Image
Name: Jelina 'Deii Feruka But people call her Hime or Lina

Age: 17

Gender: Female

Height: 5'7

Weight: 147lb

Appearance(Anime): Jelina has dark turquoise hair with lighter turquoise highlights that reachs her butt. She's fairly tall and slim with long legs. Her eye's are a neon like green when in sunlight but a dark green like color when in she shadows and shade. She has a C sized bust and curves that can kill. Though they can come in handy when getting the job done right. Her innocent looks can trick people into thinking she's sweet and innocent when that isn't the fact at all. She has abnormally pale skin, it's pretty much white. Yet it's smooth and soft to the touch. She has pouty lips {Which works on Leader-Sama All the time} and long eyelashes.

She usually wears whats in the picture. Those are actually senbon that are holding her hair up, they come in handy during sneak attacks. She also has a mini steal hunter knife somewhere[i/] on her person at all times.

Personality: Jelina is surprisingly not very talkative at all. She doesn't really talk unless she has to or is spoken directly to. She's at times very eerily quite. She stays very calm when in sticky situations and thinks before acting or doing ANYTHING. She carries out her jobs with precision and pace. She's not easily distracted and doesn't goof off when it comes to jobs. She does have a sweet and caring side though, she's somewhat like the mother type to take care of her 'family' and make sure there needs are met. She's also a person who won't take no for answer and has a YAMI Side. Which is pretty much the opposite of her actual personality. That only comes out when either absolutely pushed to the brink of snapping of if someone threatens her friends and family. That's when she gets cold-blooded. Most of the times you can't ever really guess what she's thinking or read her emotions...if she even portrays them.

Role (in NINE): The Seductress A former private entertainer, the seductress gets shit done when it comes to getting information out of powerful businessmen and lords. There are some things that a man just cant do, and when it comes to that, she's a cold-blooded, hot bodied killer with a sinners body and the mind of a man.

Reason for joining: Jelina joined NINE after bumping into the leader at one point of time. After finding out about what the nine really were she instantly wanted such a life. There like her family now and will DIE protecting them if so.

Biography: Jelina was (before becoming a private dancer) born into a pretty wealthy family. She never really EVER got along with with her father. Her father wanted her to take over a certain mafia gang that involved child slavery. If ANYONE knew Jelina, then it would have been blatantly obvious that as cold-blooded and quite she was, she would never stoop so low. After the day he announced such a thing, that night she plotted to set all of the children free and take down her father's business. She succeeded. Killing her father in the process... After that she's become a private entertainer for famous feudal lords and rich business men, to earn money. She always thought she could never trust anybody but herself and not become close to someone as to not get herself hurt. But she found a family through it all.....

Relationships (if any): She actually had strong feelings for a mysterious guy that saved her from being sent to prison after being "Caught" (Turned herself in) punching a man for abusing a child. She has a soft spot for children after what she's seen and been through in the past. She also holds a lot of respect for there leader for giving her a chance at life again. She also loves hanging out with lil' Avie because of her Affiliation with children.

Likes:
~Children
~Reading and learning new technique's and battle styles
~Dango and spicy foods
~Cats and fuzzy creatures(snakes are an exception for her)
~Being needed/having a purpose
~All of the members of [i]Nine

Dislikes:
~Pushy people and airheads
~To much of something
~Bats and boney things
~Heavy and unnecessary clothing
~Sitting around doing nothing
~ANYONE who thinks it's ok to even THINK about hurting any of her family

Quirks:t
~Since she has a soft spot for children, it often gets in the way of the jobs she does.

~Since she's mostly only trained with using Katanas, if she's not with'in reach of a sword then she's at a disadvantage, but she's also trained in hand-to-hand combat also though and won't hesitate to throw a punch your way.

Weapon(s) Of Choice: Jelina has two Katanas. The greenish yellow one usd to be her mothers {Who she doesn't talk about for reasons} And the black one was her fathers {Of whom she killed.} She's also pretty good at hand-to-hand combat if needed.

Other:
A.] When she's in her Yami state...don't screw

B.] Don't wake her up when she's taking a nap for the sake of everyone's eardrums.

