Ground Rules
Aeronne is a world with multiple layers, where stories in one location may well effect things in another location. As such, it is incredibly important to be mindful of what you do. I myself, as creator of this world, maintain the right to final say as to what is and is not allowed to occur, and as such I will erase any content that infringes on the rules as I set them, though I will strive to allow the writer the chance to alter their post.

I may also give this right to others, if I do so then they too shall have the right to erase content that does not follow the rules, bearing in mind that they should give the writer a chance to make alterations to fit within the rules. If anyone abuses this permission it will be taken from them.

I will not tolerate toxicity of any sort if it is based on any form of prejudice, And I assume that if you are capable of reading this you will know what constitutes prejudice and will not need to be told.

If a conflict arises between two players, the players should make efforts to sort it out themselves, or reach a compromise. If they seek out either myself or a another that has been given permission to arbitrate such things, then I or the selected third party will have final say on the situation, and BOTH SIDES AGREE TO IT. if you do not like how I or a third party handles it, too bad you should have handled it yourself.

Gameplay

This is a play by post roleplay set in an open sandbox environment that will continuously grow as I add more and more content to it. Players will be allowed to create any character within the setting so long as it fits within the setting.

Now in order to help smooth any conflicts between characters, EVERY CHARACTER WILL HAVE THREE IDENTIFYING SCORES.

These scores will be a total of 100 divided between Mind, Magic, and Might.

When a conflict arises, and neither player is willing to submit to the other, there will be two ways in which this may be resolved.
First, myself or another DM will determine which of the three scores applies to the conflict (For example if the two characters are arm wrestling, then Might is most likely to be assigned as the score.) In this event, the character with the higher score wins.
The second option is that both players roll 1d100. The higher roll will win. The rolls will be made in public chat to remove any doubt as to who wins.

Mind you, this only comes into play if two characters come into conflict, and neither player can agree on the outcome. This situation should occur only rarely.

There is a timeline to events. That timeline is posted in the Forums for all individuals to view and see. All posts are Chronological, the latest post is the most recent event.

Setting

Aeronne is a high fantasy world set in a Colonial era. You will find Knights and warriors using sword and spear, but you will just as likely find soldiers with rifles, volley firing into cavalry. Magic is found in this world as well, and the most successful individuals will find a way to utilize magic in conjunction with technology in order to conquer the world.
