Gray Ender

Gray was sitting in the garden with his adopted human sister Juliet and his older brother Prothero. The Troublesome 3 as they were called were talking about the new school year. All 3 siblings were known thew out the school though for different reasons. Gray was known as the goofy trouble maker who tended to shoot woman down as he was often followed by in his opinion spoiled brats. Prothero was known as one of the school geniuses but a cold mysterious fellow. And Juliet was known because she was the first human to attend school at Arcbell having gone to school last year as a test of the school board. She'd become well known as The Human and was quite liked for her caring attitude and the fact that she adopted by one of the high ranking demon family. Course she had been stalked by a vampire for awhile because of she was human but once the blood sucker found out who her brothers where he'd left her alone...

Gray blinked and listened as Juliet voiced her concern only to have Prothero shoot it down and step on it. The three of them had been moved into there rooms a week earlier the most people and this had left Juliet with many concerns and worries that Gray and Prothero had been spending all there time trying to dismiss. Finally Juliet gave up and they stayed in silence for awhile until they all decided to go there own ways... Gray would stay were he was though... Why should he move?

Prothero Ender

As Prothero left his siblings he gave Gray a look that meant don't mess around then he messed up Juliet's long dark hair and smiled as she giggled and closed her large ruby eyes. He smiled and walked off toward the library deciding he would read up on a few things of interest to him. He was in no rush though the students had a whole week to figure out everything without worry of classes and Prothero intended to spend his time reading.

Juliet Ender

While Gray decided to sit and do his thing and Prothero went to become a bigger smarty pants, Juliet took off around the gardens she so loved. She ran around for awhile staying within Gray's vision but finally she allowed herself to drift farther and take a quick trip in the maze of roses the school had. It was her favorite place especially sense at the center there was a fountain with benches surrounding it and small fish that swam about. It was also where Juliet left to feel safe from the vampires that often intimidated of looked down on her... But maybe this year she'd be more accepted... That would be nice.

(( *waves* I added a new thread that deals with school and stuff please read it! Thanky ^_^ ))

Prothero Ender

Prothero was enjoying himself in the library. The librarians knew him well enough that he was often tasked with the job of helping people find books within the vast categories and sections. This applied allot when people special ordered books as the librarians would automatically put them in there category and leave the poor sap who'd ordered them confused. When this happened the librarians also sent the poor student over to where Prothero sat alone at his table with a book open.

As usual this was the case. He was at his table reading a rather interesting book on the effect of environment on peoples health, self confidence and other such things. The paragraph he was at was talking about how brighter colors around people tended to result in bolder personalities though in rare cases it had a counter effect to this. This intrigued Prothero who hoped to one day be a teacher and help inspire people... Though how was he ever going to do that if he did not know things that could effect there mental capacity to learn and grow... Ok so Prothero was a big of a nerd but he presently lost interest of what he was learning and began day dreaming on his little cloud wondering what the school year held for him. Though sadly he was torn from his thoughts when another student walked into the library causing Prothero took peek up from his book and watch the boy with sharp blue eyes... Few people came to the library so what had drawn this boy here today...

Romeo went straight to the Misc. section in the library, hoping his book would be there. When he had gone to ask the librarian, the man had had no idea where his book was and told him to go find it on his own. Now, he had been to the library enough to know that they had a section for each of the breeds. But considering it was a book on both Angels and Demons, he had run into a bit of a problem. So of course he did the thing that seemed logical, go over to the Miscellaneous section and hope the book would take mercy and throw itself at him. Unfortunately, no such things were happening. Currently unaware that someone beside him was in the library, he was rolling around on his back by the books, looking somewhat like a child having a (silent) tantrum.

"Why can't I find you?", the freshman whined, running thin, long fingers along the spines of his beloved books. "The world hates me," he sighed, arms splayed out across the floor now. "Just like the Angels do, and most of the other freaks here. They hate me because I'm mister Spawn of Hell and-" the boy abruptly stopped, refusing to revert back to that depressed, sad place that he always found himself in. No... he wasn't going to let that happen. That part of him wasn't going to take over. It was the side, after all, that they hated.

Prothero Ender

Prothero was trying to read but his sharply pointed ears could not help but hear someone whine. Blinking he looked over before standing. He pushed his himself toward the man and was in front of the freshman within a few steps and wing beats. "May I help you?" He smiled gently and cooly his wings folding neatly behind him. "I know this library like no one else..." He looked at the younger boy. He was small compared to Prothero which made the older man more happy to help...

~ . ~

Gray Ender

Gray was thinking when angry voice caught his attention. "What now." Gray turned and blinked. Was someone seriously trying to start a fight. Gray walked over. "What seems to be the problem here?" Gray blinked his sharp gold eyes his shirt loosely hanging off his shoulder as he stared at the two boys calmly. Silently showing that he intended to stop any fights that would spark up.

