Koucha Ishikawa

Koucha simply gazed at the rather tiny female in slight amusement as she appeared baffled by his simple question at her rather dazed expression. His small smirk only further deepened as she looked up; he caught a glimpse of surprise flash through her face. Blinking several times, before attempting to give him a decent answer. "Yeah, actually. I don't like... There's too many..." The girl seemed to have difficulty wording out her problem. "I'm not a... party person. That's all..." Her sentence drifted off as she had another moment of hesitation. He waited there patiently as the girl appeared to be gathering her thoughts, after a short while, she settled into a somewhat agitated expression. This took him back a notch, but he just as quickly regained his disposition.

"I'm so sorry; I don't know your name..." Her sentence cut short as she rubbed her temple, looking at him expectantly. The Ishikawa was rather surprised at this, and slightly ticked off. He practically felt his ego being hammered with a stake, but forced his dominating smirk back onto his face. Clearing his throat, it took all his self-control to keep himself from twitching or shuffling in miniscule irritation. As a member the heir of the Ishikawa Clan, he was particularly well known. Even if she hadn't recognized him from his family position, she should at least know him as a contestant of the competition ergo one of the people she's going to have to try to kill.

Had she forgotten? He thought sarcastically, as he tried to mend his stricken self esteem. Realizing she had probably been waiting for him to introduce himself, he made eye contact with her once again. "Of course, I am Koucha Ishikawa, of the Ishikawa Clan, and of the Tea group," He introduced himself with a hand on his chest. Bowing slightly in respect, he looked around to find a distraction for the biting urge to hit something. Catching a head of dark hair inside the restaurant, he realized it was Kiyoshi, settling into a chair by himself.

"Kiyoshi!" He called out to his best friend, gesturing him over, before facing Nikola once again. "I hope you don't mind, Kiyoshi is my best friend, he's also in the Tea group," Koucha told her. It suddenly just hit him how small and seemingly fragile she seemed visibly. Just like a child, he chuckled to himself, almost by instinct, he reached out and gave her a soft pat on the head. Koucha was more than accustomed to spending time with the children in his own Clan every once in a while, and he respected and adored them as much as they respected and admired him. "You're rather short, aren't you?"

SHINKO MISUTO

Shinko sighed at the sight of paparazzi as her mood grew darker. They better move unless they want to get run over. Her eyes narrowed at the crowd as their eyes widened in glee as they saw her through the windshield after being left in the dust by Ishikawa-san. To her delight, they made way for her so her car could be handled by one of the valet drivers. She casually got out of her car and handed the keys to a man with dark red hair and bright green eyes. ā€œThank you and please donā€™t ruin anything.ā€ If she were some other girl, she wouldnā€™t care less if anything happened to the car -since it was actually her fatherā€™s- but she was a perfectionist and would absolutely hate having to ride back home if the car wasnā€™t the way itā€™s supposed to be. Every little detail mattered to her whether it was one of her belongings or not.

Like Black Tea, Shinko simply excused herself from the media and entered the lobby. Now where do I go? She didnā€™t care if she looked foolish, she wasnā€™t going to ask for any help. She scanned the lobby before her eyes spotted an area where a red head recently disappeared in. Red hairā€¦. Red hairā€¦. Now who was a red head? Oh! Itā€™s probably one of the Juices or perhapsā€¦ an Alchohol? Well, I guess Iā€™ll just see for myself. She walked at a slow pace, taking her sweet time, until her nose was filled with the delicious aroma of food, automatically making her feet walk faster. Since food is obviously there than that meansā€¦ Her stomach growled. FRUITS! She had always favored fruits just because it made her feel like a child again. Back when her mother was still alive, theyā€™d sit out at the patio and eat different types of fruit all the way from ruby red apples to big, juicy watermelons (though she could never eat as much as her mother did seeing as she was just a small child). It was sort of like a mother-daughter tradition they did in the weekends after a long week of work.

Like a lady, Shinko made her way to the food stand with poise and elegance. She knew her father would be upset if she didnā€™t have a solid meal first but she just couldnā€™t help it. Looking at the many types of fruits before her, she eagerly filled her own two plates with colorful arrays of fruit, carefully placed among one another evenly. She just couldnā€™t stand it if one pile of food in general was bigger or smaller than the other(s) so everything had to be perfect. Gomene, Otousan, but Kaasan would probably do the same, ne? She thought proudly to herself at the thought of being like her mother. The only thing that made her upset was that her only memory of her was all a blur.

As if the fruits put her in a trance, she was completely oblivious to the fact that there were also others (though only a few) in the room, let alone her rival who had also filled his own plate of food. Though she wouldnā€™t admit it, she knew she had a bad habit of letting her guard down when it came to fruits of any kind. Completely indulged with the food on her plates, she finally snapped back into reality when she realized that one more step and bam! She wouldā€™ve bumped into the red headedā€™s back in front of her. She didnā€™t even realize she was holding her breath until she exhaled in relief. Trying to keep her cool due to embarrassment, she slowly backed away and muttered out a low apology while giving a slight bow (even though she didnā€™t even lay a finger on him). ā€œGomenasai. I wasnā€™t watching where I was going.ā€ Well, that was unprofessional of me. Tch, stupid fruitsā€¦

Kotone Ryokucha

Kotone recalled the group of drinks that had already arrived, that being Koucha of course, Shinko Misuto representing Sierra Mist, the mysterious yet imfamously well-known Nikola Zielkov being the Vodka of the Alcohol group, Takashi Kuran with his signature red hair and amazing similarity to Wine, being Cranberry Juice, Kohaku in his always fashionable attire, being the White Tea of her own group, and June Tsugami, representing Sprite, Shinko-san's rival and Akio's best friend, but of course Koto had only seen Tsugami once or twice since she didn't hang out with Akio as much he did, since she was always stowed away in the main house, though it was always fun to be with Akio, he was like the brother she never had. Rose and Akio were like glue, always hanging out as kids, but since Kotone was so occupied with training, she couldn't keep in touch as much as she wanted.

A sudden clatter yanked Koto from her thoughts, making her realize that she was sitting on the windowpane with the window wide open on the top floor, the cool summer breeze lifted the hem of her dress slightly and brought cool air to her thighs; the daggers and straps weren't exactly comfy when sitting.

"Ack! Since when did I get back up here?!" she stumbled, falling backwards and onto the patterned carpet behind. She sat up and rubbed her back in pain, then hearing a sea of women chattering, then followed by a pause, and a man's voice saying something. Koto quickly stood up, brushing off her soft dress, and readjusting her bow, already gritting her teeth at what her attendant had always nagged at her, You're a lady of the Ryokucha family! And the heir too! Look presentable! Those words, followed by a stern, cold look. Koto quickly hurried to the elevators to go back down, and right when the elevator doors opened, a famous man surrounded by chattering women glanced at her with an unexpected look, and then smiled at her.

