In accent Rome there was a great monument where many gathered to participate in the glorious blood shed of others. They were hero's and villains at the same time. Admired and hated. They were gladiators of the Colosseum!

"Welcome to the age of the gladiator. You do not have a choice in your fate. Either you were born to a life of wine and lavishness or you were born a worker who must slave away the rest of your miserable life." Or so says everyone in the market on an average day. "The one exception," others say "is the gladiator. They have a chance to rise from slavery to see the other side of life, all they have to do is win a few hundred battles against the most vicious creatures and people of the world." And they would laugh. Laugh at the hardship they never had to endure. But once you have faced a lion that has been starved for weeks like you have been starved for days you don't laugh. You kill. That becomes all you can think of at the Colosseum, killing.

Guess who is sick of it. That's right, one gladiator will make it to the top where he will rid the world of the horrid Colosseum. Or, guess who wants to be the champion of the Colosseum and rule Rome. He will work his way to the top to kill Caesar and become the new Caesar, ruler of Rome and the Colosseum.

Choose your side.

ALL QUESTIONS IN OOC SECTION PLEASE

OK Hello everyone! Don't worry the only characters are not gladiators. I will need (of course) gladiators (characters must be male but the puppeteer does not) , slaves, wife of Caesar, and daughters of Caesar (actually just ladies of the court), sons of Caesar(men of the court (they don't fight in the Colosseum) and perhaps even some Gods!

All characters will need my approval only because i don't want an overload of the same type of character.

Here is the limit for now;

I need...

Caesar- Taken
Wife of Caesar-Taken
Son of Caesar-
Son of Caesar-
(more after these fill up)
Daughter of Caesar- Taken
Daughter of Caesar-Taken
Daughter of Caesar-Taken
(more ladies of the court after the gladiators fill up)
Slave-
Slave-
(slaves are owned by either a daughter or son of Caesar)
Gladiator- Taken
Gladiator- Taken
Gladiator- Taken
Gladiator-
Gladiator-
(During the days you will train and be able to walk through the palace with the ladies of the court ~.^
but you cannot escape and will sleep in cells)
(More gladiators accepted when these fill up)
Zeus-Taken (cannot interfere in battles, can come to earth in human form)
_______________________________________________________________________

The Battles of the Colosseum

The battles will be announced once we have gladiators by Caesar. You may not cut any limbs off your opponent and you may only kill your opponent unless given permission by Caesar.

Fighter #1 writes the first post of the battle, fighter #2 writes the second post, Caesar decides who wins, and then the winner who was decided by Caesar writes a 3rd post where he takes the life of the loser. (You can only kill another character if it is your third match against your opponent. If your character dies feel free to make another but some must die. This is the Colosseum after all.)
________________________________________________________________________
Rules

1.I don't mind if you get frisky just do it in private chat and hint at it in the RP.
2. You can start a fight in the cells but no killing
3.Have fun, get drunk off wine and enjoy the blood shed.

For you profile make it how you would normally, just include;

Name-
Age-
Weapons of choice- Three tops (shield counts as weapon) (only if gladiator)
For or Against Caesar-

For those of you who requested a storyline to start with her it is....
________________________________________________________________________________________________

Caesar reaches a hand out to a map of the lands that he has conquered and they all melt into blood. Dripping to the floor the blood pools until it begins to run between the stones. It continues to run passing thousands of seats and drips into a pit. In this pit surrounded by seats a lioness and a large man are circling each other waiting to see how the other plans to finish them. <this was an opening i imagined for a movie..

Caesar was a major conqueror taking down country after country. There was very little, known, land that he hadn’t been taken control over and turned to ruins. He is known as the bloodiest tyrant in the history of the current world. With his tyranny came slaves, only the finest women, potential wealthy children and strongest men were taken. The rest were killed immediately. The women became sex slaves. The children; boys began training to be a gladiators and girls served the royals until they were old enough to become sex slaves as well. As for the men, they became gladiators of the Colosseum.

