Name: Odasuka Tetsuya, also called Goggle-Head
Age: Looks about 25, is actually around 125 or so
Division: 8th Division
Rank: 4th Seat

Tetsuya stands at about 5' 7" with a very small frame, looking as if he would be much weaker than he actually is. Hia hair is long, spiky, and sort of a faded grey color while his eyes are a pale blue. There's a slight tan to his skin, which is thought odd by most seeing as how he dresses. His normal clothing is the same as any other shinigami, the black outfit, however his outfit has a high black collar which hides his mouth, and his sleeves are a bit shorter than most and he wears a pair of wooden sandels as apposed to the standard issue ones. His zanpakuto is worn on his right side, even though he is right handed, and he always has a pair of large goggles on his head.

When he goes into his Bankai 'mode' his looks changes a bit, though not alot. When in his mode he wears a long black coat over his clothes, which covers them up, and an orange dragon design appears on it, as if wrapped around him. He lowers his goggles over his eyes and orange designs appear all over his body, although only those on his arms back be seen. These look similar to the dragon, which makes people believe that it is an elaborate dragon tattoo, but only Tetsuya knows for sure.

Zanpakuto:
Name: Ryusora

Release Trigger: Reach the stars, Ryusora

Normal-
Normally Ryusora takes on the apperance of the sword above, a nodachi, meaning it has the same style as a katana, but is a bit longer and heavier, with the light and dark green designs. The guard is a circle with a design similar to the eye of a tornado

Shikai-
Ryusora actually shortens to the length of a wakazashi, however the blade grows a bit wider and gains runes along it, and looks a bit like a broad sword, with a handle that looks a little like silver clouds. The blade is surrounded by swirling wind almost constantly.
Abilities-
With every swing Ryusora can launch a blade of wind at the opponent, which can cut through most anything if not defended against
Saikuron: by jabbing Ryusora forward a small cyclone is sent off towards them, which can send the enemy spiraling off while doing damage like there were several blades caught in the wind

Bankai- (has never been seen by anyone)

Name: Rakkahoshi Ryusora
Ryusora shrinks even more, down to the size of a tanto and doubles, so that Tetsuya holds one in each hand. The wind that surrounds these daggers is more fierce that before, and surrounds his arms up to the elbow as well. While in this mode Ryusora gives Tetsuya a pair of wings made of swirling wind as well
Abilities-
When in Bankai Tetsuya moves extremely quickly, and is able to change the direction of objects sent his way, from a thrown weapon to a spiritual attack
Ryukiba: if Tetsuya stabs something with both of the Ryusora daggers at once they become paralyzed for a time and when it wears off they feel heavy, as if made of stone


Kido:
Bakudo up to #10, but they aren't very effective.
Hado up to # 60, most can be used to great affect with their name alone

History

History:
Not alot is know about Tetsuya because he keeps it a secret. He has been in Soul Society since before the events with Aizen, however during that time he was still in the academy learning to become a Soul Reaper. When he became a meber of Division 8, under Captain Shunsui Kyōraku, he wroekd his way quickly to his position now as 4th Seat, and has been there for sometime. It rumored he has been offered a higher seat by the Captain but has refused for reasons unknown. Others say that Captain Kyoraku won't allow him to progress any further

Other:
No one has ever seen all of Tetsuya's face, and there for have to read him with his eyes alone
Although he won't easily admit it, he is horrible when it comes to Bakudo style kido