"Oh, how unexpected to see you, Kotone." his deep voice suprised her, it sounded definitely different than Koucha's refined voice, and different than Kohaku's soothing voice, those were the only two males she had interacted with recently.

"Sorry, I don't recall knowing you that well, so can you please not call me by my name so closely? See you later this evening." she strode past him, unwilling to respond to his rudeness, and pressed the button on the bottom which had a big bold L labeled on it. As the elevator doors slid shut, she took a quick glance from the corner of her eye at him, identifying his face. That must've been Wine. Since when did he get here? Oh well. I just need to spike C.C. Lemon-tan's drink, record the whole thing, and give the memory card to one of the drinks as a present! Then they can choose what to do with it. I am a genius. Unless they decide to actually post it online.. Then everything would go downhill.. Oh well.

Koto left the elevator, her dark rust-brown hair followed behind her, floating slightly since the hotel's A/C was on, and she looked around, recognizing Kohaku. Yes! A Tea! No matter how much I try to be friends with Rose again, I guess she's a bit mad about me suddenly cutting contact.. I'll just have some small talk with Kohaku, he seems a bit nervous.. Well of course he would, with all the hustle and bustle of the Beverage Wars, who wouldn't be?

Kotone sat down in the chair beside his, tapping on his shoulder lightly.

"Hey, you seem a bit nervous, do you want to chat?" she smiled. Kohaku's family, probably the only Tea family that mine is on good terms with, I think.

ŠŗĪ¹ŃƒĻƒŃ•Š½Ī¹ ŠŗĻƒŠ½Ī±ŠŗĻ…~ "Kiyoshi!"
Kohaku picked up his head and quickly searched around for the familiar sight of his best friend, the beads on th side of his head dangling and clacking against each other with movement. Koucha? he thought, eyes darting untill he located him and gave a quick wave, beginning to get up from his chair before a light tapping on his shoulder encouraged him todrop back into his seat again.

He turned his head with raised brows to spot Kotone, giving a kind smile towards him. "Hey, you seem a bit nervous, do you want to chat?" she asked.

"Oh, uh," Haku hesitated a moment, glancing back over at Koucha almost as if he needed recognition, and back at Kotone. "Well, I..." His gaze circled back to Koucha a moment as his bit his lip. Well, Koucha seemed to be having a conversation of his own with one of the alchohols. Even if he did gesture Haku over, perhaps barging into his conversation wouldn't be the most polite course of action.

"Koucha," He called over. Once he was sure he had Koucha's attention, he continued. "I'll catch up in a second!"

After another moment he turned back, giving a sweet smile to Kotone. "Sorry about that, but sure, we can chat." He made a small motion, face tilted downward slightly in a shy postition, to brush a strand of hair behind his ear, though it quickly fell back into place. "I sort of can't help but be kind of nervous, y'know? I've never been really good at... Well, I've never really delt well with crowds and such. Its hard not to be on edge today, after all."

Haku gave a light shrug, leaning back and chipping at his brother's freshly fixed polish job on his middle finger of the left hand. Chipping at his nail polish, he knew, as a nasty habit that wasn't good for his nails in the least, but he couldn't help himself. Even around someone like Kotone, who he was at least somewhat familiar with, he was having the slightest bit of anxiety still. Probably just aftershock still hitting him straight in the middle of the most shy part of his personality, but he kind of hoped that the anxiety would get the hell out of his body. This was simply making him look even more pathetic than he figured that he already looked - despite the fact that he indeed looked plenty poised, only jus increadibly shy - and was in no modd to make it worse. At least the day was almost over, of course. A little sting plucking and sleep would take the edge off enough to function at a remotely normal level by the next day, seeing as the events for the next day weren't quite as public as the others, but after a day like today, who could say?

"What about you, Kotone-san?" He asked as a follow-up, picking up his downward gaze and cocking his head cutely to one side. "You seem to be handling it pretty well." He suddenly furrowed his brows and bt his lip for a moment. "I'm actually kind of jealous; you seemed so confident and bold..... Be honest, was I the only one who was just sh*tting a brick up there?" He sighed, recalling the event and trying to think of any reason that his little display hadn't been completely terrible. "Figuritivly speaking, of course..." He added with useless explaination, speaking slightly softly and letting his sentance trail off. Hopefully Kotone could reassure him slightly that he hadn't looked like a complete idiot in front of all those people, but he didn't completely disregard the possibility of her confirming what he'd assumed.

[ahhh, kinda short for my standards, but its sort of late now and.... bluhbluhexcusesbluhbluhbluh]

Nikola Zielkov

Koucha, Koucha, Koucha... She repeated the name over and over in her mind, determined not to forget this one, at least. She'd known he was a Tea! He had the... look of a Tea. Weren't they supposed to be really elegant and such? He sure did act the part. Except when she initially asked the question; He'd seemed a bit taken aback initially. She had no idea what his problem was. Ego, probably. Most guys had issues with that. Didn't they? Nikola decided to stop thinking about that. She was starting to confuse herself.Ā

After introducing himself in a manner that to Nikola seemed overly respectful, Koucha looked about, apparently catching sift of someone he knew. He then turned to her and said, after calling out to his friend and waving him over, "I hope you don't mind, Kiyoshi is my best friend, he's also in the Tea group," Nikola tilted her head to get a better look. He seemed engaged with another girl at the moment. She looked back to her hands, settled flat on her lap.

She started when she felt a soft pat on her head. Nikola didn't dare look up, but her eyes were wide with surprise. Had Koucha just... patted her? Seriously? No one did that but Sasha! No one was allowed to... Nikola was glad her makeup hid her embarrassment. Nothing upset her like being treated like a child.Ā

"You're rather short, aren't you?"

Nikola sat up straight at that. Anyone who knew Nikola well, however few people that may be, knew that she was very much like a loaded gun. How do you fire a gun? Pull the trigger, of course. How else? Nikola's temper, similarly, had a trigger of its own. That was, coincidentally, being called short. She could handle being treated like a child, albeit barely. People often did that to other people anyways. However, people who knew full well that she was a young woman should not be so ignorant as to call out her diminutive height, especially in such a casual way. It was that she could not tolerate. How stupid could you get?

So, she bit her tongue as her shoulders started quivering slightly with anger. Her hands were curled into fists in her lap, nails threatening to tear the fragile material of the gloves. Nikola could hear the twins' voices in her head. Uh ooooooh! She was going to punch this guy so hard his grandparents would feel it. She was going to smash his f*cking face into the f*cking wall, and beat him senseless with a f*cking chair. Who the hell did he think he was? What was his deal? How dare he?!? At the moment, she wanted nothing more than to beat the guy's arse like there was no tomorrow. God, she wished she had a bat...

