Introduction
The next day you and the rest of the patients are lined up outside as a new warden arrives on the island. He arrives coming out of the back of a limo. He is wearing a black suit and shades. He has the build of a bodybuilder, unlike the previous warden who was fat and short. The warden walk past every inmate, not looking at anyone. You feel a chill as he passes by you. He finally stands at the center with his hands behind his back, in front of the other officers. The new warden points to the wall that was broken and still being currently repaired, he then takes the same finger and waves no. The new warden then draws an arrow that points to him, using his foot to draw it in the dirt. He then writes "GHOST" in the dirt and steps in front of the arrow as he looks at each an every inmate, including you. He motions for the officers to lead the patients back into the asylum. He stands by the entrance of the asylum as they lead you back in. You are lead back to your cell and the gate is slammed shut.
There is now a new warden and no super villains around. Arkham Asylum now needs a new top dog. Could you be that guy or are you just another one of the asylum's overlooked patients. The choice is now all up to you. Will you escape or will you enjoy the new asylum. The choice is yours.

The Story So Far... Write a Post » as written by 11 authors
Brandon began hyperventilating as his anxiety rose to dangerous levels. He continuously looked back at his chest in disbelief of the message carved into his body. Brandon was more than frightened being trapped inside a limo with two insane escapees, but the writing on his chest seemingly made things much worse. Brandon looked over to see Dr. Calhoun panicking just as he was. Brandon attempted to make an effort to calm down for both their sakes; an over-abundance of panic might cause the psychopaths to hurt them - even kill them.
"We have to try to calm down, Doctor," Brandon whispered, "You and I both know that this line of work comes with risks... as long as we don't do anything to upset them, they shouldn't do anything to hurt us." Brandon was trying to reason through the madness that was unfolding. "If they wanted us dead, they would have killed us by now; we must be important in some way." Brandon rested in his seat and continued to examine his chest. A new emotion was rising from deep within Brandon: anger. He was beginning to wonder if this was a farce committed by the inmates to get inside his head and trick him. Brandon knew confronting the criminals would not end well for him but at least the pressure would be taken off of Dr. Calhoun. Brandon was more concerned with getting some answers than his own personal safety.
"What is this?" Brandon asked aloud, "some kind of joke?" Brandon knew criminals would often like to torture the innocent; Brandon remembered some of his lessons in criminology while studying psychology. Members of an insane asylum, particularly a criminally insane asylum would most likely find great amusement in physically and mentally abusing any innocent or hostage they may encounter.
"If one of you did this... it's not funny!" Brandon directed his comment to Shadow; she seemed like the type to write that, especially since it indicated to trust her. "You think that cutting me up will make me trust you? Yeah, right." Brandon was shocking himself by being so stern with her. He backed down a bit after realising what he was doing. "I mean, what did you even mean by Synthesis, and who's Depravity? The name sounds... familiar." He still had so many questions and the criminals were not very eager to answer them. Brandon was frustrated, scared, shocked, pumped full of adrenaline, and in a tremendous amount of pain. It was difficult to focus, but Brandon felt like he had nothing to lose.
Brandon was whispering to Calhoun and Shadow laughed at his pathetic attempt. To her, it was just as clear as if he had talked right into her ear. "Now shut the fuck up both of you." Some blood dripped down on her right cheek and further down onto her suit. "Please...you got what you wanted...please...release me..." Milo pleaded with Shadow. Look at him! She felt like hitting him, but managed to control herself. "Too bad I never got to have any real fun with you." She smiled at him, but her eyes remained ice cold. He needed to know that she wasn't kidding. "Maybe some other time? I promise I won't forget you." But Milo didn't answer, instead he passed out.
