Physical description:his fur is black, he has a mechanical arm and hand, pacman-ish eyes, and basically anything that looks like a wolf, he wears overalls, rope and belts on his body, aswell as a bag for his pipe

Personality: always grouchy, and when he gets angry he growls and howls, and if you keep trying, he smiles and laughs

Historical background: Tom was an ordinary man working at an animation studio, he would be fixing pipes or teaching Wally to fix a pipe. But one day the owner of the animation studio kidnapped him and threw him into a machine he had made. And when he woke up, he was a wolf. And as for how he got his mechanical arm and hand: he was just walking around and he heard a scream so he followed the scream and saw a lady laying in a pool of ink as a tall, thin figure stood over her so he rushed to her aid but before he knew it, the figure grabbed his left arm and tore it completely off before leaving. So the lady helped him find a new arm and hand. And when they found one he put it on and it fit perfectly. So that’s tom’s background.