Each gladiator has a chance to earn their freedom and the hand of one off Caesars daughters in marriage. That is if they can manage to kill and slaughter their way to the top. Some want to make it there only to slay Caesar and take the thrown and rule all he has conquered. Others wish to slay Caesar and liberate all countries from tyranny. Lastly there are the few who cherish our leader Caesar and wish to stand beside him at the top.
Which are you?

Cassie smiled at Alax "Well thats good, I really hope the rest of my day goes well too" She then looked around the room again for Trio. But if she did see him she would not ditch Alax. She would just simply wait tell Trio came to talk with them. But Trio was not here so there was no need to worrie about anything. Then she had a thought in her head "Alax? I dont want to seem rude by invading your personal life but, I was wondering would you have fight as a gladiator if you were given the chance?" Cassie really did not wanna seem rude at all. Her mother had taught her well. Her words would always be something like treat others nice and you get something in return. That was the thought that had always kept in her mind when her sisters talked to her. But yet she never got anything good out of them she just got treated worse. But Alax was always nice and Cassie wanted to keep on his good side for she knew nothing of what he was able to do.

Alax looked at Cassie and still smiling, saying "If I had a chance to be a gladiator I might take it. The gladiators fight well and it would be an honor to fight the strongest of them all. But if I had to betray Caesar to do so. Then I wouldn't do it. But what do you think of the gladiators if I may ask?" He was not lieing about wanting to fight a gladiator some day. But he would fight even more so for Caesar and those closes to him.

Cassie was thinking about what he had asked. What would she do? But when he said that he would not fight if it was against her father. Why had people seen him as a god or something? It made no sense. Cassie knew what her father was like. He was mad he did not have a son. Her father had been hoping that Cassie was a boy but it never turned out that way. Cassie's mom had told her that when the doctors said she was a girl that her father left the room ten minutes after that was said. But then he came back in later. Cassie then said "I think the galdiators are pretty brave, I think that every one deserves a chance at being a galdiator if they want to no matter if female or male, But that are my thoughts on gladiators" She smiled at him. She knew Alax was not much of a talker. But once she got him started talking for awhile he would kinda start to talk more.

Alax nods to Cassie running out of things to say. He didn't want to be rude and just leave her. But he didn't have anything else to say. So he did what he always does. He just stood there not talking just like he's on gaurd. That's all he could do at this point having no idea what to say or do. He was just hoping Cassie would think of something.

Vittoria had been talking with some boring aristocrats and was falling asleep when she finally spotted Spurius across the room. He was clean and had new fine robes on. He looked pretty good for just being in a fight with a full grown dragon and the aristocrats seemed to agree. She was hardly paying any attention to them but watched Spurius out of the corner of her eye. He would glance over at her with a thoughtless eye. She knew what he was attempting to do and she fell for it knowingly. She left the group of old men talking of bets and muscle vs brain. She had heard enough of it and walked over to Spurius. She had a glass of wine in one hand and a few grapes in the other. She looked him up and down. "You clean up well gladiator but do not think that i don't know you have been wanting a conversation with me tonight. "

Caesar made his way to his daughter Aurelia. The sun had gone down and candles were being lit all through the hall. The way the flames danced on the pillars made everything seem more sinful. People began sliding into corners lovingly or passing out on stairs. This was his favorite part of the feasts, the enjoyable part. the night was young and the entertainment was not over. Standing in front of the feast table he turned to the room.

"My fellow Romans, I give you a night to remember." As he had made his brief introduction of things to come fire performers entered the hall. Fire fans, twirlers, and swallowers filled the room. Fallowed by performing animals. Much more lively and exotic music. Belly dancers and more. It felt like the room had reached several degrees hotter and several men and women loosened or lost part of there robes. No one had experienced this kind of feast. It was more like a wild celebration showing all the cultural things Caesar had brought back from the lands he had concurred.

Caesar let the upper part of his robe fall, allowing only his lower half to be covered. The heat made him feel a little ill but he would not show his weakness. He reached his daughter Aurelia and sat beside her. "How are you enjoying yourself child?" She was not very impressive to him but she was his daughter and would be married off all the same as the others. That was all she was good for.