~ . ~

Juliet Ender

Juliet was running about the Garden happy to be going about her business. Like a young child she was chasing a butterfly, one she'd seen in a book and wanted to take a closer look to when she bumped into someone. She stumbled but did not fall. Blinking she stared up at the tall boy. He was a demon Juliet could tell and she knew he would know right away that she was a human. Juliet smiled. "Sorry for running into you! Not sure if you know me... I was the first and only human here last year I'm Juliet." Juliet smiled she was small compared to the demon boy and people would probably stared shocked at how the human girl stared wide eyed and innocent her wild long dark hair hanging down. Yet Juliet did not seem to see any of it all she saw was a taller boy who might become her friend

Romeo blinked a few times, looking up at the man. The fifteen year old was still lying on the floor, having just paused his rolling around and whining. Slowly he stood, quickly spying the wings on the others back. "Oh, you!" Eyes widening, he bounced around the man once, gently touching the tips of his finger to each of the spikes on the top of each of the others wings. "Demon?" You really couldn't help but love the boy, always so energetic and full of life. At least it was hard to hate him completely. "I want to be your friend, will you be my friend?" Hesitantly, he touched one of his own horns, which stuck out at odd angles and made him look terrible- in his opinion. Yellow and black and ugly. "Oh... and I was looking for a book I ordered. It's on the history of the feud between Angels and Demons," and perhaps he was a tad bit ADD, jumping around from one thing to another without any say.

Going to wait for Dragon before I post Wolfie :3

Gray Ender

Gray sighed heavily. "Beginning of the year is always stressful." He looked at the blonde who was now walking away. "Listen I don't know what ruffled your feathers but chill out..." Gray stretched and held out his hand. Gold soon filled his palm but it wasn't real. No just fakes Gray could make, and he only ever made them so he could enjoy tossing them into the air and catching them again. It was a challenge catching them all. Gray looked at the demon, "Sorry for interjecting..." Finally he turned around and started walking back where he came from. Gray was known to get into fights but with Prothero being watched like a hawk he'd been given strict orders to lay low. Like that would happen...

~ . ~

Prothero Ender

Prothero blinked shocked. The younger boy acted like he was ashamed of his own species! Opening his wings wide and showing off his pointed ears and teeth defiantly. "Of course I am! And proud to be!" He looked at the boy. Had he really just asked him... Prothero blinked shocked. "Well... If you'd like then... Then sure..." He smiled gently. "I don't have friends so Il do my best I suppose." He remained silently still as the boy explained what he was looking for. Smiling at the boys choice Prothero opened his wings. "That will be found in the History section." He quietly turned and led the way.

The history section was small and encompassed more general knowledge for all species. Prothero looked over the books his sharp eyes picking out the one he was looking for. Jumping and flapping he managed to carry himself up to the latter and slide it to the left. In a brisk and perfect moment he grabbed the book slid down jumping at the last few steps and gently touching down. He handed the book to the young demon. "For the record... My name is Prothero Ender... It is a pleasure to meet you, also..." Prothero admired the smaller demons horns. "I like your horns... They are colorful... That's rare and considered a sign of beauty and strength among our kind wear them with pride and ignore all who dare to insult them." Prothero was speaking with sharp and proud dignity looking at the boy as he was an equal.

~ . ~

Juliet Ender

Juliet blinked confused. "That's silly... Well there was a vampire who stalked me... But aside that no problems!" Juliet beamed. "And of course I'm ok with everyone here... My big brothers are demons and so are my adopted mom and dad." Juliet was not the kind of person to hold back information so he her small hand she grabbed Damian's hand and shook it happily. "Oh! If you need anything you can ask me!" She grinned her ruby eyes sparkling and her long dark hair being pulled and played with by the wind, she looked like the picture of happiness, and she felt like it.

Romeo made an ooooh sound, a single digit reaching out as if he planned to touch the older boys teeth too. After thinking about it though, he retracted his hand and just pulled up his own lip, revealing sharp teeth. Not as sharp as a vampires, but also not retractable like a vampires. "Everyone always makes fun of me," he started quickly, following his new friend wherever he was leading him with an obvious bounce in his step. "Because of the color in my horns," he paused, for once actually considering not boring his new friend with such information. Most people left after that, it wasn't his fault that he enjoyed speaking. "Or the way that they stick out at odd angels," his hand went up to touch one, how they stuck out at jagged angles, weren't straight. "It seems there is always something new to make fun of." And it was usually him, around here at least.

