Introduction
Throughout Medieval worlds, universes, countries and the like, peculiar posters appeared. These posters, looking for six apprentices, were charmed. If the reader was intent on becoming on of the three Ranger's Apprentices or one of the three Sorcerors or Mages, they'd be compelled to go into the nearest woods... Then they'd somehow end up at Oblitus Repurgari. A clearing, more of a camp, with two cabins. Here, they'd be trained. They'd be taught, they'd even live here. And they'd have adventures they probably would have never imagined.
The camp had currently three human inhabitants. Cassandra Elyonill, a mysterious and beautiful young woman, who is the Ranger. And Nix Arci, a mage who happened to also be Tamriel's Dovahkiin, and she'd teach her students Thu'um and Magic. Then, there was an elf. He didn't techniqually live in the camp, but worked there. He was a blacksmith, miner, horse breeder and horse trainer all in one.
If you ended up here, you were destined to become a Mage or a Ranger. It will be fun, exiting, frustrating, and crazy. All in all, the perfect place for adventurers, archers, mages and all.
When you come here, your Master and fellow Apprentices will become your family, or even possibly a victim of your admiration... Who knows?

Saxe and Throwing Knife Skills: How good are you at this? This will be updated later as you get better. Most likely you have little or no experience with these blades though, as they're unique.
Speed: How fast are you? This may or may not be updated later. Although, most Rangers get better reaction time in training.
Climbing: How good are you at this? This will be updated later as you get better.
Intelligence: How smart or tactful is your character? This will be updated as you're tought to be a tactician.

Cloak- Rangers are never found without their mysterious ranger cloak. The trick of the cloak is the special woven pattern of forestal colors, similar to that of camouflage, but more complex. The cloak is the main thing that
marks a person as a ranger.

Armor-He/She wears light leather armor under her cloak, it isn't much though it can provide plenty protection for his/her needs.

Double Knife Scabbard- The double knife scabbard is attached to a ranger's belt, with slots for the saxe knife and the throwing knife. It is issued only to rangers, and cannot be obtained by anyone else.
Saxe Knife-The double knife scabbard is attached to a ranger's belt, with slots for the saxe knife and the throwing knife. It is issued only to rangers, and cannot be obtained by anyone else.

Throwing Knife- The throwing knife is smaller knife, designed for being thrown. Extra width at the top allows for balance with the hilt, which helps drive it home in the ranger's target..

Ranger Strikers- A newer ranger weapon which is a brass tube fitted to the ranger's hand with a brass ball on both sides used to strike an enemy, mainly good for stunning or blunt damage. At the middle is a brass tube,
long enough to fit in the wearer's hand, and on either side is a lead-weighted brass knob, used to strike at an enemy, or used to throw at an enemy, stunning him from up to 6 meters away (in the hands of an expert user). The
average ranger carries two, and they can be screwed together to make a club. This extends their stunning range to 20 meters. They are, essentially, fistloads.
Clothing: Clothing you wear when not wearing standard ranger's gear?
Arrows:
General Purpose Arrows- This arrow is the standard issue arrow of the Rangers and the Temujai because of its ability to pierce armour. Its tip is very pointed. Because of this arrow's lack of sides that secure the arrow in
the flesh and cause more damage if the victim attempts to dislodge the projectile, the arrow can be removed, sanitized, and reused, although the Rangers, who rely on swift, qiuck and killing shots to the head or vital organs for
a fleeting end, consider this idea distasteful.
This will be updated as you get newer arrows later.

The Story So Far... Write a Post » as written by 6 authors
Aero took a step back. "So what are you going to do?" He asked. Aero crossed his arms and leaned against the table he was supposed to clean.
"Yes, many people do use magic in different ways. Especially when many people come from different universes." She looked around at them. "And don't think that's crazy, after all I come from a land called Tamriel and Cass from Araluen. You each come from different lands than the other." She took his knife and held it sideways, palms up, resting on both of her hands. Then, suddenly, he aura could be seen by everyone. The aura itself looked human, if you counted out the transparent silver smoke-like dragon wings and tail. The air had a faint smell of vanilla as her arua grabbed the knife and kept if floating. Then, she shaped her aura into the shape of what looked like a small table.
"A basic and advanced thing about Alchemy." She concentrated on her aura. "Transmutation." Suddenly, it solidified and in front of her was an Arcane Enchanter. She placed the knife down on it.
"Now, Aero." She looked up at the Ranger in training. "What's your favorite element?"
(Just so you know, it's the saxe knife that Aero gave to Arci.)
"No, this isn't Alchemy. Alchemy isn't even magic, it's a different type of science. This, though, is a different type of magic." She laid the blade on the table, closed her eyes and gifted the blade knowlege. The pentagram-like lines on the table started glowing blue, the candles flared to life, the orb glowed ever brighter and the symbols on the table seemed to copy themselves, lift off of the table like holograms and them fly into the blade. Some of her magical aura also seeped into the blade. Then, just as suddenly, the whole display stopped and the blade was sitting on the table. Only difference was the slightly blue glow around it and the blue... Button? On the hilt. She handed it back to Aero. It did seem to have an electrical feild, but magic so it couldn't be felt.
"The blue dot on the hilt was magically burned into the blade, like a tattoo. When you attack an opponent, put your thumb against the 'tatoo' and it'll shock them. The harder you press it, but not too hard so you can hold it lightly, and the amount you will your blade will determine it's power. Also, it will drain. After about a week of hitting living things with that blade non-stop, it'll stop shocking them. If you want it to remain as a normal blade, then just keep it. If you want it to shock again, then bring it back to me." She looked to Sigil and Alexis.
"The type of magic you've just witnessed is called enchanting."