Cassie looked at the now silent Alax. It was sad he was not one for talking but it was kinda good for his job. Cassie did have a lot to ask Alax but most of them were invading her fathers personal life so she couldnt ask those questions. Then the thought came to her head. Had Alax been a slave a l while back when he was a kid? That was yet another rude question but Cassie could say it so it was not in a rude like matter. "What was your life like when you were younger?, Well thats if you dont mind me asking" She smiled at him. It was a question yes but it was a question she would not know what he was going to answer.

Alax looked at Cassie and said to her "My live as a child wasn't so bad. My father raised me to be a fighter like him. I've never reached the skills of him. But thanks to the training my father gave me, I fought well for rome. But what about you? How was your life as a kid?" He looked at Cassie not like he normaly does. At most time he's not smiling and just doing what he's told. But with Cassie he feels like smiling.

Cassie looked at Alax. "My life as a kid was not the greatest but it was pretty enjoyable....I am the youngest so it only made sence that I was picked on most from my older sisters..but then again you get use to it, I spent most of my time with my mom or reading then when I got older I started talking more...my whole life I watched my sisters be good at something, Vittoria is the prettiest, And my other sister has been good with a sword it made me feel like I had nothing but finally I learned there were more important things, So other then that my life when i was younger was pretty good" She smiled then looked down. She had only told her mother of what she thought about her sisters and what not, Cassie felt like her mother was almost the only person she trusted. Alax was pretty trusted to by her but if anything got out that she never wanted she would not speak for a long time.

Aurelia smiled as the entertainment entered the room, she loved this part of the night. The servant had brought the food she requested and she slid a grape into her mouth before her father's approach. Still no Woulfgar to be seen anywhere and she thought that fact odd. When her father approached she turned to him tilting her head towards the floor in respect. She would never understand his disdain for her. She did as he asked most of the time, always spoke highly of him when his morals and leadership was questioned, yet she never could gain favor. "I am well father, the games were glorious and everyone seems to be having the best of evenings." She raised her head to smile at him with a flash of white teeth. "I beg to ask Father, where is the one they call Woulfgar? Was he excused from tonight's festivities? Surely not.." Her voice wasn't pleading but she was hoping her father would take time to answer the question at hand.

For once, Spurius allowed a slight grin and chuckled at Vittoria's words, "But m'lady, slaves are never in want of anything." As much as she would like to play if off as his own desire, she had come to him. Spurius had to think for a moment that he was most likely unlike other men she interacted with on a day to day basis in that he was not throwing himself to her beauty or status as a princess, instead opting to show an interest and let her decided to start conversation. He couldn't be certain, of course, due to his ignorance of what went on outside the walls of his own societal status.

“I’m not sure of the particulars of your kind, but I assume I should bow? Perhaps compliment you on your beauty?” Unlike most gladiators, Spurius spoke more like that of the aristocracy than a slave. His original master’s intention was to groom Spurius into a warrior capable of leading free men against Caesar, which was why he had the slave educated. However, before the plan could come to fruition his master, a Senator, was assassinated, though details of this crime were never released.

Spurius thought back on her words from earlier, about how she was not a legitimate daughter of Caesar, but instead a slave having been brought into Royalty. Maybe there were some similarities between the two, but the limits of the confines were very different. While he was a slave to the arena, she was apparently a slave to royalty. What freedom did she seek then? Did she wish to escape royalty and own a farm? Raise cattle? Vittoria was an interesting figure to study, in that her motive was freedom even though she seemed unsure what that meant, exactly. Whatever the case, her freedom could only come with Caesar’s death. At this point, Spurius was far more likely to be freed than her.

“You told me you seek freedom,” the gladiator stated to remind her of their previous conversation. “What did you mean by that?”

