I saw my earlier selves as different people, acquaintances I had outgrown. I wondered how I could ever have been some of them.

— Unknown
Perhaps it is these expectations that have lent themselves to her pessimistic nature. She cannot help but expect the worst of every hypothetical situation and it eats away at her like rot. She's skeptical of everyone and everything, even those who she has considered friends for as long as she's known them. Not even the most trustworthy of people can evade her cynical eye, and she keeps her cards very close to her chest to avoid the wrong person finding out about the wrong information. Paranoid? Most definitely, but in her position you have to be.
She has mastered the ability to make people think they know everything about her when they really don't. It's how she maintains a close relationship with her people and her advisors, without giving away too much information that may be used against her later on.
Her visions for the future of her country are more than lofty. While the common people may be none the wiser, anyone who knows anything about anything knows of the centuries of corruption that Faust seeking to uproot. Many commend her actions, while others do their damn best to continue their smear campaign against her. But the people would be hard pressed to listen to such heinous comments about a seemingly benevolent ruler.
No, they are much more willing to indulge in the many festivals and celebrations that occur almost daily, and Faust uses their complacency to her advantage.
Though it may very well seem the opposite at times, Faust doesn't have much patience for foolishness or games. She is as straight forward as they come and would prefer that others operate the same way. Those who test her will find that she is very quick to anger, and she's not as forgiving or as forgetting as one would hope. Those who find a way onto her bad side will find that they will remain there even after their deaths.

Alcohol ▪ She enjoys the bite that it has to it's taste. It's the drink of choice served at every festival that goes on in Aigókeros, though she tries not to drink it too often since it's very easy for her to get carried away.
Hunting ▪ It's not often that she gets the chance to do so, and it's a nice pass time.
Fragrances ▪ Her palace is rife with incense, scented candles and other such things; really, she just likes how they smell more than anything else.
Solitude ▪ Faust's daily job consists of meeting with foreign ambassadors, government officials and sometimes even performing at the occasional festival. She enjoys the little time she gets to herself without any interruptions.
Sweets ▪ Some she can handle, others are so laden with sugar that she doesn't understand how people stomach them, or how their teeth don't fall out of their mouth at a moment's notice.
Snow ▪ Although she does find it beautiful, it is also an inconvenience at times. It certainly does make hunting harder when tracks can be covered up by freshly fallen snow.
Bad Smells ▪ Frankly, she finds them horrid. It usually indicates that something is dirty enough to give off such a smell, and Faust isn't a fan of uncleanliness.
Allusiveness ▪ She's someone who likes to have an idea about the people who she interacts with, allusive people generally don't give her the opportunity to do that and it irks her.
Tactical ▪ Faust has never oversaw any war since becoming Monarkhes, however, she is still knowledgeable in tactics and overall is a just a natural strategist at heart.
Ambitious ▪ She will be the first to admit that her goals are more grand, but if anything this gives her a renewed drive rather than being a source of discouragement or anxiety.
Musicality ▪ Her powers rely on the fact that she can play multiple instruments, and to do so without sounding like a dying cat.
Manipulation ▪ Many expect her to be nothing more than a figurehead as the later Monarkhes have been, and she fulfills their views of her, but truthfully she has enacted more change than most would expect.
Short-Tempered ▪ Little things that seem like nothing but pet peeves to other people are enough to set her off. How short the fuse is differs from day to day, but on average it's short.
Unsympathetic ▪ Faust is generally unconcerned about anyone else's situation unless that person specifically is of some importance to her.
No-Nonsense ▪ She isn't really one for jokes, pranks, or playing around whenever there's important work that needs to be done. There truthfully isn't a way to get her loosen up, unless she's drunk of course.

Her constructs also vary in form and size. Some take on the form of wisps, others look more humanoid, and then they can also look more akin to animals that can be found throughout the Aigókerian kingdom. Really, so long as the image of the construct exist in Faust's mind, they will be able to take that form. In light of that, if she attempts to control the form of a construct at the skill level she is now, it usually results in formless wisps, which, while pretty, don't actually fulfill any type of use. Currently, she is at the mercy of whichever form her constructs decide to take of their own will.
Under ideal circumstances, Faust has complete control over what her construct do and when they do them, and she can also dismiss them whenever she pleases. They listen to her and only to her, but if commanded so they will begin to take actions from other people. This, however, is another ability she has not mastered yet.
weaknesses
Although the power is useful when it works, it is also finicky. Not only does the type of music played affect the construct that will be invoked, but Faust's own emotions also affect it. Even the most peaceful of construct can turn hostile if Faust is feeling aggressive while play a particular piece, and constructs that were intended to be used for battle can ultimately turn out harmless. If things start to really go wrong, the construct can even become hostile towards Faust herself and won't obey. It is not a reliable power as results vary too much from occasion to occasion, and Faust often forgoes trying to invoke a construct during dire situations.
The size, strength, and the duration of time that the construct will last for is dependent on the piece of music that is played. Short, simple tunes will yield a simple construct that lasts for five or ten minutes at most before they dissipate into air. To summon a construct more than once, the conditions have to be almost exactly the same, and Faust has yet to achieve such a particular thing. If the invocation of a construct is ever interrupted, Faust will ultimately have to start over from the beginning.
Other weaknesses of the ability include only being able to summon one or two battle constructs per day. If a construct is particularly complex, she'll need several days of rest before she attempts to summon even the simplest of constructs. This is also true for whenever she overuses her power.

Her pessimism painted the world in shades of grey. Faust felt no animosity toward her mother. Instead, she detested the many people who would try to sway her trust so early before she had even became Monarkhes. She turned them away with smiles and kind words, and continued on with her life. They saw a spoiled child who had lived too privileged of a life, someone who needed to be taught a lesson in respect. They did not see the person who had so easily seen through the friendly masks they wore to hide their demonic faces.
She dawned her own mask on her seventeenth birthday. After all, she was one more year away from becoming Monarkhes, she would soon be interacting daily with such demons she has dealt with her entire life. She did not expect it, but she found that the mask suited her well.
Faust was crowned Monarkhes the first minute of the day of her birth. She continued to wear that mask, but few would see underneath it. She would bring change with her own hands.
