standing side by side, and faced Maxis with a smile. It seemed as though since she came back here, all she could do was smile. "I'ma... Hehe... Tryin' ta find some people ta talk to, I just came 'ere about a day ago, an' because I stick out like o' sore thumb, most people 'ave been either shootin' me looks or just ignorin' me all together. Don't 'ave a damn clue 'ow these private school thin's work." Calli chuckled and nodded. "Don't worry, Maxis, they'll get used to you. I haven't been here in six months, so I'm just lucky Blu is still my best friend. You're welcome to come with us, though. I was thinking of heading over to the campus cafe, what do you think, Blu?"

"Sure? Why not?" Maxis gives a visible shrug, and turns to walk away in a random direction, but stops mid-way through the step and turns back to the two girls. "Wait... Cafe? Why would a school need a cafe? Is this really that upscale of o' learnin' establishment? No wonder I am gettin' glares left an' right, they're wonderin' why the dirty-peasant-fairy-boy is allowed ta walk among them!"

The teen continued to walk until she saw Callista sprinting towards her. Grinning from ear to ear, Blu dropped her bags and hugged the girl back. "I missed you too!" She laughed as her friend complimented her. "And you're looking as adorable as always." Callista made a remark about someone wanting her attention. Blu rose a brow. Someone wanting her attention? That's highly unlikely. She hadn't spoken to anyone but Callista last year.

As Callista pulled Blu along with her, she saw that it was a guy who looked around their age. Blu had never seen the boy last year, he must have been new. And as she had expected from Callista, the girl introduced she and herself to the boy. The boy then introduced himself as Maxis in his thick accent. Blu gave him a small smile and looked into his eyes. He was a cheerful individual who meant well. Callista then commented on how the three of them could go to a café.

"That's a good idea Callista. I'll go put my things in my room, I'll be back, okay?" Blu said as she grabbed her luggage and began toward her room.
--------------
'Well here goes..." Blu thought.

She placed a hand on the doornob and twisted, pushing the door open only to reveal--

Nothing.

Well, no one.

Blu frowned upon seeing luggage on one of the beds. Welp, there goes her room mate. Sighing, she dragged her things to the unoccupied bed on the other side of the room. Opening one of her suitcases, she pulled out a poster and a pack of push pins. Blu pinned the poster to the wall at the head of her bed. She smiled at the poster. It was a picture of a triforce, the logo for the Legend of Zelda series, which was one of Blu's favorite game series.

As the teen stared at the picture, her smile turned into a frown.

She slowly started to unpin the poster.

She had to get back to Calli and Maxis.

((Blu is in the room with Nyomie's belongings.))

"Oh, okay. Meet us at the cafe when you're done! Ready to go, Maxis?" She walked with him forwards, waving goodbye to Blu as she went. "Wait... Cafe? Why would a school need a cafe? Is this really that upscale of o' learnin' establishment? No wonder I am gettin' glares left an' right, they're wonderin' why the dirty-peasant-fairy-boy is allowed ta walk among them!" Calli laughed outright and shook her head.

"People here can be kind of judgemental, but don't worry about that. Once they know you're friends with Blu and I, those odd looks will go away. Princess Callista Soul of the Faerie Kingdom at your service!" She grabbed his hand and towed him in the direction of the cafe, picking a table with three seats so Blu could eventually join them. "The muffins here are to die for," She said, picking one out from the tray a waitress had brought by and biting in. She looked up at Maxis with her perpetual smile and bright eyes. "If you're ever looking for some extra money, this is a good place to apply. They're pretty leniant and good about accepting students, as long as you don't goof around. This is where I worked before I got pulled out, and I have to say, it's a damn good job."

"Hmm... Well, it is an option... Why the 'ell not?" He sits back in the chair he has chosen and looks around, his eyes scan the other patrons of the establishment. He holds his own hands in his lap and spins his thumbs, obviously in some sort of thought, and after about a minute of him silently staring at his hands, he looks back up at her with a look of... Worry?