Woulfgar cursed, spat and kicked. Hid damned leg had been a pain in his arse ever since he tried to go to the damn party, how long had it been since he tried to leave his cell? How many times had he stumbled? How many times had someone bumped into him? Far too many times for Woulfgar's temper to withstand, and now he was at the edge of explosion with rage and anger.
Woulfgar had used the past hour to travel from his cell to the party, however, many slaves knew about his wounded leg, and as a result many of them had been in his way to indirectly hurt him. Woulfgar knew that they hated him for his bully like behavior to them, but the fact that they would think they would escape without getting a beating later was laughable. Woulfgar knew who had been responsible for these so-called accidents, and when his leg was better, he would see them beaten half to death.

Woulfgar leaned his weight against the door and entered the feast. He almost fell back as the wide variety of smells, spices and delicious odors entered his nostrils. Hid mouth went wet within seconds as he looked around, looking at the endless rows of food, the bottles of wine and other drinks.
Woulfgar wasted no time; he limped directly over to the food section, took a plate and began to haul food onto it and while he did so, he tested the food, often in rather large quantities.
Woulfgar was soon seated and was showing one piece of food into his mouth after the next. He hunger knew no bounds, and like a wild animal, he showed not the least sight of manners. Chinks of meat was seen in his beard mixed with wine and fruit juice, bread crumbs seemed to have been massed together as a small horde and was fighting with the spills of wine to appear more in his white beard.

As Woulfgar wolfed down all the food that he had on his plate, a servant came over, "Woulfgar, I presume...My master would like to talk with you," he stated simply however Woulfgar didn't heed the servant and continued to force more food into his mouth than was possible.
"I said, my master would like to talk to you!" the servant repeated, annoyed by Woulfgar's behavior.

"Wrughf hre fruh s ur....master," Woulfgar said, spitting out large pieces of bread, cheese and meat from his mouth that fell down on the table.
"Lady Aurelia, herself...now if you have any respect for your own life, I would-" The servant didn't get any futher in his sentence before Woulfgar's meaty hands were at the man's shirt and pulled him down to his head.
"If you are threatening me, then by all means...end that sentence of yours. I'll have your balls ripped out," Woulfgar said with a deep and serious voice, making the blood from the servant's face run away.

Woulfgar stood up, brushed the worst of the food that was stuck in his beard away and then limped behind the servant towards Lady Aurelia.
The servant went over to Lady Aurelia and presented Woulfgar, "My dear Lady Aurelia, may I present to you, Galdiator Woulfgar," the servant said and Woulfgar gave a simple nod and a slight bow.

Woulfgar didn't meet Aurelia's eyes, he looked past her, or at anything else than her face. Women made him shy. Why, he didn't know, all he knew was that he would much rather be inside the arena fighting another champion than standing face to face with a woman. They had some strange ability to turn Woulfgar into a mild and quiet man.
"How may I serve?" Woulfgar asked plainly, his voice was barely a whisper, and his head continued to look left and right, to keep himself from looking at Aurelia's face, no...not just her face, her entire existence was what was making him so uneasy.

Just as Aurelia spoke her question the shadow of Woulfgar over cast her meaning he was standing not far away. She heard his greeting and turned to smile the warm but coy smile of hers before turning back to Cesar. Another bow of the head to her father, “I beg your pardon from my questioning.May I be of any service to you father?” Her eyes raised to meet his as she waited for his departure to address Woulfgar who was waiting with surprising patience. She couldn’t help but take note as she saw the slave sent to fetch him trembling as she retook her place along the wall.

Vittoria was enjoying his company but didn't know whether to get close to him or stay a distance. She knew what she wanted, just not what to do. If she did as her 'father' had asked he might kill Spurius before the end of the battles. She watched as the latest entertainment entered. It got very hot and she began to sweat a bit. He didn't understand how she was a slave and she knew that. Letting people completely into her life was not easy for her to do. She watched the fire twirlers and wished she could bare that much skin and fling dangerous flames about her body. She had no real ability, in fact she knew how to do one thing and that was manipulate people. What a crap skill.

She found it amusing that he hadn't known how to treat greeting her. He was more educated than the others. Perhaps that's what was making her loose her breath when he talked, or just the heat. She bowed her head as she informed him. "You kneel and kiss my hand" She never really like this jester but to see him contemplate it made her a little gitty. She imagined him free and what he would do, then she found she couldn't imagine him doing anything else. The gods had to be terribly cruel to doom them like this.

