Mia's eye's shirted around the so called 'Sanctuary', like hell it is. All this is, is just whom ever the official leader is just made this place to keep us all in check. Helps keep the weak from going insane or just killing off all the infected. Thinking as she walks down a dirt place, the dirt dances around her. Shifting her backpack, the sound of her rifle was heard, clanging on her knife attacked to her thigh. She didn't quite understand why they could leave. Mia studied everyone around her, they all seemed on edge. Most paranoid often treating the infected like the filth some think they are. Mia sees them as something bad ass, she smirked she's thought about befriending one, if anyone is willing. WHACK! She falls to the ground landing on her backpack, dust flies up around her.

"HEY! Watc-" She looked around for who ever knocked her over but he took off. A sigh escaped her mouth, she stood up and brushed off the remaining dirt. She surveyed her surrounds multiple people were looking in her direction. Mia waved their way signaling she was fine. She fixed her beanie, and continued towards her destination. Shuffling her wait within a few building she made it to her favorite restaurant. Bing! Bing! The door creaked open, strangers faces looked to hers. She gave them a shy smile, and proceeded to to the counter. Upon reaching the counter, the face that greeted her was one of the infected. A young hunter type, these were Mia's particular favorite type of infected. Mia smiled to the man behind the counter before she began to speak.

"Good morning, I'll have today's special." She says with a cheery voice, as she took off her backpack to grab the money. Setting the backpack on the counter she unzipped the small front pocket. She fished out the appropriate amount of cash. Zipping the compartment, she threw it over her shoulder. Extending her reach to the man, she smiled holding the money to him.

Holland's day had previously been pretty dreary, so seeing the presence of another customer lit his face up as he took the money, letting out a small squeak of happiness as he rushed into the kitchen to fix the most popular thing on the menu, the daily special. Once it had been prepared, he handed the food over to Mia hastily, practically wiggling with happiness. Once finished, he tilted his head and smiled.

((The special that day was a Big Mac-type burger on top of spicy fries))

To Mia's surprise the food was prepared pretty quickly. Which she didn't mind, she found the cashier entertaining. Mia liked him. Taking her food from Holland, she flashed him a smile before speaking. "Thank you." She told him before searching for an empty table. With her food in hand she shuffled over to a nearby empty table. Setting the food down, she takes her backpack off and sets it beside her. She plops down in the rather uncomfortable chair. She shrugs and takes a fry from the bundle. A sensation of hot aroma filled her mouth, causing her to in a way pant. They definitely were spicy fries, she smiled. Looking around the restaurant Mia didn't really know any who inhabited it. Looking back at the cashier, she smiled he was a pretty friendly guy and seemed to like his job and interacting with the customers who come in. Which is always nice and makes the place feel more welcoming. However being overly nice can be a bad sign as well, Mia doesn't trust easy and she's not sure she'll befriend the hunter just yet.

Upon finishing her food she puts all her garbage into the nearby trash bin. Picking up her backpack and throwing it over her shoulder securing it onto her. Heading to the door, she gave the place one last glance around before walking back out onto the crowded streets of their Sanctuary. Mia let out a sigh before walking along the path of those whom can't afford a home to live in. She preferred not to go this way but it's the only shortcut to her thinking location. Keeping her eye's up, not paying a mind to the beggars around her. Out of no where she was grabbed from behind, Mia grabbed the arm of her attacker and tried to get loose.

"Let go of me! Mia screamed, why was no one helping her? She's not the strongest out there and can easily be taken advantage of. Mia tried to reach for her knife, but couldn't grab it. She plummeted her elbow back, jabbing her attacker in the side, causing his or her grip to release from her neck. Quickly she turned around and kicked whom ever onto the ground before reaching for her knife. The dust flew up around her attacker, as she pointed her knife in their direction she waited to see who wanted to cause unnecessary violence.

Holland peered over the cashier's counter warily, ready to pounce at whatever was attacking one of his customers. He wasn't about to have a fight break out in his restaurant. Not on his watch. He growled low and menacingly towards the instigator, as the dust settled.

Mia focused her eye's on her attacker as the dust settled back in it's place. She didn't recognize this man, why he was attacking her she was about to find out. "Whats the big idea? Mia said as she gazed down at him. She heard the sound of the restaurant doors swing open. The cashier came out to see what the co-motion was, fixing her gaze back on the man below her. She inched forward waiting for the man to answer her. "Well? Speak dammit.." Mia hissed at him. She had no patience and didn't mind roughing him off if she needed too. The man lifted himself off the ground, and gave Mia a smirk. His eyes were filled with this eerie gaze. Making Mia feel uneasy, he was dressed in decent attire. What looks to be outerwear of a trench coat, a red color with gold lining. A white t-shirt with a necklace, although the t-shirt as a slit through it. With a pair of jeans a red and blackish color, with black boots. He has short brown hair. His hands are covered by a small pair of gloves seeming like maybe..golf gloves? No matter..this guy gave her the creeps.

