The Libra Prince
~ Distinguishable Features ~"Allow me to peak your curiosity."
A large scar across his nose as well as a large configuring of tattoos that starts on the side of his face (that he hides with his hair), part of his chest, part of his right arm and his back. The lines form together to show a completely tipped scale holding the Libra symbol and surrounded by an odd flower. In respect, he hides them in his clothing as he was instructed to.
~ Personality ~"I wouldn't want to bore you but, since you asked, Ill be glad to tell you."
A man of many mysteries, Edgar is a kind, caring and informative man. He enjoys watching those around him and learning more and more about them. He is a very good listening and gives any help he can to anyone who requires it. He isn't the type of person to just sit back and let something awful happen to someone. Many people know his name or at least knows his smile; since he shows it no matter where he goes.
When it comes to internal advice, he is the man to go to. He leads those around him in the way of balance. There cannot be light without darkness nor good without evil. Internal balance as well as external control is very important to him. He prefers to play the optimist role because everything within his balance is meant to be that way. Unfortunately, he still has much to learn when it comes to control and balance. His "internal" scale is more dangerous and unpredictable than anyone's that he has witnessed; and only so few know of it.
~ History ~"How may we be able to move forward, if we are so concerned with the past?"
For many years, Edgar's parent's had tried to produce a child. It seemed that hope was dwelling and an heir would not happen; that is, until Edgar was born. His parent's had hoped for so long that a child would be blessed upon them, and now the time had come. Unfortunately, the birth of the heir was a bit unsettling. It was obvious that the child was far too chaotic for the position that he was put into. Many began to wonder if something was wrong with him, but his father had an idea.
For the first few years of Edgar's life, he was forced to stayed away from others and was instructed to find in balance. Edgar wasn't sure what it meant but for a large portion of his life, he was forced to train and meditate constantly. Soon he was able to show that he had found retribution and clarity within himself. Now he was able to take on the role that he had been born with. However, his state is truly unpredictable and he still requires constant recollection or else... The darker side of him begins to show. A side he wishes he could forget and bury down. He is violent, uncaring and brute. Someone that Edgar does not wish to become. Unfortunately, he is and due to it, he must control himself the best that he can everyday.

Edger has always been on the side of neutrality. His parents always talked of balance and even at times of war, it is quite hard to find the chance to do this. He picks to side with the king because of the kindness he has shown but wishes only for him and the queen to remember their true way and work together once again.

The Land Of Libra
Librian Government: Since the beginning, Librian had been a tyrannical dictatorship consisting of the highest monarch in charge of all things. However, due to the rise of a rebel follower of Libra, the tyrant was killed and the authority was hers. Her name was Mariam Exon Libra (also known as The Wretched One). After over taking, she announced that now the grand power (being the royal) and four elders will be in control They work in fairness and form as a unit instead of a person. They act as a jury with the royal as the judge.
The Wretched One: A Librian princess who defeated her brother (the tyrant) and took over his position of power. She, like Edgar, was born of imbalance but instead of trying to control it, she let it take over her; thus making others see her as wretched and dark. They believed that she would spiral into darkness; and so she did. After making a revolution and bringing stability and fairness to the land, she gave her life before spiral into the darkness that she embraced.
Mark Of The Wretched: Only shown on two people; The Wretched One (Mariam Exon Libra) and Edgar. This serious of tattoos show a scale with the Libra mark and surrounded with a strange flower. This proves that they are the wretched ones and were born of "more yang than yin". It is seen as a mark of warning. Although they may seem balance, at any moment, their monstrous side could show. It was said that before Mariam began to spiral into the very darkness she embraced, the flowers on her tattoos began to bloom. Her skin turned completely white, her hair and eyes were blood red and she couldn't even speak. She was a monster at her own fault. Edgar never believed this was true.
The Homeland: The land of Libra is quite a beautiful sight. Consisting of many forest floors connecting to valleys and soon rivers. Due to the successful river ways, fishing has been quite the pass time for the people. Towns are quite a traditional style with building structure and manor creation. Flowers are also a major part of the land. Depending on the environment they grow in, they have specific meanings to everyone there.
The Venyu River: The largest river in the land of Libra. It literally stretches through the entire land and many people use the river as a form of transportation. Or just for relaxing.
Military: Surprisingly, the Librian military is quite large and although the land is traditional, the military isn't. There are many branches depending on the field that each man trained in; this could be from soldiers to spies. Weaponry and protection is hand crafted by skilled workmen and hand to hand combat is taught to the men as well. Adults of any gender is allowed to take part in the military. Woman are as well but many of them do not take that path. The military, as prepared as they are, hasn't been used to a large point to where a large number of them are needed.
Scales: Scales are seen as a symbol of peace in Librian territory. A large scale stands at the Librian Manor and many people are free to visit it for guidance and wisdom. Many stories about the scales are told to the youth as well. It is said that one day, a monk was visited by the sun and moon in his dreams. They instructed him to find the nearest body of water and throw all of his belongs in it. The man was confused but did as he was instructed. After throwing his things in, he waited and waited for more guidance but nothing seemed to happen. Soon he fell asleep by the river and the sun and moon visited him again. This time they sat upon a scale and were completely balanced. The told the man that now that he has completed the task, regardless of doubt, he would be rewarded. The next morning when he rose from his sleep, he saw that large melons had grown around him over night. He opened them to find not only his things, but also many riches, a home, and even a wife. Many children find this story, as well as others, amusing.
The Unity Festival: A beautiful festival that symbolizes the coming of fall. During the festival, many Librians gather and celebrate in music, dance, food and fun. The purpose of the festival is to reestablish their internal peace and bring balance to themselves. If they fill that their goodness is overcoming their badness, they will write a bad thing they wish to do and place it on the left part of the scale. If their badness is overcoming their goodness, they will write something good they wish to do and place it in the right part of the scale. Once everyone has given their wishes, the two parts of the scale are lit on fire. The festival is also a beautiful time for weddings; and so many people, after giving their wishes, get married before the scale.
Themia: The capital of the Librian land. Here the Libra manor is located as well as part of the military.
Libretra: A humble water bound city that is at the start of Venyu river. Their man export is sea life.
Xelna: A large town with markets, academies and such.
Pulma: A small city that is in the forest. It is where most of the meditation and clearance is taken place.
Destina: A hidden patch of land along the Venyu river where many people are buried.
