(( OOC: So due to the fact that 1. Username inspired me and 2. there is a huge amount of every other species but human I made a human so yay another human. And don't worry yes I can manage 4 characters il do mah best! *coughs* I blame this mostly on Username... *cough cough* ))

Prothero Ender

Prothero looked over at Romeo and smiled. "Of course, so long as you desire me as your friend then that is what we shall be." He smiled and gently tousled Romeo's hair with a gentleman's smile. "Now Master Romeo what else would you desire from me?" Prothero did not realize he'd called Romeo master it had simply slipped out. Perhaps it was his years of learning how to be a gentlemen or the fact he often talked to people above him so he often called them master or something along those lines.

~ . ~

Gray Ender

Gray smirked at Wolf and stood up wrapping an arm around the blonde. "Ah perhaps you'd like to be a lovebird with me yes?" Gray purred and made a golden rose handing it to Wolfie without giving him a choice. "Anyway why don't I show you two around I've been around this school sense I was like 5... It's my home so I'd like it to be yours even if your terrified of it little Evie." Gray smiled not charmingly just warmly even at the sour headed angel. "Maybe you guys can even meet my lil sis Juliet... And..." Gray paused and huffed. "That idiot Prothero..." Gray's smirk became dark as he mumbled something about how he'd defeat his brother and then something about noogies and noodles. "So let's go!" Gray stood up and without giving much wait pulled open the door. He blinked when he came face to face with a red eyed human. For a second he was confused before realizing that the man was an albino. "Hey Evie~ There's a human in the room across from us! Sweetness!" Gray grinned over at the white haired boy.

~ . ~

Jack Red

Jack had just finished moving in and he surveyed his room. He'd gotten the room directly across from a dorm that would be home to 3 teenagers... Jack could only hope they'd not be too loud. The albino boy sighed as he set down a sketch that he'd made of his family. He'd made sure to memorize his mothers happy face before he left. And so far he was having success with his sketch. Standing up Jack decided it would be wise to take a break and explore his home for the next year. He'd not seen any other humans so far so he kinda hoped that if he left the safety of his room he might come across one. Opening the door he instead came face to face with a demon. Blinking he stared silently listening with intrigue as the demon addressed someone who Jack thought was probably a human as well by the demons words. So he wasn't all alone after all...

~ . ~

Juliet Ender

Juliet blinked and leaned close to the paper. "Hmmm... Your in the right hall all right~" Juliet beamed. "Numbers can get a bit confusing butttt." Juliet looked around counting in a mumbled breath. Turning left she pointed to the first room. "Your right there~" She spun and pointed to a different room door. "Over there is mine so if ever you get a nightmare or want some cake come by for a visit O.K." Juliet grinned. "The doors always un-locked so no worries." She was pleased with her success so far at making friend and could not contain her happiness.

( Hey, now, don't you dare pin this one on me, Cookie. XD )

The suggestion of a tour around the campus was a tempting one, especially for someone as navigationally challenged as Everett. At least that way he'd at least be able to find the general vicinity of his classes instead of just wandering around like a little lost lamb. Still, like Gray had mentioned, as much as he wanted to at least get to know the area, it was still a daunting idea, particularly because he felt like he had a big target painted on his back. Call it paranoia, call it ridiculous, but given his track record with all things supernatural, well, it made complete sense to him. Actually, the more he thought about it, the worse the idea seemed. Gray's tour probably wouldn't even be that in depth or show him what he wanted to see- the demon would probably point out places he considered fun or, Heaven forbid, try to introduce them to people. The introverted part of him shuddered at the idea. But he didn't have much of a choice, did he? Gray could and would drag him around as an unofficial tour guide, no doubt.

So, when he heard Wolfram try to duck out of the tour, Everett decided that if he had to go through with this, he was taking the angel down with him, so to speak. Misery does love company, after all and Everett was quite the master of passive aggressive behavior given the fact that he was too cowardly to stand up for himself any other way.

"Don't be silly. It's, um, important roommate bonding. You don't have anything to, uh, do anyways, right?" He interrupted, even if his momentary confidence all but vanished when he saw Wolfram's hand twitching towards his sword, gulping and hurrying towards the door. Whose bright idea was it to let Wolfram keep his sword?

Suddenly, Gray stopped short and Everett ran into his back, letting out a little squeak in surprise as he stumbled back. Why had he...?

"Hey Evie~ There's a human in the room across from us! Sweetness!" Another human? Relief washed over Everett's face as he glanced around Gray. Oh thank G- wait, that guy was a human. Wide, gray eyes blinked up at the white-haired, red-eyed giant standing in front of them. Well, he seemed like a giant, maybe a foot taller than Everett and certainly taller than Gray and Wolfram(who were, Everett finally realized with slight delight, shorter than him, weren't they?). Still, he'd have to take Gray's word on this and, really, finally another human...!

"Oh, um, hello," He managed, giving a little wave. Great first impression, Everett, his mind chastised. Well, at least he'd managed to say something semi-intelligent.

Gray Ender

Gray stared up at the human before circling him. "Tall~" Gray stopped. "It's not fair everyone's taller then me... except for Wolfie..." Gray smirked and walked up to the angel. He wasn't much taller then the blonde haired beauty but he was still taller. That was all that mattered. Gray smirked. "You can leave the sword you know... If anyone messes with you or Evie I can give them a good scare..." A mysterious smirk passed over Gray's lips while his dark eyes traveled back to the albino human who was standing there un-amused and confused he also had his red eyes trained on Wolfie in a rather cold manner... Perhaps he did not appreciate the sword the golden haired boy was brandishing... But either way Gray did not like him looking over Wolfie... Or Evie for that matter... But he had to make the best of the situation so he shook of his natural protectiveness desires and walked over to the tall boy staring up.

~ . ~

Jack Red

Jack blinked when a red headed boy came into view. All of them were taller then him but they all seemed rather tough except for Evie who came off a bit more delicate... Well the only reason the golden haired boy looked tough was because he had a sword Jack guessed that without it he'd not be so big and tough... In fact he might even be delicate. Jack's eyes trailed over each person but they paused on the sword Wolf had. He glared before looking up and giving a grunt as a hello before turning to leave.

His path was instead cut off by a dark haired boy who stared up at him. There was a silence and finally Gray picked up the demon before setting him out of his way and going to leave once more. Only to be stopped again by the same person. What did the dark haired boy want? A hello? "You should come with us." Jack blinked confused at the dark haired boy. He did not know him yet he offered him acceptance into his group. Jack looked over once more at the terrified red head and the scowling sword bearing blonde. He looked back and nodded silently his silent watchful gaze never changing even when the dark haired boy whooped for joy and tackled his blonde roommate before dragging them out of the room. They were an interesting group that was for sure...

~ . ~

Prothero Ender

Prothero's cheeks went rather red as he looked away shyly. "If you would like... Then yes." He remained perfectly still. He'd only ever hugged Juliet and that was because he'd been forced to for fear she'd cry... He'd fought with Gray as well but he'd never cuddled. To say he was awkward would be an understatement. He was stiff as a board looking away as if his very gentlemanly conduct would be doubted if he dared to look upon his roommate. In other words he was waiting for Romeo to take the lead and guide him through this... cuddling thing.

"Of course. My room's the same as last year." Claude said happily, "This way."