The young boy watched in awe as his new friend moved his wings, reaching up to grab his book and then oh so gracefully touching down. Romeo was perhaps the most clumsy person ever, as he couldn't seem to walk in a room without knocking something over. "Oh, flying..." he breathed, mostly to himself before reaching forward to grab his book. "Thank you Prothero, I'm Romeo." He also wasn't the best at introductions. As soon as his new friend said something kind about his horns, he brightened[even more] and leaped at him, throwing his arms around the winged demon. "Truly? You like them? Oh, I like your wings too! I so wish I could fly, would you fly with me sometime? I'm not that heavy."

Prothero Ender

Prothero was shocked when he found arms around him. Blinking he pet the boys head gently touching the colorful horns. "Fly... Well I'd have to use my larger wings for that... See at the moment there in there smaller form..." Prothero blinked. "I'm sure I could fly you around sometime your small I could easily pick you up and fly you wherever you wish... Maybe even back to France during the weekends... I might be a studious non-trouble maker but I do enjoy going into the city without anyone so as to catch a movie or meal..." Prothero spoke matter-a-factly. Not without motion no he was always passionate sounding except when angered, but still he spoke briskly and state what he felt should be said... That was all.

~ . ~

Juliet Ender

Juliet beamed without end. "Ok onward!" Juliet was heading back to the front of the school as that was the best point to start when her large always sparkling eyes caught sight of Gray. "BIG BROTHER!" Juliet lept over / through a bush and ran past a fuming golden haired boy, her long and beautiful hair trailed behind her. "BIG BROTHER!" Juliet launched herself at Gray and smiled widely as she felt her brother catch and spin her with ease... After all she was small and a human! After being spun and set down she giggled her wide eyes happy. "Big brother I'm helping a new person! Il be like you and Prothero il make the family proud and help everyone!" Juliet was smiling to hard to see the worry flight across his face. "It's the demon over there!" Juliet pointed to Damian and waved him over happy as usual.

~ . ~

Gray Ender

Gray was lost in thought when his sisters sweet happy voice filled his head. He turned in time to catch and spin the girl her long hair flying around them. He set her down and began to huff looking at her already slightly torn dress and leaves in her hair. He'd brushed it this morning twice! He picked the leaves from her hair and then smiled. He listened as she went on to talk about helping someone. Gray froze... Was it another vampire? Someone who might see his sweet sibling as a snack. But when she pointed to a demon he relaxed... A little he was still an older guy around his sweet sister but fine... Better then a vampire at least.

"I don't want this year to be like last year..." Gray blinked as she said those words. It was true that last year she was alone despite being accepted. This year she wanted to change that. Gray would not stop her or get in her way then. Things were tough enough for the girl. She had to deal with a huge hole in her childhood waking up yelling and crying when fleeting memories tormented her then being a human with demon brothers and then going to this school. Nodding Gray played with her hair.

Romeo was still staring at the others wings in awe. "This is their small form?" Again he was tempted to reach out and touch them, only just managing to keep his hands down at his sides. To be safe, they were quickly shoved into his hoodie pocket. "I wish I had wings, they're just so cool Thero." For a moment he chewed on his lower lip, glancing up at the other boy every once and awhile. Gosh, he probably looked shy, cheeks slightly red, fingers shaking, constantly shifting his weight from one side to another. "You would really do that?", he asked, glancing up and looking hopeful. It would be so much fun, especially with his new friend. His new friend that could fly. "I hope you and I are always friends, Thero."

Prothero Ender

Prothero nodded. "The larger form is better this size is only good for flying myself... And of course I'd do that... Flying is a wonderful feeling to not share such a thing would make me the most hanous of friend!" Prothero was pleased at his progress with the young boy. He'd not scared him off or insulted him. All was well and perhaps Prothero could keep this friend, then to someone he'd no longer be that mysterious boy. Honestly Prothero told everyone everything what was so bloody mysterious? When Prothero zipped back into the present the words:
I hope you and I are always friends.
Hit Prothero. He smiled gently. "If you would so desire I could take you for a quick flight here in the library... It is vast enough that I have often flown around it... Just to get to the second floor... And the skylight adds a rather enjoyable effect on the entire flight."

~ . ~

Gray Ender

Gray decided to hear the demon out. He seemed polite enough and kind... And his name... It rung some bells but at the moment Gray could not remember where he had heard that name. Juliet had become distracted with a blue butterfly that had flown her way, and Gray decided to take this opportunity. Grabbing and shaking Damian's hand he nodded. "Name's Gray Ender... I'm happy my sis is finally making friends." Gray was honest about that. He made sure Juliet wasn't paying attention when his tone lowered. "Hey... Juliet might be showing you around... But please do me a favor and look over her... She's a really rare blood type and vampires flock to her... She's so darn innocent she doesn't realize... So look over her..." Gray made it clear he was entrusting this task to the boy. Finally he put on a more calm tone and smile. "Anyway... It's good to know Juliet made a friend."

