As an elemental controllist Angel has the ability to control any element, ice, fire, etc. She can bend them to her will. For example: if she saw a dead flower she could bring it back to life by using earth.
As a mood controller she can effect the mood of others how she does this is varied

Angel is a really sweet girl who loves to have fun and loves everything about life. She's constantly playing music or doing something artistic, and is normally really bubbly which is why some people call her Bubbles. Even though she is super sweet, she does have a temper and can be a bit of a bitch. Even though shes super nice, she still can still be a huge bitch and she has a temper on her. She is not shy at all and is rather very very outgoing, shes not a virgin, but shes not promiscuous having it only one time. She loves music, dancing and singing and it seems to be her life.

From infancy her parents knew that Angel was special. The first time her mother gave her a bath, Angel seemed to love it so much that she had somehow contorted the water. Her mother is an elementalist and was sent to a similar school so when Angel was 14 she sent her to Babylon. Angel's father was said to be a mood controller so thats where she gets it from. She is an only child and her family is very wealthy. Angel hasn't seen her family in person for many years since she has been at the school, but they write letters everyweek
