Power: Puppet Master: Carter loves his power, he can control anyone fully with his power, he controls their movements regardless of what they want to do, it's basically as if he really did have strings attatched to each of the limbs controlling the person's movements. He has limitations though and a lot more complications than what some people may know. Carter actually can only control up to two people at least at a time but if her pushes for more it drains more energy and how long he can do it for, that's why the suggested amount is two. What comes into complication there is imaginary strings attached to the person's limbs and he can see them yet no one else can and of course he has the little imaginary handles as well so to move them it takes a bit of skill to remember exactly what little thing does what movement to move the person but after practicing it for a long while he's quite familiar with it. He can control four people with no problems of confusion but anything beyond that gets way too complicated and he hasn't been able to master anything like it.

Personality: Carter is the guy who will be there as a handy man, he seems to be quite helpful to most people and he'll give a lending hand out to a majority of people who need it. Well those he cares about and family members. If he's had a job of course he'll do it and follow orders. He's almost always the one girls will call to help them fix something whether it be her car, her tv, her computer, and in return he gets great pleasure, he wont do things out of good sense, don't mix him up with that he does it to get something out of it and so you'll have to owe him. Nothing pleases him more than when a girl owes him because he gets mighty fine plans for that and can only hope that he'll be able to seduce them enough into his bed, he has the mighty fine looks for it so why the hell not?

One thing most people know about him is that he puts on the charm and the gentlemen look, he will be kind to a girls mother or a friends mother and he will be polite only to gain their respects of course because soon he's friended many single mums and a lot of them have taken a bit from this stunning and charming young man. He'll compliment any woman because he believes they all need to be complimented they are all pretty in their own way but certain girls turn him on more than others. He plays inside the minds of many girls and women and he does it well where you wont always notice it, this is his strong shell he hasn't had anyone break through yet, he will not reveal the guy he really is because often times it gets put down and ever since he came upon Noctrem academy he's grown stronger, tougher, and cares less now. He will not let people in easily. He likes to tease regardless of who you are and whether which guy he is, he loves a good laugh and nothing more than that.

The boy underneath the shell is actually a romantic, sweet, and caring guy. As well as a protective one at that but there's no one really that's seen this side of him not ever, last time someone would have seen it would have been when he was eleven and that was it. He's in reality a scared man who wont admit it, he has many fears but he doesn't show it, Carter is a man of masks and he plays with them and tries them on for good measure, all just to hid up his real and true self.
History: Carter was the first born in his family but he wasn't the only one. He happened to have two little sisters who meant the world to him since the day they were born. While his mother was pregnant with them (they're twins) he was always at his mum's side talking to her belly and rubbing it, he thought it was the coolest thing and finally when his twin sisters were born when he was five he was in there after the babies were born and he held both of them, they were the most precious things in his life and he was very protective of them. His parents were hard workers and they worked long nights so Carter was basically there to raise his little sisters and he grew close with them. During school life however he had a lot of friends and he was popular he was always the guy who had multiple female friends liking him and all that. He was a B average student and his parents loved him for that.

One day when he nine he had finally discovered his powers while he was in a rage at one of his little sisters and the movements he had done had caused him to drown his little sister by accident. He was a monster and he couldn't take it he went out on rampage his parents didn't know at the time it was his fault but when they did they were disappointed in him and they didn't see anything good coming out of him. When the time came her had looked into the two different schools, Noctrem and Arcana. They both had good values and purposes but he didn't know which he belonged in and finally just blindly picking he chose Noctrem, he just had to get out of the house and away from everything. He soon ended up at Noctrem's doorstep and they took him in.

Carter has been at the academy for ten years, he knows his way around the halls, inside and out and soon enough Noctrem shaped him into the perfect student, he hides all his old traits under a thick shell that's impossible to break and he uses his power to harm innocent bystanders and gives him a great laugh. Carter knows a majority of the students at Noctrem and they all helped him forget about his terrible past but in his heart he still holds a small place for his baby sister Gabby and he will visit his other twin sister Abby.
Anything else? He works out a few days a weekend and he always goes on morning jogs.