"Don't bother me again.." Mia warns, although in reality she's quite defenseless without a weapon. As anyone would anyhow, she steps away from Micheal. Keeping her knife high, as he stood up off the cold ground. She won't look away from his gaze until he leaves. His eye's are locked on her, its such a cold stare. His brown hair grazing his face so gently, it was hard to believe how off he felt. His mouth slowly opened and the words spoken she will not forget. "Watch your back, I'm coming for you.." Said the man in a stern voice, he sounded serious. Without another word he disappeared into the crowd. Mia stood there, there was a long hush before she put her knife away. Her eye's searching the crowd for the man..It was too late he was gone. Shaking her head, as the crowd around her dispersed and everyone went on with their miserable lives.

Holland snarled as he heard the warning the man gave the young girl, and made a little snorting noise. "Ma'am?" Holland called out. "Are you OK?" His voice was slightly shrill but deep at the same time, and he spoke a little slowly as if he was still thinking about what to say. He was still on edge after the encounter, wanted to help, and was plenty willing to track down the instigator who started that mess.

Mia's head turn towards the voice asking if she was okay. She smiled seeing who it was, the cashier from before. "I'm alright, Thank you." She told the young hunter. As people walked by she could her whispers. She wan't scared, Mia can handle herself. Mia looked to the young hunter, "i'll be alright, don't worry about me. She told him with a warm smile. While she fixed her beanie and waved to the hunter before walking off and disappearing into the crowd. Something felt off today, she couldn't figure out what but something was a miss. Mia shook her head before turning down a well known alley way, which lead to her humble home. Mia looked around upon approaching her home, and fumbled to get her keys. The clanking of the chains could be heard through the small alleyway, which echoed all throughout. The chain hit the cold ground with a thud, Mia picked them up and brought it inside. Locking the door behind her, she wrapped the chain to the door frame and a home made structure to keep it from being pried open or cut. She can never be to safe now and days. Letting out a sigh she placed her backpack next to the kitchen table before rummaging through her cabinet for a snack. She grabbed a bag of expired pretzel, my what a luxury.. Grabbing her bag and walking over to the couch, she set it in front of her before lighting some candles. letting herself fall on the couch, she stretched. Home was definitely where the heart is. Mia loved her little sanctuary of her own.

Micheal rushed through the crowd, slipping through them like butter. Upon rounding a corner, he stopped in the shadows reflecting on the event. His smirk grew larger, how he loved to scare young women. His hand cupped his chin in thought, how he would get her alone he must figure out. As he made his way, through the well known rate way of alley's he reached his place of operations. Micheal smiled and opened the sewer grate. Yes, it was a sewer in which he lived but you'd be surprised what he's done down there. You see this little place they circled to make the sanctuary use to be his little home town. Being so crowded and chaotic before all this happened. Micheal spent some time making a remote shelter filled with all the essentials included a working generator with gas, electric and armory. He's got a nice set up down under, with everything a real home would need. Plus it's his own little secret. While everyone about ground often struggle with working power he has it constantly. Micheal sighed, in a way he didn't like hiding from everyone. However if they did find out he is hiding all this, the wouldn't hesitate to lynch him even an exile would be doing him maybe even favor. Micheal sits at his bed side, still deep in thought. Maybe he needs to stalk her for a little while, get to know things she likes. A devilish smile, grew on him he loved the idea of finding a new victim, his last one died before he could get to her. Micheal smiled as he stood up from the bed, walking over to the mirror. Gazing into his own eye's, Micheal can't help but feel warm and fuzzy when women are defenseless. He looked down at his notebook, "Soon..." He whispered.

As the customers slowly left for the day, Holland decided to close up shop. He was fuming still after that dreadful encounter. He could still smell that man's stench. Then, suddenly, Holland had gotten an idea. He would track down that person through scent. He had a bad feeling about the man and wanted to see where he was, what he did on the daily. Once he had closed the restaurant, he followed the scent of the man all the way to... the entrance of a sewer? Holland tilted his head in confusion before opening the sewer grate, trying not to make a sound. He closed the grate behind him and jumped to the ceiling, hanging like a demonic child as he crawled along, searching the sewer. He stopped when he saw the man.

After Mia had finished her little break, she sat up and grabbed her bag. She flung it over her shoulder and walked out of the kitchen and living room area and proceeded to her room. Once in her room, she set the bag down on the bed. Immediately unzipped it and started taking everything out and placing them in piles. As she pulled out the things which she had found or bought that day, she couldn't get that man out of her head. There is something about him, that makes her want to know more..however he could be dangerous. She didn't mind, she can fight. Shaking her head, she finished unpacking and threw the bag on a nearby chair. The sound of the bag hitting the chair rung throughout the lifeless house. While Mia put everything in their places, she was trying to think of a plan. How would she get this guy to trust her? Where might she see him again? Questions she's still searching the answer for. Letting out a heavy sigh, she let her body fall lifelessly onto the bed before closing her eye's to think. Mia isn't the best at plan making, she usually just wings it. In times like these she feels it's better to go in with a plan than maybe blind knowing nothing at all of what your getting into. Mia's eye's slowly opened and she stares up at the ceiling, her eye's searching for an answer..

