''Sebastian, you know what to do.''

a character in “Black Butler, and The Rozen Maiden”, as played by xfaithyx123

Description

Ciel Phantomhive

Image

Birthday/Age:

December 14, 1875/13

Gender:

Male

Personality:

Ciel is a very strict and proud character, with a cold outlook on life. As dignified as he is, his main goal in life is for those who have betrayed the Phantomhive family to experience the same level of humiliation and suffering he did. He willingly chooses to fulfill his revenge, despite his aunt's insistence that he should pursue a happier life.

Ciel is extremely loyal to Queen Victoria, and aims to accomplish the tasks she assigns him. He is also punctilious on orders, and he expects Sebastian Michaelis, his butler, to complete them accordingly. Ciel often finds it entertaining to challenge Sebastian, whether in the areas of strength or skill. He and Sebastian work together often, and only his butler seems to be fully aware and knowledgeable of Ciel's schemes and plans, in contrast to the other Phantomhive servants and his fiancΓ©e.

Moreover, Ciel is competitive, in which he acknowledges himself, and his strong desire to win is shown when he asserts that he would not lose to Frances Midford during their hunting contest. He is not appeased to have a draw with Frances, and has insisted for another round until the victor is prominent. Sebastian has noted that Ciel is arrogant and overly confident in his skills to the extent that he has the viewpoint of "there is no way I can ever lose." Therefore, there are still some childish traits in Ciel that would need to be corrected by the adult he respects.

Is he/she a medium or has he/she made a deal with a demon?:

Yes, Ciel has the Faustian contract displayed on his right eye that is covered by a black eye patch.

Canon/Non Canon?:

Ciel Phantomhive from Black Butler.

Appearance Description:

Ciel is a young boy with blue eyes and dark navy-blue hair. As the head of the noble Phantomhive family, he typically dresses in a way that suits his standing, and has a very extensive and elegant wardrobe.

Ciel nearly always wears a black eye-patch over his right eye, though not because he is missing it, but because that is where the sign of his Faustian Contract with Sebastian Michaelis is hidden. Usually, he dons a black eye-patch with a single cord as part of his day wear. However, while in disguise, he wears a medical-looking, white patch which fastens with two cords. Moreover, Ciel has a brand on the left side of his body on the back from the time he was a slave in an occult. In the anime it is on his chest.

Ciel sports two rings. One, which he wears on his left thumb, is an ornate silver piece, that holds an emerald-cut deep-blue stone; it is a one-of-a-kind family ring that has been passed down through his family for generations. The other is a gold seal, or signet, ring in the form of the Phantomhive family crest, worn on his right hand, and it is used to stamp the wax seal on documents. The seal was given to him by Angelina Durless after his return, telling him it is the only one left, as the other rings were destroyed in the fire

Social Class/Title:

Master Ciel Phantomhive

Bio/History:

Ciel was a regular child in the past who maintained a cheerful disposition. As a child, he suffered from poor health, being afflicted with asthma and allergies to cats. He was seen having an asthma attack in volume 7. He would often smile and play with his family and Elizabeth, his fiancee. Elizabeth said that when his parents were alive, the Phantomhive manor was full of smiles.

On his tenth birthday, he was running through the manor and came across his dead mother, father, and dog. He calls for help, and runs into Tanaka, who urges the young boy to flee. Before he can say much, however, Tanaka is attacked from behind by an unseen assailant who then grabs Ciel.

Ciel was then sold, and his kidnappers comment that he is "rare" and is worth more than two people. Someone buys him, and his new owners brand him, giving him the mark of a "noble beast". He cries, saying that he's hurt and dirty and he wants to go home. He is next seen chained in a cage while masked adults look on, remarking about what a splendid evening they will have. Ciel sadly wonders why no one is there to help him. One of the masked adults then places him on a table for his sacrifice and he is stabbed, while other adults look on gleefully, clapping.

Sebastian is summoned to him, although how is not shown. He appears in his true demon form. He tells Ciel that what has been sacrificed will never return. He asks Ciel if he wants to make a contract and have his wishes granted or not. Ciel says that he wants power to take revenge on those who did this to him. The ones who tried to sacrifice him try to stop him from talking, but Ciel agrees to make a contract. Sebastian asks him where he wants his seal, saying that the more visible it is, the stronger the contract is. Ciel tells him that anywhere is fine and that he wants a power stronger that anyone else's. Sebastian calls him greedy and decides to put it on his right eye. Ciel screams, then commands him to kill his attackers. Sebastian then burns down the building. Ciel orders Sebastian to protect and never betray him, to obey his orders no matter what, and to never lie. Ciel at the graves
Ciel at his and his parents' graves.