Suddenly, she thought of Sasha. What would he say? Nikola distracted herself from her rage by thinking of this. Niko, what are you doing?!? Are you crazy? Just calm down, Nikola. Calm down... Surprisingly enough, she did feel a small amount of her tension flee. She was still very, very p*ssed. Not trusting herself to say anything, Nikola kept silent and tense, biting her lip and clasping her hands to ensure she didn't do anything regrettable.

Takashi Kuran

With a wide, optimistic grin, Takashi plucked, snatched, and grabbed anything at the table that interested him in any way, however trivial. Just as he was about to grab a slice of watermelon beside all the other fruits, a soft voice spoke out, ā€œGomenasai. I wasnā€™t watching where I was going.ā€ Turning to the silver haired girl clutching a plate filled with precisely proportioned amounts of fruit beside him, he blinked a few times before simply giving her a reassuring smile, signaling that there was no harm done. He thought it was a little strange how she was apologizing when she hasn't even done anything wrong but didn't want to be rude so the red head opted to just brush it off.

Observing the girl for a moment, the Kuran noticed her long, eye-catching silver hair. Hmm... Silver hair. Where have I seen silver hair...? He thought to himself. Takashi had an almost impeccable memory, remember almost every single detail that caught his eye. The introductions... Oh, that's right! That Soda girl, what was her name? Sh... Shinko?

Turning back to the girl he gave her a soft smile before turning back to the food. "You're Shinko, right?" He asked, glancing over to the girl. Slightly losing interest in the food on the table, and deciding to humor the girl with a small conversation. Grabbing a fork from a nearby table, Takashi began to pick food off of his plate. Humming in satisfaction at the taste of the food, he continued to eat before his mind began to wander. The food oddly made him nostalgic and reminded him of home and the home cooked meals his mom made him every single day. He really missed his family; they weren't able to make it due to some trouble with his grandparents. He remembered being incredibly frustrated when they first told him the news, but after locking himself away in his room, he slowly fell into a pit of disappointment.

Takashi didn't usually act like this, and even his parents noticed, but they understood how the stress of the Beverage Wars and finding out that he wouldn't have any family with him just made it all the more stressful. Realizing his grin dropped, and he was staring rather blankly at the food on his plate, Takashi shook off the depressing thoughts before rolling his shoulders, snapping his sagging muscles back into place before attempting to smile again. His mouth curved upwards slightly and he knew the others looking on would easily be able to realize it was a forced smile. Keeping his face turned away from the silver haired girl, he forced a small chuckle before mumbling out, "E-excuse me,". Putting his filled plate on the same table he took the fork from, he quickly walked off to the restroom. Once there, he let out a heavy sigh, leaning against the sink. Running his hands across his face, he flicked on the faucet. Placing his hands under the freezing water, he stood there a moment, his mind wandering off once again.

With a firm shake of his head, a strong sigh escaped his lips once again. Giving himself a splash of the Arctic cold water, he ran his hand through his red locks glancing at himself at the mirror. Comparing his image to the others, he completely agreed with the woman who mistook him for a simple civilian not too long ago. He really didn't look like one of the high poised, elegant contestants that participate in the competition.

I don't care about Wine anymore... I just want this over with so I can go back home.

Kotone Ryokucha

"Oh uh," Kohaku quickly glanced at Koucha, then back at Kotone herself, making her realize that she had just barged in abruptly. The fellow Tea looked back over to Koucha and then bit his lip, while Koto silently squished her rabbit plush in embarrassment. "Well, I..." he trailed off, then proceeded on shouting something to Koucha, and turned back around to her.

"Why didn't I realize that he was already getting ready to leave before?! I'm so rude and stupid..!" she muttered under her breath as Kohaku replied to Koucha. The boy turned around and smiled sweetly, and in an instant, all of Kotone's stresses were wiped away in a refreshing swipe. She sighed in relief and placed her hands on her lap, making sure that her daggers weren't visible.

"Sorry about that, but sure, we can chat." He then looked downwards shyly, pushing a lock of hair back, only to have it fall back. How cute- I mean, he must be kinda nervous! I am too, especially since from now on, after this party, there will be cameras everywhere, on field or not.

"I sort of can't help but be kind of nervous, y'know? I've never been really good at... Well, I've never really delt well with crowds and such. Its hard not to be on edge today, after all." he began to pick at his nail polish, something that Kotone would also do, a lot, so no one would bother to paint her nails, besides her sister. She smiled and then began swinging her feet a little, relaxing a bit.

"I know how you feel, especially since the Tea group is expected to be perfect and elegant, but in reality, aren't we all just normal people?" she looked up at the chandeliers, admiring the stained glass shards that hung from them decoratively.

"What about you, Kotone-san?" he looked up, tilting his head to the side cutely before continuing. "You seem to be handling it pretty well." He crinkled his brows together and bit his lip once again; it seemed like a habit, probably. She blinked and turned a barely visible tint of pink.

"M-Me? Umm.." she stuttered, widening her large, clear, caramel-colored eyes. He continued on, "I'm actually kind of jealous; you seemed so confident and bold..... Be honest, was I the only one who was just sh*tting a brick up there?" Kotone stared at him, and tried to remember what she impulsively did back in the stadium. "Figuritivly speaking, of course..." he softly trailed off, seeming a bit worried. She slightly looked away, letting her loosened rust-colored curls fall like a slightly translucent curtain around her face, pink from compliments she had not genuinely heard in ages.

"No you weren't! I was just doing that thing that everyone does, imagine the audience were just all cats! B-Because cats are fluffy and cute- I mean! Because cats are really quiet and they don't judge you, correct? Because either way, they will still love you! But anyways, I'm pretty sure some of the others were turning into yokan the moment the lights hit their group!" she turned back at him and smiled brightly, still keeping her inner real self in check. She pulled a lock of hair behind her ear and looked around before leaning slightly towards Kohaku.

"To be honest, you did a lot better than me, I bet later I'm going to get in a lot of trouble, especially since I refused to wear the original dress, shoved my driver out, and I'm probably gonna cause some trouble later.." she stifled a laugh, and stood up while thinking of how hilarious it will be, the whole party in havoc just because the most famous idol got on a drunken rampage. And how exactly would Kotone know that? Because she happened to stumble across a drunken C.C. Lemon-Tan shoving booze in everyone's mouths. She slipped her hand behind her leg secretively and held her other hand up to revert attention away from the other. She pointed at the chandeliers, colorful glass shards glittering in the lighting.