"What is this?" Brandon asked aloud, "some kind of joke?" His sudden bravery surprised her. While he accused her of slicing up his chest, she watched him with both fascination and irritation. "You think that cutting me up will make me trust you? Yeah, right." The fascination turned into anger. Now he was just crossing the line. Shadow was the one trying to help him, but he treated her like she was the enemy. "I mean, what did you even mean by Synthesis, and who's Depravity? The name sounds... familiar." Shadow stared at him in disbelief and then threw one of the expensive champagne bottles towards his face. "Oh, go fuck yourself Depravity! I'm the one trying to save you! If you want to go back to your cell in solitary, then fine! Leave! Run away like the coward you are!" Her eyes were glowing and she clenched her fists. For a moment she forgot everything about his split personality, she just felt betrayed.
Brandon did not expect the sudden champagne bottles sailing towards him; he didn't even have time to react before it smacked him dead centre in the face. The bottle connected with his nose and bounced to the ground. Shadow was unleashing some pent-up anger on him, but Brandon couldn't figure out why; she kept referring to him as 'Depravity'. The combination of fear and confusion was becoming unbearable. Shadow spoke as if they had shared past experiences with one another. Brandon gasped in disbelief as the pieces of the puzzle were fitting together.
"I w-was in Arkham," he muttered, trembling, "It's not a joke... It's real." Brandon looked at his hands. "We were breaking out of the prison." Brandon was on the brink of tears when he realized the true nature of his existence.
"I am... Depravity!" A sharp pain shot through his head, followed by obnoxious laughter from a male voice different than his. He could hear the voice ringing out in his head and speaking to him.
It seems awareness is a portal my friend... We're one step closer to synthesis.
"Who the fuck are you?" Brandon screamed, clutching both sides of his head. He was startled beyond belief, and the pain was unlike anything he'd ever experienced. As the pain grew, so did the mysterious laughter. Only after a few moments, the laughter overpowered any other thoughts in Brandon's head. The laughter ceased momentarily to deliver a short answer to Brandon's question.
You!
Brandon fell to his knees and screamed in intense agony as he was pulled from his state of mind and trapped within the inner chasms of his subconscious. The laughter was now coming from the body and not the mind as Brandon's screams were muffled and disappeared into the mind.
"Whatever you did, Shadow, it worked," Depravity laughed. "It would seem awareness is key to re-emergence. You have my sincerest thanks, Shadow, you never cease to amaze me." Depravity paused for a moment; he had never been able to use the words 'me' or 'my' before. He smiled because it could only mean one thing: he was gaining control over Brandon's body.
Setting
0.00 INK
He followed orders driving into one of the darker alleys that Gotham had in store for its inhabitants. Brandon seemed to finally pass the fear jumping right into anger and asking dangerous questions. Cannibal didn’t care he just wanted to have some good sleep and he would appreciate a good meal but instead they asked and bothered Milo with his gutless behavior and Brandon so irritating only Shadow seemed to posses a power equal to his own. Then there was the champagne bottle flying towards Brandon as Cannibal turned around to observe the fight and wait for a possible causality but instead Brandon seemed to break down for some reason maybe the obvious had just become too obvious?
“I’m pleased to see you have returned Sir.” Depravity was better than the whiny and so incredibly tasty Brandon he was also more useful “I understand a report is not needed and you are fully aware of our current situation.” Cannibal grabbed the whine bottle that seemed to have survived the ordeal “You may want to inspect your noise Sir it doesn’t look very civilized to the commoners.” Cannibal handed Shadow the champagne bottle casting a hungry glance to the sleeping Milo but restraining himself from further ‘monstrous’ actions. Leonard turned his view back to the alley dimming the headlights as something began to move. A homeless man fairly filthy awakened from the sudden disturbance “Please wait here for a moment.” Leonard left the vehicle walking towards the man that stared back suspecting some cruel taunts or other nuances that where common for the lower class but instead he saw a pair of calm yet hungry eyes and then the fear and pure agony of brutal death.
A moment later Cannibal dragged the corpse to the inside putting it next to him without leaving a trace in the alley not the smallest drop of blood “Where do we go now?” Leonard pushed the corpse down so that it would be fairly hidden.

This goes for everyone, start completing what you intend to do because once i get those NPC's involved it will be exceptionally harder for anyone to do anything. I'm just waiting to see if SilverInk will post.