When Claude finally got to the hall with the bed rooms he ran straight through a dude with white hair and red eyes. He knew that he probably pretty much froze the dude since his body heat was below zero, but he always found moments like that funny.
He turn around and apologized anyways since it was the first day and he didn't know who he was allowed to piss off yet.

"Sorry dude." He said, looking over at Ariami whose face you couldn't even read at the moment. He avoided the stares of the other men at the moment. It seemed like there were more guys this year...

Ariami followed Claude. It it wasn't long until Claude ran through another guy. He had clean white hair and crimson red eyes that could look through anyone's soul. But Ariami was already a living soul so it didn't matter. What got he worked up was that she hasn't seen one female. Except for teachers. They don't count. She gritted her teeth in a attempt to calm herself down as Claude apologized. She kept her expression blank because showing her rage would cause problems. Ariami gets mad way to often. "Have you see any females lately." It was for either one of them really.

Somehow, Gray's promise to keep Everett and Wolfram(although, despite Wolfram's effeminate features, Everett had no doubts he could take care of himself) relatively safe and to protect them from danger didn't exactly fill the red-head with overwhelming assurance. Gray was frightening enough with his chest-mouth and the pure fact that he was a demon, but he'd already caught glimpses of the other students and hadn't exactly been thrilled with what he'd seen. Besides, Gray seemed too nice; he'd probably think that a bully was just kidding around or something. Still, it was a nice gesture, Everett supposed.

Gray's insistence on dragging the other human around with them was unsurprising, the fact that he started man-handling Wolfram(he hid a little smirk) even less. If he'd learned even one thing about the demon boy since he'd met him, it was that he was very touchy-feely. Always dragging people around or hugging them. For the introverted Everett, that was a bit out of his comfort zone. Oh, who was he kidding? It was a lot out of his comfort zone.

As Gray started off and out of the room, a sudden thought occurred to Everett. They had no idea who the other boy was apart from what they'd already observed. As socially awkward as Everett was, that didn't seem quite on, but social niceties probably didn't matter to Gray one way or another.

"Um, sorry. I'm, er, Everett Harper. Who are you?" He looked up at their newest neighbor, wide, doe eyes sparkling with a gentle curiosity before, as if realizing that he was actually looking at someone, they shot back down to the floor. Eye contact was much too awkward with strangers, especially strange strangers(which, in retrospect, seemed to everyone he met these days).

He glanced up for another moment an instantly regretted it because a ghost had just gone through their new neighbor. A ghost. He felt quite faint, seeing the two new people passing by(or through, his mind unhelpfully supplied). As much as he wanted to retreat into his room and hide under the covers until it was time to go home, that possibility wasn't exactly plausible. He let out a quiet whimper instead, eyes focused on the floor. Don't look up and you won't see anything, don't look up and you won't see anything, his mind repeated like a skipping record.

Anyway just wanted everyone to know in-case they notice that I randomly log off or something. ))

Gray Ender

Gray blinked as two people passed by. Jack seemed generally to not care much about being passed through but Gray thought it was a little weird. Then again this is Gray were talking about so it was only weird until he shrugged it off thinking how it was kinda cool. One of the people who passed by there group was a girl and un-like everyone else she seemed rather annoyed. "Another girl? This year I've only seen you madam and my sister Juliet... She's one floor up... Anyway I hope that helps...Sorry if the question was not addressed to me but I felt like answering." Gray became much more calm and cool as he answered the question, he did not know these people and as one of them appeared annoyed he did not want to step on a sore spot by being overly joyful. That and he felt that the white haired human would not have answered anyway he seemed to already in Gray's amazing opinion to be one of those annoying silent types.

Jack Red

Jack shivered a little when someone walked through him. Well... That was new, and rather creepy... But he'd think nothing of it in the mean time. He nodded calmly as a sign he accepted the boy's apology but aside that kept his lips sealed. He even stayed quiet and allowed the demon or... He thought he was a demon, to answer a question on his behalf.

He looked over at the red head. He'd... introduced himself? Strange but nice... Most people were always scared of him. Clearing his throat Jack stared at the red head hoping to catch his wide sparkling eyes. "Jack Red... It's nice to meet you Everette." Jack's voice was very strong and somewhat deep but not so deep as it did not fit him in fact it was kinda soft. He held little emotion in his words but that was a simple formality... Jack was never the most enthusiastic sounding person no, often he showed his feelings and meaning through body language. The rare times he did sound full of emotion it was when he was angry and even then it might just be a bit lower. The albino looked back to Gray when he felt the rather short boy poke his cheek. He gave a hmp to ask what but the boy only grinned.

"My name's Gray then and over there we got serious Wolfram Grace..." Jack listened to Gray before his red eyes slowly looked over at the blonde haired boy. He did seem rather serious. Jack only nodded to say hello. He wanted to say something about the sword the blonde seemed to be carrying... But should he? Getting his hand cut off first day of school might not be wise... Oh well. "Wolfram?" Jack said the name softly and tentatively... Was he saying it right. "I do hope you don't plan on bringing the sword for any reason other then self defense or decoration... I'd hate to have to take it from you because you decided to harm someone..." Jack's voice grew cold near the end but he softened after words before turning and walking down the hall until Gray stopped him to complain about how he was the one showing them around... To this Jack once again only nodded.

Claude turned to Araimi with a smile. "Maybe you'll have a girlfriend after all." Claude chirped, "Thank you." He said to the male who had answered his friend's question who then turned around to go to his room. He didn't care if he shared a room since he was usually never in it anyways. But it was nice knowing he had a place to go to.

Claude actually found it weird no one commented on the fact that they had gone through a body or that they were ghosts. But he actually appreciated it too. He had enough reminders.

Romeo smiled softly, glad that his horns had chosen now to disappear. "Loosen up," he said, voice as gentle as it could be considering how nervous he was. It wasn't like they were going to make out or anything, but he didn't want his best friend to hate him. For a moment he chewed on his lower lip, debating his options. Pull away and curse him and Thero to forever be non-cuddling-friends. Or make Thero possibly hate him for being forced to cuddle. With a short sigh, he pulled away, deciding he would rather keep his friend and not push him past his comfort zone. "It's okay, you don't have to." He grinned, pulling that I'm-not-really-happy-but-I'll-pretend-to-be thing that he always did.

Serious Wolfram Grace? Really? What was so serious about him? They were probably mistaking the annoyance for seriousness, which was just plain idiotic. But he was too busy staring daggers at Carrot, aleady planning ways to get back at the little arse for getting him stuck in this situation. If there was one thing that Wolfram ever wanted to be, it was probably frightening. People weren't supposed to like him. They weren't supposed to find comfort in him, or happiness. But, people could definitely be afraid of him. That's why he carried around a sword after all, right? So it really didn't help that he was the shortest here, or that he had extremely feminine features and- gorgeous -blonde hair. Nope, genetics were not helping him right then.

And now Gray was pretty much manhandling him, throwing his arm around his shoulder and practically dragging him out of the room. For a moment he debated pulling the sword out and stabbing himself. It wouldn't kill him, of course. But perhaps it would convince them to let him stay behind. Then again, knowing Gray, he'd probably just carry him instead. Or stay by his bedside until the wound healed, which would be worse than a little tour. Still, he wasn't happy about it. Would have been perfectly fine if they had just went alone, let him have some time to himself in the dorm. He had pretty much already decided that this was going to be the worst school year ever.