After that, the first place they go is to the Royal Hospital where his aunt worked. He is reunited with Tanaka here. She arranges for a carriage to bring him back to his manor. He and Sebastian view the ruined manor, then go to his and his parents' graves. Sebastian leaves briefly and when Ciel returns, he finds the manor has been rebuilt by the demon. Ciel later takes his place as the Earl of Phantomhive and the Watchdog of the Queen.

Ciel was not always the apathetic child he is now. When Sebastian first started to serve him, Ciel was shown as a little ten-year-old boy who was very picky until Sebastian told him off. Later, it is shown that they learn to get along better and their relationship gets softer and slowly progresses to what they are today.

Sebastian walked down the hallway of the Phantomhive mansion pushing a tea cart along with him. The cart carrying earl gray tea, raspberry scones and a sealed letter from the queen. Sebastian kept walking along the hallway pushing the cart until he arrived at Ciel's study. He knocked on the door and waited for his master's reply. When his master answered he entered with the tea cart and shut the door behind him. "Today's afternoon tea will be earl gray and raspberry scones" he said pouring the tea and putting the preferred amount of sugar in it an stirring it. He put the cup of tea on a saucer. He placed the tea and a scone on his desk. "Young master you have also received a letter from the queen, this mustn't be unusual for you. You are the queen guard dog, after all" He said and placed the letter next to his cup of tea.

The letter said that there are seven dolls that are apparently alive. There are seven of these dolls and she thinks they could be a threat. The queen wants Ciel to investigate every household that these dolls are in. Ciel told Sebastian to go and list any possible suspects of having these strange abnormal dolls. "Yes, my lord" he said bowing and pushing the tea cart out of the study.

Sebastian went to the town and questioned everyone there and narrowed it down in to a few suspects. He did this in a matter of minutes then went back to the mansion. "Young master I have narrowed it down to three suspects, we shall go and visit the estates of these three suspects" he said and walked with Ciel. "I will set up a carriage" he said and left to set up a carriage. He brought Ciel to the carriage and opened to the door of the carriage. "After you young master" he said and let Ciel sit in the carriage. Once Ciel was in the carriage Sebastian sat down next to him and gave the directions to the driver. They pulled into the Williams estate. Sebastian got out and opened the door for Ciel. Ciel got out and Sebastian knocked on the door flawlessly.

"You are going out again, Kana?" the young Lady Elizabeth asked sadly as she watched the small doll with bright yellow and orange attire and green hair, standing in the window and redying the parasol she usually used to get from place to place. Kanaria nodded her head, a determined look on her face. "As the brainiest of the rozen maidens, I must always lie a step ahead of my sisters, kashira!" she declared dramatically, "therefor I must locate them before they wake up, kashira! That way, I know where they are one they do wake up, and will have an advantage in the Alice game..." a small smile spread over her lips and before it split into a grin, "Don't worry, though, Lizzy," the doll said softly, "I will be back later and then we can play dress up again!" she said with a nod of her head. Elizabeth's expression split into a smile as well. "Yes!" she squealed happily, "make sure to be back soon, then!" Kanaria nodded her head at the girls words and then gently touched her hand. "As long as you wear that," she pointed to the ring which was around her finger, a ring matching the one Kanaria had around her own finger, "I will always be nearby, so don't worry!" she smiled as Elizabeth opened the window for her. "I know," she said softly with a slight smile, "And next time I visit Ciel, I promise you will will introduce you to him!" Elizabeth said gleefully as Kanaria laughed and waved her hand, before jumping out the window and letting the wind carry her and her parasol away.

Kanaria held on to the parasol, a focused expression now lingering on her face as she glanced around at the world beneath her. She didn't really expect to spot any doll around here, but she was sure there had to be some sign of her sisters somewhere... especially if any of them had woken up yet, which she doubted. As suddenly a wind gust came from another direction, a small yelp escaped Kanaria's lips and she clung to her parasol as the wind swept her away; away from the city. Maybe this hadn't been a good idea after all; she realized. Going out when it was windy like this... seemed like an awful idea now when she thought about it. However, viewing herself as the 'brainiest' of the Rozen Maidens and a master strategist... she would never admit to anyone that this hadn't been planned, and obviously hadn't been a good idea.

