Name: Yuki Ryouta
Age: 19
Gender: Male
Month: December
Gemstone: Turquoise
Appearance: Yuki is sort of tall at 6ā4ā and skinny at 155 lbs, though he would rather be a bit shorter as this attracted so many peopleās attention. It was odd seeing an Asian person as tall as he was and he would rather be left alone. He had straight brown hair that is stylized with goldenrod highlights, though he would rather hide it inside a hood. His eyes are jet black and seem to stare at others very seriously. He constantly wears a simple tee shirt, jeans, boots, and a parka no matter the weather, though he would hang the parka around his waist if it ever got too hot to wear it. His fair skin stays consistent due to the fact that he stays inside a lot. He hates going out to the beach or anywhere hot for that matter. His other defining feature would be a silver metal band with turquoise stones embedded in it. Heād rather hide it either in his parka or in his pockets though because he doesnāt feel the need to show that heās good some gems in his possession.
Personality: Yuki is cold, crude, and sarcastic. Although he would rather avoid trouble, he pretends to be tough and asserts himself through insults, harsh jokes, and quick comebacks. He would rather be alone than in a crowd, though he doesnāt mind small groups of people surrounding him. He can seem mean to others when he comments on their beliefs and actions but he really just wants to mess with othersā heads. Heās aloof at what anyone thinks of him and doesnāt care about whether people enjoy his presence or not. In fact, heād rather hide from other people, though he knows that wouldnāt be possible with all of the people that inhabit the planet. He's rather contradictory of himself, however, because deep down he really wants to get along with people. Past experience tells him that people seem to like these mean words and harsh attitude. Sometimes, he attempts to take a risk by accompanying other people, conversing with someone who's alone, or looking out for someone in trouble. He especially tries to be more outgoing yet maintain a jerky attitude by putting people on the spot with his trusty camera. One thing should be noted that although Yuki is mean, he's not dirty. He hates it when people abuse anyone through violence or other forms of harassment. Although he makes it seem like he is going to fight someone, Yuki would rather not fight. He doesn't believe in solving problems through violence and would rather not waste energy. That doesn't mean he won't fight as a last resort to survive. Yuki also likes to record fights, learning strategy, but not actually use it to solve a useless fight over something stupid. What people might not know until they get to know him is that he tends to be observant of others, sometimes stalking them when he's savvy. He watches peopleās movements, daily lives, and habits and records them with his camera. He loves to take pictures and videos and look at them again like a record of experiences. When he doesn't have his camera on him, he uses his trusty notepads to record events surrounding him. He likes acting like one of those reporters on TV or like a journalist looking for the latest scoop, In fact, that is what his dream is, if only he could associate himself with people better. Although he acts like he doesnāt really care much about other people, in truth he actually would care if others didnāt seclude him or insult him much. He only acts the way he does because thatās how heās observed others to get along. His recording with his cameras and notepads are his silent attempt at trying to understand people, and maybe even film any kind of suffering, not to make fun of, but to expose to the world. What he doesn't want people to know is that he sometimes gets nervous to the point of shaking when he tries to approach people sincerely due to past bullying experiences. The shaking reminds him of the many times he's been "cold."
Equipment: A bag to fit his two cameras, one for taking pictures and one for videotaping. He would rather get high quality. Yuki also carries around two types of notepads: one small one for convenience and a slightly larger journal sized one for more permanent note keeping and larger entries.