Finally he tore his gaze from Carrot to glance over at the white haired boy, who seemed to be saying hello- though he never actually said anything. "You can call me Wolf, if it's easier." The way he said it was almost... in a sense, mocking. As if he didn't think the boy was smart enough to figure out how to say his name correctly. But at the same time, if you dug deep enough, it was meant in a sort of... kinder way too. Had he offered a nickname to either of the other boys? Then there was something different about this one, huh. "Oh, and I'd like to see you try big boy." His words now weren't as harsh as they were playful, a challenge perhaps. Wolfram stepped away from Gray to sling his arm around Carrot's shoulders, standing on his toes to place a playful peck on his cheek and bat his eyelashes at them all. "Besides, Carrot here wouldn't let you hurt me, now would you?" The last part was clearly directed towards the red head, and he was smirking all the while.

"It's nice to, um, meet you too," Everett replied automatically, just then getting over the shock of seeing a ghost. Why wasn't anyone even fazed by what had just happened? Maybe he'd celebrated finding another human too soon- Jack seemed just as assimilated to the insanity of this place as anyone else or was doing a fantastic job at hiding any shock. His eyes glanced up, meeting Jack's for just a second before looking anywhere but. It didn't help that Wolfram was glaring at him, the very fact that he could almost feel the hatred was more than mildly unsettling.

The angel's attentions were soon off of him, much to his relief, and onto Jack, supplying a nickname for the other boy to use. Wow, really? He could do vaguely friendly? Everett bit back a huff. Sure for the stranger Wolfram was kind enough but he had to harass his new roommate with cold glares, irritating gestures, and an irksome nickname? Obviously whoever had arranged the rooms had made sure to make Everett as uncomfortable as humanly(or inhumanly) possible.

He allowed himself to fade into the background as the more dominant personalities interacted, Gray's enthusiasm mixing with Jack's calm insistence that Wolfram put his sword away, the angel's quick borderline flirtatious retort(or that was most likely Everett over-thinking things). He was all right with that, having become used to slinking out of the spotlight whenever possible at home. Of course, because it was making him mildly content, the moment didn't last.

Before he knew it, Wolfram had flung an arm around his shoulder and planted a kiss on his cheek, batting his eyes in mock flirtation. Quite against his will, Everett's cheeks turned flaming red and he began to sputter his disapproval which came out more like...

"What- No, I- What're you-" He silenced himself quickly, mouth shutting with a snap and sending a quick glare to the clearly smirking angel before his eyes inevitably went elsewhere and he scurried out of Wolfram's lax embrace.

Prothero Ender

When Romeo pulled away Prothero felt a twinge of disappointment. He was awful at this friendship thing wasn't he? With a large leap of faith Prothero awkwardly pulled Romeo into a hug. "I apologize Romeo, my father did not approve of hugs... So I may not be any good." He released the younger demon and looked away. "I am the oldest of my household... So I have to be responsible... I have been trained sense very young and my father disapproved of me hugging and such things... Only ever has my sister Juliet hugged me... And that is seldom because I do not wish her trouble... I sometimes fought with my brother also but... That's no where near hugging." He looked up his cheeks red and his blue eyes darting away. "I enjoy hugs but... I'm simply no good... If I was then I'd hug you so long as you so wished." Feeling shy Prothero had resorted to talking in his most proper fashion. He was shy when it came to admitting things and really he preferred to look like the cool mysterious older mature demon guy and here he was admitting things he never had in front of a living non-related person. Curse his weakness at times!

~ . ~

Gray Ender

Gray was more then amused with Everett's reddening cheeks due to Wolfies teasing. He smirked and poked Evie's cheeks. "I had no idea someone could even become that color. He snickered. "It's pretty cute but then again all humans seem to be, even you Jack." He turned to look at the much taller teen and grew disappointed when all he got from the taller boy was an arched questioning eye brow and then a silent shrug. He poked the taller teen and stared him down trying to get a reaction from him but Jack on stared down on him with a silent look of confusion. "I have yet to decide if your boring or serious." Gray huffed when he got a shrug. "Your boring... But that will soon change because the awesome me is here! Now then onward!" Gray pointed to the area down the hall and rushed off ahead of everyone his take charge attitude coming into full effect.

~ . ~

Jack Red

Jack was oddly happy that no one out of the strange little group he found himself in, seemed frightened or annoyed with him. Though his happiness was in no way showing on his face someone might detect the slightest bit of joy in his eyes. But they could not be expecting a smile out of him any time soon. Jack watched as Wolf teased Everett and Gray joined in. He could tell already the red head was not one for such things and he debated for awhile picking up the smaller boy... Or umm... One of them as they were all smaller then him... Though the shortest one was Wolf... Oddly enough the blonde despite his stature definitely had the most stand offish personality. But it was oddly refreshing.

Jack had his concentration torn away by the one called Gray. He was poking him and Jack was hardly paying attention though once and awhile he would shrug or nod if he caught whatever the fast talking man was saying. He just wanted him to stop poking him, luckily after the dark haired demon seemed satisfied with his own curiosity he finally stopped and ran off ahead of them. The albino amused with the energy of the group he found himself in allowed a small not even an actual smile to cross his neutral face for maybe 1.2 seconds, before he followed. He turned to look at Everett and Wolf and gestured for them to come as well. Though by this time the 1.2 second heart melting half barely even smile/smirk was long gone once again replaced by a neutral expression, though as before if one would pay any attention they might actually notice a happy look hidden in his piercing ruby eyes.

~ . ~

Juliet Ender

Juliet was happy she'd been able to help Elijah. And feeling satisfied with her victory she felt it was now ok for herself to wander. Perhaps she'd go check up on her brothers but she felt more in the mood to head down to the gardens. A choices. Either way it seemed that the best place to start off on her expedition would be down in the main lobby area right in the entrance of the school. Feeling optimistic she set off.

Romeo quirked his head to the side a bit, which was actually quite difficult since he was still being held against Prothero's chest in the messy and awkward hug he had been pulled into. Honestly, it wasn't that bad though. He couldn't even complain. It was nice being next to his friend, and hugging him, and even cuddling if he got scared at night. The older demon gave him a sense of... safety. Obviously he was more mature and calmer, he was probably much stronger too. While Romeo was rather skinny and awkward and he enjoyed being silly rather than serious. He wasn't very good at taking care of things either. Perhaps making a friend so quickly was a good thing, especially since said friend was his roommate.

"It's okay Thero," he managed to get out, slightly squished by the hug. The young demon patted his friends back awkwardly, voice returning to its' usual cheerfulness. "Everyone has things they aren't so good at." Pulling back just enough that he could see his friend, he offered a big smile. "But it doesn't mean they can't try and improve on those things!" With that said, he pulled Prothero back into the hug and squeezed tight, wiggling back and forth before pushing himself back and crawling up towards the top of his friends bed, curling up with the pillow. "What'cha wanna do then?"

