Power: Technopathy, William can control technology with his mind. He can do much more than merely control, He can fix, change, upgrade, hack into, and even create technology. However he must have a connection to what he wants to control.

Fears: William has a deadly fear of being emotionally hurt. He's had enough physical pain, there isn't much room left for negative emotions.

Personality: It isn't very common to hear his voice, usually he is on his laptop with his headphones on. No matter where he is, his laptop will be with him. When he does talk it is usually scientific stuff that most people would not understand. He is a pretty big nerd, but can be a jerk at times. He is a little too honest and cynical, and can hurt other people's feelings very easily but not intentionally. Most of the time William looks and acts very tired. He is a mad man when it comes to technology. He would be the best person to go to if you need repairs. What most people like about him is that he is very helpful.

History: William was from a very wealthy family. He was the only child and lived with his mother, who was a scientist, and his father, who was a military general.

It was at age six when he found out about his abilities. He was at his mother's laboratory. She was busy with her paperwork in her office, so little William went exploring. The actual laboratory was sealed off with a large, locked metal door. It took only a thought to open it. He walked in and went on one of the computers. It to was blocked with a bunch of passwords. Two seconds and he was looking at all of his mothers projects and top secret formulas. Unfortunately, his mother came in and became very angry sending him back home. On the car ride home William wanted to see if he could do anything else. He looked out the window and made the car next to his start turning in weird directions, which led to a terrible accident that costed Williams left arm.

After the incident William never tried to use his powers and was sent to a military school. He was bullied for only having one hand, which was not a very fun experience. He was later kicked out at age 15 for destroying a building from what was supposed to be a tank demonstration. He then just wanted to have fun with his power and stop pushing it away. He first only used it to make life easier for him, like typing essays or fixing stuff. Then he noticed he could do much more. He even made himself a fully functional mechanical hand, which he doesn't wear often. He hacked into the entire military system and began learn all of the governments projects and secrets.

It was after a year when he got letters from both Arcana and Noctrem. He knew that fighting for peace and justice would be such a bore compared to fighting for his own selfish deeds. So he went to Noctrem.
