Strong, angry but kind to others.

0 · 365 views · located in Castle Mayflower

a character in “Aurica's Choice”, as played by Alistair_Scott

Description

Physical:
Hair: Short shaggy brown hair.
Eyes: Green/Blue with a Hazel ring around the pupils. Tired looking because of over exertion.
Nose: Slender and broken from many fights.
Mouth: Medium, healthy looking lips and slightly crooked teeth due to constant fighting with bandits and guards.
Height: 6'3".
Weight: 224 lbs.
Body Build: Athletic on the larger side.
Extra Details: Abundance of cuts and scars from fights, 1 scar across the Jugular Vein from a attempted Assassination.

Personality:
Alistair is generally a hot-headed person, usually reacting to challenges with violence and hatred. When challenged he'll bullrush whoever is issuing the challenge unless they specify what kind of challenge it is. If Allistair is victorious he will act like he "Had no Chance" of losing, but if he loses he tends to become depressed and avoid contact with others for weeks at a time.

When Alistair feels attraction towards someone he becomes nervous and stutters a lot, becomes clumsy and is much kinder towards the person in question. If they share his feelings towards him he will shift over to more of a "Knight", becoming defensive but caring.

When angered he becomes hostile towards anyone and everyone who gets too close to him, only those with a close connection with him can get close to him without getting injured (or worse...). Calming him down is simple, give him space and a beast of large size to kill.

Equipment/Powers:
When it comes to Equiptment all he has is a set of Steel Plate Armor without a helmet, he prefers to fight with his hands even if the opponent is using something of terrifying size. The Platemail is nothing special when it comes to design or color, Alistair keeps his armor simple so he can easily replace it when it breaks.

While Alistair refuses to use weapons of any sort, he technically has one in the form of a blessing. The blessing given to him is having a much Denser Skeleton, making it much harder for enemies to break bones and sever limbs. This of course comes at a cost of being unable to swim or run fast.

History:
Alistair was born in a small village, his Mother was a Milk Maid and his Father a Tinkerer. When Alistair was born he was struck with a illness that made him fragile, his bones were brittle and he was sick all the time. Saddened from this the Father left the Mother to raise the child on her own, leaving her and the child in a terrible situation. The Mother, refusing to give up on Alistair, began to take him with her while she milked the cows. During the milking of cows she would give Alistair milk as well as breastfeed him in a attenpt to make him stronger, this however had no effect on Alistair's condition.

In a last ditch effort to keep her now dying child alive, she prayed to the gods and goddesses to save her child from Death's Door. One of the Gods heard her prayer and appeared before her, being to almightly and powerful to describe or comprehend. The God moved to the child and bestowed upon him bones as hard as steel and a immune system that could fight off most illnesses.

As Alistair grew older he began to help others, despite his unruly behavior towards them. This eventually got him noticed by a order of knights who took him under their wing, leaving to go with them he eventually became a knight of that order and left in search of a bride.

NOTE*
I am willing to alter some parts of his past to fit in just a bit more if needed, just let me know what needs changing and I will let you know if it's possible.

So begins...

Alistair

It had been 3 weeks and several fights against bandits since he began his travels to the Kingdom, all for a chance to marry the princess. The knight by the name of Alistair Scott finally arrived at the glorious Castle Mayflower, battered and tired from the journey to the castle. Upon arriving at the front gates he simply rode his horse past the guards, not fearing them in the slightest knowing they were more likely afraid of him and his intimidating appearance. Unlike the rest of the suitors who have arrived to woo The Princess, Alistair did not put on and fancy clothes... In fact he was still wearing his armor which had a light layer of dust and partial blood splatter from the Bandits.

Alistair hopped off his Clydesdale Horse, tied it to a random pole in the courtyard and proceeded to head to the main chambers. He approached one of the younger guards on duty, and asked him in a blunt but kind tone of voice a single question.

"When might The Princess be available? I'm here to become her husband."

He spoke with confidence, believing that the other suitors stood no chance in winning The Princess's Heart. Although he did speak with confidence he looked exausted, caused by his lack of sleep while traveling 3 weeks with constant threats around him.

The guard seemed a little taken aback at this young man's boldness and told him, "Well sir, you must speak with the Vizier at the front gate of the castle. I do think the princess is with another suitor at this time. I must ask you not to remain in the castle without proper permission or an escort."

Alistair looked agitated, he didn't travel such a long distance to be told by a measly guard that he had to wait. He made himself look more intimidating by slightly puffing out his chest and taking a bolder stance, he then spoke with a more stern voice to make sure his point got across to the guard.

"I don't think you understand, I'm here to marry the princess... not to wait on some hopeless suitors who think that they compare in any aspect to me."

Alistair wasn't about to move because a guard told him to, although many people sing praises of him being kind and thoughtful they all know that he is nore stubborn than a sunburnt mule. He made sure that the guard knew his place compared to a Knight of the People.

The guard really wasn't in the mood for this macho nonsense and told Alistair, "Listen lad, you must follow the same rules as everyone else. If you don't wish to, then please feel free to leave. Good day."