Image

Wolfram sort of frowned. It was one of those expressions that his nanny used to tell him would get stuck on his face if the wind shifted while he was pulling it. Funny story, yeah, his face never got stuck in any way. Well, not including the time he had felt it necessary to lick the ice in the ice box and got his tongue stuck. Perhaps one of the only times that being a Angel had come in handy, since his tongue grew back after his father sliced it off. Took a day or two, and while it was regenerating it was really quite awkward for everyone. Oh well, they said he could wait for it to melt, get water dumped on him, or it could be cut off. Being the impatient person he was, he went with the quickest option. Hell, it hurt, but it was worth it. Even if to this day his brother wouldn't let up on him for it.

Back to being impatient though, he was actually quite glad to see Gray dash off- it meant they were actually getting out of the slightly cramped hallway. He wasn't so thrilled that Carrot had slid away from him so quickly, and was even disappointed in himself for letting the human get away. Even if he was- quite -taller, Wolf could stretch a bit. It was a bit awkward trying to "casually" wrap his arm around a taller person though, when he had to almost be on his toes and still stretch his arm. Oh well, he had achieved what he had wanted to; making Carrot feel awkward. It was just so fun, to him, maybe not to the victim though. Gray had seemed to be amused by it to though, even if he still insisted on calling the humans cute. Sure, they were, uh, attractive. In a lab-rat sort of way.

The blonde followed behind the pack, strolling along in a way that made it very clear that he was happy to be left behind. Maybe he could even make an escape and run back to the room when they weren't looking.

Everett scurried after Gray who was bounding off like the leader of a great expedition before, as if realizing what he was doing, slowing his pace considerably. He was slightly hunched over now, cheeks still flaming a vivid red color(not at all helped by Gray's little comment on him being cute- cute! Oh, that would have been a dart into his self-esteem if, let's be honest, he actually had any), hands fiddling with his too-long sleeves. He looked up in just enough time to see a tiny smile dance across Jack's lips before disappearing into his previous stoic look. Oh, so he could smile. Everett blinked, head quirking to one side in distraction before he missed a step, tripping slightly over his own two feet. With that fresh embarrassment in mind, he ripped his eyes away from Jack and the straggling Wolfram who, as much as he hated to admit it, was actually being a bit clever. He could probably slip off at some point if he continued at his current pace and escape Gray's little tour.

Everett sighed, worrying his bottom lip between his teeth as he glanced at his surroundings, urged on by a slight feeling of paranoia. After the ghost incident(and the human incident, and the angel incident, and the demon incident....) he couldn't help but feel as if people were coming out of the woodworks just to try their best to frighten him. But that couldn't be right- it was just an unhappy coincidence that he had apparently once more become a magnet for insanity.

"So, um," He said, breaking his own steady silence as his blush faded to a pale pink painted across his cheeks. "Where are we going now...?" Hopefully somewhere practical and not, say, Gray's favorite place to eat brownies.

Prothero Ender

Prothero smiled down at his roommate. "Perhaps he ought to go for a walk? I do hope we don't run into Gray but there's always the chance we go across my little sister instead of my brother... Or course if you'd prefer to stay here I will stay as well... I have no obligation to go or stay so I could care little..." Well that was lie... Prothero did care a little... On the off chance he ran into his brother he knew what would ensue. The dark haired boy would latch onto Romeo and teasing amongst who knows what else would lead to some sort of argument that would end in physically attacking each other only to have someone... Probably Juliet... Interfere and make us apologize... It wasn't a bad thing they fought in a way that was how they showed some form a caring... But would become annoying if Gray befriended Romeo because then the two might have to learn to get along for the smaller demons sake... But hopefully nothing like that would happen and if it did Prothero would handle it as he always did he was Prothero Ender after all.

Gray Ender

Gray was happily talking when he heard Everett's question. "Hmmm... How about the padio... It's outside the cafeteria and most students go there to study and play sports some classes are also conducted there so you guys should all get familiar with it now!" Gray grinned and smirked at Wolf. "And don't even try sneaking out of this... I got eyes in the back of my head trailed on you." He noticed Jack looked at him quizzically and eying him curiously for the extra eyes. He laughed at the albino's confusion. "Dude it's a metaphor... And here i though I never left the house." The albino's cool composure broke for maybe a second but it soon fixed itself and he nodded. Man... How was Gray suppose to hang around these people? They needed a major energy pick up or they'd remind him of his annoying older brother. There were already enough Prothero's in the word with 1 thank you!

~ . ~

Jack Red

Jack followed Gray without complaint after the dark haired shorter boy had made him break for a second. So he had no idea it was a metaphor! It wasn't a big deal right? Either way the albino was grateful when they got to the patio. It was indeed right outside the cafeteria it was so close that there was a cafeteria kitchen window facing the outside where one could knock and order snacks... He contemplated getting something to eat but decided against it. The outside was nice and for now he was feeling in the mood to enjoy it. He pulled off his large black sweater and draped it lazily over a chair at a table Gray had claimed. He sure was an excitable personage... Though Jack had yet to decide if he liked or disliked the quality in Gray.

Stretching now that he was free from the somewhat heavy cloth Jack allowed himself to relax and feel the sun hit and warm up his lean muscled back. The sun's warmth was relieving him of several aches he often got from trying to take a nap earlier on the mattress he was not use to. Running a hand through his shoulder length white hair he watched silently as teenagers of who knows what species played soccer nearby. One of them kicked a particularly strong but not well directed ball toward Gray's head and Jack acted in an instant. Moving with surprising speed for what might first seem a slow moving quiet person he caught the soccer ball before it made contact with the much shorter boy's head. He turned his head making sure Gray was not injured and when he was sure he set the soccer ball down kicking it gently at first before following until he picked up speed and kicked shooting the soccer ball over the field and into a goal. The boys who were playing gaped and thanked him but he only shrugged before taking a seat and once again contemplating the idea of a snack, while Gray just stared at the albino both confused and impressed.

Romeo watched his roommate, curious. It wasn't like he was very social himself, not very outgoing and he really didn't like being a leader or having to make decisions. But he was quite the extrovert, at least most people saw him that way. Now when he looked at Thero, he didn't really see an extrovert. He seemed to like to live more inside himself, and he didn't seem to like to make decisions to give his own opinions or thoughts on things. Of course he looked like a tall, scary, older demon at first glance but- well he wasn't.

After a moment he sat up, smiling as he felt his horns grow back. "A walk sounds nice," he said, stretching slightly before standing to slip his shoes back on. "We can go find a big-" he held out the word, stretching his arms to the side and grinning. "Tree and you could fly us to the top of it." Or they could just go for a walk around the school. He didn't really care much for what they did, he just liked spending time with his new best friend.

Image

His plan to escape was foiled by Gray, who apparently knew him well enough already to tell what the Angel had been thinking. Really, it wasn't a big surprise. Everyone in the group could probably see that he wasn't thrilled to be there, and his escape plan hadn't exactly been the best. Perhaps he should have made a run for the room right then, but that idea didn't get to him until it was too late. They were already around the corner, the room was too far. One of them would catch him, especially since pretty much all of them were larger than him and it took three of his steps to match even one of theirs. Oh well, short was adorable, and they were just tall freaks. Especially Jack, he was the tallest. And then Carrot, well of course Carrot was tall. he was a human, they were all awkward and lanky and gross.