Family:

Inori's family only consists of herself, her older brother Sujii ((Older then her by two years)), and her older cousin Uruha ((Hes' older then her by three years)). Her family comes from an Asian background, they have no religion. She doesn't speak much about her family since she doesn't think it's really anyone's business. Most of her family had suddenly disappeared in the process of the Government taking control. Her mother left a note that Inori keeps on her person at all times. She doesn't really care for her father; For all she cares he could go straight to hell. It wasn't her problem. Her cousin and brother used to always have her back, but like all the others they were brain washed. Like everyone else.... She'd risk everything just to have her normal family back. As she says, she has nothing to loose. Absolutely nothing. Everything was taken from her. Everything

Personality:

You'd see Inori by the sea side, thinking to herself, keeping to herself. You'd think she's timid and withdrawn, but with every flick of her gaze she's analyzing. Studying everyone around her as if it was a game, but it's just like a hobby to her. All her life she was on the run so gaining her trust would be next to winning the Lottery. Shy wouldn't be the word to describe her, or timid, she has no problem telling someone off. Inori will tell you exactly what she thinks of you with a blunt edge without hesitation. Inori isn't exactly an outgoing person, nor is she known for being out spoken. She doesn't really talk unless she has to or is spoken directly to. She's at times very eerily quite. She stays very calm when in sticky situations and thinks before acting or doing ANYTHING. She carries out her jobs with precision and pace, well when she was an officer. She's not easily distracted and doesn't goof off when it comes to jobs. She does have a sweet and caring side though, she's somewhat like the mothering type that takes care of her 'family' and friends; Making sure their needs are met.

Complaining in front of her or acting like a drama Queen around her will probably automatically cause her to think of you as annoying or a pest. No matter what emotion she seems to be portraying, always expect the opposite of what you think is guna happen to transpire. Her life is built around Irony if anything, kind of like a inside joke to herself. Even she has her moments when she'll snap and throw a punch, but really unless you're out on a mission to bug her to no end; You should be safe. Everyone thinks of her as a small girl that has no capability to defend herself, and is soft spoken. Always expect the unexpected. The Government is a topic she barely brings up unless it's an absolute must. She freed herself from their grasp years ago and would rather not get back on such a subject. Like bad Ju Ju so to say. The word government will simpily slip off her tounge like venom, no remorse or loyalty to it.

Equipment:

Inori has a very big fondness for guns and firearms in general. During her time as a cop she had trained to no end, gaining the name 'One-Shot' because of her precise aim. Her pistol is always on her, though she'll never tell you exactly where it is on her. She has a stand set up in the Black Market to sell some of her guns for cash for a living, but refuses to give away all of them. She also is trained in hand-to-hand combat but hates to even come close to her enemy. Unless absolutely nessacary she'll always use her firearms. Along with her she always has her little purse like bag that seems harmless but hold her ammo, cash, and another pistol for emergencies. Also with her is her shoulder bag but she usually keeps it hidden somewhere; She has very important items in there that she treasures and keeps close to her heart as a reminder. A reminder for what she stands for. Bottom line is- Touch the bag, get your hand cut off. Simple as that.

History:

"Welcome to my world of Corruption, Hate, and Betrayal.

Image

"My past is best left in the shadows, where it can feed off my future. Leave me to m consuming memories and slowly become nothing but a shell."

Inori was raised in a quiet, good-behavior, perfect behavior type of home. She was always raised to be the best, her parents always pushing her to become a perfect role-model. Oh how disappointed they'd be if they only knew... Growing up is part of life, never being able to be earased. No delete button, no re-do's. You must live with your past choices. Her parents gave her everything she wanted, getting her private tutors, dance lessons, the newest toys. She never did ask for any of it, she kept tp herself. Her outside appearance being obedient and never questioning anything. So many questioned left unanswered-- As she became a teen her interest in the government and investigations peeked to its highest. She'd always be in her livingroom watching a cop show, or following the lastest murder on the news. Promising herself that she'd catch all the bad-men one day and make them suffer. Her dream was realized as her father started catching on. He helped to pay for the right collage and schools to train her to become a top notch cop.
She only ever was a trainee with with other cops, but her intellegence went through the roof of the collages she had surpassed. She graduated early and helped out with forensics, murders, and other crimes. Indeed, she was working for the government; Her loyalty was strong and unbreakable. Until that day..the day everyone become a mindless puppet. Playing into their hands. Inori found herself feeling betrayed, this wasn't justice, this wasn't fair. Everything wasn't right anymore. Her father became the same and they began fighting constantly. He took her mother away from her...leaving With her brother also. What had she done to deserve this? She had enough and quickly fled, going into hidding. She left the force, giving up her dreams to fight off the 'bad-men'. How could you fight off the bad-men...when you were one of them? Right under their control. Since she held quite a bit of precious information, they hunted her down. Trying to find her non-stop. Her fellow cops were told to catch her either Dead or Alive. She's been on the run ever since, trusting no one and staying hidden. The only thing she keeps in memory of her father is a piece of string that he tied the ends together. They used to play with it all the time together...

"Memories bring pain and sadness....but they remind you that there's always something to loose."