"I eh... I got a question fer ye..." He leans in a bit more, resting his elbows on the table trying to get a bit closer to her. "When I got 'ere yesterday, I over 'eard two students talkin' ta each other... A lad an'a lass... The girl didn't seem that off fer some reason, but the fella... 'E was short, only about five an'a half feet tall, black 'air, ye could confuse 'im fer a girl if 'e wore a dress... I eh overheard 'im talking..." His accent seems to be getting thicker, and the look of worry is growing more evident on his face. "From what I could gather... 'E is some sort o' demon... Is that true? That some o' our fellow classmates are demons?"

"I eh... I got a question fer ye..." Calli looked up and swallowed a bite of her muffin before replying. "Shoot." She took another bite and her gaze grew troublesome as he answered her.

I eh overheard 'im talking...From what I could gather... 'E is some sort o' demon... Is that true? That some o' our fellow classmates are demons?" Calli nodded slowly. The demons had always caused a sort of...troubled feeling for her. But lately it was just the vampires that she feared. Since the incident last year, she didn't trust a single vampire. "It's true that some of our classmates are demons, but honestly, most of them mean no harm. The creatures here are all different with their own personalities. If they're devious and cruel, it's not because they're a demon, it's because that's just who they are. But that doesn't apply to vampires, at least in my mind. I know some of them are nice, but still, stay away from them. Particularly because you're fae. Things get pretty nasty with them, even if you think...even if you think they are your friend." She looked away sadly and ran her hand over her neck, feeling the two small scars in the shape of fangs that would forever be imprinted into her skin.

His eyes dart to her hand, he raises a eyebrow and then sits back, his look of worry is somewhat eased, but he still frowns. "Ye were attacked by someone ye thought was close... Weren't ye?" He shifts around in his chair a bit, trying to buy himself a bit of time to think of the right words to say not to trigger something. "I'm sorry ta 'ear that lass... I can't imagine what that would be like, but atleast ye aren't not lettin' it keep ye down." He offers a sympathetic smile towards her, then spends a few moments trying to think of his next words. "Um..." He scratches the back of his neck. "Well, I uh... I don't know 'ow much 'elp it would be, but if another one o' those neck-gnawers makes an' advance towards ye, let me know an' I could step up an' knock out a fang or two... I got experience with it, back where I came from nothin' put thugs in their place better than missin' pearls." He pauses another moment. "Least I could do fer ye, after all ye are some sort o' royalty!" He gives Callista a few half-chuckles and a smile that a comedian makes when he knows he has a made a bad joke...

"Ye were attacked by someone ye thought was close... Weren't ye?" Callista's smile dropped and she nodded. "Yeah. That's why I was pulled out. It was six months ago, but the memory is still fresh." She put down her muffin, no longer hungry as the memory flashed through her mind. Weak...so weak...the iron chains...the fangs sinking into my neck...feeling my blood drain... Calli shook herself and looked back up at Maxis. "I'm sorry ta 'ear that lass... I can't imagine what that would be like, but atleast ye aren't not lettin' it keep ye down. Um...Well, I uh... Maxis chuckled and Calli smiled again, completely shaking the memory from her mind, at least until it resurfaced in her dreams later. "Thanks, Maxis. Hopefully I won't be in that situation again, though. Oh, and please don't treat me differently because I'm royal. I'm still a normal faerie, and that's all. Although, if you're ever in trouble and need some royal assistance, feel free to call on me. But, otherwise, just treat me like a normal faerie friend, alright?"

"Alright... Hehe... Fairy friends... This school is gonna be something else, that's fer true..." He relaxes in his chair again, and begins to chuckle. "If I told any o' me old friends that I 'ad fairy friends... Well... I'm pretty sure they would find a creative way ta use chickens, a bunch of random junk, and a world war two hand-grenade ta humiliate me infront o' the whole village... But, at least yer a lass, so I might be able ta walk away from that without missin' a finger..." He laughs, obviously some sort of experience or inside-joke was going through his head. He clams down after a few seconds, and then looks towards the door. "Oi, do ye think that Blu lass got lost or somethin' on the way 'ere?"

