Even in a town with barely any laws is there a need for some sort of force to help make sure the peoples rights aren't infringed upon, the security force either as the default protectors that man the street as a part of the night watchmen state or as privately hired forces by the various competitive forces that pump through Rapture they serve to protect their charge no different than the dutiful big daddy to his little sister. The Rapture Security Force may also consist of automated defenses and plasmid user of their own who chosen not to fall to crime nor have they given into addiction.


The Standard Lay out for a security officer and his variants:


Normal Patrol Officer:

Plasmids= none.


Weapons:

One Revolver with 25 bullets on hand.

One Baton capable of delivering moderate blunt damage to a target.

Other=

Physically fit beyond the level of an average citizen thanks to training regimes, allowing them to work at a high level of human athletics.

Armor=

One police gap with a small plate inside to make whacks over the head and at the forehead a lot weaker.

Equipment: A radio capable of calling in backup, a flash light and if hired by a private employer a key to their business. Hand cuffs.

Training:

Basic unarmed combat, gun combat and baton combat.




Veteran Police Officer:


Plasmids: none.

Weapons:

A revolver with 25 bullets on hand.

A baton.

Knuckle Dusters.

Steel tipped boots.

Armor:

A steel cap much like the standard officer.

Weak inner lining shoulders pads that soften the blow of blunt attacks slightly.

Steel tipped boots that protect the front of feat from impact or knife damage-unless you have abnormal strength behind it-