Clinging to her parasol until she finally managed to land somewhere, Kanaria's legs felt slightly wobbly as she landed on the roof top of a small cottage. Stuffing away her parasol, Kanaria crawled across the roof to the edge of it, to get a better understanding of her surroundings. She paused as she heard a voice beneath her, and moments later spotted a carriage, a boy and a tall man clad in black. Kanaria did instantly notice something was off about the man, but she couldn't set her fingers on what it was. Pulling out her bineculars, she watched the two with narrowed eyes, keeping as still and silent as possible. Well, at least until one of the birds suddenly started picking at her. Yelping again, she tried to brush away the bird half the size of herself, stumbling closer to the edge at it continued to pick at her. "Seeeesh, go away, bird, kashira!" she exclaimed, her eyes widening and a scream escaping her lips as she tripped over the edge and fell...

Ciel would be looking at the ground at this time only to look up as he heard a thump, the grey and grimy of the streets made it easy to pick out the brightly coloured girl that fell....from somewhere, for this he did not know, he was busy in thought, counting his own steps.

He would look up at the tall man expecting a smart comment or two only to dismiss him before he had the chance. ''Tsk..'' He'd come out with, shaking his head and he ran to the girl, his bluish black hair and school like uniform standing out like her but at a far more distinguished way, he was of some importance, this was for sure and his signet ring only confirmed that.

He'd then bend down to the girl and put out a gloved hand out, his voice completely English, well pronounced and a strange maturity with it. ''Are you alright Miss? I would of come sooner but I was in my own thoughts.'' He'd explain with a smile on his vibrate youthful face.

But as one would look up, his right eye would be hidden with a black leather eye patch, the ties seen in his ruffled hair still...

Kanaria glanced up at the child, blushing slightly in embarrassment before quickly getting back on her feet. She hates how tall even human children were compared to her. Not only was she small in comparison to them, but even of all the dolls she was the smallest. That means, she didn't even reach the hight of 1 meter. Sighing, she brushed her flashy dress into place and the dirt away from it, before nodding her head. "Of course Kanaria, the brainiest of the Rozen Maiden dolls is alright, kashira!" she declared, narrowing her eyes, "you lot seem like quite the suspicious strangers, though," she stated, narrowing her eyes before pointing at them, "who are you and what are you doing here?! Kashira..."

Ceil backed away as she said 'doll' and instantly tripped over a part of the uneven cobblestone and landed on his behind and his left eye blinked and his face began to go tomato red but he continued to back away, his gloved hands protecting him from the grime of the streets and his head hit Sebastian's leg and he looked up and gulped, it seemed he was panting from shock that he literally walked straight into a doll without trying. It was both easy but worrying how easy it was. How many dolls were out there if he just found one without lifting finger?

He'd scramble to his feet, clearing his throat, the back of his clothing now wet from the ground, the back of his hair messy from rubbing against Sebastian's leg, it actually spread upwards and no matter how hard at this point he tried to look independant and well, relaxed it just made it more apparent that he was far from what he was trying to seem.

''Me and Uhh...'' He'd look at Sebastian whispering. ''Harry?...No....Jeff?....No...Severin? Yes...'' He'd then turn back to the brightly coloured...girl doll? ''Me and Severin are out for a...cup of tea at our favorite Cafe! Yes...We are indeed! I love tea, tea...tea...tea..'' He'd seemingly choke on his words going pale and instantly turning away from the girl and waving at her with his hand that had his signet ring on it, walking rather fast. ''Oh! So late! Hahahahaa..!!'' Then he would just bump into Sebastian and his body would got to jelly and he would simply slide down him and onto the floor still nervously laughing to himself....

"Young master! My apologies are you alright" said Sebastian sounding concerned, he helped Ciel up to his feet. Sebastian knelt down to Ciel's height and whispered in his ear, "My lord, this is a Rozen Maiden doll, one of the dolls that the queen considers a threat". He stood back up and walked calmly over to the small little doll. He examined the doll carefully his eyes glowing crimson red. He paid attention to every feature and detail attentively. Then he looked at her and gave her a small, but fake smile as his eyes returned to normal.