Alright, well, perhaps he had a thing for tall guys. But that was besides the point. No way he was ever going to date a guy- wouldn't ever even admit to liking one. The Angels would never let it go, it'd be Hell for him since they would no doubt get a kick out of it. They already had enough things to tease him about, like his height for example. And then the fact that he looked like a damn girl. At least he was good-looking, more than you could say for half of them. Most Angels were pretty gorgeous though, males and females. It wasn't his fault that he didn't like having his face hurt, and it really wasn't his fault that the rest of them were idiots that didn't care about their appearance. He probably didn't have to wear the old clothes, or the sword for that matter, but he liked them.

Wolf was distracted then by the sound of something hitting flesh, and looked up to see Jack holding a soccer ball. The sight of the human actually made his heart skip a beat, and he was glad there was no vampires around to actually hear it. For a human he was, uh, not terrible looking. Realizing he had been staring, the blonde quickly dropped his eyes to his lap, occupying himself with looking annoyed at nothing really in particular.

Everett followed behind, alternating between lagging towards the back and, when he spotted strangers on their walk to the patio, staying perhaps a bit too close to Jack or Gray(never Wolf- he was almost entirely sure that the angel would find him getting into trouble hilarious). He listened quietly to their conversation, casting a bit of a sympathetic gaze towards Jack for just a moment. To be honest, eyes in the back of Gray's head would be the least troubling and surprising development after the chest-mouth revelation just a short while ago. Still, the tall, quiet boy seemed to have no trouble fitting in or, at least, going along with everyone else.

The patio was a nice enough spot, warm sun shining down on them with only a slight breeze to temper the heat. He hesitated before taking a seat at the table Gray had claimed. He was fidgeting even more now, out in the open. He couldn't help it, really. Even back home where things were normal, well, normal for him, he always preferred to either be holed up in his room or outside without a lot of people, either taking photographs or swimming. He let his thoughts wander for a moment- did they have a pool here or a lake? Maybe, if they did, when things got to be too much... Maybe he could at least cling onto that comfort. Maybe it wouldn't be so bad.

He was forcefully pulled from his thoughts by an object whirring past his own head towards Gray, only to be caught by Jack. He blinked, eyes wide for a moment- so it would appear their new neighbor wasn't quite as slow-moving as he first let on. Gray was, for once, at a loss for words and Wolfram... Everett almost smiled, but not out of pleasure. He'd caught Wolfram staring with what almost looked like admiration. A little smirk escaped his lips before he turned his gaze back towards the other human. So the angel wasn't quite as above-it-all as he liked to pretend.

"That was amazing," He commented, his smile, although tiny and a little bit awkward, was genuine with the honest compliment, meeting the albino boy's eyes for a moment, gray eyes meeting red. "You're, um, really good at that, aren't you?"

Prothero Ender

Prothero gave a soft smile. "Then let us go..." He stood and unwrinkled his clothes. A gentlemen must always look there best in public after all especially if he was to be accompanying someone. Smiling he walked over to the door and opened it for Romeo. He followed beside his friend as they walked down the stairs. All the while he acted calm Prothero kept a sharp eye out for his younger brother wary that the brownie loving fool would pop out at any moment and ruin his so far going well day.

When they got outside Prothero felt relatively safe. If they'd made it out of th- "Yo! Prothero! Who's the cuty?" He'd spoken to soon... Curse his horrid luck. Looking away from Romeo Prothero's ice blue eyes met with a pair of golden ones. "Protheroooo~ Tell me who he is so I can introduce myself." Prothero glared annoyed as his brother winked down at Romeo... He would not loose his cool... He would not loose his cool this was just Gray being Gray he would not loose his cool.

"Romeo, please meet my younger brother... Gray." Prothero contained a low growl as his brother kissed Romeo's hand. Gray seemed to notice his annoyance and kissed Romeo's hand again this prompted Prothero to let out a low growl. "Protective of this one aren't we Prothero?" Prothero did nothing to agree or disagree but his eyes grew colder. He could easily use his ice breath and just freeze Gray's head then fly off... But he was pretty sure Juliet would hear about it sooner or later and cry causing both brothers an unnecessary amount of guilt. No he decided that he'd fight fire with fire. Calmly Prothero walked over to a red head... A human he might add who seemed to know Gray and smiled a soft and warm smile.

~ . ~

Gray Ender

Gray contained a twitch as Prothero casually walked past him and up to Evie. Gray knew Prothero would never stoop so low as to use Gray's own technique... Or anything even similar... If he was that meant he really liked Romeo... Ok so he was cute and small but seriously? Why did his creepy taller then him brother have to go after the human why now Wolf... At least Wolf would probably shoot Prothero down in a pile of flames.

"You must be one of Gray's friends... It's a pleasure to meet you... I am Gray's /older/ brother Prothero Ender..." Gray let a sigh of relief out. Prothero was not going to fight him on the same field he was going to chicken out... Despite Gray enjoying fighting his brother he preferred to not use psychological whatever to fight with him. "I hope my rather hyper younger brother has not frightened or been rude to you... He's oh so brash of a demon never knowing how to be understanding toward a human I suppose he's already scared you off with that stomach... cavity of his?" Gray could tell Prothero was actually being quite caring but it still drove Gray up the wall and... He had not scared little Evie... Had he? Guilt and worry as well as shame and shyness flitted over Gray's features.

Ok... So Prothero was calm... Gray was not. "I DID NOT SCARE HIM!" Prothero looked at him with that stupid arched eye brow. "AND IF YOU HAVE A PROBLEM WITH MY STOMACH... CAVITY THEN SAY IT TO MY FACE YOU ICE HEAD!" Gray felt like gold when Prothero snapped. "AT LEAST I DON'T GO AROUND BEING AN EXHIBITIONIST!" It had taken two seconds for the two of them to be face to face forehead to forehead. Prothero growling lowly like an annoyed lizard or dragon or something and Gray uttering threats.

~ . ~

Jack Red

Jack looked over at Evie. He was going to give simple nod but decided to at least try and be social. "I play sports quite a bit... Though I do not qualify myself for what I am good at or not." He spoke calmly and cooly before he noticed Wolf staring at him from the corner of his eye. Turning his head ever so slightly Jack saw the blonde with his gaze diverted... So he'd imagined it. Jack kept his eye's open for any more flying objects of anything out of the ordinary but the conversation seemed to progress along rather well. That is until 2 new people stepped out onto the patio and Gray sprung up from his seat. Oh dear... He could feel this would not end well.

Jack could feel his annoyance rising as the two feuding brothers dragged others into there conflict... But they were not yet fighting so he'd not interfere... Not yet... The albino watched as tensions rose as his own annoyance did... But what set him off was when the two began to physically attack each other. Ok when I mean fighting I really mean Prothero began making and throwing snow balls at Gray's head while Gray caught a few and sent them back... To be honest Jack thought it was the lamest fighting ever but a few times he heard a particularly hard snow ball hit the pavement... That meant that a few had ice and could possibly hurt... Jack did not like that, one. single. bit.

Jack stood and quick as he could pulled both Everett and Wolf out of the path of the slowly clumsier and clumsier throws. Wolf had been close to getting hit and Jack inspected him for injuries. "Your not hurt?" Jack's voice held the smallest hint of worry as did his eyes. He brushed some snow out of the blonde hair and made extra sure that not a bruise or scar was on either of them... Particularly Wolf who'd been in the highest zone of random flying snowballs. Jack snapped his red eyes going from worried to cold. Jack never really showed much emotion so when he did it was because something really bugged him... Fighting was one of them.