Calli frowned, it had been awhile since they'd seen Blu. "Huh, I don't know. Blu knows her way around this school better than anyone, so I doubt she got lost. Maybe she just took some extra time putting her stuff away." Calli pulled out her phone and sent a quick message to her best friend.

[To: Blu Moon]
[Hey, where'd you go? You gonna come sit with us?]

Calli looked up and placed her phone on the table. "There. Hopefully she'll be here soon. Now what is this you're saying about World War 2 hand grenades being used to humiliate you?"

"Long story, lets just say I used ta 'ave a beautiful set o' wings... I could fly around an' feel as pretty as I wanted ta... But then one day, me friends pulled a prank on me, an' now I don't..." He shrugs, obviously not fazed by it as much as he should. "If anythin', they 'elped me become even more badass, I got into this sport where ye basically run up buildings, do flips off o' railin's, an' basically climb everywhere like a monkey." He shifts around again, as if something in his seat was uncomfortable. "So, besides yer Blu friend, know anyone else 'ere?"

Calli's eyes widened as Maxis told her his story. "Gosh, that sounds terrible! I couldn't even imagine it if I didn't have my wings." To prove her point, she made her soft, white, gossimer wings appear using what little magic she had during the day and fluttered them behind her. Then, because she quickly grew weary if she used her magic during the day, they disappeared, almost as if they were never there in the first place. Calli quickly sensed that Maxis was uncomfortable and felt bad for asking him questions. "So, besides yer Blu friend, know anyone else 'ere?" Calli's smile slightly dropped again, but it still managed to stay up somewhat. "Not really. After I was attacked and my father pulled me out of school, I lost touch with almost all of my friends besides Blu. The others that I still did manage to keep in contact with all have moved on from here and gone about their lives in their own lands. The only reason I really am lucky enough to still have Blu as a friend is because she was one of the ones who rescued me and knew the full situation. The others didn't know, and just thought I'd left school for some petty reason. Some of them even grew mad at me because I was too afraid to tell them. Afraid that they would judge me for being so weak." Calli let out a long breath as all of her thoughts poured out of her, thoughts she hadn't even told Blu. For some reason, Maxis was just really easy to talk to.

Blu perked up at the soft voice. Turning around, her golden-eyes rested on a green-haired girl who had floated onto the other bed. There was no doubt that she a Fae. She had no problems with most of the other races, although she had gotten in to it with vampires before.

"Hello," Blu started awkardly. "I'm Blu, and I guess you're my room mate. Nice to meet you...?" Her greeting drifted into a question unintentionally. She sighed, there she goes again.

Suddenly, she felt her phone vibrate. Thank God. She took the electronic out of her pocket and read the text message on the screen.

[To: Callista Soul]
[Sorry, I was just getting things a bit situated, my roommate also just walked in the room. The tension is hella awkward. I'm coming now.]

Putting her phone away, she looked up at the girl. "Sorry you didn't get to introduce yourself yet, but I must go meet up with some friends. I'll see you later okay?" Blu smiled politely and walked out of the dorm, closing the door behind her. She let out a sigh. She felt like a total bitch leaving the girl alone, but she also wanted to go talk with Callitsa and Maxis.
Blu began walking towards the cafe. When she was halfway there, she came across a scene that made her raise a brow. A silver-haired boy and a brown haired girl were dueling it out.

In the middle of the damn hallway.

Where there were innocents who could get hurt.

Blu frowned at their slight stupidity, she didn't think people would go ape-shit crazy on the first day, although she knew she would if she lost her cool. Chuckling, the teen continued on her way.

She had arrived at the cafe and there she saw Calli and Maxis chatting, almost as they had knew eachother their whole life. Blu was almost jealous that Callista could easily talk and make friends like that. "Sorry I took so long you guys." Blu said with an apologizing smile as she sat in the third chair. "When are we going to eat? I'm so hungry I could eat an insert something edible and huge!"

