Threat Level:High-Despite how civil he is, his powers are hard for him to control. They can easily go haywire even if he has anightmare.
Special Considerations?: Just something for him to relieve his high amount of imagination, ie, sketch pad, paint, music or arts and crafts kits. To keep his dreams in check, strong sleeping drugs would be recommended.
Any signs of humanity?: His maturity and selflessness
Dangers: His lack of self preservation and self blame
Any known inflammatory situations?: If he thinks he's hurt someone, he'd throw a fit of guilt that can endanger himself and others around him. When he's asleep, any dreams and nightmares could cause his powers to create havoc without him realizing.
Family History: Setsu was born to a family of entertainers; magician to be exact. His parents where magician and assistant who fell in love and took time off the stage when they decided to raise a family.Whilst Setsu's mother was pregnant, she became worried that her and her husband might be losing their touch. To ensure that their child would have great talent to carry on the family tradition, they performed a magical ceremony. What was though to be a harmless charm gave Setsu high amount of imaginative skills that turned into psychic powers. His parents used his powers, exploiting him to make their shows more popular. An accident occured during one of their shows and Setsu became an orphan at the age of 13 due to it.
Personal History: Setsu spent most of his life on the stage with his parents, honing his powers over illusions to wow the audience and to pleas his parents. The praise and love that his parents showered him were all he'd wanted, he never cared about his powers. So long as they loved him. But, with power, comes corruption. By the age of seven Setsu's powers were overwheming and his beloved parents started to overwork him as their fame grew. Ignorant of what his parents were doing, Setsu lived the illusion of a loving family until one day during a show, he collapsed due to exhaustion. Setsu's parents were annoyed and angry with him, showing their true faces to the son that they exploited. Shocked and hurt, Setsu spent the next few years like an obediant doll. When he was 13, after so much pressure from his parents to perform a breathtaking finale to a show, Setsu's control came undone. The powerful illusions drove his parents mad onstage and they ended up shooting each other with the guns that they used as props. After the assumed accident, Setsu was sent to an orphanage but, they could't keep him due to the strange events he caused with his still fluctuating powers. And that resulted in him being transfered to the research centre after he turned 17.