As Arci explained how the process had affected the blade, Sigil's thoughts flowed to his bracelet. It too was an enchanted weapon--incapable of breaking or blunting an able to change form as he willed it to. Would that also, one day, run out? He had already been with it for so long, who knew how much time it had left. Or, was it possible to permanently enchant something.
From that thought, his mind leapt to another idea. Enchanting living beings. Could that be possible? The boy quickly decided to ask, "Master Arci? What if you were to try to enchant a person--like giving them an electric field for protection?"
"Well, that's a unique question." She looked him directly in the eyes. "Magic can be very dangerous, Sigil. More than you can comprehend. This version of Arcane Enchanter doesn't let you enchant anything but weapons, I have symbols on the underside of this that... 'Scan' the item. If it's any type of weapon I've ever come across in my life, it can be enchanted with this table. Now, other types of table from different Multiverses may not be so secure and, in effect, you could enchant yourself." She grew more serious. "Don't ever try it." She looked at each of her Apprentices. "I'm going to teach you all I know about enchanting." She looked at Aro, who happened to still be with them. "I would suggest you get to doing your work; Cass can get cranky." Then she shrugged. "If you won't, though, you're welcome to watch."
The boy ran to the house, grabbing a mop and a bucket of water on the way. "Valina, let me help!" Aero called out. "Sorry for not helping you earlier with the table." The boy hastily grabbed his mop, soaked it, then went to cleaning the floor. It's almost like a sterotypical scene of a cabin boy in a pirate ship because his captain told him to. Only, it wasn't; it was an apprentice cleaning someone's house for -oddly enough- training to be a Ranger.
Cassandra had just gotten back from scouting around.
"Arci... They have a camp about a kilometer southeast. They have a large party, ten maybe sent after us. Seven are from the camp, the other three are obviously different... Mages. Hired, not by the vampires either." With that, she melted backwards into the shadows of the treeline.
Arci looked at her apprentices.
"Okay. Well, the other Apprentices had their fun; it's our turn. Tell me," She said to Sigil and Alexis. "Do you know any warding spells? Warding spells can mean multiple things, the ones I mean are protective spells, like magical sheilds, that block other magical attacks."

Though he had already suspected the answer, Sigil felt his heart drop a little at those words. Magic was an incredible power and it spread into so many other forms of power. The fact that there were so many limitations in what would and what wouldn't come back to bite you was annoying. He added a mental note--You can enchant yourself...
After the other apprentices had run off, Arci turned back to Sigil and Alexis. "Do you know any warding spells?"
Immediately, the chocolate haired boy's thoughts flew to his bracelet.
"Warding spells can mean multiple things, the ones I mean are protective spells, like magical sheilds, that block other magical attacks."
Aegis--as the blade had been named--technically matched the description. In combat, Sigil would always deflect his enemies' attacks with the weapon--even their magical attacks. He remembered when he first attempted to deflect spells with his staff. It had actually happened completely on accident--he hadn't known that the weapon could protect him. He thought about it for a moment before looking up. "Master Arci, would this count?"
He tapped his bracelet--applying a little of his mana to the trinket. The circlet glowed blue and enlarged into a six foot long pole-arm. It was balance perfectly in Sigil's hand. He grinned and looked up at the woman.
"Technically that weapon..." She looked at it. She could sense it's power. "Is enchanted to ward attacks. But you can lose a weapon in battle." She stepped forward and placed her hands on each of his shoulders, and looked into his eyes. Her aura flickered Silver, then seeped into his.
"I am giving you a limited amount of my knowledge on Warding Spells. Normally, I'd have you inspect a Tome or gain it some other way that is much more effective, but we haven't the time." She stepped backwards, then thrust her hand forward. The air infront of it blurred, and it looked as if a force field had been put up. She did the same thing to Alexis and then demonstrated again.
"You two try."
He didn't get any bruises from the fall, so he was still good. Aero got the rage again and wiped the furniture again. In a few minutes, he was done with the current floor. "This place doesn't have a second floor, does it?" Aero asked Valina.
"Um, I don't think so. It looked like a one floor place," Valina answered. "And I didn't see stairs."

He stretched his back and shook his arms. Aero examined the interior of the house, and it was spotless. Well, for now at least Cassandra would probably force them to clean the house again. Aero sighed. I get out of the farm and away from work and chores, and now Im forced to work here? Aero thought.