"My apologies for my masters actions, my lady" he said to her, kneeling to her level. He kept on his fake, smug smile. "My master is quite fond of tea and he hates being late." he said to cover up Ciel's actions. He offered his rather larger hand compared to the doll's hand. "You do look rather cold. How about we take you back to my master's estate? You can have a nice cup of tea" he said and gave a wink at Ciel. "My master can ask you a few, questions" he said with less of a smile and brought the doll over to the carriage.

Sebastian walked back over to Ciel and knelt down again to whisper in his ear, "what better way to investigate then to talk to one of them yourself" he said rather smugly. He walked to the carriage and opened the door, "Come on young master, we must get back to the estate or I won't have time to make afternoon tea" he said holding the door of the carriage open, "we also must get you changed, the back of your clothes are drenched". He stared at the doll again, "come along my lady, you're not going to pass up afternoon tea, are you" he said to her in a welcome tone of voice.

Kanaria kept her eyes narrowed as she watched the suspicious boy and his even more so suspicious servant wearily. She was smarter than buying that story of very terribly lied names and tea. Surly they hadn't come out here into the wilderness just for tea? Unless they actually knew the master of this house... which she doubted. Folding her arms over her chest, she automatically took a step back as she noticed the butler examining her closely and his eyes glow crimson red. She didn't like the smug smile on his lips either. There was something wrong about them. All of them. The red eyes reminded Kanaria of her oldest sister, though they edged more towards violet. Yet, they still had a similiar glow.

She paused at the mention of tea, trying to keep herself from laughing. Yet, a small giggle escaped her lips and she shook her head. She was the mastermind here, no one was going to ask Kanaria any questions! "If I were my younger sister, I would might have consented... but I am not," she held up her tiny hand in a nonchalant, declining gesture, "I cannot waste my time on tea when I have to find my sisters and eliminate them. I even promised my mistress Lizzy I would be back in time for dinner..." she trailed off and her eyes widened as she realized she probably had said too much. Her glowed hands flew up to her mouth and she stumbled further a step away from them. "Egh... I have to go!" she said quickly, starting to walk away... though with her short legs not very fast.

Ciel would instantly turn to the doll and run up to her. ''Hey wait!'' He would of grabbed her in his haste but instead he thought, perhaps acting his age would come with many benefits. His left eye brow would twitch at the thought he didn't want to look like a spoiled brat but it seemed like the perfect time. He would fit right into the role and so before he executed a grabbing of the doll he sighed under his breath and got to his knees.

''Please miss....no one wants to have tea with me....I am very lonely....n-n-no one likes me..'' He would then burst out in tears, hoping Sebastian would follow through and not actually think that he was both lonely and crying, god the embarrassment of that!

He'd start to rub his eyes like a fragile child would do, the messiness of his school like uniform and his hair only added to this sudden out burst of this 'poor....lonely....sniffling child..'

He would then crawl, tears down his face to the doll and put his gloved hand on her shoulder and it happened to be the one with his gold signet ring that he wore proudly yet at times naively as his name had weight and statue in this place. ''Please miss? I would be so happy....W-we h-have cake...t-tea...h-hot chocolate...we have everything...just please miss...'' He'd beg like a naive child would grimacing what Sebastian would be thinking at this point in fact you could say he lost further colour in his face at the thought of him sniggering away at this out burst....*Oh the shame.....* He thought in his 'scene.'

Kanaria watched the strange boy thoughtfully, sighing. At this pace, Kanaria would never become Alice. Defiantly not if he got himself distracted by nuisances like this, and failed to locate her sisters and defeat them. She was just about to decline once more when he placed his hand on her shoulder and burst into tears. Alice is the perfect girl, after all, Kanaria thought as she watched the boy, starting to feel ever so slightly sorry for the boy. The perfect girl would have to be compassionate and friendly, even if she was in a situation like her own... and a perfect girl would never decline a cup of tea, no matter how strange those she would have the cup of tea with were. She turned around and flashed him one of her small, trademark smiles, gently patting his head.

"Poor lonely child, kashira," she stated, withdrawing her hand again before sighing and looking thoughtful, "very well... I might stop by for a short while and have a cup of tea with you," she started slowly, wearily, "b-but only if you make sure I'm home again in time for diner. I would hate to see my mistress upset. I care for too much for her," she said with a slight nod of her head, "a-and... I wouldn't mind some omelet!" she added, her smile splitting into a wide, but cute grin as she tilted her petite head. This was maybe not such a bad idea at all. After all, she had no idea where she was, and she needed to get home anyways. "Just... what kind of questions do you want to ask?" she asked and then added, "kashira." This boy made even her sister Hinaichigo look like a lady. Pausing, she sighed sadly at the thought of Hinaichigo who was most likely still asleep. She wondered when she would ever wake up, and if they would ever have to fight one another... Kanaria hoped not.