With speed and grace Jack walked over and grabbed Prothero and Gray before picking them up and lifting them off the ground so they dangled in the air. "You will apologize now... For fighting and nearly hitting Everett... Romeo? And Wolf." Both brothers were stunned and squirming there masculinity demanding to be put down lest it be put into question. But Jack did not let go he only grew more annoyed. "Now!" He did not even raise his voice but both immediately began to apologize. It was obvious that Prothero was allot more sorry and he looked at Romeo shamefully. While Gray just pouted.

No doubt Romeo looked about as confused as a horse in a cow field. Was that a saying? Probably not. But it should have been, because it totally made sense. You see, horses don't go in cow fields. Cows go in cow fields, that was sort of obvious. Then again, someone might ride a horse in a cow field. Perhaps it should have been a cow in a horse field. People didn't ride cows, did they? It could make more sense then, because you wouldn't see many people riding cows in a horse field. Just horses in a horse field.

What was wrong with his brain?

Anyways, back to the point of, well, being confused. One minute he and Prothero were cuddling. Alright, that's fine, totally normal. Or well, normal for him. And then they were walking out of the room, downstairs, and outside. All checks out, nothing out of the ordinary yet. That's where things started getting confusing- where he got lost. Suddenly a new boy appeared, dark hair, pretty eyed. Things got even weirder when he felt his friend go tense at his side, as if he didn't like the new stranger. What had he done to him? Was there problems between them? No, it dawned on him but a moment before Thero introduced him. This was the brother that his friend hadn't wanted to run into. Great, that was great. Really. He had succeeded in not only making Thero feel awkward for the cuddling situation, but now angering him because he forced him to go outside. This was a fantastic friendship. Romeo was a terrible person.

Oh, but things got even weirder then. The younger brother- Gray, he learned -was winking at him. And then kissing his hand! Not once, but twice. Normally this wouldn't bother him, but then his friend left. Just walked right away from him and over to some other kid- which was probably a human from the looks of it. Poor kid, he was probably traumatized. Romeo made a mental note to become friends with him. In a school like this, you probably needed friends. Lots of them. Especially if you were human. Or maybe it would be smartest to stay hidden in your room. Then no one could really bother you. Except for in classes, then you were sort of screwed. Majorly. Like, super majorly screwed over times three times pickle.

It seemed that it was just about then when everything went to hell. Gray and Prothero started fighting. The human and some blonde kid were pulled away by a really, really tall guy. Then said tall guy proceeded to pick both Thero and Gray up and hold them apart, demanding they apologize to everyone. Romeo stared wide eyed before running to where Thero dangled off the ground, wrapping his arms around his friends waist and hopping up and down. "Let go, let go, let go!" He cried, holding tightly to his friend. "Don't hurt him! He didn't do anything wrong!"

Image

Everything seemed to happen in just a moment. One moment he was mulling over the fact that Jack had glanced over at him- after he had caught himself staring, but still -and then the next there were two new people joining their group. It made him grimace a bit, there was already enough people here that he didn't want to be around. Actually, he really just wanted to be back upstairs and in his room. Of course that would never happen, Gray would probably just go up and drag him out. Or send Jack to do it. They all probably knew by now that if they sent Carrot to, Wolf would just pull his sword and threaten to shred him to pieces. Actually, he would threaten to shred them all to pieces. The only difference being that he sort of wanted to cut the red head at the moment. Most moments. Especially with that little smirk on his face, Christ, why did he have to be so annoying?

The newcomers seemed to both be demons, and one of them seemed to know Gray already. Wolf could almost find it amusing when the small demon- Romeo? What sort of name was that anyways? -grew bashful over Gray's comments. So far he had called almost everyone cute, it didn't really seem like a special thing. Actually, it would probably be a bigger deal if he didn't call someone cute. Still, the demon had no way of knowing that and apparently felt special. The blonde would have made a comment- more like a snide remark -about it but he felt the tension growing and decided he would rather wait it out. Watch and see the scene unfold in front of him. Oh, and he had the feeling it was going to be quite pleasing.

That is until the older demon decided to make his way over to Carrot, turning the charm full on. Wolfram almost choked, certainly not expecting it and... Carrot? Really? Who could like such a thing, especially a damn human. He was boring, awkward, weird! Ugh. It annoyed him to no end, and definitely left him confused. Who could like such a thing? It was gross to even think about. Wolf didn't even see many Angels worthy of him.

A few minutes after that and the snow started flying. He only realized it because he was getting hit with them. The Angel gave a sound of protest, about to rise to his feet when he got an elbow in the face- not really sure whom it had belonged to. Before he could pull his sword though, he was being pulled away and towards safety. Of course he didn't realize this and began to struggle, which only led to him falling onto Carrot in the end. "Ugh! Get off of me you god damned imbeciles!" The blonde buy stumbled back, pushing Carrot away from him before standing with his arms crossed. Jack came over eventually and seemed to check him out, brushing the snow out of his hair. The Angel attempted to protest but mostly just let him, mumbling small insults and grumbling whatever he felt the need to grumble.

Prothero Ender

Prothero was grateful when he saw the sting of slight guilt in the tall humans eye at Romeo's cling. Slowly and shockingly gently he was set down. "I am truly sorry Wolf and Everett... Me and Gray have never gotten along really..." Prothero unfolded his hidden wings and wrapped one around Romeo to comfort the shorter boy. "And I do hope that Gray has not frightened you... Despite being a rather annoying air head... He does mean well and he's not as much of self confident person as he might seem." Prothero smiled gently and chuckled when he saw Gray squirm and contradict him with an even bigger pout. Prothero smiled and bowed his head. "Now that we are under the watchful eyes of Jack... I shall introduce myself in a much polite manner." Prothero smiled. "I am Prothero Ender, older brother to Gray and the one who will inherit the family duty of helping care for the school... If you need a thing you are to find and ask me... Gray is knowledgeable on many things as well... Not that he'd care to admit it." Prothero was pleased to once again be back to his polite and gentlemen like self... He was also pleased to have Romeo wrapped under one of his dragon like blue wings. He felt that he could better protect the demon like this... But also keep him out of his very flirtatious brothers hands...

~ . ~

Gray Ender

Gray blinked. Did his brother have to say so much about him that he really wanted no one to know about it ever! Gray squirmed until Jack gently deposited him to the ground. The human was shockingly strong but also gentle. It kinda confused Gray. Huffing Gray pouted and stood next to Evie. To say he felt guilty would be... An understatement. The poor red head had been tossed around. Gently he brushed off Everette. "I... I am sorry for scaring you." Gray's voice was low... He only wanted Evie to hear that and to see it was real... To be honest if his brother knew he'd never leave down a moment of it.

When Gray was sure that Evie had heard him and understood how he truly was sorry the old Gray returned. He tossed an arm around the red head and stuck his tongue out at Prothero. "Yeah well your not perfect either Theo." He watched his brother's cheeks brighten at the nickname. "I mean I might be a big softy but your a crazy protective person... Like some sort of dragon with his horde of gold... Hope you don't made him jealous little Romeo." Gray grinned a toothy grin but it soon died when Jack gave him a sideways look that said to not even start another argument. "You know even though you bug the crap out of Theo... Why don't you and Romeo hang out with us sometimes... I mean I got a pretty good group... Two awesomely amazing humans and a confusing but pretty cute angel." Gray could not help but feel a little happy to see the shock but slight happy look on his brothers face... Maybe they could get along... Sometimes.

