As a tradition any Tu's 28th Anniversary is a coming of age day. Back thousands of Rotations ago he would have been considered an adult, but in modern times when it is conventionally acceptable to stay with one's Keeper longer it is usually marked by a gathering of his Bale. He will not be receiving this party for a while due to the fierce storm raging outside of his Adobe. Storms on Carey last for far too long, Twists on ends if you are lucky. However it is what gives the plants outside the light needed to grow, so that makes it slightly better. Today also just so happens to be the day that one of his many Friends has decided to send around a game they apparently developed, having knowledge of the upcoming storm in advance.