Micheal ears twitched, 'that sound.' He thought, as he slowly picked up his katana. Crouching down, he crept out the back exit. Keeping his mind completely blank listening for a sound of movement, or even breathing. His eye's searched his surroundings as he slowly crept to the front entrance. Upon rounding the corner of the shelter, that's when he saw it. It was that good for nothing, hunter from the restaurant. His concerned face, turned anger and hate. Micheal gripped the handle tighter. He stood up, before speaking. "Why are you here?" He asked the hunter, who is dangling like a bat on the ceiling of the sewer. His eye's never left the sight of the pest. "At least come down from the ceiling.." Micheal laughed, "You aren't afraid of me are you?" he questioned, with a smirk painted on his face. His Katana clearly visible to the young hunter, in case he tries anything.

Holland growled, and dropped to the ground. "You made me mad. My restaurant supposed to be good place." Holland's English wasn't very good, but he tried his best to form a cohesive sentence. "You almost hurt customer. I want make sure you aren't evil." He finished, sitting down like a dog before huffing. This man didn't seem very pleasant, almost dangerous.

Mia slowly rose from her bed, staring onto the floor below her. A single thought came to mind. She thought maybe paying a visit to the cashier from the restaurant, Holland. That was the only thing she could go on, maybe he knew more or even knew the guy. Mia shakes her head, of course he wouldn't know him..He didn't seem too. Mia glaces out the window, still sunny enough. Grabbing her backpack, Mia heads out the door. It was a good 5 minute walk from her humble home. Unlocking and re locking her doors were done quickly. As Mia made her way down the street, she passed some rather familiar faces. Mia keeps her self focus on her main goal, she needed to find this guy before he found her. She picked up the pass, and within minutes she found herself at the entrance. Taking a deep breathe she opened the door to the restaurant. The place seems empty, there was maybe one customer inside. Looking to the cash register, it wasn't the hunter from earlier. "Shit....Now what?" She thought, stepping towards the cashier. Before speaking she smiled. "You wouldn't happen to know where the young hunter before went? He is a cashier here.." She asked, hoping the man in front of her knew him. "Yes, I know him. He just went to take care of something after that commotion earlier. The man paused, looking Mia up and down. "He should be back soon. Feel free to stick around, let me know if you need anything." He finished, before turning to help a customer whom just walked in. Mia thanks him before taking a seat. Taking her bag off and setting it on the table. She looks to the menu, maybe she should get something. Who knows when he'll be back..She thinks before rummaging through her luggage for the correct amount of change. Mia walks up from her seat to the line, which by the time she got there had vanished. "Hi, uh i'll take the chili cheese fries" Mia tells him, holding the money out. The man takes the money and gave her the receipt. Mia steps to the side, waiting for her order.

Micheal's eye's watched the hunter move and sit like a dog. He smirked at the hunter, "You're serious?" He laughed, Holland was a fool if he thinks he can harm him. Micheal eye's were fixed on the hunter in front of him, Your customers should be able to handle themselves by now... He paused, glancing to the entrance of his home. "I'm sure they don't want one of you protecting them..." Micheal told him, his eye's slowly meet his, the look of disgust present on his face. Micheal takes a step forward, holding his Katana to the creature under him. He pointed the tip of the blade near the hunters neck. "Now leave before I hurt you.." He warned, Micheal wasn't afraid of some infected he thought it was a good workout to kill them. His eye's never left the hunters, not until he leaves his home. Micheal Stepped back, keeping the Katana pointed at him.

Holland snarled. "Put the thing away before I get messy. Nobody likes when I get messy." He threatened, backing off the blade to avoid touching it, and hopping back to the ceiling just in case that man decided he wanted to try something funny. "I love my customers. You not allowed in my restaurant no more." Holland's voice was stricken with disappointment at the man. He was definitely evil. He didn't want that man being a terrorist in his restaurant, he could go be a terrorist elsewhere.

Micheal smirked, "Like i'd want to eat at your restaurant. He snickered, lowering the katana to his side. Watching the hunter jump to the ceiling he got more serious. I won't tell you again. Get. Out." He threatened, shaking his head "I've killed many of you before, the vaccine to keep you from infecting others..it was quite easy." He finished, looking up at the dangling man. The young hunter is just a pest to him, he had to get rid of him. He might not be a threat but if that ones out of the picture it'll not as much as a hassle to deal with him so often. Fiddling with the Katana, Micheal glances down towards it. His smirk fades to a frown. He was getting bored of their interaction. It was either time he left or died. Micheal looked back to the hunter. "Leave...now. He hissed, gripping the Katana tighter.

Holland smirked. He knew exactly how to take care of the man. Although he'd seen the speed of which the man had reacted, he was just a bit faster. But... he waited. Waited for the terrorist to make his first move. His smirk slowly crept across his face, making it a maniacal grin. "I'm waiting~" Holland hissed threateningly. He began to cackle with a sense of cockiness, planning his escape.