Touchy? Perhaps, a lot changed in the four years he had been at this school, and in a way he became smarter, saw more, learned what contact could do to people, if so timed right. Considering her words with an amused smile he stored away her reaction in his mind for future reference. For some reason Katherine only became more interesting in his perspective, and he sat down at the desk, flipping open a laptop and retrieving a phone. Was it because she had killed someone recently? Or was it her increased interest in tormenting the students with him that caused his interest in her psychology to spike? He began dialing the phone, ready to use the favors the student orchestra owed him, and thought of how much fun his vice president could be.

Time passed and orders were given, the group of blackmailed fools were heading to the underground passageways after retrieving the needed supplies for him. He would need to wait before heading down there himself, so currently he was sending and looking through emails, opening the first sent from a sophomore that worked for him a spy, again with the blackmail. It wasn't his fault if people were too stupid to hide their stalker photos of that werewolf girl, and without thinking he played the video file, watching as a low quality video of a boy he didn't recognize, and two girls he did, appeared on the screen. Amon's eyebrows rose, largely uninterested in the werewolf (who his little slave was still stalking, go figure) and the fae woman, but for some reason the picture of focusing on the stranger, who apparently was the blasphemous scum here.

I eh overheard 'im talking..."

Wait...what the fuck? He was half convinced he just popped a blood vessel, because something had burst, be it physically and/or mentally, and by the way his fingernails dug into his palms, he could sense that it was boiling, red hot anger that had flowed through the closed circuit. So this guy thought he could just go around talking shit? Well, he was about to get hit, and with the words of short and girl running through his mind Amon stood from his seat with his body tense and he stormed through and out the student council room, down the nearest staircase, heading straight for the cafe, where the bastard was hopefully still at. He would tear this place apart if he had to, and stomping through the door with rage fuming off of him he heard an announcement over the PA system, the office secretary's voice as irritating as ever.

Tonight, instead of an assembly, we are hosting a special event to bring our new students together! Let go of your worries and be sure to attend our Masquerade - it is mandatory and all students are required to come! Rule breakers will not be tolerated! Drinks and food will be provided with music and space to dance and socialize! Take this as a chance to get to know your new classmates and form closer bonds! It will run from eight to midnight, the dress code is formal to semi-formal and a mask, if you do not own a mask one will be provided for you, and the location is the newly renovated school second basement! Stairways to the basement are now open off of the gym on the first floor of the main building. There will be a contest held that will result in a rewarded winner, so everyone – try your best and behave yourselves! But more importantly, have fun!

At least something was going right! Before long Amon was pushing his hands against the door of the cafe, the bell ringing as his foot hit the tile, and instantly he felt eyes on him, but he gave them no attnetion as he searched for that ginger haired brat. His teeth were bared as he walked through the building, and soon he found his target, making a beeline towards the table him and Callista and Blu were sitting at. Oh, he was going to get it, and when he stood in front of the table his hands slammed downwards on the surface, causing it to shake, the silverware jingling from the disturbance. "You." He practically growled at the other male student, his teeth transforming into sharp, pointed bones without him noticing, showing them off with his scowl. Paying no mind to anyone else his eyes narrowed, glaring at the boy as he let his wrath become concentrated. It was too bad he couldn't narrow his eyes until lazers began shooting out of then, but then again, that would be merciful.

Her vocal intervention seemed to be enough to prevent the boy from hurting the girl any further, because soon the red head was fighting back, slashing upwards with paws in place of hands. Belial stood in place only a few paces away from the fighting, watching as the wereling displayed exactly what kind of power she had, that she was not some weak little girl that had to run away from a group of repulsive, cowardly bullies. Her style was impressive, steady and seemed to be what she thought to be practiced, as if the girl had been in plenty of fights before, and with respect the demon watched as the smaller student leapt and kicked the elder. In a moment it was over over, the ruffian lying on the floor with his breath stolen, her eyes meeting the crimson haired stranger, and finally her heartbeat slowed.

