Clothing:
Though she typically simply sticks to her school uniform Yuki's dress off campus is quite simple. Being unconcerned with the latest fashions or trends Yuki sticks to a more comfort and practicality over looks philosophy. The range of colors in her wardrobe is rather limited, consisting largely of reserved or darker shades of blues, blacks, or grays.

A quiet and reserved girl, Yuki normally wouldn't stand out at all in a classroom or crowd. The type to simply fade into the background of moving faces and voices, a position the girl honestly wouldn't overly mind. This however is not quite how she is perceived, thanks in part simply to her height, but also thanks to the reputation she had gained through her years at school as a 'deadly swordsman' or a 'master martial artist', such things had added up over the years and caused the slightly awkwardly tall girl to stand out among her peers. Her shy nature towards approaching others hadn't helped her image at all either, seeming aloof and distant from the outside people assumed the girl was cold or felt she was above the others around her. This, combined with the countless rumors of her sword-wielding skills, gave birth to the unfortunate title of 'The Steel Princess'.
Being the quiet and non-confrontational person she is, she never spoke up against any of these rumors or such and simply lives on trying to work up the courage and to decipher the rituals behind making friends. She tries to be helpful to those around her and always puts forth her best efforts in her academics and elective studies at school, often a top-scorer on tests and physical exercises. This however has only really seemed to serve to further the distance between herself and others. The only time she really breaks out of her shell is at home among her family or friends, revealing herself to be quite a warm and caring young woman with a sincere and infectious smile that one might even call cute.

Swordsmanship/Martial Arts - Yuki can often be found in her father's dojo practicing her martial arts and kendo. It serves as a means of meditation for her when she needs to sort her thoughts.
Flute - Playing flute isn't something she takes very seriously but is something she enjoys to do in her free time.
Poetry - A hobby Yuki doesn't expose to others, she enjoys both reading and writing poetry from time to time.

Her father was a well-respected martial artist who had some moderate success in the sport but had settled down to the married life and become a police officer, Yuki's mother worked as the head of the local library. Overall their life was a happy one that moved at a slow and steady pace. Even from a young age Yuki was the shy type that she is today and made very few friends, most of her time was spent with her family or on her own keeping busy by herself.
Of her family Yuki was particularly close her aunt on her mother's side who lived next door. The woman lived alone and worked as a teacher at the local elementary school and was often the one who would take care of or babysit Yuki while her parents were out or busy. Perhaps it was because the woman had no daughter of her own that she doted on Yuki so, often taking her out on fun trips to amusement parks and the like. It was from this aunt that Yuki picked up her hobbies of music and poetry, and was the one who originally taught her how to play the flute. Yuki was about 11 however when her aunt grew ill and over the course of that year her condition worsened until she eventually passed away. The death was quite impactful on the young girl and to this day she visits her grave often.
Recently though her family had a new addition, one of the first emotional androids, Emiko. It came as quite the surprise to her when she was informed that her family would be taking the girl in, but Yuki was quite excited. Having a sibling was something she had always wanted and so she was quite determined to try her best to be accommodating for the girl and to make her feel at home with her new family.
