ADV Character
Personality:
Damien Cordel is a rough, 'I don't give a shit' type of guy towards other guys but compassionate to the younger kids and females. He is always willing to give them some help (and females are probably his weakness) and he'd do anything for them in order to help them have a better life or chance of survival. He can show his kind and compassionate side, but when he needs it he will show his harsh and realistic side.
He isn't one to sugar coat the truth either and will tell it to people straight, girls, children, men... They don't need to be so naive in this world, to survive they can't be naive in his eyes and so he tries his best to toughen the kids he meets up, but he also tries to shelter them a little bit at the same time. He doesn't think that kids deserve to see the harsh truth of the world, but he knows that to survive they need to to a certain extent.
He looks out for himself and leaves others to defend themselves unless they really can't or he somehow cares for them. Only then will he put his life on the line for someone else's.
Weapons:
Three small pen knifes, one in his trouser pocket, one in his sock and one in his jacket pocket; a 9MM semi automatic that he found abandoned and had someone do up for him (for a hefty price); [List may continue]
Biography:
Once a rogue, always a rogue, Damien says. He's been a rogue for life and though he's thought about joining on of the several forming gangs, he hasn't. His parents gave birth to him and brought him up to know how to fight and protect himself. They wanted him to be able to survive on his own for when they weren't around. And, by the time Damien was seven, both of his parents were deceased.
Everything they had taught their son paid off. He knew how to hunt and had to tools in a hideout to help him out, so he could live of the surviving animals that roamed the wastelands when he didn't have anything else to eat. They showed him how to fight and defend his life and territory, everything and since the day of their death, that is what he's been doing.
Now though, he's heard about this key, and thinks the Legend is a load of bull, for lack of better words. He thinks that humans have created it to make their kids feel better and to give them hope, sugar coating them from the truth. Now, it's developed rapidly and into some wild story, where fights are started because of it and lives are also taken because of some fictional story, in his eyes anyway.