She knew it was coming, the question that would make or break the deal. Either she could answer truthfully and spark his ever lasting interest or she could deny him the answer and seem like she doesn't trust him. She looked at her father and back to Spurius. The moisture that built up on her body began running down and in between her chest. "I do horrible things for my father, things no one should be forgiven for." she began walking into one of the private rooms.

The gladiator stood silently as she revealed another part of herself to him. This girl was full of surprises, that much he had to admit. And as the fire dancers movements grew more provocative for the entertainment of the guests his ability to decipher if she was being sincere or not became duller. She answered his question in an unexpected way, and it only further drove Spurius into curiosity. What horrible things?

Then she began to walk away, and Spurius could not tell if that was meant to be the end of their conversation. Was he supposed to follow, or was she finished with him for the time being? After a moment’s thought, he decided to follow her into the private room. If she didn’t mean for him to she would tell him to leave and be done with it. As he followed her he couldn’t help but admire her curves and the sway of her hips while she walked. In a world where much was based on physical appearance, she had it all, no doubt. However there was some secret, something inside her, that was just fighting its way out, and all she could do was try harder and harder to keep it in.

“You know, my lady,” Spurius began as the door for the private room closed behind him, “I don’t talk much. In fact, talking to you is the most I’ve spoken in a very long time. Anything you were to tell me would never find other ears.” He was unsure of his motive, at this point. Vittoria was no simple woman in distress like the kind he had read about in stories before, so sympathy was not what she was after. Nor did she seem like the type who needed help, or at least any kind of help that he could give her. “Besides, if your father has it his way, I’ll be dead by tomorrow’s eve, anyway,” he smiled, for once, in a slight attempt to get her to smile as well. The jokes of a gladiator hardly really amused others. To them, death was the joke.

She was nervous about telling him any of what she was about to. She was used to having to fend for herself and telling a person she had just met about the cruel deeds her father made her carry out. The heat filled all the rooms and this one was no exception. She was feeling strange but she ignored it through instinct. She wanted to sit but was too nervous to. Her body shook a bit as he told her that she could tell him anything and he would keep it to himself. Then he made an attempt at what the ladies of the court call gladiator humor. “Besides, if your father has it his way, I’ll be dead by tomorrow’s eve, anyway,” She didn't find it funny, only a fact. She did like seeing him smile though and it brought out a charming smile out of her.

"Caesar is well educated and knows who and what to use against people. He bought me from my mother whom was a whore but by far the most beautiful he had ever seen. It started when i was thirteen, he asked me to make a politician come away with me. I was young and hadn't understood what he was implying. I brought the politician to the room and a soldier came out and killed him. Caesar had planned the whole thing and to keep me from talking he told me if i didn't do what he said that he would torture my mother and find another girl to suffer in my place. He has never threatened me personally because he knew that i would willingly die rather than do anything for him again. But i did, several hundreds of people have died and some of them i have killed. I figured out one day that if i wanted to get back at him i would have to be his favorite." She seemed very dark at this moment and her breathing seemed a bit off. "But that wouldn't be enough of a punishment for all the things he has done to people. He doesn't deserve being betrayed by only one person he loves but by every person he dearly clings to. I need a gladiator to tare him apart." She looked at him and caught her breath.

"I chose Wulfgar because he is Caesars favorite but..."She hadn't thought of this part through and hoped he wouldn't ask for a better explanation as to why she was in a private room with him instead of the Devourer.

Aurelia did her best not to fidget as she awaited her father's words, either asking something of her or pardoning her to speak to Woulfgar. The barbarian was much larger up close and the shadow he cast in the candlelit room was even bigger. She was pleased that he waited so patiently, although she knew it was more out of respect for her father's presence than for herself. The room was growing warmer and a drip of sweat slid from Aurelia's temple down her face in a tear like streak. She used her hands and the golden tie around the middle of her robes to tie up the length a little, allowing some air to blow against the bit of slender leg that was now exposed. The slave who was sent to fetch Woulfgar was in the shadows, quivering slightly, eyes glued to the floor. What had that man done to frighten the slave so? Surely nothing worse than her father had ever done, but Woulfgar could definitely be an intimidating fellow. Being her ever observant self she couldn't help but notice as Vittoria slipped her way into the shadows across the room, followed closely by Spurious and she made a mental note to find out more about their exchange later.