"But like these chandeliers, even though they are made of imperfection, they can still shine and be beautiful, aren't we all?" she took that moment to swipe a sweet milk candy from her left utility belt. She placed the candy, wrapped in a pure white wrapper with cerulean blue Japanese kana printed on the thin plastic, in his hand that he was chipping nail polish from before.

"Sweets always can cheer someone up, even me! Now you can go ahead to meet up with Koucha, sorry for interrupting." she lightly bowed before walking over to the drink table, where C.C. Lemon-Tan was drinking out of a pretty glass, with of course, her own drink. Koto deviously walked to the idol and smiled.

"Oh, your drink is almost out, I'll go refill it for you." she took the glass before the idol could respond, and hurried over behind the large drink dispensers. She grabbed a bottle with clear liquor and poured in about 3-4 shots of the alcohol, and then quickly stowed it away. The smell was strong, but letting it mix with the lemony drink can at least hide most of the smell. Kotone returned with the spiked drink, and placed it on the table behind.

"Here you go, sorry for being so rude earlier." she smiled elegantly, and shuffled over to the food, smelling delicious and tempting. She quietly took a plate and placed all the Western food she could get, steaks, ribs, pot roast, all were fresh and tender. She noticed a silver-haired girl, in an outfit which one could easily tell who she was if they were forced to memorize all the participating drinks.

"Shinko Misuto, correct?" she asked the girl, who was just interacting with the Crannberry Juice, Takashi Kuran. Kotone felt the eyes of her family's elders on her, adjusted her posture, and elegantly, in one movement, swiped a plump grape, eating it's sweet, yet slightly tart berry goodness.

"It's nice to meet you, Miss Sierra Mist." she held out a white grape to the girl, smiling in hopes of getting her elders off her neck.

Koucha Ishikawa

Retracting his hand from Nikola's head, a small smile forming on his face, his expressions ranged from genuine amusement to slightly curious while watching her. Her back straightened, her jaw clenched, and hands balling into tight fists, Koucha started to wonder if he'd done something wrong. Now that he'd thought about it, his statement might have come off in a rather insulting way. Stuffing his hand back into his slacks, a rather sheepish feeling crawling up his throat, but he let out a soft breath, knowing what he had to do next.

"I-I *cough*," He cleared his throat, "I apologize if I said something wrong, I didn't intend anything, I just meant how your small frame is..." He, himself, couldn't believe he was being put on the spot by a competitor. His pride hasn't been struck down more than it has than it has in the last... five minutes? Ramming his brain for an adjective suitable for the child like female that wouldn't make her more uncomfortable and irritated than he has already rose out of her. Keeping his lavender eyes onto her slightly flushed face, one word slipped out from his lips.

"Cute..."

The word was uttered out before Koucha's strictly self control perfecting brain could process what was happening. Clearing his throat once again, he shifted his gaze onto everything he could see from that spot, everything but make eye contact with Nikola once again. "I'm gonna go get a drink, nice meeting you." He told the girl before making his way into the restaurant area. Once there, he watched as the Ryokucha heir filled up a glass with something that he was sure wasn't the drink they were giving out at the event. Walking past her, he smelled a barely noticeable hint of the scent of alcohol being drowned in the smell of lemon. Following her with his eyes, he noticed her place the drink on a table beside the infamous C.C. Lemon-Tan.

Suppressing a chuckle, he turned back to the drinks, pouring one for himself before noticing Kiyoshi was now by himself. Making his way over to his best friend, Koucha stepped aside as a red head he was sure was the representative of Cranberry, Takashi Kuran, rushing to the restrooms. Thinking that the Kuran could take care of himself, he continued walking to Kiyoshi.

Messing with the slightly shorter young man's hair, the Ishikawa heir chuckled and gave his friend a slight nudge. Taking a sip from his drink, he looked around the room at the other competitors. "Sorry about ditching you earlier Kiyo, I ran into Ryokucha and couldn't help but mess with her," He murmured, glancing over at the brunette who was now interacting with his silver haired trailer, Shinko. "Have you gathered any info on the others?" Koucha asked. "I've been talking to Nikola, she's tiny-as you could probably tell-but has a heavy temper," He informed his fellow male Tea. "I guess her height or frame is a weak point," The violet haired Tea chuckled at the somewhat ridiculous vulnerable point. Placing his drink on the table, he cleared his throat again before continuing to evaluate the other contestants. Suddenly, a shudder rippled through him, and he took in the slightly cool atmosphere of the restaurant area. The Ishikawa practically felt all the heat, as well as the strength, in his body leaving him. He looked into his reflection on his glass and found he looked rather paler than usual.

"Damn, this isn't good," He muttered to himself.

ŠŗĪ¹ŃƒĻƒŃ•Š½Ī¹ ŠŗĻƒŠ½Ī±ŠŗĻ…~ Haku smiled warmly, a little bit of releif spreading across his face with Kotone's kind words. She was making him feel better, at least, whether she was genuinly trying to reasure him or simply wanted him to stop being such a weenie since he was on her team. He was pretty sure her kindness was genuine, but wasn't about to discrard the possibility that the reasoning was the latter. After all, every person was capable of lying, and he didn't want to look stupid beleiving every nice thing he heard, only to have someone tell him the opposite later.

"But like these chandeliers, even though they are made of imperfection, they can still shine and be beautiful, aren't we all?" Kotone said, seeming to be drawing the conversation to a close as she rumaged behind her in what Kohaku assumed was a pocket, until she fished out a plastic-wrapped candy and pressed it into his hand. "Sweets always can cheer someone up, even me! Now you can go ahead to meet up with Koucha, sorry for interrupting." She finished, giving a light bow as she stood to leave.

Kohaku gave a sweet, thankful smile, trying to catch her before she had departed for good. "Thank you, Kotone-san. You really helped ease my nerves a bit..."

He watched quietly as she departed and continued on a mission against that irritating idol, C.C. Lemon-tan. He gave a quick smile, shaking his head, before turning back to spot Koucha. It seemed both boys had finished their prior conversations, though Koucha's had finished with enough time to walk over to meet up with Haku, first. He gave a friendly smile, shoulders relaxing in the relief of being around someone familiar. "Hi, Kou."

Koucha came over and messed with Haku's hair, letting parts flip in ways they weren't supposed to. Kohaku made a quick, irratable face like a pout, and tossed his hair back into the position it had been before. Koucha gave him a quick nudge before taking a seat beside him.

