I'm quite mad.
Personality:
Cheshire is a sly fellow who wears a wicked grin a lot of the time. Playful and mischievous at first, he is a misleading, tricky fellow who won't hesitate to manipulate others to reach his own ends. He is a social, affectionate creature by nature, who appears friendly but actually doesn't trust many people.
He'll often lurk for a while before revealing himself, and never reveals his true intentions right away. He's insatiably curious, to the point of annoying people with endless questions.
He switches between agility and laziness- though he can run and climb quite well, one moment he'll be bounding around and the next stretching out lazily on a tree branch, refusing to budge.
Outgoing and confident, he possesses a wicked sense of humor and enjoys jibing and laughing at others. Although he praises himself quite often, he rarely takes offense, making arguments with him tedious and confusing. He doesn't lose his temper often, and seems to possess no morals whatsoever, rarely feeling guilt or sadness of any kind.
Likes: Riddles, puzzles, climbing trees, gossip or news, hiding and observing people. Anyone or anything that can amuse him for a while.
Dislikes: Water- he is a weak swimmer who tends to flounder and flail rather than actually swim. He's also not very partial to sudden loud noises, anything cold, damp and slimy, serious people (he finds them painfully boring) and rain.
Hobbies: Eating, sleeping, watching people.
History:
The Cheshire has lurked around in Wonderland as long as he can remember. He simply cannot recall whether he ever had family, but doesn't really care about his origins. At one point he invited himself into the Duchess' household and stayed there for quite a while, finding the antics of the family amusing. He left after meeting Alice there, and explained the 'rules' of Wonderland to her.
Although he hasn't taken a side, he is slightly against the Queen of Hearts, as he has adopted some of the Duchess' enmity against her, and she once sentenced him to death.
He hasn't much of a history, as he mostly prefers to watch events unfold rather than become actively involved in them. He tends to either live off the land or leech off others.
I got a bit confused as to whether we were following the book or not, with the creatures. Let me know if I need to change anything.