So, that was the catch. She needed a warrior who could kill Caesar. Spurius starred through her, trying to discern if there had been any sincerity to what she had told him. Maybe. And yet, her desire for revenge was respectable, though foolish. “You want my help then, a gladiator to tear Caesar apart, as you put it?” The idea alone was enough to inspire a bit of laughter. “And how do you propose it be done? I face death every day in the arena yet I still live, but to kill Caesar death would be certain. Maybe you should have stuck with your first choice. I’m sure the brute could help, should he be able to muster the intelligence. Such an act of treason would have to be backed by the gods for it to wor…” Spurius trailed off.

Thoughts of his first master ran through his mind. “I found you by the god’s plan. You will free the world,” he would say during training. The man was a crazy ex-slave who had worked all his life to earn money for his freedom, and now he was attempted to pass his insanity on to a young boy. “It is your destiny to lead the slaves and lower-class freemen in a rise against Roman rule, boy.” For the first years of his life Spurius had that nonsense force fed into his brain, but what if there was a truth to it? A little late coming, sure, but who ever said the gods worked in the same fashion as mortals? It was too coincidental to be disregarded, that he knew. However, at the same time, it was step towards his own death, he knew. Although he held no personal hatred towards Caesar, if it were his destiny as laid out by the gods then Spurius would not fight against it.

Vittoria must have a plan, though, but Spurius could not help but look at it from every angel. Could it be done? What would be the outcome? Where would he go? What would she do? So many questions, but if she were actually able to answer them… The path that each thought eventually lead to was simple: what did he have to lose?

“Should I decide to help you,” he spoke softly, “what gain is it for me? I have no hatred for him as you do, at least not enough to risk my life to take his. There is,” he paused to pick his words wisely, “another reason why I would help you, but that reason means little. What can you offer?” Spurius turned to her again, no longer smiling. His facial expression was stern, as if he had already made up his mind without hearing her words. Yet it all depended on what she had to say.

Vittoria knew he had no reason to help her. He had no motivation and she would be at a lost for giving him one. She had spent weeks studying the gladiators and the Devourer was the one she was meant to attract, she was meant to have him kill her father but how could she go back now. She was such and idiot. Why did she go through with this, what did she see in Spurius that she had not in woulfgar? If he had agreed to help her surely the plan she had would still work.

He seemed to be thinking about something and she sat and thought herself. On whether he was going to go along with her scheme. She felt the heat going to her head. The bad side if being the curvatious sister meant you had a lot more weight on you. She sat down and caught her breath attempting to keep her royal appearance through out the sudden rush. She could ignore it a bit longer now that she was sitting and she looked at him. He had sweat on him too though he would never noticed. It made him gleam in the candle light and she remembered that she had a weakness for an intimidating man. He had a power over her, she had to change that but not now.

He finally asked her what he would get out of it. This she could answer as the daughter of Caesar. She had all the resources in the world, after all her father owned it. Her body relaxed and she felt confident again. "Anything you want, Spurius. Anything." She meant it.

Spurius could tell she was growing weary of the heat. The way she was looking at him made him curious as to what, exactly, was going on behind those beautiful minds. Vittoria was as unpredictable as she was sexy, a dangerous combination for a woman of power. Anything? He could even have her, if he wanted to, if what she said was true. Still, apart from lust he was unsure if there was something about her that attracted him, and indeed there was. But he knew that such desire could not be allowed to take over him. If this were to actually happen, then he had to remain in control at all times. Should she ever truly hold the upper hand, should she get control of his heart, then all could be lost, because the chances of him winning hers were minuscule.

