Wells #2
Full Name:
Erin Julie Wells
Age:
Fourteen
Birthday:
September 4th
Profession:
N/A
Erin is the only child that Julie and Richard had together, and the third and youngest of their combined families. She was born into a lavish lifestyle, to say the least. Her father was a legendary sports figure and her mother a beloved actress, so it was expected for her to be given everything she wanted, whenever she wanted it. She could get anything she wanted at the snap of her finger. Her family took numerous extravagant vacations every year, she has attended the most exclusive private schools in California, and brushes shoulders with children of equally famous parents on a daily basis.
Many people expect that a trade-off would come where she would be spoiled with gifts instead of her parents' love, but that wasn't really the case with Erin. Her parents both had busy schedules but they learned to work around that and put enough time into raising their daughter as well. It may have had something to do with the fact that both of her parents had an older daughter already, so they had experience with parenting and knew what to do when Erin came along.
The death of her parents has traumatized Erin, as it probably would to any child who lost both of their parents so suddenly. She had seen both of her parents that morning before leaving for school, and by the time she got home from hanging out with friends after, they had already left for the party. She heard the news the next morning and has shifted between being in denial and being angry over the situation since it happened.
Usually cheerful, exuberant, affectionate, energetic
Negative Traits:
Selfish, high-maintenance, difficult, needy
Personality:
Especially before her parents passed away, Erin was known to be a cheerful and optimistic girl. She was a typical giggly teenage girl who enjoyed having fun and rarely seemed to be unhappy. She is very talkative and sociable, and tends to be very emotional too. Erin enjoys parties, something that was probably drilled into her head throughout her childhood because her parents hosted and attended so many of them. She's grown used to the spotlight and was taught at a young age how to put on a smile for cameras and to ignore intrusive paparazzi questions.
Like anyone else, Erin has a less than positive side as well. Her major flaw is her tendency to be bratty. It probably stems from her background of being able to get whatever she wanted from birth, but Erin really expects that in every aspect of her life. She doesn't take kindly to being told 'no' and rarely compromises if she wants something specific, making her very difficult to deal with when she's in a mood. It's something that her parents never really addressed because when it came to her wanting something, she usually got it before a tantrum ensued. Erin has never had to do much of anything for herself so she is dependent on others for nearly everything, between driving her places, cooking her meals and cleaning her room.