Somehow, she manged to smile, relieved that the girl wasn't harmed any further. "Are you okay?" She questioned, but her eyes flew over to the five men, and that smile was quickly pulled into a frown. "Wait one second." Sending the girl, who was about the same height as her, an apologetic look she approached the five boys, her hands on her hips. "Are you seriously chasing after people on the first day of school? That's truly pathetic, I almost feel sorry for you five." Her voice was demeaning, eying them with scorn and disappointment.

"You should be ashamed. Luckily you won't get unpunished, seeing that I'm from the student council and will see that you five will be receiving detentions for the rest of the week." From her threat one of young men took a menacing step forward, but Belial held her ground, glaring at the student. "Don't make me turn it into a month. Now, be good, and give me your names so we can put all of this behind us." She could feel her anger weaving into her light, carefree tone and false smile, and unsurprisingly each of them gave her their names, soon sulking off down the hall, talking amongst themselves in what was most likely, mindless chatter. A sigh escaped her lips, at least it hadn't ended terribly, and she turned back towards the unnamed girl, rubbing the back of her neck nervously. "Now that that's out of the way, I'm Belial Lynch, and are you hurt?" She questioned, quickly looking over the girl, and oh was she adorably tiny, with the school uniform being the icing on the cake. Actually, bandages might make her cuter...but hopefully she didn't have to go the infirmary!

Calli had been waiting for Maxis' response when Blu showed up, and her brief sense of vulneribility disappeared. "Sorry I took so long you guys." Blu said with an apologizing smile as she sat in the third chair. "When are we going to eat? I'm so hungry I could eat an insert something edible and huge!" Calli laughed. Blu had always had a large appetite. "Here," Calli said with a giggle, "you can have the rest of my muffin while we wait." Calli pushed the muffin towards Blu and looked back at Maxis. Just as she was about to open her mouth the sudden presence of Amon Lynch, the school's vice president and resident bully, put her on edge. Hearing him threaten Maxis caused her to stand from her seat and put a protecting arm in front of Maxis, making sure to make eye contact with Amon.

"Amon, stop. What the hell are you doing here, threatening an innocent fae? Were you spying on people again?" Her blue hair swirled around her as she brought forth the moon's magic, what little she had control of during the day anyway, fully prepared to cast a Lunar Shield around Maxis if need be.

"Gosh, that sounds terrible! I couldn't even imagine it if I didn't have my wings." He shrugs again, seeming very uncaring that he was mutilated. "Well lass, I didn't really 'ave a good pair o' wings... not like your's! They looked kinda like the wings of o' dragonfly or somethin'... Made a very unpleasant noise when I flew, which was very little."

Afraid that they would judge me for being so weak." He shifts in his chair again, his smile turns into a straight face. "That's terrible... Yer friends aren't supposed ta abandon ye just because yer weak, 'ell! Because of our weaknesses that why we need friends, they make up for them with their strengths!"

"Sorry I took so long you guys." He turns in his chair to Blu, his smiles returned. "Finally, ye made it! We were just tal-"

"YOU!"Maxis turns to the short demon who has approached him, a sly smile growing on his face from hearing a very familiar demon speak... He turns to his Fae Friend and says with a smirk; "Well, speak o' the devil an' he'll appear...." He then turns to Amon, a grin on his face that says he knows exactly what he did and why he wanted to do it. "Me? Now what issue would ye 'ave with me? I've only been 'ere two days..." He gets up to face him, his height allows him to loom over the demonic student, the grin on his face widens, his teeth are visible and you can almost hear him chuckling. "Ye better calm down lad... it's unhealthy fer a such a milkmaid to be so... Short...With me..." He bites his own tongue, barely containing his laughter, waiting for Amon to explode.

"Haha, thanks." Blu said as she started to munch on the muffin. A brow rose as the announcement of a masquerade party reached her ears, and it was mandatory. She frowned. The teen had planned on going back to her dorm to watch crappy T.V shows while she snacked on some cinnamon rolls. Parties drained her emotionally as well as mentally. Shaking her head, she began to munch on her muffin again. Blu stopped once again as some random guy came up to their table, screaming 'You!' and apparently at Maxis. Blu sniffed. He was a demon, and a royal one. She saw him somewhere last year, but wasn't exactly sure. The golden-eyed girl watched him warily as Callista stood up and confronted him.