~ . ~

Jack Red

Jack was a little hesitant setting Prothero done... Even more so when he decided to set Gray down. But he was pleased when the both returned to a state of calm. He himself went quiet but kept his piercing red eyes ever watchful. When they started talking on slightly peaceful terms Jack nodded and made a mix between a grunt and and hmp. "Good... Your being nice... If you two fight again... And harm Wolf or Everett or Romeo... I shall be more forceful..." Jack had no idea how that might sound scary but in Jack's mind all he imagined by being more forceful was forcing the brothers to hug... Or write formal apology letters... Ah why did people have to fight? It would be so much better if they didn't... Ok Jack would admit that despite his hate for fighting he would probably punch someone in the face if they dared hurt anyone else for no good reason... But only maybe...

Romeo cowered next to his friend, nearly hidden beneath the blue wing. He was embarrassed by his outburst. But he had been scared! It wasn't like Romeo knew the strange human who had picked up Prothero, and he had already been terrified before that because he didn't like seeing Gray and Thero fight. Honestly, he didn't like seeing anyone fight. But this had been especially scary considering it concerned his best friend and his best friends brother. And a bunch of other people that he really did not know anything about. Oh yeah, definitely scary. Scary enough for the usually cheery and excited boy to be cowering under a demon's wing.

He was still listening to their conversation though, and felt his cheeks get hot when Gray referred to him as Prothero's horde of gold and instructed him not to make Thero jealous. The first thought that came to mind was to ask what exactly there was to be jealous of, but common sense made him hold his tongue. Perhaps Thero would tell him later, but now was not the time to ask about the certain subject. He did move to wrap his arms around the older demons abdomen though, face pressed against the taller boys side as he continued trying to stay unnoticed.

The only other time in his life he could remember acting so bashful was when he had to attend a wedding- yes, they did hold weddings in the demon world. Ten years old and he was forced to dance with a girl a year older than him. Everyone teased them and said one day it would be the two of them getting married, so Romeo had done what all boys his age would have done; threw cake at her and ran away. It was rather awkward afterwards.

Wolfram's gaze flicked quickly towards the red head and he fixed him with a glare. "Shut it Carrot," he told him before moving back towards his chair. He threw himself down and crossed his arms, attempting annoyed and angry. It was sort of difficult, considering he just felt really confused about- sort of about everything. Carrot was annoying, as per usual. Gray was taking care of the human, or apologizing, which he didn't understand. Why apologize to the stupid human? The two new boys were standing a bit away, and he could see the younger demon cowering under a wing- which actually amused him a lot.

Jack, well he was the source of most of his current confusion. He couldn't quite understand what it was about the human that made Wolf nervous. Perhaps it was just the fact that Jack really didn't act much like a human, he seemed like a freak just like he and Gray did. That was a good enough excuse, right? It was probably the cause of Wolf being to flustered around him too, since he was so strange. But then, he didn't act like that around Gray, which just left him curious again. Oh well, he could just occupy himself with thinking of new insulting nicknames for Carrot. Did he even remember the humans real name? Something like Evan... or Elven- No, that didn't make sense. Definitely had to be Evan.

"So, what?" Wolf suddenly spoke up, eying each and every person around him. "Are we all just going to sit here and chat like a bunch of girls," he glanced at Carrot, clearly indicating that he was referring to him as a female. "Or are we actually going to go do something?"

Gray Ender

Gray watched Evie leave slightly remorseful... Had he really scared him? Well... There goes the hope of having a human friend... Ok well there was Jack but Gray would admit the tall and lean human was freaky... FREAKY! I mean he was ridiculously tall and everything that came out of his mouth sounded like a threat or something... But hey, whats a demon who apparently scares people to do?

Gray looked over at Wolf. "Your right we should do something... TRUTH OR DARE!" Gray grinned and looked at Prothero several evil ideas popping into his head. "No way... Last time we played that together you ended up in Juliet's clothes and I ended up fainting from too much blood rushing to my head..." Gray glared at Prothero. Did he always have to make reference to moments of his life he'd really rather forget. He'd get him back for that... When Jack wasn't watching...

~ . ~

Prothero Ender

Prothero listened as his brother rattled off more ideas. Each one he deflected by pointing out how it had gone horribly wrong. Gray even went so far as to suggest a flying competition to which Prothero pointed out that only two of them could fly and how he did not fly with people unless they met certain requirements. This nearly escalated into an all out argument but Jack only had to grunt his disappointment before the two of them stopped. Prothero wrapped his wing gently tighter around Romeo and waited for Gray to suggest something actually plausible.

~ . ~

Jack Red

Jack was silently listening to Gray and Prothero but he was worried that Wolf's patience would wear thin and he'd end up pulling out his sword. "Hmp..." The noise caught everyone's attention. "How bout we go swimming?" It was a fairly warm day and Jack was sweating not that he'd show it. So the thought of a pool or something was pretty refreshing. Though he ws only trying to suggest something more useful then... Well whatever Gray was yelling out. "Hm... It's up to Wolf though." Jack turned to look at the angel for approval.

~ . ~

Juliet Ender

Juliet was wandering about looking for her family or something to do, when her bright oddly warm red eyes spotted a red headed boy. Juliet had seen enough demons to know he wasn't one... He wasn't a ghost... Certainly no vampire... Angel? No no... He was... A human? Juliet hopped over gleefully. "Hey~ Mister?" She stopped her skipping when she reached the boy. "Your a human right?" She did not bother to wait for an answer. "YAY! Finally another human it's been a year sense I've seen one... There are so few in the school it seems but yay~" Juliet clapped. "My name is Juliet Ender~ It's really nice to see another human~"

Wolfram watched Carrot leave and was left staring at the stop he had recently occupied. How was it that the stupid human had found a way to get out before he had? He truly felt, well, ashamed of himself. If only he had done that, just walked away in the first place. But the way Gray was acting, he hadn't thought he would have been able to get away with just walking off. But there was Carrot, just turning and leaving. No one even went after him! Not that he would normally expect someone to go after him- he was still just a boring human after all -but in this group of freaks? Well, they weren't your normal human-hating demons.

He didn't quite know why it bothered him so much when Jack left the decision on what they were to do up to him. Honestly, he should have been happy about it. Being an Angel, he liked being in charge, and he liked making decisions. But it still bothered him; why was it that his thoughts on the matter were so important? Perhaps they thought he was going to pull his sword or something- come on, he wasn't that immature. Wolf shrugged, crossing his arms over his chest. "I don't care," he muttered at first, careful not to stare at the human boy. "I guess swimming sounds... Not completely terrible."

Romeo felt the wing grow tighter against him, and he smiled. This is what friends are for, he thought. They were there to keep you safe, and comfort you when you needed comfort. It was pretty strange though, considering less than ten minutes ago he was trying to get Thero to cuddle with him and he wasn't comfortable with it, but now here they were pressed together in public and his friend seemed completely fine. He wasn't going to complain though. It was probably his protective streak or something, since the older demon seemed to have some sort of gentleman-complex. Felt the need to take care of and be responsible for those in his care. It gave him a fluttery feeling in his stomach, somewhat thrilled to know that his best friend was taking care of him.