~ . ~

Juliet Ender

Juliet was planning on watching to make sure Gray did not scare Damian. But a small butterfly came her way and the large ruby eyed girl followed it. It was a light blue butterfly and it did not flutter too far before turning around and lighting down on Juliet's nose. She blinked and silently tilted her head up to the sky and smiled softly as the butterfly stayed on the tip of her nose. Juliet was thoroughly distracted when Gray snapped her back to reality. "Ok now let's go... We can stop by the information office first so you don't have to carry everything then I'll show you the whole school I have a map cause sometimes I get lost too." Juliet beamed before taking the initiative to open the front door and hold it open for the taller older demon. "Also you can ask any questions about anything~ Il do my very best to answer!" Juliet leaned back allowing her long hair to fall down while she stared up at the sky and nothing in particular.

Romeo's eyes got wide and his hands came out of his pockets as he practically threw himself into Prothero's arms, bouncing up and down excitedly. "Oh that would be so wonderful! Will you really Thero? Will you?" But he was already lost in his thoughts, imagining the feeling of flying. Being safe in the arms of a demon, hah! It was the most amusing and most pleasant thought ever to cross his mind. If his new friend was truly serious about flying him around, oh, it would be the most wonderful thing to ever happen to the demon. There would never be a way to repay him, though obviously he would try however he could. "Oh," the thought struck him suddenly, and he stumbled back a few steps, eyes still wide but not teary as he looked up at his friend. "What if I'm too heavy?" The boy looked down, pulling at his hoodie.

Prothero Ender

Prothero blinked then laughed. "There is no way your too heavy~" Prothero smiled and opened his wings soon they began to grow and stretch with a few pops and cracks. Soon they were twice the size they were before. "Now let us fly." Prothero held out his hand and waited. When Romeo took it he pulled the boy close to him and got into a position as if they were about to dance. He smiled down at his new friend. "Always trust me." Prothero stepped forward then he pulled Romeo closer and jogged when they reached the table he picked Romeo up and jumped onto the table before jumping into the air. He wrapped his arms around Romeo keeping him close as he flapped his strong wings. Soon they were gliding and circling about the library. Prothero kept steady and smiled down at Romeo. "Do you like it?"

Gray Ender

Gray watched Damian and Juliet go. His sister was in good hands... He could tell. At the idea of being friends with his sisters friend made him smile a little, but it was a weird smile. He was uncertain about making friends. Gray turned and looked at the false gold he'd dropped onto the ground. Feeling to lazy to grab it he simply made a large piece of gold and began tossing it up into the air and catching it while he walked off somewhere. To be honest he did not care where he went. He just went.

~ . ~

Juliet Ender

Juliet beamed and waited until Damian was inside before following. "First we should go to the information office. Everyone gets there own room so there's no fighting amongst the species. She smiled. "They use to share and my big brothers were put together..." Juliet smiled then laughed. "When I came to check on them they'd managed to throw each other through the wall into the other room I found Prothero's head inside of big brothers Gray's chest mouth. Juliet laughed. "Ever sense then Prothero has been terrified of the thing." Juliet giggled and led the way with a happy hop in her step all the way to the office / information room. She stepped inside and smiled at the old vampire behind a desk. Ok well Juliet knew the vampire was in the 100 years old but generally looked 30. Juliet liked this vampire aside the scary past she had with them. "Here we areee~" Juliet spun in a circle. "Now you just say your name and they figure out which room your in I'm in room 301." Juliet stopped. "Oh! Oh! Il carry your bag you have been having to it's no fair!" Without waiting Juliet took Damian's bag only to regret it greatly when she realized it's weight. Huffing she refused to give up and help on tighter pulling it up. "I-I got ittt."

It should have felt strange, being held against someone, but Romeo was much too busy staring at everything around him while they flew. At some point he managed to wrap his legs around the older boys waist, afraid that he was going to fall since he really wasn't paying much attention to holding on. Not that he thought his friend would drop him, but it was still possible! He had to be at least a little bit heavy to have to haul around.

The boy was pulled from his thoughts when he heard Thero, and reluctantly brought his gaze back to the other. "Do I like it?", he repeated, the huge smile on his face probably already answering the question. "I love it! Thank you so much Thero," with that his arms tightened around the other, and he nuzzled into his chest and then kissed him on the cheek before returning to looking around in awe. What would it be like to actually be able to fly around outside? It just had to be amazing, he was actually a bit jealous.

