Biography: To begin with, Kisho was a peaceful man, absorbed mainly by his studies. He had a nice group of close friends, and a wife with whom he was very much in love with. Her name was Bleumoon Vespiare, a slender woman of high esteem within her community. It was about a year into their marriage that Kisho and Bleumoon had a child, Nikko. Things were going well until Nikko was about 6 months old, at which point, Kisho's half brother, Daichi, who had also fallen in love with Bleumoon, had snapped and came for Kisho's blood. This was the first time in his young life that Kisho had ever had to take up arms. In his first face off, he came off second best but escaped with his life. It was at this point he began to search for his weapon of choice. Eventually Kisho found that a light but strong broadsword was his favourite weapon. A few months later, during one of their clashes, Daichi succumbed to Kisho's now-superior swordsmanship. Bleeding from the thigh, Daichi was a sure goner, if Kisho hadn't took pity and saved his life. This in turn saved the brother's relationship, and Daichi gave his katana to Kisho as a gift.
A year after those events transposed, Kisho's wife, Bleumoon, left him, taking his son with her. Kisho, who was still whole heartedly in love with her, could not accept this and started drinking a lot of alcohol. Around the same time, it turned out that the katana that Kisho had been awarded by his brother was worth a considerable amount of coin, and Kisho's other half brother (same father as him, different mother to he and Daichi) Sarevok had come seeking the bounty. Sarevok, whom Kisho had never taken seriously, Killed his son to try and break his morale. Instead, Kisho once again took up arms with his trusty blade. After losing her son, Kisho's ex wife committed suicide. Kisho's spirit was broken and subsequently he lost the fight, and his katana to Sarevok. In fact, if it hadn't been for a chance encounter with a passing cleric, Clary Masterson, he would have perished in that battle.
Clary took Kisho in for the few months that it took him to recover, during which time the pair had become romantically linked. Kisho, once again, began to pursue Sarevok, which with the help of Clary's stealth and tactic, he succeeded in doing. His life quietened down as he settled in with Clary. He found a new job, as a blacksmith, which helped him gain body strength. Every now and then he would defend his village with helped him improve a little more with his blade. After a year of dating Clary, he proposed to her, and not long after they discovered that she was pregnant with his child. Kisho was elated that at the age of 25 he was given a second chance to live his life. He moved to a new home, closer to the centre of trading, and found a new job as head of the local guard. And as a bonus, he was living in Clary's hometown, where he began to meet Clary's friends and family. The date for the wedding grew near, as did the due date of Kisho's child. Things were looking good, and Kisho was finally rich enough to give his now long-dead half brother Sarevok a proper funeral.
However, a few weeks after that, Kisho lost his job. A more formidable warrior took his position and Kisho soon became destitute. The day Kisho lost his job was the day he came home to an empty house, no sign of Clary whatsoever. He continued job search for a while before his hopelessness sank in. Eventually, he sold his home and moved to a smaller place in Shaharan, not so far from his mother's home. He found a job as a bartender, where once again he fell into alcoholism, and spent a good year filling the void that had been torn from him by the loss of two loves and two children by fighting and drinking. It was around this point that he started to get his left arm tattooed with the symbolic phrase "The blue moon strikes with its dual personality, taking from you that which you wish to keep dear until not even your sanity remains”.
Then it happened. Kisho went mad. He ran to the grave of the dead Sarevok and donned his armour and his two handed sword and ran to the town that he and Clary had lived in. It took him two weeks to get there and he slayed everyone there, save for 30 people whom he sent to spread the message. If she'd left him, she'd come back to the town for this, and there he could take her back. But months passed and the only passersby were traders who had not heard news of the massacre passed by, and food had become scarce, so he travelled to the town in Shaharan where he had first met Clary. His agenda? Find her and kill her.
The longer Kisho thought on this, and the more people he killed, the more insane he became. Then one day, a wise sage convinced him that she would never be found if he brought doom and chaos wherever he roamed. He was also informed that Clary had been raped and killed in the town a few months after the left him. Another suitor had convinced her to join him on a suicide pact and then they had hung, holding one another's hands. Kisho broke down and cried for four hours before the sage, along with two of the town guards (Kisho being heavily armoured) escorted him to temporary acommodation. From that day, Kisho had never shown any emotion other than arrogance, bemusement, and willing to complete the task in hand. He now serves as a mercenary as a living.