With a semi-quick motion Spurius moved himself until he was right on top of her, leaning down on the chair which she sat upon so that their faces and bodies were near touching, hardly a centimeter separating them. If anything, her beauty was only magnified by this closeness. From this distance he could truly appreciate her. She smelled wonderful, and from this angle her bust was clearly visible, as her chest moved up and down with each breath, in a way that a regular straight on look could not match. He just held this position for a few moments, studying her reaction. And then he made to kiss her, slowly, only to stop before touching and backing away from her and walking backwards to the door.

Spurius turned to exit, but before he left he looked over his shoulder and spoke to her again. “I will hear more of your proposition should I survive tomorrow. As for what I want, well, like I said before: a slave is never in want. I am bound by fate, my lady, and fate does not leave room for want. Come to me though, if you still wish this of me. My cell is enclosed and away from the cells of the other slaves, so it is private enough for you to speak openly.” He paused to admire her once more out of the corner of his eye before opening the door and leaving. The party was still going strong, be he had had enough of it. Without saying a word to anyone he left the party and began to walk back to his cell. Tomorrow was sure to bring with it a fight more challenging than the dragon he defeated today, of that he was sure. Caesar promised everyone a show, which meant he had to provide something better than what the audience had already seen.

While he laid on the ground starring up at the ceiling Spurius could not help but think of Vittoria. What would have happened if he stayed close to her longer, or if he actually went to kiss her instead of backing away as he had? Would she have complied? The idea of “what if” brought him no comfort, so he put the thoughts away in order to accept sleep as soon as it would come.

Alax was sweeting a lot from the heat. He tryed to keep his focus and says to Cassie "This room is getting very hot. Don't you agree?" He felt something with Cassie, but as shocking it may be. Alax is to shy to tell her anything. She was one of the few people nice to him. He would be happy if she made the throne after Caesar. But dought she would because she's a woman.

Cassie thought about the heat and thought it was rather hot in the room. "Why yes it is, But then again lots of people will make the room this hot" She smiled. She knew that the only one to get her fathers place was if she had a brother or if Vittoria was to wed and have a male child. Cassie was far from having her fathers place. Cassie her self would not really want to be the one that ruled Rome. She was just not a public speaker. She had never really gotten anyone to listen to her so it would be hard for her if she was to ever rule. Cassie did hate her Vittoria but then again Cassie had always had a feeling that Vittoria was from a differnt mother. But with her other sister Cassie was pretty close to her. Cassie then looked at Alax "If you want we can step outside or go to another room where its less hot?"

Alax looked at Cassie and said "Alright." He didn't know exacly why she wanted to go to another room. But had an idea. He looked around the room and back to Cassie nodding and saying "So would you rather go to another room or go outside? What ever you want."

Cassie thought about it. Another room would be kinda a freaky but outside seemed like a good choice. Outside had fresh cold air and had stars for light and comfort. Cassie for one enjoyed the outdoors a lot more. Cassie enjoyed talking to Alax. She could tell him just about anything and he would not tell a soul even if it was about her father he would not tell a soul. Cassie had always thanked Alax for not doing so."Well outside is more nicer and not as hot as another room...but if you wanna go to another room I'm fine with that" She smiled and waite for him to answer. Outside would be better as well cause no one could overhear there conversation and Cassie had planned to ask Alax a few things that were about her father and she would tell him a few things she needed to tell someone but she did not wanna go to her mother or her sister and she could not go to her dad. So the only one she really could tell was Alax.

Alax nod and said "Well then let's go outside. It would be colder then another room." He was waiting now to escort Cassie out side. He didn't have much to say at this very moment. He never been good at starting coonversations. But he didn't mind talking with people. He just didn't do it so much.

Re: [OOC] Blame the Gods!: The Gladiator Chapter

Well Aurelia and Cassie can be close :D I dont mind but I was thinking that Cassie would have more of a hate to Vittoria :P hahahaha

Re: [OOC] Blame the Gods!: The Gladiator Chapter

I was going to have Aurelia be closer to Cassie than pretty much anyone else, since the general mood right now tends to be displeasure towards her from most people I figured she needed one person who might be her confidant hah.

Re: [OOC] Blame the Gods!: The Gladiator Chapter