"Sorry about ditching you earlier Kiyo, I ran into Ryokucha and couldn't help but mess with her. Have you gathered any info on the others? I've been talking to Nikola, she's tiny-as you could probably tell-but has a heavy temper. I guess her height or frame is a weak point," Koucha said, diving right into conversation. It only figured that he would want to assess the weak points of the other teams right off the bat. But something didn't seem all too well about Koucha either. a shudder ran through him, and he gazed into a glass. Haku heard something of a mutter, but couldn't discern it well enough.

Haku bit his lip, letting his eyes wander off to the side. "I haven't talked to anyone yet besides you and Kotone-san, i'm sorry..." He trailed off, sighing and remembering to stuff that candy kotone had given him down into his pocket for later. He chipped off a little more of the nail polish before looking back finally at his friend. "Are you okay? You don't look too good..." He furrowed his brows at his friend and leaned closer. Koucha did seem kind of pale...

SHINKO MISUTO

ā€Youā€™re Shinko, right?ā€ Shinko nodded in confirmation, ā€œHai.ā€ She looked at his plate of food, simply irritated at the uneven proportions, as he began picking from it before humming a soft tune, obviously satisfied with whatever came in his mouth. She looked back up at the Juice, her gaze lingering on his hair for a split second before looking him in the eyes. ā€œYou really do resemble Wine a lot. Tell me: does it make your inner juice boil whenever youā€™re mistaken as the Alchohol?ā€

Expecting an answer, Shinko frowned as the Juice only dropped his grin and stared blankly at his plate. Tsk, did he not hear me? Or was he troubled by what I just said? Either way, I will not repeat myself to someone who just dazes off in a conversationā€”even in a small one such as this! Oh, the nerveā€¦ If you couldnā€™t tell, the Drinkā€™s behavior did not please the Soda at all. And father says I needed more friends. The ones I just happen to try to befriend are either those who naturally piss me off or shit their pants once they see me! Father doesnā€™t know anythingā€¦ Ha! He even said that maybe Iā€™m just tooā€”No! It canā€™t beā€¦ Iā€™m not really THAT boring to talk to, right?.. Of course not! There HAS to be another explanation! Though she was clearly ranting for who-knows-how-many-seconds-long in her head, she still managed to look as calm as ever. Once she was about to ask if the Drink before her was mentally unstableā€”there has to be another reason as to why he did not replyā€”he beat her to breaking the silence. ā€œE-excuse me.ā€ The red-head set his plate down on a nearby table and dashed off to someplace else.

Her mood dropped down lower as her pride was in the process of getting a tiny bruise. She pushed the Juiceā€™s plate further towards the center and arranged the utensils around it in dissapointment. I REALLY AM BORING! If I actually cared, I wouldā€™ve actually caught everyoneā€™s name, too, and addresses him properlyā€¦ Well, it doesnā€™t matter anymore because everyone here is an enemy, therefore making their names insignificant to me. Hehehhā€¦Thatā€™s right! I WILL CRU-

ā€Shinko Misuto, correct?ā€ Interrupted from her train of thoughts and little scenes of her winning the war, Shinko adjusted her posture much like the Tea before her. The Sodaā€™s eyes set ablaze once a new challenge popped up in her head. Aha! I shall prove father wrong! He doesnā€™t know shit about me; never did and never will! Iā€™ll show him whoā€™s BORING! ā€Itā€™s nice to meet you, Sierra Mist.ā€ The girl held out a white grape to her and gratefully took it before eating it with a grin. Grape! What a clever girl! This one shouldnā€™t be that hard to get along with. She never turned down an offer with fruits involvedā€”unless forfeiting and/or being trapped and losing is involved.

Now, this Drink with maroon waves Shinko already knew. ā€œHai! Arigatou gosaimasu.ā€ She smiled, hoping the ā€˜haiā€™ wasnā€™t too high pitched, annoying, loud, abnoxious, or anything else she despised. ā€œAnd youā€™re Kotone Ryokucha, yes? Youā€™re the one who basically flipped her elders offā€”indirectly of course.ā€ She let out a soft chuckle, ā€œYouā€™ve got more balls than half the men Iā€™ve encountered.ā€

Kotone Ryokucha

Shinko took the grape and devoured it happily, grinning as she ate. Kotone felt the corners of her mouth raise since normally, someone would be extremely shy to take something from her, like when a child's ball rolled over to her, she picked it up and held it out towards the young Tea to return it, only to have the child look at her in fear, bow down, take the ball carefully, and run off.

ā€œHai! Arigatou gosaimasu.ā€ the Soda smiled, and then continued. ā€œAnd youā€™re Kotone Ryokucha, yes? Youā€™re the one who basically flipped her elders offā€”indirectly of course.ā€

Kotone blinked, and then grinned unconsciously.

"Why yes, I am. And doing that was with great pleasure, of course. Doesn't everyone have someone always looming over them with expectations?" she plucked an orange slice from the table, taking a small bite out of it- her attendant was especially strict about eating. Don't eat things with your mouth wide open! Take small bites with as little sound as possible! Koto recalled the woman smacking her in the head, possibly choking her every time she didn't take a small bite. Kotone bit her tongue to prevent her expression from twisting, the orange was surprisingly sour, and if there's one thing Kotone hated about fruits, it's when they aren't sweet enough for her taste. She quickly tossed the orange into the trash can at the end of the table as Shinko chuckled, saying something that pleasantly complimented Koto, but of course, the elders would be in a fit if they heard it.

ā€œYouā€™ve got more balls than half the men Iā€™ve encountered.ā€

"Oh really? You must've met some very wimpy men, either that, or I must be a man myself." Kotone jokingly pulled the top of her dress, checking her chest. "Nope, I'm pretty sure I'm a girl." She then noticed a waiter walking by with a tray of drinks, and then took two apple martinis from the silver tray, handing one to the Soda.

"You're not a lightweight, correct?" she said before taking a sip of the crisp-smelling alcohol. She stared at the drink, and then suddenly was reminded of the party-crazy Alcohol, Champagne, a.k.a. Takara Chardonnay. She took out her iPhone, adorned in a bunny case, and then looked up at Shinko.

"Excuse me, I need to make a call.. Sorry." Kotone quickly shuffled over to the small little hall where the bathrooms were, and sat down on the wooden bench in front of the doors, resting her arm on the arm of the bench. She scrolled through the contact list, finding the Alcohol's name, and then continuing with sending an iMessage to her, hopefully she has bars at her location. Koto typed a short message to the Alcohol, saying: Miss Chardonnay, I've noticed that you have yet to arrive. Would you like me to wait outside for your arrival? Kotone looked over the message, and then pressed send. She slipped the phone back into her scarf, which had a small compartment for her phone. Suddenly, a drunken C.C. Lemon-tan appeared, wobbling and staggering out of the restroom.