Prothero Ender

Prothero blushed and looked away awkwardly at the kiss. He was always shy when it came to physically contact even when Juliet hugged him he would panic and push her off. But he allowed the boy to do as he wished. Prothero flew around before he stopped on the ledge of the second library floor. He re-adjusted Romeo before giving a smirk. "Trust me ok... And please don't squirm." Prothero with his back to the drop held Romeo then allowed them to fall backward. Prothero grinned and closed his eyes as they spun and fell, he waited until the last possible second before opening his wings to catch the air and fly up and higher then before.

Gray Ender

Gray was busy humming to himself when something collided with him. That something turned out to be a someone. Blinking Gray looked up at the taller red headed boy. "It's no issue..." He smirked. "Ah ha~ One of the humans I've heard so much about..." Gray thought about having some fun until he saw how scared and jumpy the boy was. Smiling Gray decided a friendlier approach might be more welcome. But that did not mean he might not tease the poor human later...

"Hey calm down... Some of the people here are going to be more afraid of you then you are of them." Gray spoke with a happy tone in his voice. "Trust me... My little sister Juliet was the first human to attend the school... I mean the vamps can be a bit of a pain but aside that she had a great year." Gray brushed the boy's clothes off before he stretched and cracked his neck before shoving his hands in his pocket and staring at the boy with his head turned. Really he was only looking at the boy. He was... Tall for a human. I mean sure Gray had seen quite a few humans but they were always older so it was natural they were taller... This boy was maybe his age yet he towered over him. It made Gray feel short and not sure what to do.

~ . ~

Juliet Ender

Juliet blinked and listened to everything Damian said, and did. It sounded like he had a rough childhood so Oriana could relate. Her own was filled with horrible nightmares and huge empty holes in her memory where she rather just not remember ever what happened. What he did on the other hand kept her amazed, and slightly confused. But she could figure things out as she went along. She tilted her head when Damian offered her a coin. "I don't need any payment silly." She laughed. "My own past isn't sunshine and roses... I understand." Juliet took a piece of paper that was handed to her. The secretary had finally bothered to get Damian his information.

Juliet handed the piece of paper to Damian before she started dragging his bag out of the room, and down the hall. She made sure Damian was walking next to her before she continued. "I mean... I don't remember my family at all... I was just found covered in blood in the snow... I was sick for awhile then I could not remember anything but my name... I still don't but sometimes I get awful things I think are memories... I get how sometimes you'd wanna forget something or just not wanna think about it... Everyone has something like that don't they?" Juliet's tone was still happy but calmer and more gentle then her usual hyper-ness.

A sharp intake of breath, Romeo clung tightly to the boy that had just fallen backwards from the second story. His eyes were shut tight, face buried in the others neck as he felt them fall. When it seemed that they were going to hit the ground- and he was fairly sure by now that they were going to -they suddenly flew back upwards, perhaps even further than before. Cautious, he removed his face from hiding in Thero's neck and opened his eyes, blinking a few times to get used to the light again. "Wow," he breathed, still clinging tightly to his friend as he looked around. "Does it get tiring?", he asked after awhile, voice quiet and head rested on the others shoulder. "Having to hold yourself up and all?"

Prothero had his wings opened wide so he simply glided about. "Not really often times the movement of air just sorta carries me it's only certain times where it gets tough cause I'm tired...." He flew around awhile more before landing in a quiet corner of the second floor library. He deposited Romeo first before landing after him. "Did you enjoy your first flight Romeo?" Prothero asked while he gently fixed the boys hair around his horns.

Juliet Ender

Juliet was suprised when the bag was stolen and in it's place she found a coin. She blinked shocked and looked over the golden round object. She looked up and found Damian up ahead of her. "Hey! Your older then me! That makes you old~" She ran after him and soon caught up but had to keep at a quick pace. "Your room is kinda close to mind that's cool! I can make sure you don't get lazy." Juliet grinned and kept walking. She rushed ahead and went up the stairs. "This wayyyy~" She giggled and ran up then waited at the top of the stairs while rocking back and forth on her heels.

Gray laughed when he saw how jumpy the human was. "Hey calm down~ I don't bite even if I look like that kind of person." Gray smirked. He could tell the boy was confused so Gray explained. "My sister is adopted into our family... Even if she is a human." The Gray stopped and looked like he was thinking very very deeply about the question he was asked. "I don't know... Hanging around such an adorable human who is sure to attract the attention of girls and vampires... Well I don't know." Gray smirked. "Well I guess... But only because I have a soft spot for humans..." Gray softened his smile so it was less devious and playful. "And don't worry about any vampires... I got it covered, they wont harm a hair on your red head if I got anything to say about it!" Gray turned. "Now let's go I don't wanna leave you behind." Gray started walking and shoved his hands in his pocket and leaned back in a relaxed way that also allowed his left sleeve to slide off his shoulder revealing his pale skin. But as Gray was Gray... He did not care.