Sebastian walked to over to Ciel and the doll. "Thank you very much my lady, you see my master doesn't have many friends. You could call him a brat" he said with a smile and helped Ciel to his feet. He walked to the carriage and opened to door once again. "Let's go young master and my lady, I know how much you hate being late for tea, young master" he waited for them to walk over and step into the carriage. Once they were in he stepped in and closer the little door of the carriage behind him. He instructed the driver to go back to the Phantomhive estate.

Once they arrived Sebastian opened the door of the carriage and stepped out. He held the door open for Ciel and Kanaria, "After you my Lord and my lady. When they got out he walked with them to the front door of the mansion. He opened the door leading them in. He then led them to the living room, "I will go make afternoon tea and will be back soon, for the time being make yourself at home my lady." he said and bowed. Then left the living room to go make afternoon tea.

Ciel just frowned at Sebastian calling him a brat, if he were not playing the part he would of most likely flailed his arms everywhere, call Sebastian old, boring and the usual names before tiring himself out and whining at him then ask for tea. As Sebastian opened the door tot he living room and he sat on the couch, for a moment he put this in perspective, perhaps he was a brat, even if he wasn't trying so. This bothered him, knocking his confidence across the room at this point he was really quite upset as his eyes watered, head looking at his small feet.

He'd then gulp down the hard lump down his throat and locked it away but instantly stood back up as he remember is was wet and he turned around and face palmed himself as he saw the damp impression of him in it but he tilted his end....Is he really that short?

He would then clear his throat and turn to the girl with his hand at the back of his messy hair. ''I have to change...d-don't sit there...it is now umm...wet...I will be right back!'' He would imitate laughter as he ran away, through the halls, up the stairs and into his room, shutting the door, resting his weight on it with a sigh, sliding down and sitting with his arms wrapped around his arms and his chin on one of his knees he'd sigh..*Is this a good idea?* He'd say in thought before sighing long and hard again...

*Am I a brat?*

He'd then wait for Sebastian as he moved himself and sat on a armchair looking rather small in comparison to it.

Sebastian walked into Ciel's bedroom and closed the door behind him. "Let's get you changed, my lord" he said and pulled a new outfit out of the closet. He walked over to Ciel, knelt down and started putting him in the new dry clothes. He noticed Ciel's expression was a bit gloomier then usual, he stopped putting him in the new clothes and looked at him. "Is anything wrong, young master" he asked with a slight tilt of his head, his bangs dropping to one side. "You musn't worry, master. Tea is almost ready" he finished dressing him and took him back to the living room. Walking at his side every step of the way.

He went to the kitchen to prepare the tea, scones and omelet Kanaria requested. He put it all on a cart and made his way swiftly to the living room. As he was walking he thought to himself, "Ciel Phantomhive's soul will be very tasty, it's worth the starvation". He made his way to the living room and knocked on the door. Once he was allowed in he opened the door and shut if behind him. He pushed the cart along and poured the tea. Then he put a scone in front of Ciel and the Omelet in front of Kamari. "Here is to omelet you requested my lady" he said and picked up the sugar jar on the cart. "How much sugar would would you like in you're tea my lord and my lady" he asked. He put the sugar in the tea and put the teacups on a saucer and put them next to Ciel and Kamaria. "Anything else my lord?" he asked but then heard a knock on the front door. "Excuse me" he said politely and bowed.

He walked to the main hall and opened the front door to see it was Elizabeth. "Good afternoon Lady Elizabath. Is there anything I can help you with?" he said and bowed.

James looked thoughtful as he listened to the demoness speak once she returned, not uttering even one word. He knew, that in a way, she was right. He was acting childish, the fool. He knew it. And he knew there was no excuse for it; not even that he was still a child. And yet... in a way she was wrong as well. She was right that he could not save everyone... he knew that even the contract they had made... was an impossible one to fulfill. How could you possibly rid a land of all evil, when no matter where you went or what you did... it would always be there? It would always find a way back into the world... there could be no good without evil, without anything to balance it out. James knew all this... but then why did he make the contract? Better yet, why did she make the contract when it was such an impossible task to complete? James didn't understand it, it made no sense. Even if she in the end would gain his soul; was it really worth all the time it would take? And to take on a task you could impossibly complete? He realized now, that it had all been but a childes dream, one with quite the instable mind, added to that.