"Oh~ Hiiii theree Kotshoo-shannn~" she was slurring, obviously a lot, and then plopped down next to the Tea. Oh good, what shall I do for part two of Getting C.C. Lemon drunk? Kotone grinned while looking away, and then turned towards the idol, now with a worried expression.

"Ah, C.C. Lemon-san, I think someone's waiting for you outside at the front entrance, you should go see them." Kotone grinned as the idol shouted something in gibberish, and then wobbly dashed to the front entrance, where paparazzi waited. The Tea giggled to herself, and then leaned back on the bench, getting out her iPhone once again and began playing Ovenbreak.

She heard a strong sigh from the men's restroom along with running water, slightly curious at first, but then continued with playing her game. I wonder who's in there..? Oh well, I'll find out once they leave.

Takashi Kuran

Letting out an almost childish sounding sigh, he gently patted his face, attempting to snap himself out of this depressing state. "Come on, Takashi, snap out of it." He told himself. Twisting the faucet knobs shut, he gave himself a full-body shake before letting out a more preparing breath. "Yosh." The red head gave a fist pump before making his way to the paper towel dispenser and drying his dampened hands.

Stepping out of the bathroom he saw the infamous idol C.C. Lemon-tan stumbling her way to the front entrance, then shifted his gaze onto the notorious Kotone of the Ryokucha Clan. He always found it strange how most of the Tea group came from Clans, he himself coming from a simple little family. Deciding to actually participate in a little social activity, unlike how he practically abandoned Shinko just a few minutes ago, he walked up to the Tea member with his trademark, optimistic Kuran grin. "Hiya! I'm Takashi Kuran, you're Ryokucha, Kotone, right?" He asked with his more well known happy-go-lucky attitude.

Glancing back over at C.C. Lemon who was now exiting the building, he gave the girl a slight smirk, remembering how she dissed her Clan elders earlier in the introductions. Making the connection, he leant back against a nearby table. "Why do I get the feeling that you had something to do with Lemon-tan's current state?" The red head asked, crossing his arms, before nodding his head at the idol, who was making a complete fool of herself. Glancing over at the brunette almost knowingly, before simply shrugging and sitting down on one of the chairs.

Staring down blankly at the table, he suddenly raised his head to look Ryokucha directly in the eye. "Hey, Ryokucha-san, do you ever mistake me for Wine-san?" He asked, tracing his fingers across the table cloth. He took the question rather personally, never actually having asked anyone else the question. He figured asking a person who's somewhat a stranger to him, would let him see this in a different perspective. The red head's tried almost everything to get him some leverage with the ever-so-popular "Wine", but to most of the people at his school or even those that know him personally, he's "Wine's twin", "Wine's look-a-like", or "Wine's long lost brother". He's made a slight reputation, being the mischievous partier, but it was close to nothing against the "Smooth talking, ladies man".

Takara Chardonnay

Takara stared out the window aimlessly, noticing the lights pass by her for the first time. She never beened so bored in her life, but obviously she was exaggerating. Like always. "Why can't I just recieve some sort of message-" Suddenly, A vibration was heard, causing her to blink and suddenly whip her head towards the noise. She stared for awhile and peered at the driver, who was looking at her curiously. "Do you believe in a higher being...?" The driver blinks and shook his head hestiantly. "N-no..?" "Well you should." Picking up her Iphone, she stared at the screen and scanned the number. It read "Miss Chardonnay, I've noticed that you have yet to arrive. Would you like me to wait outside for your arrival?" A little smile played at her lips, and she unlocked the phone, about to reply only to hear- "We have arrived Miss. Chardonnay." Her smile quickly turned into a playful grin. quickly she typed something up and started to step out of the car. As soon as her heels touched the ground, she could hear the vibrations from a nearby Green tea's phone. The message read. "No need."
"I'm already here~!" She chirped, and stood up from the car cheerfully and dismissed the driver to drive off. But when she turned to greet, she stopped interuppted at the sight of Cranberry. The known wine look-a-like. 'takashi...' Her eyes froze in a stare, but she blinked and shook out of her trance. Resuming to her greet, she grins. "Hello Koto-Chan~" She turned her attention to Takashi, and almost stuttered. "Hello Takashi-San...!" Her voice was happy and had no trace of formalities. But hey that was her. Calming down, she looked at the two, and cocked her head to the side. "What are you two doing out here...?" Her voice toned down a bit in doubt, but she quickly hyped up. "Getting closer then we should maybe~?" Takara giggles teasingly, and stood next to Green tea with a signature grin. "Should I leave you two alone~?"

Kotone Ryokucha

Koto swung around her legs, until a sudden bursting of the door startled her, making her jump a little. She looked up and recognized the red head easily. She smiled and did a small bow to the fellow Drink.

"Hiya! I'm Takashi Kuran, you're Ryokucha, Kotone, right?" the Juice asked, with his signature happy-go-lucky attitude.

"Mmhmm, the one and only. Nice to meet you." she smiled, as he glanced over at C.C. Lemon- tan, who's already wasted.

"Why do I get the feeling that you had something to do with Lemon-tan's current state?" he smirked slightly, leaning onto a nearby table. Kotone got up and stood nearby the Juice, grinning a little behind her breaking mask. Hmm, he's quite sharp, and he's probably a cheerful guy, seems like a good friend, well, for the real me that is. Haa, I wonder how long it's going to take until Taka replies. She scanned the area and then stared at the Juice in front of her, picking out the difference between him and his so-called "look-a-like." Takashi suddenly raised his head, and looked Kotone directly in the eyes. She quickly readjusted her posture as a force of habit, staring means to readjust posture in her mind.

"Hey, Ryokucha-san, do you ever mistake me for Wine-san?" he ran his fingers across the tablecloth, and seemed a bit uncomfortable. Koto blinked, and then replied genuinely; she was not the type to lie, unless it was someone he absolutely did not like.

"Well, I'd say that while you two do look similar, you and him are completely different people, am I right?" she grinned, and continued. "And if you do feel a bit uncomfortable about it, ask yourself, 'Does Wine have an optimistic personality like me?' Because I think that him, the frivolous flirt, and you, the little crimson ball of sunshine, are polar oposites, and plus, you can always go for an image change, but I think you're fine the way you are." she then jumped, because her phone suddenly went off, her text tone being an adorable Pikachu one too.

Kotone silently turned on her phone, reading the reply from Takara. "No need." She then smiled uneasily back at Takashi and slipped the phone away.

"Haha, sorry.. My phone went off.. Um, ignore the text tone please." she looked away, up at the intricate ceiling designs, and then suddenly heard an all-too-familiar voice.

