Reason for transferral to Bird's Nest: She was suspected to have had some hand in the suicide of another resident at the last foster home she stayed at.
Appearance: Belial is a slender young woman, about 5'5 in height, of a willowy build. She has long, dark brown hair marked through with a few streaks of blue dye. Her face is heart-shaped and she seems, at least initially to have a very open, trustworthy sort of face. Unfortunately, the trustoworthiness is merely superficial.

Skills: Bel is highly intelligent, with an IQ of 149. SHe is also a very skilled liar and manipulator.

Medical Conditions: Suspected Narcissistic Personality Disorder, of the 'Unprincipled Narcissism' subtype.

Strengths: Belial has the gift of the gab. She is charming, friendly, witty, it's all a brilliant disguise for her rotten core. She could talk a turtle out of its shell when she turns on the charm, and as a result is extyremely good at getting people to do things for her.

Weaknesses: Belial quickly loses her cool when her plans do not go the way she wants them to, or if she perceives someone as more successful that her. Any implication that Belial is a failure of some sort quickly make her lash out....though she really has very little means to back her angry street. She is not good at fighting.

Personality: Belial is, in short, pretty self-centred. She is narcissistic, and sees other people as means to acheive an end. She never really had any attachments growing up due to the sporadic and contrary affection of her mother, and so has no real concept of meaningful relationships. She tends to have lose of rather loosely assembled friends, that she keeps through a combination of briber,y manipulation, and fear.

In many ways Bel is quiter an empty person, and constantly seeks new thrills and successes to avoid this. She feels the need to prove herself a winner due to the repressed feeling of rejection she has, but can't come to terms with the rejection, as it would involve admitting weakness and acknowledging that she had problems...somethign Bel would not do eagerly.


History: Belial's mother, Fleur, is an actress and model, quite a successful one in fact. She became pregnant with Belial after a fling on a shoot in Prague, though never really tried very hard to find the father. Belial's early years were comparatively good. Her mother made her young child quite the accessory, dressing her up in little desinger baby clothes, showing her off to people on set, little Bel was a cinventient way to grab attention....but, as Bel got older and progressively less adorable, she found herself on her own a lot more often.

By the time she was thirteen, she'd be staying along in the permanent home in the US while her mother travelled the world. Belial was left money for food, but had no input from her mother on a perosnal level for months at a time, and when her school found out, they contacted social services, and Bel was removed from the house and put into care. Fleur didn't mind a great deal, but Belial was not too happy about it at all. With her usual fixation on success, she began backstabbing her way through foster home after fosterhome, until her antics resulted in a girl hanging herself in the basement of the last place.

As a result, Belial was sent to Bird's Nest...not that she plans to change her behavior at all.