The boy had to admit that he was a bit disappointed when they landed, but he wasn't about to complain. Actually, he was leaning more towards throwing himself at Thero's feet and thoroughly worshiping the other demon for flying him around. Though, he wasn't really going to do that either. A smile lit up his face when the older boy messed with his hair. "It was so amazing," he answered, big blue eyes staring up at the other, still in awe. "I don't know how I'll ever thank you, Thero."

Prothero Ender

Prothero smiled. "No need to... You asked I be your friend...I've never really had one but if it's anything like siblings I'm guessing you do things just cause... It's nice to do so." Prothero smiled and folded his large wings gently. He stretched gently and cracked his back. Prothero was not sure what to do now so he allowed the younger boy to do as he wished. Prothero was simply content being his silent self.

Juliet Ender

Juliet blinked her large eyes. "Don't worry I have two older brothers... When I woke them up they were in such foul moods they use to quite literally attack each other... If I can handle the warring dragons I think I can handle a little bit of grouchy-ness." She grinned and watched as Damian reached the top of the steps. He talked about keeping his time docked which he finished with a blush. Juliet blinked and her own cheeks reddened almost by instinct.

She turned and walked over the hall before stopping in front of a door. "This room is mine. I leave the door open open almost all the time so if ever you get a nightmare you can come over and il make you hot chocolate." She grinned in a sideways fashion then walked a little ways down the hall. She stopped. "And this is your room." Juliet pulled open the door. "Sooo welcome home." She stepped inside. Like with all rooms it had come with a lone bed a cabinet and dresser with the keys to the room the dresser. Juliet spun around. "Your not allowed to paint the walls but you can put up posters or art or anything you want and add furniture but you can't take away or wreck what's already in here." Juliet spoke matter of factually.

Gray Ender

Gray led the way confidently. "Name's Gray Ender... It's nice to meet you Everett Harper... You have a fancy name so I might call you something more playful." Gray turned around and walked backwards. "Hmmm... Ev? Erret? Evie? Harp?" Gray blinked. "I don't know..." He walked up the stairs backwards and down the hall that way. To entertain the boy Gray even performed an attempt moon walk and then a weird little dance." It was strange being around a human who was well... Not his sister but the red head was nice and shy so Gray did not mind.

It was really nice, having a friend. He wasn't quite sure how to get used to the feeling though, it wasn't like he had had many friends in the past. Of course there was his older brother, but his brother really was a shining example of a demon. Cruel, harsh, violent, angry- all the time. And usually, he took it out on lil' bro. It was where the scars on his back and chest had come from, and the one on his cheek. But you could only see that one if you were very close, it had faded to only be a zigzag'd, red line now. Even if he touched it, it hurt. Though he tried to pretend it didn't, wasn't like big brother cared either way. Slipping back into the present, he looked up at his new friend. "Still," he started softly, stepping forward and giving the taller boy a tight hug. "I really owe you one. That was the funnest thing I've ever done." After stepping back, he offered the biggest smile he could, feeling happier than he had been in awhile. If only those stupid horns on his head would go away, this truly would be the best day ever.

Just keep walking. Remember to keep your face down, no one wants to see you. Being an angel doesn't change anything. They aren't going to accept you. No one is going to accept you. They will just label you as a freak and send you off to some institution. Trust no one. Your family are the only ones you can trust, and even then be careful. It isn't a nice world, that's why we have Angels. But still, the demons are strong, sometimes too strong. So just keep walking. Keep your head down. Be safe.

They told Wolfram to be careful. That the only people you could trust was your family, that everyone else would just ship him off to an institution to be tested on, or tell him he was crazy and that he wasn't an angel. But isn't that exactly what his parents did? Sent him off to some academy for freaks just like him? It wasn't fair, no, but what in life was fair? You lose your family, your humanity, your pride and dignity, what do you have left? Nothing. That's all they want you to have, so you can succumb to whatever it is they have in store for you. And you won't put up a fight.

After all, this is what this school was about, right? Teaching you how to act properly. The good and the bad. But who were they to say what was good, what was bad? Labeling. It's all they ever did. You're a demon? Well, hell, I better stay away from you, you're bad. Angels? God, talk about goody-two-shoes. Vampires? You just want my neck to suck on, the rest doesn't really matter, does it? Everyone was labeled, and nothing was going to change it. They would probably label him as a demon too, purely for his attitude. But blonde hair and green eyes? Definitely not a demon. Then you got to know him, and started to question that.