"Hello Koto-Chan~" she grinned, walking up to the pair.

"My, my, since when were we so close, Chardonnay-san?" she smiled, turning around. The Alcohol then redirected her attention to the Juice beside her, seeming a bit flustered.

"Hello Takashi-San...!" she paused, cooling off the imformalities, and then tilted her head to the side.

"What are you two doing out here...?" she seemed a bit insecure, but it was a bit hard to tell. Oh, is she being jealous since he looks similar to Wine? How cruel, she should keep her eyes on her man, well I think he is at least, even though he's a big time playboy. Kotone fidgeted slightly until the awkward staring, mainly at her, was gone, and then he heard the Champagne's giggle, only to find her grinning mischievously.

"Getting closer then we should maybe~?" she stood next to the Tea, with her signature grin. Oh geeze, a misunderstanding.

"Hm? We're just getting acquainted, aren't we, Kuran-san?" she smiled the infamous I'll-kill-you-if-you-say-no smile at him, then Takara continued.

"Should I leave you two alone~?" she grinned, once again. Hmm, I should mess around with these people while I still can. Kotone stepped back, leaving a gap in between the two beverages, and then waved as she walked to the drinks table.

"I'll be leaving you two alone to get acquainted as well, see you later." she strode off and grinned a wide grin, giggling to herself, and then stared at the sodas.

"Hmm.. Which one to choose?"

Because I think that him, the frivolous flirt, and you, the little crimson ball of sunshine, are polar oposites, and plus, you can always go for an image change, but I think you're fine the way you are." Takashi couldn't help but let a small smile form on his face, he didn't know for sure if the girl was being truthful, but she seemed to be being genuinely honest. Barely a moment passed when the brunette slightly jumped as a Pikachu chime ringtone rang out. He let a full smirk overtake his face as the Tea shifted to take a look at her phone.

"Haha, sorry.. My phone went off.. Um, ignore the text tone please." The Ryokucha then proceeded to look up at the ceiling. Opening his mouth to make a friendly, teasing comment, he was interrupted by a somewhat familiar voice.

"Hello Koto-Chan~" Turning to face the owner of the voice, the red head felt every muscle inside him tense up slightly. Standing there in a strapless white dress was the intoxicating Alcohol herself; Takara Chardonnay. Leaning back slightly in the chair he was currently occupying, he found himself temporarily unable to tear his eyes from the female until she turned to him.

"Hello Takashi-San...!" Takashi greeted her with a small smile. I never liked honofics anyway, the red head thought to himself. He kept his eyes on her as the blonde tilted her head to the side in a rather suspecting sort of way. "What are you two doing out here...?" Her voice seemed to be hinting something, but he did notice she seemed to be acting a little different. Until the blonde giggled and grinned mischievously, almost identical to how he, himself, usually smirks. He blinked at the accusation, before letting out a soft, incredulous laugh as the Chardonnay stood beside the Tea.

"Hm? We're just getting acquainted, aren't we, Kuran-san?" The Ryokucha gave him a rather threatening glare from the brunette. Before he could reply, the Champagne continued.

"Should I leave you two alone~?" Takara stuck with her grin, while the brunette between them stepped back and walked away while waving back at the two. "I'll be leaving you two alone to get acquainted as well, see you later." Striding off, the red head turned back to the blonde with a gentle smile. He didn't want anything to be awkward between them two, so he held a genuine smile on his face. "Pleasure to meet you, Takara-chan," He greeted. He turned to the rest of the party before standing and nudging the girl playfully with his elbow, his trademark mischievous smile taking over his face once again. "So I hear you throw a mean party?"

Nikola Zielkov

The longer she interacted with Koucha, the more Nikola began to feel that he was either terrible with people, which she doubted was the case, or he was just oblivious to the effects his words had. Well, the latter was quickly disproved when he hastily stammered, I-I-ā€œ he paused here to clear his throat, "I apologize if I said something wrong, I didn't intend anything, I just meant how your small frame is..." Mother Russia, what was he trying to say now? Nikola bit her lip hard and mentally dared him to say something stupid...

"Cute..."

Nikola straightened. Had she heard correctly? Cute? Had this damn near stranger just called her cute? Although her face was burning a bright red barely disguised by her makeup and her eyes were widened with surprise and outrage, Nikola noted she really wasnā€™t as angry as she should be. Anybody else? Lights out. But now... was it because she was all dolled up and didnā€™t want to ruin her image? A large part of her mentality scoffed at such a thought. But another, smaller part, was actually flattered. Appalled at her confliction, she remained silent with her eyes on the floor in front of her, hoping heā€™d do nothing further to embarrass himself as well as her.

"I'm gonna go get a drink, nice meeting you," he said before she felt his presence leave. With an audible sigh of relief and a visible relaxation, Nikola lifted her head again and unclenched her hands. The best decision he couldā€™ve made, at that point. She hadnā€™t bothered to say a goodbye of her own.

She sat in that chair for a few minutes more, mind devoid of thought and feeling. Just... sitting. Until at last, one urged spiked: a drink. Not just any.

Nikola rose slowly, testing her balance, before sighing again once fully upright. Her challange of the evening: the restaraunt. Getting inside was no big deal, she soon discovered. Nor was maneuvering around the people. Going unnoticed was usually a talent of hers. As soon as she saw the drink table, she felt an overwhelming urge to return to her safe little anti-social corner when she saw someone already there. It was a girl, another Drink. She knew this girl was a tea, distinctly remembering her face amongst the group for one reason or another. Her name, though... it wasnā€™t important. It wasnā€™t as if they were going to talk or anything. Or so she logically assumed.

She quietly made her way over to the table, not swaying as much as she had been before, which she took as a good sign. And then she saw it. Her drink.

The bottle was unremarkable, like the many sheā€™d seen before, exactly the same save for the label. She opened it, took a small glass, and poured herself a shot. Replacing the top and the bottle carefully, she moved to stand at one end of the table, sipping her drink. The warming embrace of the liquid promptly sitlled her nerves, and she contemplated what sheā€™d learned about her oponent: Koucha.

I was embarrassed, she thought. I was stupid to let it show, but he... he was also flustered. She further analyzed his reaction. At first, heā€™d been all smooth; calm, cool, and collected. But then... had she caught him off guard? Or did he always act that way in conversations? Unconsciously, Nikola frowned. He was obviously smart. But not too smart. Borderline threat, she concluded.

She hoped she wasnā€™t underestimating him.