His name was Amon and whoa...what the fuck? Spying? Blu made a face. The thought of having her privacy invaded sparked a slight anger inside of her. She always knew something was screwed up about the school.

She watched as Maxis towered over the other male, the corners of her mouth quirking up slightly at his insult. "I don't know if you guys knew this or not, but starting conflict on the first day isn't exactly the best thing to do." She spoke seriously. Blu didn't understand why everyone's hormones were raging. Shouldn't everyone be relaxed and focused for the new school year?

His arrival seemed to disturb the boy's friends, the taller of the two putting an arm between them, saying something he didn't care about, and therefore didn't comprehend. She might as well have been talking about dish soap and clementines, and Amon turned his face towards the girl with long, blue hair (Wasn't her name Celestia or something? California? Calli-whatever), and his eyebrows raised, unimpressed. For a moment his eyes narrowed and he glanced up to the ceiling as if silently asking 'why does this chick think she can talk to me?' and without responding to her incomprehensible gargling he turned back to the dumbass who - was he smirking?

Again something was breaking, cracking under pressure, and the dark haired boy crossed his arms, furrowing his brow at the taller male - who was probably only that tall because of an enchantment, cheater. He was about to speak, spit out an insult that would shove a dagger into the male's lungs, and then he said it again. Short. It should have been impossible for him to widen his eyes so much, and he swore he could feel his pupils contracting into slits as he saw red. Someone else was talking, however he couldn't hear them, and Amon took three controlled steps backwards, away from the table, and his expression remained in that same, locked enmity.

"I'm going to tear your larynx to shreds." His threat was deadly serious in his wrath, and it was steady, calm, controlled unlike his previous display. This guy was going to regret looking down on him, and without warning Amon sprinted forward, pressing down on the ground and jumping up onto the table, smashing a glass plate as he landed. It was too bad he wouldn't be lucky enough for one of those shards to somehow fly up and become lodged into this guy's forehead. Nevertheless, gathering supernatural energy and concentrating it into his form Amon leapt again, throwing his weight and momentum towards the taller student, hands reaching outwards to grab onto his shoulders, aiming to knock the air out of the student with his knee, and then threaten him with detention. There was no discipline like physical punishment, the larva wouldn't learn any other way.

Sam. Was that a nickname? The corners of Belial's lips lifted, deciding that either way the name fit the young, gusty girl, and when she went to shake Sam's hand she paused, noticing that they were still transformed into leopard paws. Her mouth formed a surprise 'o', and she giggled because of the girl's mistake, finding her absentmindedness endearing if not anything else. It must be difficult to keep track of your body when you're always transforming, and as the other girl shifted back into a full, human form she wondered if it was possible for her to just morph her ears into that of a feline...and maybe a tail too. Quickly her eyes darted away, imagining the sight, and deciding it was too adorable to keep in her head. So was this school a beacon for cute students? This wasn't fair...she wasn't sure if she should be happy or afraid.

When Sam offered her hand again Belial shook it, her smile returning and countenance steady as ever. "It's nice to meet you Sam. I'm glad you're not hurt." When she was done speaking she let go of the girl's hand, and just as she was about to say something else, out of seemingly no where Katherina appeared, thanking her, and in reaction she rubbed the back of her neck, embarrassed. "You're welcome." She replied, looking down to the ground for a moment. For a second there she completely forgot about the Masquerade, and the entire event sent off warning bells in her head. What were they planning?

She had to keep herself from gulping and she looked back up to Katherine, observing her warily, and occasionally eying the tears and burns on her uniform. What had happened? Belial wanted to question the vice president but thought it would be rude, and therefore kept her mouth shut, waiting for the opportunity. Worried, she shuffled her feet, looking at how Katherine offered her hand to Sam, and she remained silent. Why was the first day so chaotic? It seemed to that her brother and Katherine was behind a good chunk of the incidents as well...and the party didn't exactly comfort her. Oh, she had a long year ahead of her, didn't she?
