Aevum was training back in the Serionsā base, in the training room. The training room that they were in was roofless, which lead to the cold weather of the Serions. He asked to one off the younger members to practice his hallucinogenic powers with him. He asked to him to create as much enemies that he could do, and make them as much realistic as possible. Aevum would test his ability by killing them with his sword. He in fact used the kid for basically providing him with puppets, but also to get the kid used to his abilities. After few minutes, as Aevum was breaking a sweat, he heard one of the servant talking to him.
āSir, the leader requires you to go on the front line.ā
āWhy doesnāt he go himself?ā he asked to the servant while still defending himself.
āI have none of the idea, Sir.ā The servant simply replied with. When Aevum finished with the last target, the servant would soon said: āHe said that Lorndus would be there as well.ā On that information, Aevum would stop and turn towards the kid and the servant.
āTell him that Iāll be there in a moment.ā
āVery well.ā On that note, the servant would walk away, closing the door. Aevum walked up to the kid, patting his head with his clawed hand. Aevum smiled slightly.
āYou need to get some rest, kid. You did a great job.ā
The child smiled up at him, standing up from his chair. āHa, thank you Aevum! It was nice to see a real warrior fighting for once.ā The kid would then skip away into another section of the base. Aevum smirked a bit.
āA real warriorā¦ā he repeated softly to himself, snickering a bit. He would then unfold his wings, flying up into the air and flew in direction of the border between the Rideons and the Serions.
Once he reached the front line, he could feel the tension between the Rideon and the Serion. Despite being in the middle of the war, both parties agreed to not attack until the other does. It would mean someone had to break the ice, and he would be the one doing so.
āLorndus! Show yourself!ā He screamed towards the Rideonās front line as he flew over his, but there was no sign of the person in question. He growled a bit under his breath and pointed his weapon towards them.
āAttack!ā and he would open a new chapter in the war. He would quickly dive into the enemyās front line as both parts were charging each other. He slashed his sword through them, sometimes using his corruption powers to infiltrate oneās mind. As quick they are, it is easily noticeable by their green glowing eyes and the black marking on themselves. He would make some of the Rideon rebel against their friends, which always amused him,
Aevum turned his head in a direction and thought to see the one he was searching. He quickly charged him, but he was soon blinded by a light, and felt unconsciousā¦.
Back to Earth, there was a light in the sky. It wasnāt the sun, and it wasnāt the moon either. This light seemed to be coming from a comet. It has entered into the Earthās atmosphere and was about to enter in collision with it. It landed near from a small island. The dust rose because of it.
Once the dust came down, it was clear that it wasnāt a comet at all. In fact, it was Aevum. He was unconscious, but it was a few minutes later that he took consciousness. The first thing that he felt was pain. Without even opening his eyes, he could felt as if some hit his whole body. Soon came his vision which was heavily blurred. He took time as he shook the dust off of himself gently and look around, trying to focus. He couldnāt see much.
āWhere⦠am I?ā He thought to himself as he slowly sat up in the dust.