Takara merely blinks as the brunette suddenly walked off, leaving her "alone". "I'll be leaving you two alone to get acquainted as well, see you later."
'You. Two?' Staring at her back, she cocked her head once more in wonder. 'What does she mean by two-' She hums but suddenly froze, remembering who exactly she was standing next too. Not daring to look, she flinched at his voice.'How can I forget!' "Pleasure to meet you, Takara-chan," Takara peered down, unsure on how to react, but was brought up quickly with the next question. "So I hear you throw a mean party?" He began to nudge her playfully, a grin plastered against his face.
Her eyes twinkled with mischievous. "Of course~ I "am" champagne~" She chirps with a matching grin. When the word party is mentioned, she can't help but feel happy. Parties are the things that let her bring it all out and just do anything she wanted. Let Loose. Besides she was naturally a party girl at birth. Knocking the thoughts aside, she leaned forward, eying Takashi. "But enough about me.." She paused and scanned his body. "I heard you were called the "Battery".. why is that..?" She blinks at the strange nickname, and eyed him even more.

Koucha Ishikawa

Another shudder tore through the usually calm young man. He kept a cool face to keep his best friend from worrying about him. With a thin smile at said male, Koucha raised a hand to his head feeling his forehead, where the skin had the texture of cool marble. "I'm a little cold," he uttered out, "I'm gonna go get something to warm me up, I'll catch you later, Kiyo." With that, the violet haired Ishikawa escaped from the table and made a beeline to the beverage table where he found, with a small spark of gleefulness, the very girl who he left not too long ago.

Forming the teasing smile, that now seemed to be accustomed to appearing on his face, despite his current condition, he approached the petite form. When met with her rather flustered expression, he felt his smirk drop into a genuine smile. Even though what he said earlier was uttered out on impulse, rather uncharacteristically, he's starting to believe his subconscious wasn't entirely to blame.

"It seems we just can't stop meeting each other, Miss Nikola," he greeted rather teasingly, while grabbing and spinning a wine glass into the air and back into his awaiting hand. Searching through the bottles, his pale purple orbs landed on a particular bottle. Popping it open, he took a quick whiff of the substance inside before smiling to himself. Perfect...

Pouring himself a rather generous amount of the bottle into his wine glass. Throwing the drink back with massive gulps, he immediately welcomed the slight burn that scorched his throat. Alcohol wasn't used often to regain the warmth of a Tea member, but the urgency of the situation called for this. It wasn't as if Koucha was new to the drink, actually far from it, being one who spends most of his time with the elders, they restlessly encourage him to drink what they have to offer, which was almost always wine.

Turning his attention back to his little acquaintance, he poured himself another glass with a small almost goofy smile. That was when a small thought hit the heir, with the overactive drinking to the rather childish, impulsive speech a moment before he must've came off as rather foolish to the girl. His mouth curved upwards slightly, if the girl considered him less than what he truly was-the heir of the Ishikawa Clan-she was in for a difficult time in this very competition. The last man who dared to underestimate him ended up acting as a 'Welcome' mat for his family's small stronghold. Not to mention his liking to strategic games which increased his quick thinking and strategy making skills ten fold. Thought the more that he thought into the subject of having to fight the petite Alcohol member in front of him, the more firm shake, he gave the female a mischievous smirk, taking small sips from his glass that he spun playfully between his fingers. Without a second of hesitation, he lifted his hand and placed it onto the crown of her head, remembering the rather irritated response she expressed before when he did so. There was a little warm feeling he received when he teases her that he can't help but to do so again. "I meant what I said earlier, by the way," he mused, brushing a finger gently, yet purely unintended, across her cheek and watching carefully to gauge her reaction. "Oh, and your friend, Takara is here."

Nikola Zielkov

"It seems we just can't stop meeting each other, Miss Nikola."

Son of a- Nikola jumped a little at the unwelcome, recognized voice: Koucha. She hadnā€™t seen him approach, keeping her eyes on the floor in front of her as she had been thinking deeply. Her shot glass was half full (casually, she was a slow drinker), and it took just about all her willpower to keep from tightening her grip too much, for fear of shattering the glass. She watched with half-narrowed eyes as he poured himself a drink of his own, some wine, and watched as he downed the whole thing in moments. This caused her to lift her eyelids a bit. Mother Russia, did he always drink that way?

Nikola took a sip from her own glass, eyeing the Tea warily through her dark, narrowed gaze as he poured himself another glass. Heā€™d gotten his drink. He could leave now. But he wasnā€™t. She didnā€™t like that look on his face. What was his deal? He was acting weird. Nikola took another small sip. What was he trying to do? Was he really as foolish as he was acting? That was a ridiculous thought, she decided. He was just another enemy. Though his strategy for uncovering weaknesses wasā€¦ annoying. But was it as effective as heā€™d hopedā€¦? Nikola gritted her teeth.Ā And then-

He touched her.Ā

Koucha put his hand on her head. Heat flushed through her face. Nikola bit her lip. She didn't care if the tournament hadn't started. She was going to kill this guy...

"I meant what I said earlier, by the way," Her eyes flew all the way open. A shiver ran down her spine when one of his fingers grazed her cheek. She decided not to dwell on his words for too long. "Oh, and your friend, Takara is here." She scanned the room behind Koucha and caught sight of Takara's form. A small part of her brain told her to call for help, but that was stupid. Really stupid. Unbelievably stupid.Ā

So, Nikola barred her teeth and smacked Koucha's hand away from her reddening face. "Quit it!" she exclaimed adamantly, though a little more high-pitched than she'd intended

"Of course~ I "am" champagne~" His smirk further widened at the rather sly comment. There was a familiar glint of mischief in her eye that he has known himself to have during wild events. "But enough about me.." Her eyes examined him for a moment before continuing, "I heard you were called the "Battery".. why is that..?" The red head couldn't help but laugh at the mention of the nickname. Memories of his never-dying activeness at parties flashed through his mind, then when he showed up for school the next day, he's found he's been branded as the "Battery". "That's just a nickname my friends from school put on me after a party, not really sure why..." He shrugged nonchalantly before humming to himself in thought. Barely a second later, a distant, high pitched squeal hit his ears.

Turning his head at the direction of the noise, he saw the broad, towering figure of Koucha Ishikawa and the Alcohol, Nikola Zielkov. He quietly watched as the Ishikawa's hand was slapped away by the girl more than a foot shorter than him, her face seemingly flustered and furrowed with irritation. The red head's confusion further deepened as he watched the violet haired Tea simply laugh at the girl's reaction, before continuing to poke her forehead. It would've seemed as if he were bullying her, but Nikola's expression and the rather gentle prodding from Koucha, it appeared more as if he were trying to get a rise out of her rather than trying to hurt her. "Hey isn't that girl a part of the Alcohol group too?" It would've been easier if he simply said her name, but didn't want to appear as if he knew more than he truly did; this was still a competition.
