Ionia is a robot and member of the Hellas human protection squad team based on the island of Zakynthos, Greece. She is under the wing of Uncinus as a scout in training. Ionia hasn't got the anger/fear/sadness programming needed for full emotional response and when situations arise where she needs to use them she fritzes due to her not being able to connect with the correct emotions.

The game version of Ionia has her translated as an alien life form with robotic enhancements rather than being full robot.