Wolfram was heading back to his room when he spotted the boy from earlier, the one that had tried to stop the fight. Beside him was some red headed boy, and he just shook his head. Apparently mister Peacekeeper was making friends with the human- it was quite obvious that this red head was human, as he gave off no distinct scent and was painfully boring. Rolling his eyes, he kept walking.

Prothero Ender

Prothero was once again shocked by the hug. He blushed and gently pat Romeo. He was no good at this sort of thing but he had a feeling he would soon have to adapt. "I am glad you enjoyed it... Gray always freaks out when I fly him around... Despite being my brother he has no trust in me... Juliet doesn't mind but she's not big on heights..." Prothero smiled. "You are my first willing participant... Though I do hope to one day see Gray flying about... He does love the sky he just does not trust me as his brother..." Prothero then mumbled. "Though... I don't really trust him after he ate my head in his stupid chest cavity." Prothero then smiled and gently ran his finger along one of Romeo's horns. "Now what would you like to do?"

Gray Ender

Gray grinned. "Evie it is then!" Gray continued to walk happy he'd managed to cheer the human boy up. But the red heads smile was soon turned away. Gray blinked and looked over to see the source of this... It was the angel... Or well Gray was pretty sure he was an angel. Blinking Gray smiled, he hated seeing anyone upset. For all the things Gray refused to be greedy for he would admit he had a need and greed for people's joy. "Hey angel!" Gray waited until the angel looked over before he gave a grin. "Turn that frown upside down blondy! Your scaring the human, and honestly frowns don't look pretty on such a nice face... Or on yours either Evie." Gray folded his arms over his chest resisting the urge to pull down his sweater and allow his chest mouth to stick it's tongue out at them for laughs... He was pretty sure such an act would disgust the angel and frighten the human... Patience was key to making friends at this school. Though Gray had little patience. Gray stopped suddenly and pointed to a room. "This is where you get any information you need... The secretary is a really old vampire so because of her long life she doesn't always care and it might take awhile but she's super nice to everyone." Gray grinned happy he'd managed to be of any help.

Romeo was definitely curious at the mention of a chest cavity, but he decided it was best not to ask about it. Anyways, it didn't seem like his friend was too thrilled to talk about his brother, so he made it his job to get his mind off of it. That was what friends were for after all, right? Smiling, he released his grip on the older boy, pulling away only slightly. When he felt Prothero run his finger along his horn he blushed, biting his lower lip and ducking his head. "Umm," so it turns out he wasn't very good at this whole "getting your mind off of" thing. "Want to help me figure out who my new roommate is?" The boy looked hopeful, pulling out the puppy eyes and everything. "My old one graduated last year, so they're assigning me a new one." His smile fell slightly, he was going to miss his old friend.

Hey angel! Wolfram's step faltered, and slowly he came to a stop and turned to look at the two he had just been mentally judging. The annoyance must have been clear on his face, but it seemed the demon cared little for it. Being called blondy just made his anger rise, but it vanished when the demon said he had a nice face. He was sure he was blushing. Was it really that obvious that he liked guys? It wasn't his fault! This was going to ruin his life, if anyone else found out about it everything would just be for nothing. People were supposed to be afraid of him! Why else would he carry around a sword?

After a moment, Wolfie stomped over to the two, glaring at the red head as if to warn him to stay quiet. "How did you know?" his voice was very quiet, nearly a hiss as he contained his anger. Really, he was just making a fool of himself. Neither boys knew of his secret, how could they? But he was too blinded by his embarrassment and rage at this point. "Both of you better not say a word to anyone!" Glancing accusingly at both, he took a step backwards and then spun around, quickly retreating in the direction he had come from.

Prothero Ender

Prothero blinked. "If I believe correctly they renovated so it was one person per room." Prothero nodded. "Too many incidents last year..." Prothero blinked his icy eyes before looking back at the shorter demon. "Though some people did end up getting a shared room either way it was random as it always is... My sister did not but I did I believe my younger brother did as well..." Prothero blinked. "I heard my roomate was a demon... If I got stuck with my brother like last year..." Prothero huffed and shook his head. "Il end up having to force him to wear his clothes in the room... Him a his stupid boxers." Prothero blinked realizing what he said out loud. He snickered before laughing lightly. "Your easy to speak with Romeo... I find it relieving... Thank you." Prothero smiled it was a small rare smile but a smile non-the less.