The mentioning of going swimming made Romeo perk up. Keeping his grip around Thero, he peeked out from his hiding spot and grinned shyly, glancing around. Apparently the red haired boy had taken off, which made Romeo a little bit sad. Oh well, they would just have to meet and be best friends later. At one point or another they were bound to run into each other again. The small demon looked back up at Thero, tugging at his shirt to get his attention. "Swimming would be fun," he whispered, though it was probably loud enough for anyone listening to hear. With a smile back in it's place on his lips, he glanced around at the others again, trying to figure out how to become friends with all of them with the time he had.

Everett was well and truly lost. He admitted it reluctantly as he stood in yet another unfamiliar hallway, only the sounds of his own footsteps echoing through the empty space. As was his rather poor habit, Everett bit his bottom lip, hands tugging incessantly at his sleeves as he finally stopped, glancing around. What was he supposed to do now? Returning to the group was not an option, not just because he was pretty certain that he couldn't find his way back but also because his pride was insisting that he not admit defeat. He could see it now, going back, being met by raised eyebrows from Jack and Prothero, a well-meaning laugh from Gray, and probably a smirk on Wolfram's stupid face-

No. Going back was not an option, but he couldn't just keep wandering around like an idiot. For all he knew he'd been in his hallway before. Really, they all looked the same to him right now. For the umpteenth time he wished that he was still at home, snuggled into his nice, familiar bed where he didn't have to room with a possibly psychotic angel and a naive demon. Then, for perhaps the tenth time, he wished that he'd at least brought his map along with him to aid in his retreat.

So caught up in his own thoughts and regrets, Everett almost didn't notice the other person making their way towards him until they spoke. He jumped, whirling around, eyes blown wide like a deer in the headlights. It was a girl. A rather pretty, petite girl with long dark hair and- and red eyes. And maybe that said something about his day that the red eyes were just a note about her appearance instead of something to cause fear.

It didn't take him long to realize who he was talking to. Juliet Ender- sister of Gray and Prothero, human being raised by demons. That didn't explain the red eyes, but after everyone he'd dealt with today, this sweet, little girl was like a breath of fresh air.

"I'm Everett Harper," He said, relief almost erasing the stutter from his voice. "I, ah, I've met your brothers- Prothero and Gray. Um, I'm one of Prothero's roommates." Well, not quite erasing the stammer, but he could actually carry a coherent conversation now which was a lovely surprise.

Gray Ender

Gray was needless to say not pleased about the thought of swimming. But he held his tongue. No way he'd admit to his phobia in front of his own brother... Besides he would enjoy being a spectator. "Well if were going to be swimming following me... As for swimsuits the school provides them so in the change rooms there are lockers with peoples names on it... Of course using there optional." Gray realized how much of a tour guide he sounded like when he saw Prothero holding back a snicker. Gray's cheeks lit up a little but he forced it away and instead began leading the way.

Prothero Ender

Prothero kept his wing wrapped around Romeo in a comforting a very much protective manner as he followed in his brothers footsteps. Jack seemed the most eager to swim by far but still made sure to grab his sweater and follow behind but there was that particular bounce in his step. He guessed he was one of those athletic people... Prothero was a bit more a book worm but he did enjoy the occasional sport so long as he would not risk getting attacked... Needless to say he hated football. When they got to the pool Prothero watched Gray take a seat. A yes he had the water phobia... The whole family knew about it and why it was there but Prothero knew Gray would never admit it out loud even more so with him around. Oh well. Smiling down at Romeo Prothero folded his wing back and smiled. "Care for a swim?"

Jack Red

Jack was the first one to jump ahead when he caught sight of the pool. He immediately found his way into the change-rooms found his locker and got changed into the swim-trunks provided. He left his clothes in the locker and walked out of the change-room. He was right when he'd said it was a good day for swimming as the sun warmed his skin... He had to be wary though as he could very easily burn. Being an albino certainly had it's disadvantages. But all that meant to avoid burning was he had to jump into the water. Which is what he did. Walking around the pool to the deep end Jack immediately went into the pool with a dive. Once inside the cool water he simply swam about his long-ish hair trailing behind him in the water while he silently observed Prothero gently leading Romeo and Wolf. "Hmp... Care to join Wolf." Jack tilted his head slightly as he swam closer to where the angel was...

Juliet Ender

Juliet's eyes went wider then before. He knew her big brothers? "Your staying with big brother Gray?~" She clapped her hands. "That's great~ He has so few friends really I hope you two get along." She smiled happily. "Oh... Have you seen his... Ermm... Mouth?" Juliet was careful with her words and her cheeks went pink. "I-IF YOU HAVEN'T T-THEN PLEASE DON'T TAKE IT THE WRONG WAY!" She shook her head wildly from side to side as she held her red and warm cheeks. She looked down a little. "I-it might be a little freaky at first... To be honest... When I was really small and I first saw it... I cried and ran away cause it scared me... Gray felt so bad he tried to stop eating from his big mouth and use his normal one... But." Juliet giggled. " he can't use the other one for that so he kept chocking and then Prothero would get mad at him for being reckless and nearly getting hurt..." Realizing she got out of topic Juliet blushed. "Ah... My point is... Gray seems really scary but you can always talk to me if it gets bad..." Juliet smiled warmly. "Ah we should change topics... You seem a little lost so maybe I can show you around? Last year I was the first and only human here... It was scary and I kept getting lost but this year I figured it out... They added new stuff though like the pool was move and the gardens for a club..."

Romeo had long since unwrapped his arms from Prothero and now was instead holding onto his arm as they walked. He could see the building and the pool in the distance and grew slightly bouncy again, excited to be doing something and even more excited to have made friends. Or well, he sort of just assumed they were his friends now. After all, they did invite them to go swimming. Or perhaps they had invited themselves. Either way, none of them were complaining about Thero and him being around. Except for the angel, but he was starting to get the idea that the angel always looked angry.

The demon's shoulders fell slightly when his friend retracted his wing, but it didn't last for long because he noticed they were now at the pool. He immediately went towards the lockers, finding his easily and changing before pushing his other clothes where the suit had been. "Come on Thero, Gray! Let's swim!", he was bouncing again, hands curled into fists from excitement. There was a slight glow to his horns that only happened when he was really excited- or really, really angry -about something. He looked back towards Jack just in time to see the angel slip, and he had to put his hand over his mouth to keep from laughing or screaming.

It was silly for them to have expected Wolfram to actually wear one of the school issued suits. To him, it was unsanitary and just plain gross. Apparently they didn't think the same though, because he watched Jack and Romeo come out of the locker rooms with suits on, ready to go swimming. Gray was sitting by the pool looking rather dejected, and Wolf was about to go over and sit near him when he heard Jack speak to him.

He honestly wasn't quite sure how it happened. One minute he was standing and the next he was in the air, quickly falling back towards the water. Suppose it was the expensive shoes, they had little traction and he turned too quickly to address the white haired boy. One leg went up and when he tried to put himself back up straight, he flipped himself towards the pool. When he broke surface he was sputtering, both curses and water from the unexpected swim. Without realizing it he managed to pull himself to Jack and had been holding onto him, but as soon as he felt the flesh against his cheek he pushed himself back roughly. That was two boys now, today, that he had gotten much too close to.