Flashback

The sound of rushed foot steps echoed throughout the quiet and empty streets of Marionette City; heavy breathing quickly passed through pink glossed lips. Her heart beat could quite possibly be heard from down the street as she took a sharp turn, ducking into the shadows of an alleyway. She had to get away. Her breath evened out a bit as no following foot steps could be heard, no one on pursuit. Yet. She pulled up her pistol to her side as she warily peeked around the corner. They had been on her tail for at least five hours now, they were like demons hunting for their next victims. It was sickening, really. She had enough of it, enough of it all. She just wanted everything to go back to the way things were. Her dreams of crushing all crime to keep the future generation of kids safe. But now she didn't even think there would be a future. The government had gone too far this time, starting off with the little things. She had ignored it thinking it was just a normal thing. But things had escalated quicker then she had thought.

"No one..." She breathed out in relief, lowering her gun and head. "I need to leave...I need to escape.." She nearly chanted to herself getting ready to bolt again down the street; When suddenly she was roughly yanked back into the brick wall. A grunt passed her lips in pain as her head met the wall, causing her to loose her balance.

"Thought you could escape so easily Inori? Would you still like me to call you Pudding?" A gruff voice asked in a sickening tone from above her. She was nearly going in and out of conciousness. Her vision was getting blurry, but like Hell was she going down without a fight. Quickly thrusting her leg out, she delivered a rough kick to his knee; A sickening snap could be heard followed by a pained yell. Inori shot up, which was a bad idea, quickly trying to exit the alley way. She held back a scream as he grabbed her by her hair, yanking her back into him.

'No. NO! I have to escape! I have to leave! I can't go back!' She thought to herself as she frantically tried to escape his grip, twisting and turning about. She swung her arms up, her gun hitting him square in the nose. He released her due to this giving her, her chance. She spun around and aimed her gun, quickly pulling the trigger.

"I refuse to be like you Kiru...." She muttered to herself, still in a trance as she lowered her gun and walked forward. "I refuse...refuse..." A loud crack echoed off the walls of the alley way, blood running down the sidewalk.

"Violence isn't like you, Sakura..."

Image

Inori quickly snapped out of it, her brothers words echoing around her skull as a painful reminder. Her hands...blood..so much blood...this shouldn't have happened. It wasn't a big deal right? Everything was fine...she'd find them again one day..she'd find them and they'd all go back to how they were. The bad-men would be gone right, momma? Brother...daddy...?

Jelina 'Deii Feruka's Story

Night walked the dirt streets of Arentia aimlessly, taiyaki in hand. For the first time in months -since NINE had taken up residency in the ever-popular tourist village- the white-haired assassin decided to treat himself to his ultimate, fish-shaped, guilty pleasure. Now, with his face mask pulled down to his chin, he sunk his teeth into the tender flesh of the sweet cake, waving a hand behind him to the owner of the treat vendor; one of the many lining the busy street.

It wasn't as if Leader-sama -not that Night would ever use that title seriously behind closed doors, especially when the man he was addressing it to was Lithium, of all people- forbid leaving their apartment to join the often raging festivities of the bustling village; it's just that Night didn't want to. He knew that the members of NINE weren't particularly honored guests in the large heart of the Fire Country, and understandably.
He and his family members had been causing trouble for quite sometime before the feudal lords offer, earning them an exaggerated -though sometimes deserved- reputation.

Many citizens of Arentia gave him a weary look as he strolled along, barely acknowledging them as he passed. However, he did take the time to swallow the remainder of taiyaki he had in his mouth, while wrapping the half-devoured treat in his hands with the crisp wax-paper it had been served on, and pull his mask back up, his crimson eyes rolling to the clear sky out of habit. Night, and the other members of NINE, had been living in Arentia for months now. Why were there still stares and whispers directed towards them? The slender male let out a silent sigh before retreating into one of the shadowed allies of the village.

There, he made his way across town; darting in between buildings with the agility and stealth he had picked up in his many years as an assassin. However, his journey homeward bound was cut short when one of the cities few guards stepped in front of his path, slowing the light-haired assassin down from an easy sprint to a complete stop as his bright eyes took in the scene before him. Blood. The scarlet puddles pooled around large bodies and he did a quick head count. Five.
"Night-san!" The guard gave a small bow out of respect, but when he straightened, his face was all business.
Night had to admit that for a city guard, who were usually wetting themselves at the sight of any of the NINE members, (even little Avie) this one had balls.
"Do you happen to know anything about this?" The arm of the guard shot out to the massacre in front of them, and he inclined his head. "While these men have been recognized as assassins from Tentia, and Lord Hashi didn't specify that you needed to clean up after yourselves, we'd appreciate if you and your friends didn't leave any evidence for children of the village to find."

