Chaturi bawd

"Oh my fur and wiskers! I hope I have not offended you oh great, oh lovely, oh powerful queen!"

0 · 173 views · located in The Kingdom of Hearts

a character in “Alice in Wonderland: A Twisted Wonderland”, as played by RacoonMoon()

Description

Chaturi Bawd
Role:
White rabbit
Age: 17 in human years, although rabbit years tend to go much faster.
Gender: Male
Personality: Chaturi takes delight in pleasing others so long as he does it of his own free will. Chaturi tries to be a team player but is mostly independent. He is smart and genuinely prefers to use his brain over brawn. He is a strict pacifist who delights in being clever.
However the queen wouldn't like these traits very much, so Chaturi often hides behind an eccentric and groveling alter ego while in public.
Appearance: Chaturi is a snow white rabbit with long ears slightly longer than normal. He wears his fur in a slightly frenzied fashion although he likes to smooth it when he is alone. The queen requires him to wear a red waistcoat with white frill that Chaturi loathes wearing. The only article he does wear is a counterclockwise pocketwatch that hangs around his neck. He only wears this because he can't manipulate the latch that holds it on. It is more of a collar than an accessory.
When he disguises himself as a human, He has shoulder length blonde hair and blue eyes if the spell goes right. More often than not the spell goes slightly awry which gives him white hair, his rabbit ears, patches of fur in places, or a fluffy tail.
Abilities: Being a rabbit he has all of the abilities he would get from that plus the ability to talk. Snooping around in the royal libraries has taught Chaturi three spells. The first was a large speed boost and the second disguises him as a human. The third exponentially increases all of his senses for a short amount of time. It is his most powerful spell and leaves him slightly dazed afterward.
History: Chaturi lived with an old watchmaker in a shop called Kukoo. The shop was close to the Mad Hatter’s shop but Chaturi has only met the Hatter a few times. The shop specialized in making pocket watches, wrist watches, head watches and all other time telling article. In the watch maker’s old age his hearing had gone. That was where Chaturi had come in. He would listen and make sure the watch's time was correct. Also he would run for the parts when the watchmaker was unable to. They worked well together and neither expected they could be successful without the other.
Toward the beginning of the Red queen's reign, Chaturi was out gathering parts to make some watches. Meanwhile the red queen was gathering animals for her workforce. Chaturi was swept up into the Queen's workforce and has been working for her ever since. Chaturi's desire to please eventually rose him to the position of one of the queen's most favored animals after the Jabberwock. He skillfully misuses his trust whenever he can though and because of it is often the cause of trouble in the castle. On the queen's better nights Chaturi sneaks out in search of Wonderlanders who can help. So far the only one willing to help has been the cat.
Likes: freedom, watches, strategy, being helpful
Dislikes: Orders, The red queen, most humans, violence

So begins...

(OOC: sorry about not posting. I was adjusting to the first week of school and couldn't make time.)

Tillia listened to the Cat jump through the trees before landing a couple feet away from her. He threw down his cloak and exposed his grotesque claw. She cracked a smirk at the cat. Did he expect that to intimidate her? She wasn't going to cower like a normal soldier. She had four of those claws normally. She wasn't in her normal skin but she could still make herself very deadly with the spear.

She pushed the but of the spear into the ground. She put a hand on her hip and leaned against a nearby tree.
"Prey isn't supposed to attack the hunter." she taunted.
She locked eyes with the cat. She adjusted her grip on the spear, preparing to jab it forward if he chose to attack.

"Will that be all queen?"
The queen looked around the room before settling her cold eyes on Chaturi. Chaturi stifled the urge to shiver beneath her gaze.
"Well I guess there is no more use for you here," She said looking away with a faint sigh. "Did you want to go?" she asked when he hadn't moved.
"Oh yes oh great queen." He said, hopping away towards the door. He purposefully stumbled on the way out the door and practically felt the queen roll her eyes at him. He nodded to the guards on the other side of the door but they ignored him. Once around the corner he threw of his act. It was annoying to act like an idiot in front of everyone but it had to be done.

About an hour later he was hopping through the undergrowth in no real direction. He'd overheard some of the queen's plans the day before and figured that Kurai would want to hear about it. Kurai didn't favor one place in his woods though and it could take much longer than he had to wait in one place. He was much better off wondering through every part of the forest as fast as he could but even then he might miss him. More than anything it was also an excuse to be out of the castle. He hated being in there. It always felt as if someone were watching him and his idiot disguise was very annoying.

Chaturi smiled at the wind and leaves rushing through his fur as he ran freely through them. Then something else caught his eye and he stopped. It was an old broken down house. It was shoddily made out of wooden planks which had a faded white paint job. Heart-shaped tiles had fallen from the roof and now formed a sort of path toward the door. Chaturi had never been down this trail before and contemplated turning around. This house seemed very eerie to him and it didn't look like strangers were meant to go inside. On the other hand some Wonderlanders were reluctant to leave their houses whether for fear of the red queen or fear of Kurai. Either way they could become a potential ally for him at least.

He cautiously hopped up to the beginning of the tile path and called inside.