Gray Ender

Gray blinked at the angel confused. But before he could really respond the blonde boy turned and walked off leaving a cowering Everett. Man, this human was indeed terrified. It made Gray feel bad... But he wasn't really accustom to humans being afraid of him. His parents had kept him away from that... And Juliet... Juliet had no idea about the prejudice between species. Gray watched the human walk into the office. How was he suppose to comfort a human anyway? Gray lifted himself into a small space above the office door frame and the ceiling. The space was often use'd for plants but Gray could fit his short lean body in there if he tried. He watched for Everett's head and when he emerged Gray let himself slide and hang down his face in front of the humans. "Hi." Gray grinned until he felt himself slip but it was too late he slid right off.

He fell off of the space and landed somehow on his back looking up at the boy. Gray laughed and grinned a little. "I wasn't meaning to drop in but... Hey!" Gray grinned and sat up rubbing his now hurting head. "So did you get one of the personal rooms or did you end up getting a dorm... They renovated so half the rooms are for one person the other half are dorms... The selection is random so is the amount of person per.room... I think it can be 3... I got a shared room." Gray grinned.

Romeo had somehow got them moving towards one of the library's reading areas while they were talking, and was now sitting comfortably on one side of the couch and watching as Prothero spoke at the other. At first he had been worried, hearing him say that they changed it to only one person a room. Being alone wasn't something he liked, which is why he hadn't had one, but two roommates the previous year. Just like being in the dark wasn't very pleasant for him either. It was a good thing that he had been able to become friends with his old roommates, because he tended to have to cuddle with them in the middle of the night just because he was scared. A demon, scared? Romeo definitely was the biggest scaredy-cat anyone could ever meet. He found himself laughing when Thero spoke about his brother running around in boxers, but when wasn't Romeo laughing? Everything amused the boy, he was so innocent and joyful, on the exterior. "No need to thank me, what are friends for?" He grinned, chewing on his bottom lip a moment before hopping up and taking his friends hand. "Come on, let's go find out who our roommates are! Wait, can we do that?"

When Wolfie got back to his room, everything was packed up. It rather annoyed him to find that they did it all by themselves, not even asking him about anything. How was he supposed to find his things? What if they stole something? Grumbling, he took his sword first, slinging it around his shoulder before grabbing the two other bags. The note on his door instructed him towards building B, third floor, room 26. With a heavy sigh, he hauled all of his things outside- thank god he was on the first floor -and then over to the other building. At least they had elevators, even if it would have been pretty easy for him to carry his things, he was rather lazy(and spoiled). Pushing open the door to his room revealed three beds, and immediately he frowned. "I have to room with two other people?" he grumbled to himself, throwing his things onto the bed near the corner. "Great," his voice was laced with sarcasm, even if no one was around to hear him. Throwing his things to the floor, he laid back on the bed and closed his eyes.

Prothero Ender

Prothero blinked. "I have no idea... I don't believe so..." Prothero thought for a moment. "Well... What room do you have any... I was assigned one roommate and it's on the second floor room 201." Prothero returned to his matter of fact way of speaking temporarily as he went over the details he had earlier memorized. "I know I only have one room mate as there were only two beds." Prothero smiled, though a silent part of him hoped he had a roommate like Romeo. The smaller demon was kind and gentle... And while he did use a little more physical contact then Prothero was use to he did not mind.

Gray Ender

Gray grinned. "Cool! And... Yeah course I'm fine..." Gray stood and dusted himself off quickly. "Let's go fin this dorm of yours ok?" He shoved his hands in his pockets and allowed the human to take the lead. "I'm sharing my own room with 2 people... I just hope there chill... I don't want to have to act like I'm at a super important social convention... I mean it's a bedroom I should be allowed to go shirtless if I so desire!" Gray huffed determined. Yes it was true there was the chest mouth... But hey that thing ate most of the time for Gray he hated forcing it under annoying cloth. Besides it wasn't all that scary... Was it? Gray frowned without realizing. He hated scaring people... People were never afraid of Prothero... Gray wasn't scary not he just had two mouths... And one was slightly bigger then the other... and on his chest... That wasn't scary it was just unique. Yeah, unique...

Romeo blinked, seemingly shocked for a moment. Hardly even listening to the rest of the Prothero said, he had begun searching himself, going through his hoodie pockets and his jean pockets until he finally found what he was looking for. Looking over his schedule, he found the room assignment at the bottom of the page. "Thero!" he yelled, as quietly as he could so he wouldn't disturb the librarian- that guy was scary. "Look, look," he crawled over to the other, showing his paper to the other but wiggling it around so much that it was probably impossible for him to actually see. "We're roomies! Oh, it's just destiny! We'll be together forever!" Romeo giggled quietly, falling backwards onto the couch and just lying there, on his back, staring up at the ceiling. "This is going to be the best. I hope you don't mind being cuddled with, I hate the dark."