"May I?" Night was obviously speaking of inspecting the slaughtered bodies and he indicated that with a nod of his head. Night stepped past the man without waiting for an answer, and bent forward slightly when he reached the first body. 'Pretty precise slashes...' he thought, licking his dry lips behind his face cloth. He rose, and gave curt nods to the other guards, who, unlike the guard from before, were obviously putting on brave faces at the sight of him. "Lina..." he grumbled under his breath.
He turned back to the original guard, taiyaki still in hand, and shook his head, his feathered headpiece following his heads movements. He frowned from behind his face-mask. "I'm afraid I don't know of any killings done by my family members within the past few days. However, I will speak to them and have them report to your lord, if it hasn't been done so already."

Night made a beeline for home as soon as he stepped out of the alley, quickly jumping onto the roof of a small tea house. He hopped roof-to-roof for the remainder of the journey, gracefully landing onto the ground when he had a clear view of their apartment building.
He made no attempt to hide his irate footsteps as he charged up the stairs to their apartment. When he reached the familiar door of the NINE family residence, he twisted the doorknob and stepped inside, roughly slamming the door behind him. As he passed the large couch, he tossed his taiyaki onto the cushion, not caring who finished it.

He quickly crossed the living area to the hallway, where a cluster of bedrooms could be found. Seeing that the door to the girls' room was already cracked open, he kicked it open the rest of the way, crossing his arms. It didn't occur to him that the attractive female could very well not be home. All that mattered at that moment, was that the turquoise-haired female knew how upset he was with her.
"Lina, if you were the one who slaughtered those men in the alley last night, I'd like you to know that it was a poorly done job, and Lithium will not be please to find out that you did not see it through to the end. That includes clean up."

His hands freezing over the keyboard of his laptop, he solemnly researched about assassinations for a past time, sucking in all the information he could contain-that is-until there was the annoyance of slamming doors and yelling. The male's temples pulsed in aggravation as he was rudely interrupted from his work, and now, he couldn't concentrate due to a faint headache beginning to blossom in his forehead. "Do they expect me to get anything done with this much disruption and noise?"

Groaning in dislike, he delicately put his neatly gloved hands on his computer desk and rose from his office chair, pushing it back and allowing a passage to form so he could get through. Koios's boots clacked against the hard floor, hands behind his back with his eyes closed in concentration. Following the loud footsteps and the rising voices, he made his way down a curving hallway and gradually came up behind Night, sighing.

"Honestly, could you be a bit more quieter? Do you expect me to accomplish anything with all the interrupti-" The male stopped mid-sentence as he opened his eyes, shaking his head slowly afterwards. "My, my, my. Night dear, what a pervert you are. What a shame, and here I thought you weren't."

Koios slyly smirked, twirling a lock of his brown hair in thought. "So, another kill, hm? Not cleaned up, you say? Poorly done? This should be an exception, though. Her work is rather amazing, if I may say so myself, as she usually kills with such grace."

Crossing his arms, rested his knuckles against his chin, his fingers snaking over his lips. "Well, we should give her some privacy, do not you think? Let the woman get dressed first before you start interrogating her."

Turning his back, he made his way towards the living room and lounged on the couch, his boot-covered feet propped on top the armrest, that is until he heard a couple of mews from a room.

Raising an eyebrow, he must have not heard his dorm mate come bustling in. Curiosity came over him and he made way to the room, propping his glasses neatly onto the bridge of his nose and crouched down.

"Simpletons deciding to injure them? Typical rambunctious teenagers. What a shame, they are very unique creatures. Felines. Welcome back, though."

Lina sighed slightly annoyed as Koi came in also, bantering about them being to loud.

Her work is rather amazing, if I may say so myself, as she usually kills with such grace." Lina blushed slightly and puffed out her cheeks. S-stupid men and there-

Crossing his arms, rested his knuckles against his chin, his fingers snaking over his lips. "Well, we should give her some privacy, do not you think? Let the woman get dressed first before you start interrogating her." As he left, Lina nodded her head firmly before turning to stare at Night.

"Well.....are you going to go or is there something else you aquire of me...?" She asked, tapping her foot against the floor, impatiently. Ok, she seriously was getting annoyed of having to keep her arms wrapped around her chest. She heard a small mew from the other room, as her face lit with excitement. She almost ran out there to look but remembered that she was half naked. She growled quietly and then went up to her doorway.

"I will talk to you in a minute, Night."

And with that she shut the door.

Lina quickly changed out of her clothes and got into a towel, grabbing a pair of shorts and a short tank top. She nonchalantly walked out of her room and walked to the bathroom, to take a shower.