A small, sad smile played on his lips as he stuffed his free hand in his pocket and started walking, humming a soft tune to himself as he made his way through the dirty streets of London, simply expecting her to follow. He did not stop until he reached an old house which was still standing there, though it looked like it had been abandoned for many years. "You're right," he finally said as he gazed up at the ruins of his old home, "acting impulsively like that... is very childish indeed. I have never relied on others before... with you here, it should have been no different, and yet I relied on you... that shan't happen again. I was never this helpless before as I was today... I could always defend myself. Well, to some extent, at least. But now?" James laughed ruefully and and shook his head, a strange look flashing through his bright blue eyes, "now I was pathetic..." he walked up the stairs and prayed the door open, having to use quite some force to actually manage to open it... but it worked. Then, he stepped inside, the floorboards creaking as he did so. Glancing around, he placed down the dolls suitcase and started walking through the narrow hallway.

"You had a contract with my mother if I remember what you said correctly, no?" he asked as he sauntered into the living room and crouched down, carefully digging his nails into each side of a floorboard which seemed to be slightly smaller than the others. Carefully, he pulled it out to reveal a tiny space beneath. He hated this house; with all his heart... because it reminded him of what more happened here so many years ago. But he knew it as well as he knew his own pocket.

James pulled out a small, leathery diary along with an old newspaper from the space and held it up, gazing up at the demoness. "Then why did you let this happen...? Mother never died of an illness... it is just a story I've told myself to make it all less gruesome..." he smiled weakly, sadly, "no... my mother was murdered... I can still see it clearly before me, as if it happened just yesterday... but if you made a contract with her, shouldn't you have protected her?" James tilted his head, smiling up at the demoness softly. There was neither happiness nor sadness in his smile... almost as if it was... empty. "Why did you let her die?" he asked gently, standing up, "and why did you make a contract with me? What do you stand to gain in an impossible task such as my own? Is my soul really worth the trouble and the wait?"

***

Kanaria smiled her tanks to the butler and shook her head. "No... that is all I wanted, thank you, sir," she said with a slight nod of her head before starting to dig in on the omelet. Finally she could eat it without any birds stealing it away from her! Grinning at her victory. Pausing and blushing as she realized she actually wasn't alone, she straightened up in her seat and glanced at the strange boy from before. "Oh... yeah, right, kashira," she said with a slight nod of her head, "there was something you wanted to ask m..." she trailed off and paused when she sensed her medium nearby. A small frown creased her forehead as she made herself ready to spring to her feet and run to her medium. What was she doing here?!

Elisabeth grinned at Sebastian as she tilted her head. "Good afternoon, Sebastian!" she greeted gleefully as she nodded her head, "I am here to see Ciel!" she declared, peeking around behind Sebastian in hope to spot him, "is he here?"

(Amori, what you just did is considered Godmoding... since you controlled the actions of my character. I would appreciate if you didn't do that anymore. This is just a warning, so it's fine... just... please don't, okay? :3)

"Yes, my lady he is having afternoon tea with a..." he hesitated on what to call the doll, "a guest" he said with a smile. He let her in and turned on his heal and headed for the living room, leading Lizzie there. "Right this way, my lady" he said walking through the halls and kept made it to the living room. He stood straight with perfect posture as usual, and gently balled his fist slightly and knocked on the door to the living room gently.

He opened the door slowly, "young master you have a visitor" he said and let Lizzie inside the living room. He walked in himself and closed the door behind him. He then poured a cup of tea for Lizzie and put two cubes of sugar in it and put the teacup on a saucer. "Here you go, my lady, would you like anything else" he asked and bowed. He watched Ciel, Lizzie and Kanaria closely as any butler should do. This is the very least a Phantomhive butler should do. He pulled out his pocked watch and looked at the time, 4:30. "I am very sorry to interrupt, young master, but I must start to prepare dinner. Are our guests staying for dinner?" he awaited the reply then bowed and left the living room closing the door behind him and heading to the kitchen.

He opened the door of the kitchen and took off his gloves revealing his black nails and the mark that seals the contract. He started preparing dinner perfectly as he usually did. He thought to himself, "I am simply one hell of a butler".
